I can say this place has a very impressive selection of flower and prices great on them, I suffer from Crohns & Ankylosing Spondylitis so I need some of the stronger Indica flower for pain management which they have, they also have a nice selection on edibles which is my more preferred way to get my medical relief. I noticed they also carry a lot vapor products so if your into those they definitely have them. I haven’t been to other dispensaries yet but I really don’t need to after visiting District 3, Also the staff is like what other reviewers are saying fantastic!! I definitely recommend you check this place out.

     This is my go-to place. There are a lotta shops on 8 Mile, but this is where you need to stop. The medz area is huge with any herb accesory you can think of available for sale. There are several “bud stations” and the display is the best I’ve seen. Many varieties and a number of price points to choose from. The selection is excellent and top notch!!! The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly so be sure to get their take. Special shout out to Chris and Makenzie!! Their choices our always spot on! Wanted to take some time to reflect on my experience before posting a review… This was one of 12-15 places that I called for information on cartridges. I had specific questions about different lines of products. Liz not only took the time to listen so that she could understand my needs as a patient, but, also showed integrity by saying, “I don’t know” when she wasn’t sure of an answer. I decided to make the trip to the store based on how I was treated on the phone (it really does matter to be polite and kind). The storefront is easy to find. I had no problems finding a parking space. The staff are friendly and the place has a genuinely positive vibe. Everyone seemed happy to be there, enjoyed what they were doing and made me feel at home. Liz, who had helped me on the phone, also assisted me inside. She was very knowledgeable and had a contagious smile/personality. Based on how effectively the medicine has worked for me and how well I was treated on the phone and in the store, this was, hands down, my best experience so far with a budtender. Great selection and a very positive overall experience. Also, as a first-time patient, they matched the first $20 donated and threw in a thoughtful grab bag. First class.

414. Love it. I’ve been loyal to only one dispensary for many years. They’re RSO is excellent quality that I trust and it’s reasonably priced. They’ve become like family however, I’m driving about an hour both ways when I have some amazing places within 5-10 min from my home. I’m also disabled and sick while caring for a sick, disabled aging parent. I’m just not used to anyone doing anything for me so when Monty at District 3 took the time to listen to my WHOLE history of brain surgery, followed by 8 elaborate back ops and followed up by an emergency hip Replacement that occurred bc my bones just dissipated. I didn’t even fall, it just disappeared. Needless to say, I have severe pain issues but limited income so I have to try to select my meds with surgical precision. Monty was kind enough to offer to give me a sample (w/my purchase) RSO Extract made by Healing Hearts Health Oil. It’s a transparent color so it already feels like a cleaner, healthier product. I especially noticed that I didn’t feel groggy at all the next day which can sometimes happen when using higher amounts of RSO. I LOVED The practicality of the packaging. It makes waste almost impossible. The product hit me in about 50 min and lasted quite a few hours and gave me a nice relaxing body buzz with a manageable head high. It gave me a nice body buzz w/o my usual need of some kind supplement (a low dose cap or gummy) to help reach my optimal level of comfort. Monty was both smart and genuinely kind hearted offering a customer like me a sample of a product like that product. I may soon be getting all my RSO from D3 only because of that act of kindness. In fact, I’m going back tomorrowdY~Z

792. What a disappointing experience. This was my first visit. When I saw familiar faces from my old dispensary, thought everything was cool. Got my meds home, smoked a bowl, (blueberry pie) effects were good, but, bad taste and… MOLDY! Tearing my throat to shreds! They claim that because of the “new laws” they can’t exchange for mold free meds, because I opened the bottle. I read the new laws,it says nothing of the sort. Hiding behind the laws with the wrong impression, that all their patients are ignorant, or I can’t read the laws for myself. She said she couldn’t give me an answer. I had to speak with the manager. Then she asked if I looked at what I bought when I chose it,like it’s my fault that their product is old and moldy. I looked at the small display sample bud, which looked like the crown jewel, my bud was not nearly as impressive. Dusty and old, while the display bud was sparkly. I have never had place try harder to take my last 40 bucks. I’m out of work with spinal issues. I can’t just say oh well and buy more. I could have flushed two twenties down the toilet, for what I got, it would have saved me gas money. Since I have to borrow a car to even get there. Thanks for being so unlike the jazz club used to be. Y’all got greedy. Shame.

861. I saw/see a lot of comments saying that you all reopened. That is simply not the case, I went to check out my old favorite but then I noticed the orange cones blocking entrances. And your massive parking lot empty. It took only 2 days, by looking at some of these reviews, to get shut down again? Wth? But I’ve learned from the first round of crack downs in 2015. Once a dispo closes and reopens, that will be a continuing pattern until they are shut down for good. You lost my business for advertising open on every app as I drove past a black building. Unprofessional.

976. The staff is so welcoming, you feel like family, and knowledgeable too! Not to mention, the sweet deals on FIRE meds and edibles! The concentrates are on point and the flower is just about perfect – Fresh, but cured properly, and perfect level of moisture. They’re not the rock-hard “nug balls” that are the byproduct of overloading trim machines. This is my new go-to spot. Stop on by once and you’ll be back!

     There’s plenty of room to grow here too! My one and only suggestion would be to possibly section off the glass/papers/accessories in a way that you can have people take their time looking them over while not holding up the line for patients just looking for meds.
