Bought some Ecto Cooler a few weeks ago. Opened it and it was bone dry and it just crumbled. I also hate they never have grams or half eighths. One good thing about NETA is that they will out whatever you need. The prepackaged stuff is kind of a joke. Give me options. I don’t always want to drop $50 on something that might have questionable quality. The staff is really good though and it’s nice inside.
My first visit to INSA and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. From the staff to the selection, INSA is doing it the best.

Very good. I come a state further along on the industry but mass seems to be doing things the right way… Would like to see other products besides just INSA’s. “Pucks” gummies r amazing.
The crew that works here are fantastic. They have always helped me out with the best service I’ve gotten anywhere. And that they are just going to be medical and not recreational and I can walk here if I want.
Everyone is awesome and kind. 1000% better than Neta, who is very transactional. Oh, and the bud is great too. 😉

Great Prices.
This location is easy to find, pleasant to browse and buy in, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a great assortment of products, and a relaxed atmosphere. Their prices are fair, and they run specials often.
INSA is an excellent dispensary that stresses medical uses and works with you to find the strains you need. Though it is one of the newer dispensaries, they have worked hard to become a strong contender in Western Mass.
Excellent chefs make some very high quality concentrates, from wax to crumble, to shatter, and live sugar. Their edibles are high quality, my favorite being the mints(either wintergreen or cinnamon, both are good).
The only down point to this dispensary previously was its bud, but the good people at INSA have put a lot of effort into increasing the quality of their flower – and have, in my opinion. I have tried 4-5 types recently, as their prerolls are a great way to sample the different types. The ones that work best for me are the types mixed with Jack Herer, a famous strain out of the Netherlands. They make great use of this strain, as it’s part of their best flower and concentrates.
I highly recommend INSA for your medical marijuana needs.

INSA Springfield is one of my favorite places to be! The products are of great quality. I am a huge fan of the Live Sugar selection they have. The flower always looks good. They have a great variety of other options for ingesting THC, which is growing all the time. The staff treats you like family. Just a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone!
My only complaint about INSA is the new packaging they’re using for their flower and their vape pens aren’t very potent. That being said their flower is OUTSTANDING in quality and the staff (at both locations) are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
I’ve been going here since they opened. Before that I would travel to their Easthampton store. Everything was good until Easthampton went recreational. Since then things have gone downhill. The Springfield shop has had a very limited selection of edibles for quite a while now. The Easthampton store also has a more varied supply as well as higher potency flower than Springfield. Just compare the 2 menus. Disappointed that I have travel over the mountain now to get my medicine

With living in Ludlow it’s great to have a dispensary located 10 minutes down the road. It’s not my first choice but when traveling isn’t an option and I only need a small quantity of product it’s ideal. Being a medical patient on a fixed income, there are times when purchasing more then a gram isn’t feasible. I’m saddened that you’re only allowing eighths or more on almost all (if not all) of your flower. The one selection you did have in grams (tres star) was SO beyond dry that it’s appalling it was being sold at full price, not discounted. How hard is it to weigh up some grams to ensure that all of your patients get their medication?! If I were to recommend a location, this would not be it.

For the serious heavy daily user to the first time patient. Insa (Springfield) is my recommendation. They always have a smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, staff member ready to guide you, or talk shop.
Amazing and extremely friendly staff. They make you feel at home! Their concentrates are by far the tastiest I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying(the live sugar is soooo goood!!). The staff is very knowledgeable about the different products they have to offer, and I didn’t feel like an idiot asking questions!!
My FAVORITE place to buy my medicine BY FAR!
First time here. New to the medical side of it. Very friendly staff. They were knowledgeable also. The vape cartridge is very flavorful and works well. They also include a free battery for the vape. Very nice touch. If you are in the Springfield area i would recommend to stop by. I will be back. Very clean also.
First.. I sent 2 emails about the quality and have gotten no response. The buds were so dry they turned to powder. You must be vetting out reviews because if patients think that is how their medicine is supposed to be.. They are wrong. The bud is not being kept at the proper humidity.. The Killer Queen .Deep chunk. & Underdog… All Powder.. Dry to the bone.. Packaged in November.. Bought in January. There is so much money going into these dispensaries now there should be a quality control officer from the state inspecting. It was horrible bringing this to my patient.. Gave over 2 weeks and 2 complaints to correct before writing this review. My patient still has some left if it needs to be inspected. I told her not to smoke anymore.. Had to go find better quality medicine. Wish INSA would pay better attention to storage..
Staff were great. Atmosphere is good. The only real complaint I have is that the flower is sooooo dry!!

Insa of Spfld is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Put an order in online was ready in 10min. Stopped by and was in and out in 5min. Would definitely recommend.

Only bitch I have is that the Spfld location is scarcely stocked compared to Easthampton local. And the “Selection” is greatly improved by the location. Ordered leafly and the had to cancel half the order due to a lack of STOCK. This area needs improvement……
First time at any INSA location staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Actually had options on discounts it was what worked best for me!
Young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the different types of medication (batter, crumble, wax, shatter & flower). I wish I got her name as she was very helpful and didn’t seem to mind that I had so many questions.
I ordered ahead ahead of time and would have been in and out 10 min max but I had being I had so many questions it took a little longer.
Fabulous place. Great product, great staff! Highly recommend.
