Overall, a very good shop. Super friendly staff, product quality (Zurple Punch BX flower) was good too.
It is a bit hard to find (use their published maps and directions!) but my main issue is in service delivery. A lot of strains are listed on their site as aEURoeUnknown StrainaEUR with no indication of hybrid affinity.
Also, product is supplied in pre-sealed opaque plastic bags. You can’t see or smell it. It weighed out just fine (including stems) but it is a reason I prefer Theory in GB.

Great energy – super helpful staff. Overheard one customer say it looked like a museum inside! Great choice in product – some limits in place for now like all the other rec places but overall awesome.
Great place very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Opened at 11am. I got there at about 10:45 and was the 3rd person in line. About 2 dozen people showed up not too long after so get there early and you won’t have to wait long.
The place looks really nice inside. It seems off the beaten path, as does Theory in Great Barrington. I think the store needs better training with staff, could have been new people but my experience this last time was subpar. People couldn’t really explain strain differences and had to ask other people, and they seemed to offer different feedback. I also don’t like the limits, I know there’s restrictions, but to compete you have to truly be competitive. I went to Theory Wellness and you can buy up to an ounce of flower as of this past weekend. I think it was a halfounce before that. There’s always potential and future hope, so wish them the best.
The staff was fantastic, parking was easy, there were no lines. The product is better than NY Medical. Prices are decent but selection is very limited.
