I would move to Brookline if I could find an affordable apartment this dispensary is that good. I mean I can’t think of any other dispensary that has as much to offer as NETA does. I have been to every dispensary in the state. this place can get busy so if you suffer from anxiety try and find a time suitable for less of a wait or try there express checkout it’s very convient ( if you know what your looking for before coming in ) once again I will be visiting soon and many more times for there TOP NOTCH concentrates.
Beautiful interior, prices are decent & the products are top notch. It sucks that they have a 7g flower limit but it’s understandable because so many people patronize this place. NETA has provided the blueprint for all dispensaries in MA to follow.
This was the first place I visited. I should never of done that. They are the gold standard and the other dispensaries just don’t hold up.
The worst part of this place is parking may take a few minutes. That’s it.
The experience is fantastic, with a fast pass option that you just fill out the order form and they get it.
If you want to smell the flower and talk about it and what it is good for, they have that as well. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
You can decide the quantity after smelling and they keep themselves well stocked.
I hope they expand into other locations , if not they are my go to.

I have been going to NETA since it first opened and was my favorite dispensaries over the past few months I noticed the customer service has been awful. I tried to contact them numerous of times and know ever gets back to me and when I call they are extremely dismissive. Ever since Adult use in Northampton opened there has been so much less edibles I haven not been able to get CBD Gems for over a month which helps with my medical issues. I thought patients would always come first. I’m very disappointed NETA
Meh………… the best thing about this dispensary is the fact that I can get kief by the the gram.
The staff is very knowledgable & they really seem to care about their clients. It doesn’t seem like they will tell you anything just to sell. It took a long time for me on my first visit; I had a lot of questions. Everyone answered my questions, even on the phone. Prices are fair, and I would go there again. I hope they get more CBD Products.
Love everything about this dispensary – gave only four stars simply because I didn’t enjoy the quality of the pre- rollers I bought – they didn’t burn well and were heavy on the paper, which is a shame because the flower used (Master Kush) was smooth and I would have enjoyed tasting it rather than the paper. Also, poor burn (side burn predominate in these rollers) wasted flower, and I ended up snuffing them out and pulling the remaining for a pipe.

Shatter is of some of the finest. Great job working with the DPH to finalize agreements and get the medicine out there for those who choose to use it.
The Longs Peak Blue at 90%tac is potent. Heady out of body type levels. Flavor is amazing, tastse like lipton tea bags with hint of blue berry after taste. The facewreck sativa shat is exceptional also, not nearly as heady and very flavorful, i’m vaping using a new firefly2 with the concentrate pads. Oh my!
it’s a good place MBA type investors. ummm, the money is a concern guys. also you don’t have a disabled vet discount at the register. sooo, it’s tough for me. I’m probably not coming back until I get another coupon

Best experience I’ve ever had! Clean, professional, and classy. Dealt with Simone, who was extremely knowledgable on the whole line they offer. The bud was the best I’ve got from a mmj dispensary. I can’t say enough good things about this place, will definitely be back.
Absolutely the best MMJ experience I have had so far in the year I’ve had my medical card. Forget the glorified drug deals posing as caregivers, you won’t get shake, thick stems, or seeds from NETA, you see what you order before you pay, no shady delivery guys or mixed up orders, poor excuses for missed appointments, and so far some of the best quality herb I have found here.
Prices are a little higher, $100 for a quarter and $350 for a gram, but I am fine with paying that for the time being given the quality, active % breakdown (THC, CBD, TAC, CBG, CBC, CBN, and THC-V), and tons of nice plump trichomes!
I’m quite comfortable stating here that I will never use another caregiver as long as NETA keeps operating at this service and quality level, with the exception of concentrates, but those should be coming soon.
I love this dispensary so much! Everyone who works there is super friendly and wicked knowledgeable about all their products! I highly recommend this place!

Went in for my first time yesterday. Was IMMEDIATELY blown away by 1. How beautiful the building is. 2.how clean and professional it all felt. And 3. How amazing the staff is. After showing my credentials I was immediately greeted and brought through my process for registration. After about 5 minutes I was in line and the nicest ladies (I forget their names but will def learn them from future visits) helped me get 3 Amazing strains of potent moist buds and an incredible pre roll. 10374920173920/10 wild HIGHLY recommend giving this place a visit. Professionalism beyond comparison.
This establishment is byfar the cleanist and most polite and knowledeable staff the intake prosses was quick and easy and any and all questions were adressed rite away they took the time to go over everything without missing a beat.

Very big fan of the brookline location. Fan of the kief and preferably the higher THC strains. Shatter is great. Not a fan of the rempen vapes, even at 5x the strength notice nothing from it. Staff is all very cool and knowledgeable. One thing very annoying, customer-employee conversation. there should be someone pre-screening everyone before customers asking what’s on the entire menu in detail. Fast line isn’t any faster than actually waiting in line. But overall, favorite location, great atmosphere, great product.
I am so tired of the same strains here and the same old, same old.
HERE SOME ADVICE: since Jack Frost sells out in a day, have you thought about growing more? Please stop using plastic bins to store all your flower and use glass Jars like a big kid….throw a humidifier packet in there as well because your flower needs it. Offer delivery or express pick up. Offer sales or rewards points.

The selection is pretty great IMO and while I wouldn’t complain about more consistency I am impressed with how it’s been done so far.
Pricing is comparable to others in the area. I do hope that the selection in the Boston area forces dispensaries in general to compete a little better in terms of pricing. It can definitely be improved across the board. I do like NETA’s first timer deal and the 20% off on shake is great. I also appreciate their pre-rolls are a bit heavier than 1 gram for the same price. All of those things are great.
The quality of their menus and packaging is lightyears ahead of other places I’ve been. This might seem like a small thing but it really makes the experience A+.
I really enjoy how knowledgeable they are about the product and go through the effort to display it and show it off before you make your final selection. It’s marijuana guys — no shame in having a bit of fun shopping for it. Excite my eyes.
The actual building and facility alone makes the trip worthwhile. It’s really beautiful and a joy to just hang out in.

For me being a first time customer, my first experience was 5 Stars hands down. Budtender answered all my questions and gave me more knowledge on somethings I never knew. NETA Brookline was the second dispensary I went to go visit. If this is your first time going to NETA I recommend asking a close friend that has a medical card or finding somebody in line that can refer you; why? Because you both save $50 bucks on your first time visit/referral. Also go early!!! This place gets so busy it can be a major unexpected time delay due to this being THE MOST POPULATED: people/city/location wise. It’s in a beautiful, that once was, a bank.

The prices, while not low, are as good or better than any of the other dispensaries in MassachusettsaEUR| The quality is top notch the selection is outstanding and the service is wonderful! The only complaint I have, and it is a very small one, is the parking situationaEUR| But, given everything else it is a price I’m absolutely willing to pay!

These limits are getting ridiculous, 1 gram of shatter per patient? And they finally get kief back on the menu and there’s a limit of 1 gram per patient. I drive a pretty good distance to get to this dispensary just like 80% of your patients and these limits just make me want to stop coming here. It’s getting awful I understand a lot of patients come here because it’s arguably the best dispensary in the state of mass but expand your growing facility to accommodate your patients not waste money on redesigning a website multiple times or adding silicone to your grams of shatter which lasted for a week at most.
It’s dishonest and unhelpful to patients to mislabel the strains. It’s also disrespectful to the cannabis geneticists who made it. Ex: Flo OG is Florida OG. Girl Scout Cookies. WHITE Walker Kush. How am I supposed to find my best working medication if you guys call things whatever you want? Your flower is very decent, yet expensive too.
Went here yesterday. I purchased some shatter, wax, a vape cartridge, and an 8th of Hurricane flower. EVERYTHING was AWESOME! I I am usually very skeptic when I visit a dispensary in this state because it seems like everywhere the weed is too dry and the prices are too high. I was very pleased with the freshness of the the flower and the high was pure happiness. The shatter and wax was also incredible. I will absolutely go back when I have the time.

Super impressed, very comfortable atmosphere. While the line may be long, ever staff member goes out of their way to assist you on a one-on one-on, personal counsulting session with an expert behind the counter. You truly come first here, and if the wait was twice as long, I’ll still be perfectly content striking up a conversation with another patient or three to effortlessly pass the time. NETA Brookline is great! The parking is definitely not the best- limited spots in the lot and street parking. You may have to loop around a few times- my suggestion is getting dropped off or using public transportation! Spots do open up sporadically. When you enter, reminds you of a train station but is a renovated bank.The Express Lane is where I prefer to purchase product which excludes the limited menu or daily menu items. Average wait time for me has been 30-45 minutes.
What led to my review today was the first unfortunate experience I had with NETA Brookline. Being a MMJ patient has allowed me to find true support in working through my anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I am looking to fully move away from smoking and consider other ways of intake … Tinctures have been the best yet. After purchasing my first Wishing Well Tincture 10 ML Sativa- I finally found daytime relief. It was great and I was happy to purchase my 2nd batch from NETA Brookline just 2 weeks ago. I noticed the inner seal after purchasing was a little loose but I ignored it. 3 days after that, the inner part of the cap completely fell out. I stored it upright for the most part but come to find, after only 2 uses, the tincture had completely leaked. Yes, it may have been jostled a bit my placement of it in my purse- however for it to completely leak?! Shame on me for storing it in my purse for that brief time but I had used tinctures before – never an issue. I called NETA Brookline to inform them of the tincture leak at the very most to report the packaging issue. Please understand : I was NOT expecting a full refund. The NETA Brookline Employee that I spoke with via phone was curt, a bit accusing, and completely condescending. She did not ask for my name or Patient # or how long I have been a patient with NETA Brookline. After I shared the issue with her, she asked pointed questions about storage in a way that insinuated I had purposefully done it. It wasn’t appreciated whatsoever. She put me on hold for a moment and came back to begrudgingly tell me to bring in the emptied tincture and “they will see what they can do for you”. She also suggested that I remember to store it in a proper place and upright as if she was speaking to a child. Ugh.
I will not let this unfortunate experience completely to mar my future time with NETA Brookline however I was sincerely disappointed in their customer service today. Their employees are all so very sweet and accommodating that I was taken aback.
The Sativas here are generally mediocre. Anything that is decent quality generally goes very quickly.
Slow service and long wait. It could be a lot faster if the product were prepackaged. Personally, I don’t need to smell it beforehand.
The tiny parking lot gets filled up and makes it very inaccessible for the patients with disabilities. Sometimes you have to park on Washington St., which can be very dangerous because of the narrow space and all the traffic.
On the plus side, very friendly staff. Perhaps some of the accessibility issues could be alleviated.
Also, it’s a shame that Brookline requires that they have a fulltime policeman whose job is to basically tell patients that there is no room in the parking lot. Hopefully they can change the regulations to not require an officer, and pass the saving to the patients, who are already paying too much.

This location is my absolute favorite dispensary, it was the first that I went to and it’s had me hooked ever since. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful and you are always greater with a warm smile. The selection here is top notch and they will almost always have some kind of deal or strain that’s a reduced price. Even if I lived an hour away I would make the trek to come here, it’s definitely worth it.
This is a high end place. The bud is always good, potent, and well trimmed. Only complaint, the buds are wicked small! Are you guys growing hydroponically? Could you get some organically grown dirt crop? Im not a fan of the chemical concoctions the industry calls nute’s in my lungs. I don’t really care how naturally organic a bottle of something that smells like a…. purports to be. To end; seriously I would really appreciate some dirt, at some point you’ll lose me as a regular….
I was so surprised with the place. I’ve been to 2 other dispensaries and this was the best in terms of atmosphere. It was the only one that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable with the security/check in process. They still make you go through check points and take your identifications but they are kind and welcoming while they do it, not looking you up and down and assuming I’m not a legitimate patient or something. The flower bud was amazing!!! The best I’ve found in a while. The prices are higher than I would agree is fair, but the product works so well I don’t need as much so I’ll suck it up and pay. They have a wide selection of products, the dose chocolate bars are so yummy and have pure chocolate taste. I will be going here as my regular dispensary.

Seems like NETA only focuses their attention to their top THC producing strains because those are always dank. I’ve tried their CBD strains and it’s nothing but B-Grade popcorn nugs.

The NETA locations are beautiful. They have great packaging and a good selection of strains usually. Edibles are tasty and do the job.
My only issue is that while the flower usually looks pretty good, there isn’t much personality to the the phenotypes I’ve seen of certain genetics. These strains don’t have a lot of smell or taste in my experience, and the effects aren’t the best. I recently tried GSC and Master Kush: Both genetics are great, but these phenotypes did not match up with my experience with both strains in the past. If GSC stands for Girl Scout Cookies, then for me this strain was a let down for me.
I also found a very tiny male flower on the GSC.
Overall not bad for Massachusetts though… especially if you have a low tolerance or are unfamiliar with genetics.
I love NETA Brookline. The people have always been extremely helpful and the wait times now are nothing like they were a year ago. If you suffer from arthritis or muscle tension try the Allay Lotion xtra THC. It’s amazing and has changed my life. No more muscle relaxants or pain meds needed and I had nerve pain/surgery. Prices are great here too and I like that you can buy small amounts of flower.
Great experience! Better than other places. Location was terrible have to bring another person to drive around while in there but they taught me alot. their indica blueberry pomegranate vape is amazing taste great. The lotion is so helpful and their gummys are great. I have been to other dispensarys with terrible tasting vapes and terrible quality. This is totallllyyy worth the extra money and no parking. Neta is the best dispensary in MA! They are consistently professional, friendly, knowledgeable and well stocked with product (with many strains to choose from). Their communication is excellent – from social media, answering their phones, email responses and posting their menu. One request – could you please bring back strain specific Rem Pen cartridges? Having to choose a general Indica, Sativa or Hybrid is not helpful when trying to treat specific medical symptoms – it’s a big step backwards into not knowing what you are getting and therefore not being able to buy it again if it works well (or trying a different strain if it doesn’t). Other than that, thank you NETA for setting the bar high and being the Gold Standard for all dispensaries to follow.
First time visit got 49 dollars off and a free pack of rolling papers. Awesome atmosphere, helpful staff. You get to see and get a whiff of the flower which I wasn’t able to do at a different dispensary. Prices are pretty much the same as other locations. Higher quality flower with a better trim job than what Ive seen at other locations. Wide variety of products with several different flowers, vape pens, all kinds of edibles, tinctures and lotions. Drove in, plenty of places to park within a close walking distance. Awesome overall experience with high quality products and competitive pricing. I will definitely be back.
NETA was the first dispensary I’ve ever gone to and is the only one I’ll visit from now on! The employees were so helpful and nice and found me exactly what I needed to help my afflictions. it is a little pricey, but there is nothing but consistent quality with their supply. The hour drive up and 2 hour drive back were totally worth it, but next time I’ll take the train.

Would Recommend the Moonshine Haze and Jack Frost. Their GSC is extremely weak. Also noticed that some batches of certain strains that they keep in rotation often aren’t consistent in potency. Some buds aren’t cured or manicured well enough. I like NETA because it’s clear they keep a record of what’s good and what’s not. They keep changing their goods but bring back effective strains. They keep a consistent variety. So if you like saliva over I dica, there’s typically at least two kinds to pick from. You can also buy grams to sample strains. I dig this place….just keep the Jack Frost and Moonshine Haze in stock and I’ll keep coming.

Salem has a small but varied product offerings of quality . It dispenses them in a two sta way. If (I guess he’s the ‘boss’) seems to think you are talking too long with the budtender ,he comes over to check it out- bad vibes city ya bloke! But that isn’t the workers fault now is it! Nick, Jr. , and a Brother and supoib Sister that work behind the counter have been 6 Star to deal with and deserve raises!!!.You dont get to see, smell or have some intimacy with what flower you are buying. Their Captain’s Cake and Grandaddy Purple are Superb. The place looks like the ‘boss’ acts, but don’t let that stop you. Some of the best product and budtenders in Mass. can be found here. Last Saturday was my first official visit. I heard from a friend that went here before that it was amazing, and it is.
There is a small side parking lot that holds about 10 cars, and I think they have valet parking on weekends (not sure saw a guy with a shirt that said valet, didn’t ask though)
SUPER secure, with 2 locked doors that you have to be buzzed into first. (Don’t forget your IDs)
You go into the old bank, and are greeted by the smell of cannabis and a very friendly greeter that hands you a menu, and checks to see if this is your first time.
You have to fill out 3 pages of info, and then get in 1 of 2 lines. Express (few items, scanned and packed and you are on your way.
Or, you can go for the regular line, where you can talk about the product, smell and see your options.
I went with a friend and we both got the $49 deal (each) and has the nicest association (I believe her name was Laura, a total doll)

This place is always popping every time I’ve been. First time can be a bit of a hassle, but after that, their express checkout is quick and easy. Fantastic selection, and they’re hardly ever run out of stock, and when they do, it’s usually their “limited selections” (which are always FIRE) Accessibility can be a bit of a pain, that parking lot is WAY too small, and they’re in the middle of a busy intersection. Very cool location/building though. Staff is always very knowledgeable and usually very friendly, although I have had one or two “weed-snob-types” help me there. Product highlights at this place are their Apex carts (best premium vape carts in the area IMO) and their Wax. Edibles tend to be more expensive here than other nearby places. Overall: B+
NETA offer you 4 ounces for $1000. Wait in line for one or two hours. There is plenty of room inside the building, but they make you wait outside, temperature 19 degrees. At the counter, they tell you demand is great and you can only buy 1/8 ounce? I won’t be back!

First let me start by saying I have been a medical marijuana patient for 4 years now. I have tried to keep an open mind about this place, but their flower is not very good. My first visit approx. 3 years ago was my best (flower quality).. Since then they have become sub par,putting it nicely,dry,small nuggets, pretty much all the strains taste similar, totally not dispensary quality. I recently took advantage of their $200 coupon for getting my mmj card renewed, which by the way is a great promotion, it’s really the only reason I gave them another shot after about 5 dissatisfied visits…I really can’t speak about their other products as I only smoke flower…
I have been here twice and absolutely always leave very happy! I had to renew, but will be back soon!
Walking in to this dispensary for the 1st time and speaking to their incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff members, I immediately felt at ease. A great place.
Best quality cartridges I’ve had! Great location but parking can be a challenge at peak hours. Beautiful facility with knowledgeable staff. Love how they show you the product and let you look and smell before buying- no hiding the freshness! Also love the Dose 4mg cubes I purchased- great value for the money. Definitely a favorite!

First visit was on Friday afternoon. Beautiful building, great atmosphere, friendly employees, excellent herb and edibles……they are doing it as it should be done! Very civilized of us Massachusetts…I’m sure the city and state will enjoy the tax dollars…Hopefully others will also open….

I need to correct a few exceptions, if you’re looking for a military discount they don’t have it. You are/were military and you were a civilian before that just like everyone else so don’t try to kill great service and products by negative reviews if you shop there. The government still sees it as illegal and I’m sure your DS wouldn’t sympathize with you.
I was in for my first visit, being a patient advocate and having many years of grow knowledge I went in with an open mind. The staff tried to help someone at the counter that was a loud mouth know-it-all refusing to stop with the stories of his greatness and was asked to leave. 5 minutes of banter and foot stomping got him ejected and I understand why the guy behind the counter was testy with me at first. I defused the situation and allowed him to run down his pitch which he did his homework and knew his job well. I dropped about 600 and couldn’t be happier with how well he handled himself after being tested like that. The people there need to do their job, they’re not psychologists for your issues and generally spent a lot of time learning the job I’m sure everyone here would be happy to have. I drove almost an hour to get there and I’ll continue to give them my business. 5 stars because its deserved not owed. Great job NETA..
I think the atmosphere, customer service, and variety of products are great at NETA in Brookline. You have the ability ask the helpful staff any questions you may have and see any products before you make a purchase. The reason that I can’t give 5 stars is because of the quality of the flower. Every joint that I rolled with the Amnesia Haze, Gran Flora, and the Tangerine Haze left a dark, black coal ash and would not stay lit for more than a puff or 2. My understanding is that the final flush was not performed properly at the end of the grow cycle leaving behind traces of fertilizer. All of the flowers look good, and have the effect you are looking for but for now, I will look elsewhere for a more enjoyable smoke. I plan to check back in a month or 2 to see how quality improves.
I’ve visited NETA is Brookline a few times now. Easy access from MBTA Green Line and I had no problem parking on Boylston Street when the NETA lot was full. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The sativa and hybrid flower I’ve purchased all very very good, but the indica strains (Master Kush, Walker..) were not what I expected (understanding that everyone has a different experience with any given strain), I have had very good experiences with other indicas so I was perplexed. Purchasing at the counter resulted in me spending twice as much as intended on both visits –
yeah, my bad, but next time I’ll do the express instead of going to the counter to avoid getting overwhelmed by all the choices. Amazing space!!!
This place was great, staff was polite and the atmosphere was not intimidating. The menu was easy to navigate and read. The product was good quality however I would like to see more variety in types of concentrates considering they do not carry CO2 distillates

The best of the dispensaries I have visited. Quality of the product wasn’t the best I have seen but was still very good. The amount of products available is exceptional. Service and atmosphere is top shelf. As far as pricing goes it is inline for a dispensary. The day I was there Bubble Hash was available. For selection of Medicinal Products and atmosphere it is hard to imagine you doing any better. As of yesterday they are offering a significant discount to first time patients.
NETA was the first cannabis dispensary I visited upon receiving my state med-mary credentials. Legit. U can’t beat $50 off 1st time visit and each referral. Easy access via. T, car etc. When u arrive u have the option of street or parking lot. Local PD on-site at door check. After u pass through the door u are smacked with the dank bank smell. After passing through the second credential check u are greeted by a person at a concierge stand offering guidance through their purchase options. Grab a menu and u can wait in line for a bud tender to walk u thru products or if u know exactly what u want, choose the express line to expedite ur visit. NETA has a wide product line of Flower, concentrate and edibles with purchase limits on flower, o. the other hand their flower is not pre packaged… The team and atmosphere are great – cool old bank. Prices are strong but they have discounts and tons of service with high quality meds, famous strains.. NETA offers an oral cannabis tincture that will cure what ails u for about 6 hours -3 to 4 drops will do u. If u are in the Boston area NETA is a go to dispensary.

Yes, there is usually a long wait for the Full Service (meet with a “budtender”, ask all your questions, sample smell the strains you want, ask more questions, and generally have a great experience with the person assisting you).
Once you are familiar with the menu, and know what you are going in for…. they offer an “express lane” where you fill out a card with what you want (there is no sampling the smell of the buds, can’t really ask a lot of questions, and value is put on speed….. get in, get out, quickly).
I HIGHLY recommend the express lane for anyone that KNOWS what they want. Using express, I have never waited more than 30 minutes….. I have easily waited in Full Service line for over 90 minutes before.
hardly find a place these days you see everyone putting effort getting along with one another and genuinely try to help each other out. Great reception staff and “Budtender” Annemarie (or Annamarie, I am terrible w/ name) is surely very tender and caring. well, not only taking care patinets’ order, a couple jokes will make your waiting time absolutely a blast. And the stuff I got….they know what they are doing. the 1.2 gram cone rolled with “M” filter is a work of art. It’s quite an experience gotta say…
So let’s start at the beginning. When you first arrive at NETA you will notice that there is nowhere to park. Get ready to spend time circling the building while you wait for a spot to open up. Once you do park, you must be careful getting out of your car! NETA is on a main road, and traffic doesn’t give a damn if you have to park on the street and get out of your car. I have almost been hit twice, and this is why I don’t go there anymore. There is a police detail who stays out front, which is nice and comforting when you have just made a big purchase and want to feel safe walking back to your car. Check in is fast and easy. The inside is huge and very comfortable! Menus ready for anyone who comes inside, and plenty of places to sit while you peruse your options. And there is a pretty big selection to choose from! NETA offers one of the biggest choices in flower that I have seen, and it is all top quality! They do offer a hardship discount for certain customers. Also, be sure to call ahead and ask if they are running any specials! On one of my visits I was told that if I brought in a toy to donate that I would get a discount, which I did! So always call ahead! The online menu is reliable, and so is the staff. NETA talked me into my first vaping experience, which I loved, and gave me my first edible! If you are okay in traffic, then NETA is definitely somewhere you will want to visit more than once. My only recommendation is to make sure you give yourself a large chunk of time to be there. This is not an in and out dispensary like some of the smaller ones in Massachusetts. Each time I have gone there, I have been inside for at least 40 minutes because of long lines. The only reason I don;t go back is because the parking situation scares the hell out of my, but this is definitely a 5 star facility!
Regarding the comment below by Callaway500 about the lower THC Buddha’s Sister and the response by Neta: I am the opposite when it comes to Buddha’s Sister (one of my favorite strains) and other strains, the lower THC (especially if its 15% or lower) is what I need. Anything over 15% not only doesn’t help me but causes discomfort and extreme anxiety/paranoia. I’ve tried CBD strains and they don’t help as much as a low THC strain.. Please please please don’t get rid of all of your lower THC phenotypes.. I would imagine that I’m not the only patient that needs lower THC strains. I realize you can’t help everyone’s specific needs but I hope some of the lower THC strains remain in rotation.

This dispensary seemed very professional, everyone who worked there was nice. I got a good deal because some of the discounts they had. Great flower, very fresh, some of the prerolls were a little too tight but not a huge deal.
Amazing products, atmosphere, service, and experience. My advisor Nancy was so incredibly helpful–and patient–and is just a lovely person. Such a gorgeous facility, too. I ended up purchasing 3.5g CBD-rich Sour Tsunami x Cataract Kush flower, 3.5g Bruce Banner flower, 1g Jack Frost flower, a variety pack of 5 pre-rolls (Tangerine Haze, Grape Stomper, Flo OG, Walker Kush, and Master Kush), a 1:1 CBD:THC Rempen Slim, and a hybrid dark chocolate dose bar. All of the products have been fantastic, perhaps with the exception of the Rempen Slim, which is good not great, but I look forward to purchasing on my next visit the Apex One (just released). I have always loved this location, strains have always been great, people super friendly etc, but today I was pretty disappointed. Picked up some of my favorites – GSC and Flo OG – and they are both lacking in taste and smell dY~* Where’s the delicious earthiness I’ve come to expect from Flo? They both work fine, medicinallyaEUR< speaking, but I'm one of those people who really wants to taste the yummy flavors!

I have visited three times now and it’s always been an excellent experience. The first time I waited in the regular line because I needed some guidance on what to get for my particular problem. They were very informative and helpful. Second and third time I used the express line and I was in and out in no time. First class dispensary.
Great location, parking not so great, but when room the lot in front is convenient. Flower always nice quality, decent variety. Concentrates are decent not impressed with taste, appearance, or potency but I realize it’s a new market, hopefully they will embrace the concentrate scene, and start having some budders, crumbles, different strains from different manufactures, live resin. Edibles were not impressive at all, however Belgian chocolate was tasty
I’m going to have to say I was a bit disappointed with the quality of a few products after my most recent visit. I purchased a couple pre-rolls that were by far the worst joints I’ve received from any dispensary. I ultimately had to break down and re-roll again. I was super excited to see the brownies back on the menu but after opening the package and finding what looked to be the dessert from a aEURoekid cuisineaEUR frozen meal I was sadly let down. The new recipe not only tastes awful but the brownie which was advertised as 50mg actually only had a total of 46.44mg. Now, I’ve seen products over by .44-2.50 mg dependent on dispensary but never under!!!! Also, Where’s the military discount!?!?!

When i first arrived I was quite overwhelmed. It was very busy with people everywhere. It was also quite noisy between the somewhat loud music and the crowds of people talking. I asked if there was anyone who could help me since it was my first time and was immediately helped in a private room by Margot who really took the time trying to help me chose what combo would be best for my illness. She helped me chose a small handful of products to try. I never felt over sold to or pressured to buy extra. I wish they had a broader range of supplies since they only sell one model of vape and one ridiculously expensive grinder. I was also disappointed by their complete lack on high CBD strains. There was no high CBD flower or any other high CBD product. It is very frustrating that there isn’t at least one.
I came home with a few edibles to try and 3 different flowers to try out. I tried Chem Dawg, buddha’s sister, and Walker Kush. Buddha’s sister ended up rubbing me the wrong way in that it made my insomnia worst instead of putting me to sleep, Chem Dawg is fine, no strong opinion, and Walker Kush is a dream come true.
Over all, decent flower and assorted other products, but NO high CBD!! WAY too noisy especially for someone who wasn’t feeling very well walking in the door and who’s condition is exacerbated by lots of noise and stimuli. I plan on asking for a private consult again if its so busy again. I mostly dealt with Margot who was amazing but everyone else working there seemed very involved with the customers which is a really good sign.
I love this place, since their GRAND OPENING I’ve been coming to NETa, every time I come in for a consultation I feel more and more welcomed. ALL the staff know who I am, with is great. The staff is amazing. I seem to always have questions on my returning visits and they Always have an answer. I have been traveling to other dispensaries in MA and none of them can compare in Product Quality, Service, and amazing Atmosphere… BY FAR THE BEST ONE YET MA!

I’ve been to NETA Brookline on 4 different occasions and every time I’ve felt with a different person and the service and knowledge was amazing! NETA Brookline is fantastic:
– Quality is quite good.
– Prices are eh. Not listed on the menu, but there is also a QP discount you can ask about. (Menu only shows price breaks up to an ounce.)
– Has its own parking lot with a cop there. So no worries about safety if you are carrying a lot of cash to buy with, or coming out with a lot of weed.
– I have gone 3 times now. The first time I didn’t know about the parking lot and parked a block and a half away at a meter. 2nd time I went on a weekday in the early afternoon and the parking lot was pretty empty. 3rd time the place was PACKED (I think it was a holiday), but I still found a spot (the last one).
– When the lot is full they close it off. I would just circle a time or 2.
– If they aren’t busy, the normal line is probably 15 minutes. Even if there is no wait it takes a bit cause they have to package and label everything for you.
– When busy I’ve waited 45 minutes in line, then 15 at the counter (got a buncha stuff though, so it took a while to package).
Location was easy to get to. Building itself was impressive. Great repurposed building! Staff was great and product got me to write a review.
NETA Brookline is hands down THE best dispensary on the East Coast. NETA also has a dispensary in Northampton, MA, which I am sure is amazing as well, but since I personally have never been there, I want to speak solely for the Brookline, MA branch. NETA has a great variety of products, from flower to infused lotions that help on many fronts. The prices are spot on and well worth the price for any product you may need. All of the staff is extremely educated about the products, and they are more than helpful in helping you to select the appropriate products for you based on your needs. There usually is a healthy wait for service, but again, it is worth the wait. There are 12 dispensaries in the state, and there are three or four locations closer to me, but the drive and the wait is certainly not stopping me from getting the best medicine I have ever encountered. Always worth the visit to NETA Brookline!
Amazing. Built in an old bank bldg this place is great. Much softer entrance and exit than other dispensaries, while maintaining crowd control, safety, and strict identification protocol. The staff were all super helpful and much more invested in educating consumers on what medicinal marijuana could help with, dosage, and product types. This is the bar other dispensaries should aim for. The products are high quality and the chocolate is… waaaaay too good to be medicinal haha. Reminds me of artisanal chocolate, it just may be honestly. All the staff were helpful. There was a line but I learned so much waiting in line that I wouldn’t trade it for anything. There was no line for “express” service while I was there. A+++.

Acoustics are horrible for me but the staff is super friendly and well-informed. Each visit, they have spent plenty of time with me and I have never felt rushed. They listen carefully to all my symptoms and have been very helpful with suggestions of strains. Most purchases have been the right result.
The Quality is on point, but when it comes to service I don’t come back until there’s a sale pulling me back in. I go straight to the fast express, really don’t like the employees treatment. They don’t care about your health problem and just want your money and you to leave). Every time I ask them the same question they give me the same response. The whole menu is base on Sativa, Hybrids and Indica. It’s like they don’t know anything about terpenes.

This location is like a Dream come true. I like the fact that NETA has really educated there staff on all the different types of flowers, Edibles, oils, tinctures and lotion. There flowers are Beautiful. Every time I’ve gone there they have been fully stocked with a HUGE selection it’s been hard to choose. There prices are reasonable when buying small amounts of Medicine. It’s almost like they try to steer people away from buying ounces just by the price.
Neta staff are very helpful in explaining which strains work for what pain and I could only say that majority of the strains I get work for multiple conditions besides the ones I’m dealing with. Keep the buds going and awesome place as well.

Overall a good visit at NETA. They have a great selection of concentrates and they do bulk discounts which not all dispensaries do. They also have the $200 new patient special which is a huge benefit. Saw a few samples of flower and they all looked pretty good, smaller nugs though. One thing to be prepared for is that the parking situation is not ideal, they have a very small lot where maybe 10-15 cars can fit and the rest is all street parking. Will definitely be returning!

This place was………awesome!!!!!! Everything you could ever imagine in a shop. I went on a Saturday, and I had to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. I was able to review the menu while it smelled like 30 chocolate cakes baking in front of my face. The aroma of the place is absolutely unbeatable. The service was outstanding. Simone had me laughing nonstop with her witty comments, and the rest of the staff was knowledgeable. They were able to educate me on what was the best fit for me. I felt at ease the entire time. And their product is a homerun. For someone who’s been smoking for 16 years, I know the product quite well. And this was fantastic. I personally think the Rempen will change everything for me. It’s a vape pen that looks like an e cigarette. You are legal to use this product everywhere, as long as you aren’t driving. It doesn’t smell like anything when you smoke it, and it’s ok for your health!

1. A bit more crowded (5 customers in front of me)
2. But plenty of in-line seating!
3. Did not feel rushed while being served (and I did ask lots of questions, all of which were answered forthrightly!)
My main reason for returning was ADVICE. Rather than going in with preconceived “wants” I told my “budtender” what I was trying to achieve and relied on their recommendations. Spot on the first time I went. Even more spot on this time.
Bottom line: I will shop thgeir again.

NETA is the gold standard for MMJ dispensaries in Massachusetts. The staff is so helpful and informative. The building is amazing. The edibles are delicious and effective. I just wish they opened one on the North Shore.
I found out about NETA in an article that was featured in the Brookline Tab last Sunday. NETA – Brookline has a secure atmosphere with plenty of people to warmly greet and assist you upon your entrance. The process for registering with them was hassle free and they provided a patient handbook which I’ve found to be very resourceful.
When deciding what products I needed to purchase for my ailments, I was helped by Lisa and another gentleman (whose name I can’t remember at this moment – so sorry!) When I told them what I use MMJ for, they made recommendations, and they explained why they recommended it. They let me smell the flowers prior to making a decision. I purchased 3 kinds of flowers, a vape pen, and a hybrid cartridge, which were of fantastic quality. They gave me a first time patient discount and free rolling papers which was a nice bonus.
The flower I was most impressed with was the Grape Ape. I actually get a full nights sleep now thanks to Grape Ape.
To summarize: NETA – Brookline has a great secure atmosphere, with very friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Cool location I like the old bank feel not over crowded. The buds are OK kinda hit or miss I guess. I got 4 different strains maybe 2 were enjoyable. 2 burned clean and 2 didn’t also very weak terps and thc. They show test for 25+ but dosent feel like that when you smoke it. I would come back if they got some new good stains on shelf. Maybe store cannabis in glass instead of plastic bins

NETA is great! Parking can be an issue. If you have a handicap placard/plate, the staff will make an effort to find you a space if there is any. Which is helpful and there’s cop directing traffic so coming in and out is never a problem. Inside is nice, music playing, staff extremely friendly, the lines are long, but I have noticed that the staff will go around and ask if anyone has questions. That distracts you from the mundane line. Nick and Simone are really nice and helpful. It’s like seeing old friends. It’s a bit pricey but worth the trip. You won’t be disappointed with there selection.

I like this dispensary with it’s old world charm; the architectural design elements from the former bank make it a fun stop. I went there yesterday and picked up their strain: Sweet Tooth, and from the kushy aroma when the associate first opened the container I knew that I was in for a real treat! The herb is kind with a wonderful flavor profile and aromatics. I would recommend this strain to anyone needing a new perspective but you may wish to wait until the chores are done first as there is a significant lack of motivation and even couch lock if you indulge in too much. In small doses it is great for bike rides but only with the ubiquitous safety gear, of course. I’m really liking this strain; good job, folks!

Cool strains and good deals… I had some horrible reactions to their flower, across multiple strains, and this doesn’t normally happen. Apparently they use plenty of pesticides or chemicals which may have bad effects. Beautiful and nice smelling flowers though. Just very commercial.
The place is a great dispencery, but since there aren’t any others around to compete with them, they treat their business like a monopoly. The prices for everything are through the roof. It is for medical patients only, so why take advantage of us like this?
I love this location. First, its an old bank…which is both ironic and convenient. This place, due in some part to trial & error, figured it out. Just being there is uplifting and feels like its own social event. Staff is friendly, happy to work there and helpful. I’ve been to Brockton. I’ve been to Salem. I’ve tried multiple delivery services. And now, I’ve truly found the 1st great MMJ dispensary in Massachusetts. NETA is fantastic in so many areas: Product!, service, atmosphere…did I say Product? All their flower is beautiful and plentiful (they had 10! strains when I went this weekend). It’s not per-packaged, they let you see it and smell it and they weigh it out in front of you. Did I mention the great service? It’s clear that management has told everyone to be super-friendly, and it shows! Everyone I encountered were really helpful and cheery and nice. There are so many positives: the atmosphere is pretty amazing, their building is beautiful, with couches and a very chill vibe. Their packaging and marketing materials are professional and pretty beautiful actually. How about that there is an Express Line and a Full Service Line. You can fill out a menu of what you want, sit on the couch and they call your name when your order is ready. Did I mention that the bud is killer?!!! Go to Brookline now! This place is truly the 1st great dispensary in Massachusetts!
I’ve been to this dispensary a few times. They’ve forgotten the discounts they offer almost every single time when cashing me out. I’ve tried several shatters and waxes. Facewreck was a brick and hard to handle. Gorilla Glue was unstable and a goopy mess. Haven’t tried the flower.
This dispensary definitely worth a visit . They do have a great atmosphere, very friendly personnel, it was my first visit yesterday ,i was greeted very nicely. So, if you leave in a Boston area you should check that place out. They have everything needed for vaping too. I only was buying buds though and was very satisfied with a quality and medicinal strength of them
This was my first dispensary, and it is, IMHO, really the king of all. The building is beautiful, they kept all of the period woodwork in place, the building was an old bank and it’s beautiful. Great flower, good people, top service. I love the way they open a bin of buds, let you smell it, and then weigh it out in front of you.

It’s in a perfect location, transportation is a stones throw away. The signage wasn’t obvious and I understand why, but I walked past it several times. Prices are more reasonable than another place I visited along with more variety and options.

This place served as the gold standard when we first passed legalization of mmj. This place was so insanely busy that it was really hard to shop here if you had physical limitations or couldn’t deal with crowds, and strain and weight limits were a pain. However, it’s calmed down a lot.
There are usually 8 strains of flower offered, nice variety. A lot of it tests lower than it did a year ago, but they still have many stand out strains, especially sativa (many other shops are limited in sativa options). If you like Rem pens, they have a vast selection. In my opinion, their chocolate bar is the best around (I prefer the hybrid bar but all 3 are great). Also, this place is a non-profit, which I really like.
No real cons for NETA except the location can be tough to get to and they close earlier than shops that are closer to me, so I can only really get to them on the weekend. My other areas for improvement for NETA seem to already been implemented. They’ve got seating all along where you stand in line so you can sit if it’s really busy, and if you are overwhelmed by people or have anxiety issues they can offer you consultation in a separate room. Also, I haven’t used it lately but they do have a setup where you can do “to go” orders by filling out a slip if you know exactly what you want already.

NETA is an easy walk from home, but I usually take the bike(rack is right behind the entrance). Friendly/helpful staff, great selection of products(flower, pre-rolled, tinctures, lotions, cartridges, edibles, kief, shatter…some limits may apply). They could use more CBD heavy strains in flower. I still came home with 6 strains(mid Sept. ’16). It’s housed in a beautiful old bank…and don’t sweat the cop at the door.
Best dispensary experience in MA. Everybody was super friendly, seemed happy to be there and happy to have customers. The products are great. My only complaints would be my cashier wasn’t that knowledgeable on some of the products and had to go ask somebody else several times. Also the prices are high, all the dispensaries in MA are high, they have seemingly tethered their price to about the same as every other dispensary. It’s a little unfortunate for us the patients, especially having been to CO and seeing the same strains for 1/2 the price.
Quality was pretty good. Weighed out in front of me. Some of the buds were larfy but did the job. Beautiful inside. My budtender had a slight attitude but maybe just having a rough day. It’s forgivable.

Staff was friendly, but overly familiar. Deeply urban location, so not convenient for car travelers. Sports a boutique-like atmosphere, which I find disconcerting as a medical user. Also disconcerting is the practice of waving flower aroma in your face for each variety. The whole experience felt like it was more about promoting pot culture than serving people with medical conditions. Selection was also poor in Indica. One visit will be all for me.
This location is absolutely stunning plus it smells amazing!!! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Although, the parking situation could be better. My first time here I was somewhat dissatisfied due to the quarter limit of all flower strains, the upside was I wanted to get some sweet tooth and because they ran out of actual bud and I ended up getting a quarter of shake they took an additional 10 or 15% off the original price of the flower. I also bought the fruit chews and I must say out of all the edibles I’ve tried these were the absolute worst, some were dry and a bit crusty others were clumped together and the taste was awful I’m not sure what your doing differently with your edibles than everyone else but I would ask because that formula is the reason I have yet to try anymore edible from them. I also bought some indica blend kief, and some Shatter and despite my issues with those awful gummy cubes the flower, Shatter and kief made up for it…..somewhat. I’ve recently just checked out there menu and they still have those cubes but also have new deals on wax/Shatter so I’ll be popping by pretty soon for some concentrates!

Every time I come here I am greeted by incredibly friendly workers. I always have great, helpful conversations with other patients as well. Every worker I’ve been helped by has been so helpful and I do not have enough good things to say about this place. Keep up the good work. The prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. This place is the real deal. They constantly have a large selection, and great edibles. The staff members are all super friendly and easy going. The lines can sometimes be long, but nothing you can do about it with the dispensary options in MA right now; everyone is going here instead of other dispensaries closer to them. NETA is setting the bar high for dispensaries in MA and it’s for the best! I make a 2.5 – 3 hour round trip out of it every other week from the North Shore. I ensure you the trip is always worth it!

Beautiful building – it’s inside an old bank. The smells are wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Will continue to go here. The menu changes frequently, so check on their web site before you go. Selections can be limited because they run out fast, and they put a limit most times on the amount of product you can buy (ie 3 pre-rolls, 1/4 ounce of bud, etc). Get there early and they most likely will have some specials available (limited pre-rolls, shatter, and bud).
Honestly the limits are crazy. 1g limit of concentrate. 1/4 ounce limit on flower. Flower quality is not bad. Nothing special tho. Until Neta offers more quantity I will not be returning. 4 just passed. I’ll be happy to grow my own meds for a fraction of the price. Would not shop again. Would only refer friend to get free 1/8th. Hope this honest review helps.

Best prices on bud anywhere, esp., when you factor in the discounts and specials. Good quality, well manicured buds. I can’t believe someone complained they waived the smell of the herb to you? Thats awesome in my book and I like how you see the bud they are weighing up. Need to offer hash though. Some exotics such as moon rocks and such would be nice as well.

I really hate having to go here. After a year of being open this place has only gotten worst… the staff are all visibly burnouts and recommend their personal favorite strains instead of anything helpful (I need strong pain relief and the staff is always trying to sell me sativas) more than once I’ve had a staff member say they don’t like indica so they haven’t used the ones on the menu, great that’s not what I asked. The prices are a little better than other places, but this place doesn’t care about providing medicine at all, the propelyne glycol in the cartridges and poorly trained, visibly high staff prove it. Their Northampton location puts this one to shame, they’re so professional there. I can’t recommend this place over the other ones near by.

Last time I left the cute, “always great at neta response” but I’m done with that. Not only is it always great, but NETA evolves in a way that is actually based off customer feedback. Now, I was totally blown away with their products outstanding quality, but have seen people ask about, and left in these review; the size of their buds was always small….well apparently that’s not a problem anymore, as I grabbed 10 grams of sweet tooth today, and the nugs were brilliant. Well trimmed well manicured and looks very sweet indeed. I don’t know the ins and outs of NETA yet….but considering their obviously over the top effort and quality to ensure patient satisfaction…. they deserve some recognition. Thank you all employees involved over their because you have certainly won the heart of this patient who has yet to see anything below the highest quality in effort, kindness, and knowledge. Keep up the great work!
Location is near Coolidge Corner. Parking lot is next to the bldg dedicated to Neta clients. People were very helpful. Everyone including patients were very friendly. Thank Chelsea for assistance and patience. She was dynamite. Very classy and well organized operation.

I like the location however I was not prepared for the amount of people packed inside I went on Friday and it was overwhelmingly packed and as someone with severe anxiety that was aweful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly took the time to explain everything on the menu to me and helped me find what may help best for me. There was only shake in the two strains I requested however I also got two pre rolls and two vape cartridges and a vape pen so far the vape pen has been amazing as has a pre roll all I’ve tried so far I hope to come back again on another day where there is actual flower not just shake. Love the vape pen though one hit and I was feeling good already and they taste amazing!
Great dispensery although parking is a pain in the ass. pricing is fair although could be cheaper. I find the selection is great although not enough of each product as the constantly run out extremely quick. Staff is awesome and friendly from start to finish. My only complaint is the excessive wait times due to so many patients.
NETA is the best place to get cannabis in Massachusetts hands down. It’s a 20min train ride from my house, it’s on the way to work. It’s more affordable and better quality than any delivery service in the area. They have an ever rotation selection of strains, I’ve never gone and seen less than 10 available at any given time. It is the number 1 location in the state period.
Not going to lie, I went to take advantage of my first time $49 credit. The location has a relatively welcoming atmosphere, though every time since my first it has been a busy place. I’ve since returned multiple times because the quality and pricing are on point and staff are always more than friendly and accommodating. 5/5 I recommend to anyone I know that’s a patient.

1st time at a dispensery, ever. Didn’t know if I’d see the day in my lifetime, but here it was in my 33rd year. So it would have been hard to not have a good experience buying bud, the best bud around, legally! Overall awesome experience. Top qual flower and customer service in Brookline. I got Master Kush, Flo OG, GSC, and Grape Ape. Prices are fair when buying small amounts, would be nice of they could give you a break when buying more than 1/4, or more than an ounce. or give out something more than a pack of wraps for spending over 3 bills. or make applying for financial hardship waiver easier for us struggling to afford the meds we really need. I asked 3 different people in there and got the runaround on how to just get on a waiting list to be able to apply for any financial assistance at all… However, the girl who helped me seemed wicked chill, and being so overwhelmed by the quality, variety, and picking up my ganj legally, i ended up spending a bit more lute than initially intended… I got a stupid headstash though. all this top notch bud with 4 awesome different strains. hope it stays good a while because this head stash gonna last months!

Great selection on edibles with variances from indica, hybrid, and sativa in varying strengths ranging from 5mg to 50mg to 100mg edibles. The shatter seems to be consistent snap n pull if stored cool. The one improvement I would like to see is the shatter stored on higher quality parchment or material that will not stick to the shatter itself. I noticed on multiple occasions some of the white tissue material from the paper holding the shatter going into the shatter.
This place is amazing – from the building (feels like a temple!) to the service – fantastic. Best staff anywhere. Super knowledgeable and helpful (and patient). Great customer service too. Had problem w a vape battery, they replaced immediately. Never had a bad experience there, even when the line is long!

I have been to NETA a few times. It’s a very professional and friendly environment, The staff is friendly and helpful. the Strains rotate through the menu, I have enjoyed all the 20% TAC and up strains they have, the quality seems to suffer on the lower TAC strains (not $350 an oz) should be on different price point I think. Also not a big fan on how they store and show the product, opening a large quantity container to show off the product, repeated light and Air exposure is not great for keeping top quality Meds fresh to the last nug. However even with a few issues, they are still the most Professional and organized dispensary in Massachusetts and with only being in business for a short time, I truly look forward to seeing NETA grow upon a great start and help lead raising the qualities and standards of medical cannabis in Mass and New England!

Just got a call from a very nice manager Simone who called to tell me at the end of the night count the budtender overcharged me $100.00 and I didn’t even notice . After much anticipation, I am extremely pleased with my experience at NETA. The employees are extremely friendly and kind. The atmosphere is beyond welcoming, including plenty of smiling faces and a nice couch area with cold water available. For my first visit, I got a free pack of papers and an 1/8 for $1! I ate an indica 50mg brownie which has lots of fudge in it & is made by a fancy chef (they were telling me). It was very good, I could barely taste the weed. I got facewreck which is 26%THC and it’s fantastic! Definitely going back for more in the future. They let you break up the amount you buy into however many grams or half grams or 1/8s etc that you want. I also like the tangerine haze, it’s soooo flavorful! Also if I know what I want ahead of time in the future, I can fill out an order form to expedite the process and skip any consultation on strain advice etc.

While the staff is still great I feel this place is slowly going down hill. Twice now I haven’t received change back after paying with cash and once the amount wasn’t correct. Now I fully understand the need for limits on some things but now it’s literally just about every item. Maybe I’m in the minority here but I would much rather see out of stock on the menu than having to drive, find the time to go, sit in line forever, just to have to come back in a week or less! Not to mention if your using your debit card not only do you pay a fee but they also round it up as well! In a month I’ve had to go here 5 different times because off limits and you know what…..Paid OVER $20 just in atm fees and their “rounding” fee! Biggest piece of advice I can give someone coming here is BRING CASH and make sure you get your change and that it’s actually the correct change. I realize this review isn’t going to be popular but it’s the truth and my honest opinion!
Over the summer I gave these guys a not so good review as I wasn’t impressed with flavor of the flower. I would like to recant that review as I believe they have stepped up their game a little. I condsider myself a connoisseur and I am huge on flavor. The hurricane strain and GSC are pretty impressive. They tend to be regular strains which is great. The Tangerine Haze shatter, and 501st OG wax are some of the best tasting concentrates I have ever dabbed. Woohoo! One thing though… dear NETA: if you read this can you attempt to add a legit sour diesel strain to your line up? You know… the real sour diesel for us people big on flavor
Didn’t have the best experience. I wanted to try out the edibles so I bought a Hybrid 100mg Dose Bar and Sativa 100mg Dose Bar. Well I’ve never had edibles before so I was cautious and took 5 mgs. I felt absolutely nothing. So I slowly started increasing my dose to 10 mgs, 15,20, etc. I was all the way up to 45 mgs before I decided to stop. I literally felt absolutely nothing. I’m a new smoker, only have been smoking about 9 months. I don’t have a high tolerance, actually I have a very low tolerance and it doesn’t take much to get me where I need to be. I’m not sure if they made it wrong or what. I tried on empty stomach. full stomach, partially full stomach and nothing. I was really disappointed. They had a good menu though, but the only thing is its a far distance for me, so its really not worth going back, at least until prices drop. I spent $60 on 2 semi decent tasting chocolate bars.
I gotta say the staff is great though and very knowledgeable.

I’m finding their Apex carts always have an issue. The heating element came out on 2 separate carts and then the most recent one I bought won’t rip for anything. I hate the layout. It’s not cozy and it’s loud and not relaxing. Parking lot sucks too.

This is a beautiful dispensary with helpful knowledgeable staff. Jim took his time helping me and told me not to worry about the people waiting. He walked me through every option they have an explained it in detail. I received great suggestions and will definitely be returning. They have quality product and wonderful patient etiquette.
It takes me 1+ to get here bur it was worth it every time Ive been. Was honestly an amazing experience coming here especially as a new patient. The only thing I can say is I wish they had shatter available more often, I found myself calling for a week before they got it back in. Other than that I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered with compassion and confidence, all around everyone working there really seems to enjoy what they are doing and they have no problem helping you with whatever you need.. I even forgot my card in the car and one of the workers held onto my items for me until I could come back to pay for them. They love to let you smell the dank bud and its overall just a really great experience, don’t know if any other dispersary i visit will compare. Just wish there werent only all the dispensaries in Boston! Need more on the south shore.

As a Massachusetts patient, when it comes to finding a reliable dispensary nearby, you could count the options on one hand. For anyone living in the Boston area, I would highly recommend the NETA Brookline dispensary off of Washington St in the old Cambridge Savings bank building. All the product is top-shelf and very reasonably priced considering the quality (from an East Coast perspective).
I’d say the only downsides are that strains – especially popular ones – will get sold out very quickly so it’s important to check the menu the night before you plan on going in (they update the menu around 9:30pm every night). Additionally, if you are trying to stop by on the weekends, expect a long wait in line.
Overall, after 5-6 visits over the course of this summer, I have yet to have an unpleasant visit to NETA Brookline. The commute is a little rough, but the budtenders are always friendly and informative and the product is the best I’ve had on the East Coast.
I rate NETA Brookline a 4.5/5. Would highly recommend for both new and veteran cannabis users.
NETA has major credibility issues surrounding their Apex Rempen line. I have fought with them for over a month about their defective cartridges. Their employees act very dishonestly when you bring this to their attention. The bold faced manager women tried telling me with a straight face that there is no issue with the Apex product. This is a warning to all fellow patients that we deserve to be treated fairly and with integrity.
Neta brookline is great. Parking is a nightmare and the wait can be brutal.

I’ve been to NETA a few times now. First of all, the building is beautiful, and there are plenty of ways to get here on public transportation – or they have parking too.
The entire staff is incredibly helpful, and willing to take the time with you until you are comfortable with what you’re getting and are out of questions. They are quite knowledgeable about the products, and their recommendations for me were spot on.
I’ve only tried the flower so far, and it’s been great and consistent. On top of that, they have a TV with a live feed to their growing facility.
Don’t go here because it’s the only option IN Boston, go here because it’s great.
They took lots of time with me to help me figure out the best products and strains for my symptoms. I appreciate their kindness and patience.

This is my first dispensary so my opinion is a bit one sided BUT this place is epic. My friend tried another in Quincy and I’ve looked at some menus around me and the quality here was amazing and the menu was flush. My Budtender was awesome and very knowledgeable too. The atmosphere was great, lots of chill people and the vibe in the room was chill even though there were lots of patients. I’ll be trying others but this is my go to spot!

I need to update a negative review, seeing as the situation was justified and made right by a wonderful woman at Neta I spoke with. I don’t wanna give her name out(LF), but she treated me like the honest hard working human being I am, compared to the very nice but very inept assistant mngr I spoke w Sunday evening. So in hindsight, I should’ve waited a extra day and contacted somebody different before leaving a negative comment. Here’s why. LF took the time n spoke to me on the phone. Made me feel a million times better within 5min of speaking to her! Such a nice person who takes the patients ordeals into account instead of just the organization she works for. Which is fantastic btw! I am truly satisfied and couldn’t be happier with the way LF treated me. Not because of what happened, but because of the way she spoke to me and took into account my total time spent and the hassle of the whole situation. I was more than satisfied and not expecting her to do what she did. But that extra step will make me a believer in ppl at Neta or at least her when it comes to resolving a issue taking the patients time and effort into consideration. She treated me with the utmost respect. She was so very pleasant and friendly. She’s very understanding to the patients time n effort they put into getting their medicine at Neta. I know one person isn’t much, but she just saved Neta a customer vs just going down the st to my nearest dispensary. I’d like to revise my previous review about the extra strength wishing well tincture. I did experience effects from the tincture but they were quite delayed, about 6 hours. I’ve never waited more than about 2 but I guess everybody is different. The staff and variety of product are amazing at the Brookline location. Also, a response to my previous negative review was posted promptly and neta gave options to address the issue, something I did not expect and greatly appreciate. Thank You for the excellent customer service!

Breathtakingly stunning facility. Very nice staff. Easy first time patient setup. I went around closing time and only had to wait 10 minutes to get helped out. $49 off because it was my first visit.
I use CBD rich medical marijuana products for anxiety, stomach problems, and immune system defect. I got a half ounce of shake (12% CBD, 7%THC) Sour Tsunami x Cataract Kush for only $95. The shake discount + first time patient deal REALLY helped me out. I’ll be all set for at least a few weeks because of this.
I wish the REM pens didn’t have PG in them, but honestly the fact that I got high quality CBD flower makes up for that 10x. Will be back once they harvest some more CBD flower. Thanks NETA!

Seems the is a drop off on potency of Arcata facewreck, tangerine haze, Buddha Sister by up to 4/5%. Hope they can be more consistent with the flowers. Oils and concentrates are not the only meds. Love the site and the service though.

AWESOME! Great products and very knowledgable staff. They answered all of my questions and more. Very clean atmosphere and had an express lane for those with less than 12 products. I went on a Thursday morning and was still very busy. The lines were a bit long but worth the wait. The tincture was amazing! Just a couple drops under my tongue and I was amazed at the results. As a first time patient, I got $49 off and 10% off every visit with my MA Health card. Great products and staff. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I was recently taken by my delivery service as they were shutting down thanks to whatever is going on here in Mass.. so I had to make an hour long trip to this dispensary. They were not very knowledgeable.. not their fault.. we can’t all be Colorado.. but kind and willing to help. I would highly recommend! I have a seizure disorder that is not controlled any other way and my life literally depends upon this medicine.. I will be making many trips.
They’re in a beautiful old bank building, so it’s a nice, surprisingly relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and courteous, and they usually have a good selection. Have been there many times, and as a Bostonian, they’re still my go-to dispensary.

This is no. 4 on my dispensary tour and it stands out as being most “legit” looking and feeling. (Milk street, Salem, Quincy are my first 3) Hand out materials are in high end paper and it’s a well run site with plenty of help and reasonably paced lines, even at peak. (I was there for 30 minutes observing on a Tuesday at 3p.) (worth chilling in there for a while. Beautiful old bank with amazing ceiling)
Flower is gorgeous and good vape and loosies selection. Had shatter but no kief. $49 refer a friend program gets both new customer and referrer $49 off purchase. Nancy was my budtender and couldn’t have been cooler or sweeter. You notice at all these places, employees are very engaged and happy. (Insert pot joke here) And it’s not the Trader Joe’s bullshit happy, helpful people who are just acting like their shirts. They use their product and take pride in it. Nancy’s suggestion of flower Flo OG (and vape 5x) was spot on. Added shatter and moonshine haze 1/8th to finish the order.

First dispensary I visited a long while ago, and it set a good standard for the rest.
Only dispensary I’ve been to where there’s the option to have budtender package your bud in front of you (kindness is rewarded with nice buds), which I think is awesome.
While the menu is rather stagnant, the quality and consistency of the flower is great. I’m a sativa guy, and highly recommend their Ghost Train Haze, Tangerine Haze, and Amnesia Haze. For a night ending head wrecker try Sweet Tooth, often weighing in at over 30%.
Deals are far and few between, but when they occur, they’re big ones…like $4.20 joints (.8 grams).
They’re the most aEURoecorporateaEUR of any dispensary I’ve been to, and while that generally doesn’t jive with weed, it does allow for smooth transactions and consistent quality.
Visited NETA Brookline for the 2nd time. I love it. The staff is amazing. Glad they are open finally. Look forward to frequent visits.

I received an “early invitation” e-mail for the grand opening of the new NETA dispensary in Brookline the next day. I was there less than two hours after they opened their doors for the first time. Great location! Easy to get to by train. Free parking in adjacent lot or along their street. The unique building used to be the Brookline Savings Bank when it was built in 1919. It is of the Beaux Art style and constructed of Buckeye grey sandstone, with an incredibly well restored interior with rose marble, mahogany woodwork, large ornate columns and a 20+ foot ceiling with glass dome, all of which lends wonderfully to the most amazing, comfy and welcoming atmosphere I’ve seen in a dispensary. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. Their flower is very good. I picked up their Facewreck and Amnesia Haze, both great! I’ll follow up on their vape oil cartridges later, but so far so good! Overall extremely pleased. This is officially my new go-to spot!

This is clearly the best dispensary I’ve been to in MA. I’ve gone there about 5 times at this point, and the selection is almost always great. The last time I went, they must have had 10 different shatter/wax options and at least 8 flower options.. good mix of sativa/indica/hybrids. The employees I’ve talked to are all knowledgable.. seems like a no-nonsense kind of place.
The only real downside is that it’s generally crowded, so you might spend an hour there sometimes. I seem to have the best luck going around 1pm. But since you have to spend lots of time there at least sometimes, the atmosphere could be improved. It’s a cool old building, but it feels like going the DMV in a way.. maybe if they played some music, it would help. But otherwise, it’s pretty much perfect.

I used to go to NETA, Brookline, for all my needs and found it to be excellent. Now they seem to only carry/grow THC plants. None with CBD. I can only guess that they will be only catering to the recreational crowd. Beautiful spot too. Seems I don’t need to travel that far. Shame. Shame. Shame. Make their name in MMJ and then poof…
I had an excellent experience at NETA in Brookline. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, great product, love the location, oh and first-time customers get 1 free rolling paper and $49 off their first purchase of $50+.
NETA is consistent. Their cartridges are some of the best I’ve had for distillate, but their flower is just okay.
I stopped shopping at NETA after an unfortunate situation with one of their carts. The cart was missing about 1/8th of the 1g product, but the online support dismissed the issue stating that bubbles are to be expected. I’ve seen my share of bubbles, and that was not a typical one. A few days worth of medication were missing.
If you’ve just picked up or renewed your card NETA is definitely worth a visit for the 200$ discount (50$ of a purchase of 100$). Otherwise, I don’t feel good supporting this company.

The staff was friendly, with the budtender at the full-service desk being extremely personable and informative. The lobby is very open with high ceilings. There were more people waiting than could fit in the roped off queue area for full-service due to reduced staffing during renovations. Waiting in line in a crowded lobby didn’t make for a relaxing shopping experience.
I love that you can see and smell the flower product before purchasing and see it measured and packaged in front of you. The flower that I purchased was some of the most attractive, fresh, and aromatic flower I’ve come across.
There was no lot parking mid day on a weekday, but there was street and lot parking reasonable distances away.
I hate this place. The prices are way too high and the wait is horrible. Last time I was there the “express” service took well over an hour.
I would like to recommend the Blue Azure (hybrid), very nice burst of energy, clear head & just feel great immediately.

The Gorilla Glue shatter is amazing. Flo OG, Bruce Banner, Gorilla Glue, Girl Scout Cookies, Domnesia and Ghost Train Haze are all my favorite strains available here and they never disappoint. Tend to stick to high THC strains myself but that’s just me! Really wish they would start rolling in new strains though as they’ve had the same great strains since they’ve opened. Would like to see my favorites or even just the staples stay and them also bring in some new fire!!! See you guys soon!
I drive 45 minutes both ways to go here. Their prices are reasonable comparatively.. but there’s really not much competition out there yet (I was always under the impression it would be a little cheaper than buying it illegally haha oh well)

I have been to this location quite a few times now and have yet to be let down. This last trip really showed how wide the demographic of people using cannabis for help , I would say the age range was from people in their 20’s all the way up to their 80’s. This location has definitely gotten a lot busier of the past few months, but with the express they do try and help get you out as fast as possible. And I have now been to two other dispensaries in MA and NETA is by far the best when it comes to price, selection of products and staff.
Anyone with something bad to say about NETA or the staff has much deeper issues. The staff and product are incredible. No one has ever tried to force any product on me here!! However I have heard other patients try and sound like “the expert”…if you are misinformed about what you desire and the staff here corrects that misinformation you should thank them! It is not their fault that you are uneducated as a patient
From all the positive experiences here irritates me to read the negative reviews of those who clearly were having a bad day to being with. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Awesome atmosphere with an amazing staff that could talk to you for hours about the wide variety of products they offer. It can get crowded some days, but even when the wait is long it’s still fun to nerd out with the staff in the meantime.

NETA Brookline is the perfect blueprint for how to operate a dispensary in Massachusetts. Professional but friendly atmosphere, quality products, helpful staff. After some initial inventory problems (as they learned their customer base’s preferences), they have become extremely reliable! Only drawback is that everyone knows how good they are, so sometimes it gets pretty crowded – still always worth the wait!

This place is fantastic. Product is amazing and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. One recommendation I would have would be tiered pricing on flower. Just doesn’t make sense to me to have to pay the same price for flower with 30% thc as another strain with 15%thc. Granted they are all grown with the same care and quality but maybe it would alleviate the issue of the highest thc content flower being the first to disappear if maybe there was tiered pricing.
Great experience for my first time there. I was greeted and showed step by step on what to do. I was offered some great information by Cara on what to try for my illness that may help. Once I got to the counter the staff was helpful, so nice! They don’t push product on you and for new beginners they actually teach you how to start slow for tinctures and edibles. They have an express line also for customers who know what they want so it’s faster for them! I live closer to a Brockton dispensary but the reviews were so bad I traveled to Brookline. They also give first time customers a 49$ off when you spend I think at least 50$ on product(ask of course) I will definitely go there again. Parking is a little tough, I didn’t mind crossing the street so I parked to the right of the building. Otherwise great place!

Neta Care is amazing!!! Awesome selections of everything (wax, shatter, edibles, etc.) The last few weeks they had an issue with their systems (they were hacked) and when that happened they had to resort to writing by hand which made the waits and lines longer (expected in a situation like that) They have now updated their system and are almost back to normal! I was there this morning and there was two people in front…I spent 20 minutes inside (WAY better than an hour wait!!!) Don’t give up guys! They’re getting there!!! dY~fdY~fdY~f

Very friendly and informative staff. they have lots of products ranging from lighter dose to seasoned veterans. The layout is well done and the have their stuff together, with 3 options to pick up: fsce-to-face, order -and-wait, scheduled pickup. My personal favorite are the 2mg dose cubes to get you right to that perfect level you want to be at, provided you show the 2-hour patience.
Love the atmosphere here and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. In some places it feels very clinical which can be nice but a little anxiety inducing. NETA Brookline has this nice and relaxed medicine buying experience with great packaging and a lot of different options from edibles, flower, and even lotions! Their new patient special is fantastic and prices are about the same as other dispensaries. I live about 40 minutes from NETA and even though there is another dispensary only 20 minutes away, I routinely go to NETA for my meds.

When is Neta going to lift all limits and you had expand your growing Facility and you still have limit on your Flower and Menu has change. Seems that you are getting rid of very good Flower and replacing it with unknown or odd Flower! For example I see you no longer have PBK, tough to grow but, a very good MMJ . A lot of us miss Mel, she was a great Person and a very good GM she was always trying to go the mile for every one. She was very Fair !!!!!

Wow what can I say about NETA? I’ve been to a few other dispesaries and each one has its own pluses and minuses, but NETA by far is the best.
What makes NETA the best? First off, the people there are so dang helpful and friendly. Always willing to answer questions or talk to you. Just overly friendly and go out of their way to help. I went one day in a bad mood, and the folks at NETA with their attitude just cheered me up (then again talking about pot always cheers me up anyways).
Customer service with NETA is key and a cornerstone of their business. They want you to be happy with your experience. I’m a big vape person, and I’ve had some issues with cartridges and the pens. In MA, you really can’t ‘return’ anything that previously has marijuana in it but NETA still was able to make it right by just offering me a store credit on the defective merchandise. And they did it without hesitation (of course, after making sure the cartridge really was defective and it wasn’t user error). They could have been shady and told me to ‘take a hike’ but didn’t and happily worked with me to make it right. Awesome.
Now as far as products, I’m a big vape person because its discreet. NETA Has a wide variety of APEX RemPens and Turpine cartridges. Other dispensaries sell them, but NETA just has such a wide selection of them, along with the D-Line refills if I want to go that route.
NETA also offers a wide variety of products, so if you don’t care much for smoking flower, you can eat it or vape it or munch on it. I don’t think i’ve never left dissapointed in NETA’s non-flower offerings. It really is a candy store so to speak.. just so many products to choose from.
Oh and let’s not forget their flower, which they always let you see & smell before you buy. It’s super good high quality, and they are always changing strains so there’s always a new choice for you to try every time you go.
Overall extremely happy with NETA, and of course I will be back.

As a former San Francisco, CA resident and CA medical card holder, Brookline NETA shares all the qualities of a high end SF dispensary. The Apothecarium (http://apothecariumsf.com) of Massachusetts. From the minute you walk in the door through the whole process a great experience. They have great staff; pleasant helpful and knowledgeable,architecturally the most beautiful store ever, and largest selection of products of any dispensary I’ve seen locally. Always great flowers & concentrates and the edibles are of superior quality. All products professionally packaged and come with the most comprehensive labeling I’ve ever seen, which is very helpful with dosing. I live an hour away and there are closer places but NETA Brookline is my only choice.

I stopped in for my first ever visit to any dispensary and really enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. The paperwork was quick and I was in and out within a lunch break. Which was unfortunate because I could have hung out and talked with these guys for hours. They also have a review book where patients and employees provide reviews of different strains that have been available. This way you can get the opinion of a bunch of people while you wait. It’s fantastic and the reviews are mostly well done. The building is also very cool, being in an old bank and all.
I did have one issue that I plan to address tomorrow morning which is that I bought extra strength lotion, but the bottle reads Regular Strength. Not a huge deal, just gives me a reason to go grab another bottle and a few more pre-rolls (which are fantastic if you wanna sample a strain).
As everyone says, absolutely beautiful building, very secure feeling. When I went it was fairly packed but the line moved quick and even with intake I was in and out in 20 minutes though it was a weekday. I got the gorrila glue and sweet tooth flower and the gorrila glue shatter. I particularly enjoyed comparing the gg flower and shatter back to back. Prices in line with the other dispensaries. Will go back
Busy location but worth the wait. I travel from Natick and the first time process took me about 2 hours including travel time. I spent time in line chatting to friendly customers also patient to wait. The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and patient to allow you to decide what type of flower you are in need for. It has a small parking lot but it’s helpful that a friendly police officer assists in directing traffic back on to route 9.
As a former registered patient and customer of the brookline store. I have been using and spending with a quality service for the last 2 years. i just looked into your menu and was ready to branch out and use you guys again. But i see the limits on concentrates remain restrictive. i can live with that and understand the need for it, but when you ban people from certain stains like say the durban poison cartridge. And say special for patients only, it makes me feel less then. i vote with my dollars. i will keep moving NETA. Its a nice building tho

I went to this place for the first time the otherday and it was awesome! Not only did my friend get 49 off for bringing me i got 49 off for being a first time customer.
So i tried literally everything they had at the time, i was not overly impressed with most and a few where really bottom buds but a few notable ones where, flo og, amnisia haze, grape ape was good but had seeds, grand flora was good also. I found the tangerine haze to be racy and the waler, facewreck, chemdawg where all skimpy bottom buds so i dont think i really got to feel the tru effects because it was not fully developed imo and or beat up shaky bottom buds.
That being said they do show you each batch and you totally have the right to say no thanks but i live far from here and wanted to experience what they had and now i know just say no to tiny bottom buds they just do not have the potency so technically you are short changing yourself.
I also tried the 50 mg candy sativa, and same type brownie, the candie did nothing for me and the brownie took 2 hours to kick and made my eyes sooooo heavy…. great natural sleep aid if you dont mind mouth fulls of sugar and butter to get it.
The vape carts where ok but they seem amateurish, if you look in them its all sort of chunky and some other carts are super clear and smooth so im not sure whats up with that.
Price wise they are decent and if you buy this and that like i did they give you an auto price like as if you got a z so that helped me sooo much at the end.
Staff was awesome of course everyone loves what they are doing and actually wants to be there.
They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They would take their time and explain things to you.

Meds are good staff is good Only think I would say is I’ve tried a lot of they’re strains and like maybe 3 of them that I purchased went out very fequently in a joint like 9 10 times. Im wondering what it is that makes some weed do that. I’ve purchases on the street before and ive had strains that don’t stay lit in a joint. So im actually very curious as to what makes marijuana do this. But all around NETA is the best dispensary in mass and a phenomenal one also. They also have a great refer a friend program that I would recommend to anyone.

I liked the structure itself of NETA and the staff.. whoever after 3-5 of attempting to try out different products I feel I have been let down. The bud are very dry, I have purchased 3 different cartridges that would only work for a little.. and they have poor choice of edibles and not enough CBD products. Very unfortunate
While the location and staff are good, the lack of product availability, especially rempen cartridges, prerolls and flower varieties can make for a disappointing visit. Wish there was a way to phone in and check the inventory and reserve items for later pickup. Hopefully these are growing pains.

If you are going to a dispensary for the first time, this is the one to start with. The building is perfect and u can feel an exciting buzz in the air the second u walk in. They greet u with a menu the second u go in and ask if you have been there before. U can wait in line and order with bud tender or sit on couches & hand an order form to a runner. Great selection & top notch knowledge from entire staff. I’ve never been to another dispensary where everyone is so happy to be there. Well done, the gold standard in Mass. Now if they could open another one south of Boston, I’d never go any where else.
Have to say it was surreal going into the huge old bank building in the heart of Boston and being able to comfortably and safely purchase marijuana. Great selections of strains and knowledgeable staff
the new Black Triangle strain is the best Indica flower from any dispensary in the Boston area. It gets up close to ~30% TAC without compromising any of its strictly indica profile. Also, Steven J and his manager Simone are awesome.
Neta is the most beautiful dispensary in Massachusetts that I have been too. I have always felt welcomed and well advised. Neta, hands down has the most economical edibles. I only wish they were more closely located to me. They have great flower for whatever ailes you. if you haven’t been, make the trip. you can also order ahead.

Great Buds, Menu is always consistent and random days they will have special strains that you learn about when you arrive. (there not even on the menu online! Good prices and first mass dispensary that lets you smell and see the flower before you purchase! NETA is also in the works of getting concentrates!!!! The bubble hash was phenomenal (around 67-88% TAC) and soon to have shatters crumbles and everything in-between! The edibles at NETA are good and strong. a little on the expensive side, but work really well!
Beautiful location and two options: wait in line for a budtender who will answer your every question or fill out a form to go the express route. Pretty much everything here is great except the non-APEX cartridges.
I’m so glad I paid NETA a visit! It’s in a beautiful building at a convenient location, and every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they allow you to take a look at the different strains so there’s no chance of ending up with something you don’t want (like with the delivery services and their tendency to bait and switch) and the fact that they weigh it out right in front of you. The prices are also very fair and the quality is better than I’ve received from any other service in the state so far. I will definitely be back!

Amazing. Beautiful location with helpful knowledgeable staff. I just can’t say enough good things about #Neta in Brookline. The highest grade MMJ in MA, fresh and in a variety of forms. Try the tincture. They have pre rolled cones too. Perfect for this with arthritis that want a traditional smoke. Drop what your doing and go to NETA Brookline it’s right on Rte 9 and off the Green Line. And as I said its location is a beautiful historic bank. There safe is amazing. I feel safe having my info and my treatment j. Their hands.
Enough of the brown nosed reviews and Willy Wonka references. NETA Brookline is not a good option for patients. Buds are Larf at best and usually come loaded with shake and sometimes a few seeds. At $350 per ounce, I expect actual nuggets and minimum 20% TAC.
As far as ease of access, this location is nearly impossible to get to for anyone with a car. Route 9 is a horror show.
I’ve been half a dozen times now. This weeks lineup was very disappointing. I felt like I was walking into an upscale restaurant the day after the head chef quit.
All I see if a fancy building and nice marketing. The flower is not worth the money. I have not tried the edibles but they are absolutely overpriced. I understand all new business have challenges to overcome. I hope NETA can make the necessary adjustments and start producing the quality buds that real MMJ patients deserve.
Incredibly crowded on a cold, rainy Monday afternoon. I got in line with the rest of the customers ( I was # 12). 40 minutes later and I finally got to a budtender window. NETA occupies the former main branch of The Brookline Bank so it’s a beautiful place inside. My budtender was a wonderful young lady. She was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. She told me that that location services 70% of all the Mass. Marijuana patients. I went specifically to get the AC/DC strain which had just been added to their menu. Fantastic CBD strain. They have a great selection of bud and 1st time patients get $50 of herb for $1. Returning patients get to use the Express Lane so I don’t plan on having a long wait time in the future. Overall, I’ll return here although it’s an hour drive for me. Their selection and friendly staff are worth the ride.
My first and by far my favorite dispensary. The experience is always good. I’ve been to a few, NETA is always the best.
They really need to step up thier game with the cartridges. I’ve been here twice in the past. always packed. long waits. cartridges are crap. def cut with solvents. Go to G.R. or Ermont. They have solvent free. co2 extraction. people that buy cartridges from here have no clue what they
are smoking. this place is way behind.

Unbelievably professional top end operation on every level. I was immediately taken with the great selection of flowers all tested for THC levels, which is always preferable if you trying to decide on a strain. Flowers all look amazing, the staff was super friendly and knowledgable. It is the type of business that you can immediately tell everyone employee in there is very happy to be working there. It’s rare you see this in any company today, when you see it you recognize it immediately. This is clearly the high water mark that all other dispensaries will have to aspire to. It’s hard to imagine me using anyone else unless I see a better price and similar quality. It’s out there, but there is also a LOT of inconsistency. With NETA you’ll never need to worry about that and I Love knowing that. I hope these guys get the business they deserve, truly the crown jewel of the east coast.
clean, knowledgeable staff. Does NETA offer disability discounts? With the proper documentation of course. The CDC and FDA are making it impossible to be treated for pain via the medical industry and are prescribing MMJ, but it is 100 times more expensive a month for me to have my meds!

It is incredible to think that a place like NETA Brookline exists considering the sluggish and disorganized rollout of the Massachusetts medical marijuana regulations. The NETA Brookline property is a sight to behold. They truly invested so much time and resources to restoring an austere, yet underused building. They actually achieved at making a former stale bank so fudgin’ cool! I really like how they tailored their natural, zen-like brand into the building’s interior. Their security were so friendly, and led me straight in. Absolutely nothing shady about it. Once you’re buzzed into the dispensary floor, just wow! The staff is incredibly inviting and authentic. They truly love making a connection with fellow patients and sharing a little bit of knowledge about cannabis. I was shown a great resource handbook and finally arrived at the dispensing station!! The associates who helped me were very professional, sympathetic, and kept abreast of the latest scrutinized cannabis research. The staff seems to rely on each other very well to feed on each others’ talents. I felt like they listened to my concerns and provided excellent advice. I was shown showed a wide assortment of flowers from Flo OG, Facewreck, Tangerine Haze, and Walker Kush. The flower nuggets were perfectly medium sized and well trimmed and manicured. SO MANY AROMAS! Muskiness, citrusy, flowery. I got small samples of the 3 strains above (except Flo OG) and they all serve great purposes for my well-being. This organization is trailblazing the way for medical marijuana in Massachusetts and the East Coast. Thank you! 5 STARS!!!!!
Quality medication. Great variety of strains. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. One downfall because it’s a great place is the number of patients it serves. After figuring out your dose and strains, try the “Express” option.
NETA is by far the hardest dispensary for me to get to, but it is by far the best dispensary. Variety, quality, atmosphere.
I really can’t say enough good things. The staff was…good, no…great…no. They were awesome. Answered all my questions and the whole vibe was happy to help you out with the right product. The place is too, an old renovated bank with a clock frozen at 420. The prices were right and everything comes in fantastic resealable bags. Lastly, the product and choices we were perfect. Enough choices but not too many to overwhelm. Every thing is fresh and the Js look like little ice cream cones.
I’ll be back again with friends.

Yesterday was my second visit to NETA and this place is professional, organized, friendly and very knowledgable. My questions were answered by a girl yesterday who was courteous and provided clear answers. The product I have purchased has been platinum. For me, Flo OG, A-Train and Facewreck are awesome.
Great employees who are helpful and knowledgable about every product! Have been impressed and satisfied with everything I’ve bought there thus far — and their patient appreciation sale is worth the visit for sure!

location was great. loved that they pulled out any strain you wanted and let you sniff and see the product. Got Flo OG and Gorilla Glue#4 and just tried the Flo. great flower nicely trimmed. good quality product. they had a ton of options, brownies, lotions and a good variety of flowers. only bad part was the hour and a half wait in line. but that’s not their fault they had 7 or 8 people working the counter just was busy.
Very knowledgeable and super helpful. great for a first timer but after that special it is kind of pricey, especially for me with a 4hr round trip. I may go again but seriously considering just growing my own while I can.
I wish I lived closer… I drove 100 miles to try this dispensary and it did not disappoint. Kyle was a huge help, took time to explain each product to me, addressed my medical needs (which does not happen at every dispensary so I really appreciated that), and demonstrated great customer service. I would come here as my main dispensary if it were closer. That’s how great it is.

I went there one time and they told me I did not have to wait in line it would be much quicker to fill out a menu and give it to them and i would be done much quicker…NOT i was so dY~ I didn’t say anything till my name was called.if I waited in line I would have been done 10 mins ago. Other than that everyone is nice.
this is my go to dispensary. staff is professional, friendly, knowledgable and patient. their flower variety is very good and I love the fact that it is measured out in front of you. I wish they had a better selction of edibles and tincures-but their brownie and chocolate bars are excellent!

SO glad to see NETA lift flower limits and improve service over the past few months. I had stopped going all together when lines were an hour long and bud was capped at a quarter-per-day. No longer. There is often no line (the site now updates wait times) and strains are excellent. Even Jack Frost is available more frequently. It also seems that NETA is once again hiring better people – more like at the beginning. So thanks for that.
Great quality & customer service is excellent. They are starting to get high CBD strains a little more frequently than in the past only problem is I am limited to 1/4 per strain. I typically only need High CBD & would like to purchase more when it’s available.
It is a great place to go to if u need bud and can’t find it on your own . Prices are steap and I know they can lower them and still make a profit that is worth it but if they can charge up and people still pay they will . I noticed they charge cheaper for the bud that nobody wants or buys often and they limit the amount of good quality bud u can buy 1/4 . Their shatter and vape cartridges are on point I think and their thc pills are a plus . Being lactose intolerant I wish they made a edible without milk but no biggie . I’m sure the ones they got are delicious. Parking totally sucks there they need to figure out something soon before people start crashing there all stoned after getting their medicine. First time buyers 49 dollars off is a great way to bring people in the door and I recommend every one in mass with a license go there atleast once and take advantage of this deal .
