Menu: Working with Maryland marijuana providers, RISE aims to provide a robust and reasonably priced cannabis selection to their dispensary customers. They carry flower, concentrates, vaporizers, and topicals, with plan to expand their marijuana range as the Maryland cannabis market grows. RISE’s goal is to partner with as many vendors as possible and refine their product offerings to meet the specific needs of their cannabis patients. In addition to their marijuana selection, RISE will offer a modest sampling of pipes, rolling papers, and other consumption accessories. All cannabis products are lab tested for purity before landing on RISE Silver Spring’s shelves.
At the start, RISE will accept cash only for marijuana purchases. Their Joppa dispensary offers veterans, seniors, and industry professionals a 10% discount with valid identification.

It was my first time in a dispensary and didn’t know what to expect. The entire staff was polite and helpful. When I arrived I was in severe pain and anxiety was high. I was educated with compassion and understanding. My budtender was highly educated of my disorders that was causing my frustration and pain. Best dispensary I’ve been to. Great Staff. Never a long wait time. Never feel rushed, staff answers all questions and are very knowledgeable. This dispensary is about a 35 minute drive for me and there are definitely places closer to me but this is still my go-to place!

I keep wanting to go to other dispensaries for the sake of checking out the competition, but the service I’ve gotten here is so good that I have no reason to go elsewhere. I’ve been to Rise Silver Spring 3 times and they’ve made it really difficult to go elsewhere. Great location, great selection, and most importantly, great service from knowledgeable staff!
Great service
The service in this dispensary is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable in cannabis and the laws surrounding it which makes this the perfect dispensary if you’re new to smoking like I am. Real friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere with music softly playing in the background. Ask for the bud tender named Sean, he’s very knowledgeable and you can tell he has a passion for this. Also the 15% discount I got for being a new patient was a nice plus.
