This location is very convenient for me. It took a number of visits before I became comfortable. Modern enough, clean. Some of their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Not very customer service oriented. Staff does not interact with you much unless you are assigned to them. They do the 22% Military discount Amen! This is why I go back! I have a few staff who are good to me there.

Great help from everyone there. Very good place to go for your first time. They worked with me and explained everything to me. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer them all.
Conveniently located but less professional or knowledgeable vibe than the other nearby dispensaries. Same or similar product as other dispensaries so far.
I inquired about whether products are free of chemical pesticides and I could only get an evasive response that they follow Maryland law. Well, Maryland does unfortunately allow the use of certain pesticides and I could not get a straight answer that their products are 100% pesticide free. I’m looking for a healing product, not one that contains pesticides in any shape or form.
Great selection, including being an exclusive Shore Naturals provider. A+ staff as well. Great vibes and experience overall. They also offer reasonably priced 0’s… but I wish they offered a rewards program for top shelf buyers like myself. It’s VERY expensive.

Very nice atmosphere. I wanted to get in and out quickly since I stopped by after a long day of work, and they did not disappoint. They had tons of staff members ready to serve however many people came through those doors.
This is one of my favorite dispensaries. I visit often because it is about 5 minutes from my job. The menu is extensive and has a good variety of strains from some of the best growers in Maryland. The prices aren’t the cheapest in town, but they often run specials on some of the best cultivars from the best growers like gLeaf. Finally, The atmosphere is one of the best and the parking isn’t as crowded as many dispensaries. My budtender today was Rachael. She was helpful, nice, and always showed her pretty smile. This place is definitely worth a visit.
The service is always top notch and the staff is very patient and understanding and so willing to help with a smile . Bonus on the credit cards !!!!!
The ONLY criticism I have is going there at night, I feel unsafe in the parking lot. Even with my husband. Otherwise, I love it!

First time legal buying experience was an awesome place I was in, I was out, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, super comfortable and I’m someone who suffers from anxiety, but it was really welcoming when walking through the doors so thank you remedy for being my First buying experience , will definitely be back.
The atmosphere is very nice and organized at Remedy Colombia. Ther wait times are 99% extremely fast from my personal experience.

What a terrific dispensary! The original founder was a pioneer in alternative healthcare, one whose commitment to the healing arts was absolute and often courageous. He’d be proud of this dispensary if he were alive today. A calm, welcoming environment with courteous and knowledgeable staff. And it’s not that “store greeter” kinda friendliness. It’s a genuine warmth. The menu is well-curated, which also means it may not be as extensive as some dispensaries I’ve visited, but it’s actually an advantage. Because they’ve been conscientious on selecting strains and delivery methods, there’s less need for an overwhelming variety of varieties. The strains and modalities selected are focused on patient care and quality. And the real test of a service organization is often how they handle it when things don’t go perfectly. Here again, Remedy shines. They were out of a product that had been included in a “special” offering, and when they failed to provide the exact item I needed, they graciously extended an alternative offer that was tailored to see to it I’d get not just some random “weed” but a product that would actually serve the same need as the product they were out of. They did this graciously and quickly. I’ll be back here again and again. I can find larger, more “impressive” selections. I can even find good, solid customer service. But this small, well-run shop will set the standard because of their deep commitment to the healing arts and patient care. Those commitments pervade every aspect of the Remedy experience. And NO KNOCK-OFF VAPE PENS! YAAAAY!!
It’s great, usually good music playing, cushy seats in the waiting area, short wait times, and mostly very knowledgeable staff. They genuinely care about the patients, especially veterans like myself. At 22% (respecting the 22 veteran suicides a day statistic), they have the highest veteran’s discount in Maryland.
I really enjoy Remedy! It’s so beautiful inside and the staff are awesome! Really friendly and knowledgeable dY~S You won’t be disappointed!

Remedy is one of the best dispensaries in the state. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have to travel about 30 miles to get here but definitely worth the trip. You’ll be glad you visited them, trust me on this!
Fantastic first experience. Like an Apple Store (with man traps); extremely attentive staff, an amazing budtender who walked me through everything I could think to ask or look for, great sales and comparable prices. This is definitely be my go-to dispensary from now on.
Definitely going back. Very nice folks here and it’s a chill atmosphere. The way they call you back and place you with someone will let you know you’re not going to be aimless. And everyone is nice. Like genuinely nice. I learned a lot and I’m happy I went.

My Friday/Payday visits to Remedy Columbia is becoming a thing… Today I picked up an OZ of the Pineapple Skunk, for which i received a text message earlier in the week (much appreciated) about the $350 oz special, I have not tried it yet, but the look and smell are pretty incredible, was helped by Tre once again, who got me in and out quickly… Going to try the Northern Lights next time, 15 years ago in Amsterdam i was introduced to this strain, still the best… Keep decent OZ priced selections and Transdermal patches and you’ll keep me as a customer even as many more dispensaries are opening Thanks Remedy Columbia!

This storefront will prove to become The Standard in Maryland dispensaries. Staff are friendly, not pushy, and as an overall team can answer any question, without coming off like a High Times geni-ass. Quality shop, pleasant enough experience, …let’s just get that varied stock on the shelves!
Purchased a 1/4 and it was all shake, not one single bud. Im assuming all flowers are pre ground…..bummer. I wont be going here again…

Seamless – Professional – Courteous
This is by far the best location in the state. Very clean, professional, and relaxed setting. They consistently are getting new products in and carry some of the best selections. Prices are fair compared to other locations. Very good communication and text updates are great. They started introducing “flights” which is essentially a sample pack at a slight discount, which is awesome in my opinion. I don’t live super close but I will continue to make the drive here because it is worth it.
I’ve been to both Potomac holistic’s and rise, so far this is definitely the best. Spacious bright and friendly, lots of information and lots of additional products as well

Amazing High-End Dispensary! It has a fantastic atmosphere with many large and open spaces. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. While not always the cheapest price wise, their product quality is second to none, and as the saying goes aEURoeyou get what you pay foraEUR. Also their packaging is fantastic, almost all their products are visible and they have samples to see and smell. I can’t say enough positive things about this exceptional dispensary, just head over there, you will be happy you did!
By far the best decor compared to the 3 other dispensaries I have visited in Maryland. Easy to find.Friendly staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Carly, my patient advisor. I have been here several times and it is an excellent choice for your medication needs. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It’s less that 15 minutes from my house and easy to find. Rachael was a great to work with during my last visit 🙂

Everybody is very cool and helpful, I bought 4 grams of sour Diesel and was very disappointed though, it was very Harsh and the negative effects outweighed the positives. It seemed like it had been in the store for a while so I should’ve asked when it was harvested, but everything else from the store was great quality
I honestly wish there were more stars to give. The dispensary has such an awesomely welcoming feel while maintaining privacy and security. The staff are all nice and helpful. The bud tenders are super knowledgeable and helpful. Selection was very diverse and the experience as a whole was great!

This was a wonderful experience. Safe and secure entrance and then walk into wide open waiting room. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was greeted by Trevor, who took me in to the next room. There I was introduced to Rachael and Erica, who were very personable and super knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were just wonderful.
I don’t live far from this location, but I believe that I will, soon, have dispensaries that are closer to my home. I will happily drive the extra miles to visit Remedy.

Great vibes from everyone here. I placed my Leafly Pickup order and had my “Ready for pickup” text in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately there’s no fast-track for pickup orders yet, so I still had to wait in the regular budtender queue.
Great flower selection, but concentrate options are limited relative to other dispensaries. Service and location are great, so I’m sure I’ll visit Remedy again.
Nice atmosphere and quick service which is nice when chemotherapy nausea is in full force.

Always ready to introduce new things but because of my vibes, not trying to up sell. Although I have my favorites, too many to mention and anyways you know who you are dY~%0 if your experience is not like mine maybe come with good vibes and a Smile and after a while maybe even bring some munchies dY~ Everyone’s entitled to have a bad day so stay lifted, stay medicated and stay educated
