We are passionate crusaders for the healing benefits of cannabis and staunch advocates of correcting the devastating effects of prohibition. We continually update our menu to reflect the latest research in strain efficacy and safety. Our advisory board consists of several doctors in various specialties to advise our staff and patients on how to best use cannabis.

BotaniQ is located in Detroit’s historical Corktown neighborhood right off of I-75 and Rosa Parks Blvd. We serve the surrounding areas including Midtown, Southwest, and New Center. Our location also lends itself to Detroit sports fans who frequent Ford Field, Comerica Park, and Little Ceasars Arena. Brand new place. Swankier, more hipster vibe. The kind of place that carries gold rolling papers and fancy pre-roll containers. Great location. Very nice quality products. They are still working some kinks out like with online reserving products & are a little slow, especially dealing with their sales system/scanner. It is nice to linger & talk & peruse some of the time but sometimes if you’re in a hurry this may not be the place to pick.
Surprised that this place has the new Michigan license as it just opened & other seasoned dispensaries with some tighter practices- such as being buzzed in & labeling the medication with patients’ name- havent been granted their state license to operate.
Right now it feels a bit like aesthetics were given more initial attention than functionality flow. I am sure it will smooth out the bumps. With its boutique vibe & convenient locale this place will be the Founders/Jolly Pumpkin of the Detroit marijuana dispensaries.
This is the most comfortable I have been inside a dispensary, great staff and service.
Safe and professional environment where you can get high quality cannabis at a fair price! Knowledgeable, caring, and up-beat staff members make this place feel like home away from home. Patience is required due to the high volume of people but it is well worth the time!

My daughter from Indiana came to visit us for the holidays. She has some health issues so I thought I would see if I could help with some RSO from here. It was my 1st visit. I had called ahead to be sure they had the product I was looking for. No answer, but a greeting to leave a voice mail. So I did. After a few hours I decided to just go and take my chances they would have what I wanted. I was greeted at the door and told they were closed and would be for two days. Nice. A professional business that did or could not update their phone greeting to notify customers… really? LAST VISIT FOR SURE.
As a first timer I was nervous about the service and quality trying a new location. However, I was completely satisfied with my experience at BontaniQ. The vibe was chill but professional. David’s product knowledge and insight of the industry in general was very helpful. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend anyone to come here for the best service and medication

Budtenders(Katelyn and Dave) after a quick discussion were a huge help when it came down to choosing the strain of medicine I needed. FINALLY! Botaniq Budtenders hands down have to be the most educated around. On top of that I found out Katelyn has a degree in psychology. I’ve been all around town searching for a special place like this. Botaniq is #1.
