Curaleaf is a Medical Marijuana Dispensary
Curaleaf proudly offers medical marijuana patients access to premium, pharmaceutical grade cannabis in a safe and informational dispensary environment. History:
Curaleaf started their cannabis journey on a mission to aid any patient in search of medicinal cannabis to alleviate severe health conditions. Their dispensary team worked closely with Florida physicians and patients to develop their business model and officially received their license to produce and dispense cannabis in 2015. Florida later voted to legalize full-THC medical marijuana and Curaleaf opened their local dispensary in Fall 2017 to offer medical marijuana patients cannabis in a safe, welcoming environment.
Staff:
The team at Curaleaf hosts a positive, friendly place where patients can learn about cannabis. Their dispensary passionately advocates for advancing the research and use of medical marijuana. Curaleaf’s team continually formulates the best possible cannabis therapies and employs the industry’s latest standards in their production center. Curaleaf wants to generate awareness of cannabis’ healing properties and make its benefits more widely available for patients in need. Menu:
Curaleaf’s menu comes from their 50-year history of horticultural experience combined with the cannabis industry’s latest advancements. Their cultivation center staff holds themselves to a high level of quality and transparency to produce cannabis products optimized for patient relief. Curaleaf is also the only Florida dispensary to offer Haleigh’s Hope, a high-CBD product available in both pill and oral syringe form. Their South Miami facility also formulates a variety of CBD and high-THC topicals, transdermals, syringes, capsules, and more.
Patients enjoy Curaleaf’s medical marijuana products at affordable and accessible pricing. Their dispensary offers discounts for both veterans and seniors, and welcomes cash and debit card payments through their CanPay system. Curaleaf’s products aren’t as consistently effective for us as others but it’s a convenient location and the facility is nice.
The good stuff:
1. Location is easy to find, convenient and clean
2. Check-in/out is also easy
3. Security is awesome
4. They carry strain-based products
The not-so-good-stuff
1. Product quality has been consistently weak for us; despite labeling we’re not having the same success with Curaleaf products as we have others. This is the big reason we don’t shop here frequently.
2. They generally lack concentrates
3. Prices are mediocre
I like you actually have a dedicated parking lot… The staff is absolutely fantastic on customer service and care.
the product quality isn’t very consistent. I would love a color coded system to identify strains once removed from packaging…. I also would love for the associates you hired to be able to show patients * how certain products are used properly..
Great store, really enjoyed the atmosphere, but it was a slow day.
OMG … I dY’-dY’-dY’-dY’-dY’-dY’- this place!! Yes, they have great deals but the PEOPLE working there is the reason I will keep coming back. Great customer service is SOOOOO hard to find these days and they made me feel like I was VIP. Thank you everyone for making my 1st amazing.dY~dY~dY~
I would like to say that all the staff that I talked to were nice but Kristen was just amazing, she worked with me on getting my delivery to me due to me not being at my home. The best customer service I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because most people don’t go above and beyond. She returned my phone calls quickly and made sure that I got all the meds I ordered. Very personable and she cares about the patients. Just very pleasant and positive person. Plus there products are amazing!! The discounts are amazing. I love the strawberry cotton candy and blue raspberry lemonade!!!! The taste is sweet and amazing!!!!!

I had some issues with a purchase the other day and the manager did fix it for me….my only problem with curaleaf in Jax is there inventory it’s always very limited and since i been a patient in Florida the store hasn’t had but maybe 3 things from the website so moving forward I hope they start carrying more of a variety of products and I hope the prices come down just a little but overall I am glad that curaleaf came to Jax and I shop there because I totally support medical cannabis in Florida.
I brought my son here and he waited 30 mins for his medicine and they ripped him off of ten dollars very sad to see a place act like this but you guys will get what you deserve.
This place is awesome! Great products. Really nice, laid back atmosphere, and the best discounts! Trinity and the staff are so great, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I’ve been to other Curaleaf locations, and other dispensaries, but one this is the best! Thank you Curaleaf for coming to Jax!!! I will definitely see you again!
