love this place!!! only dispensary in the area that has sour diesel and other amazing strains including some ol’ time favorites like Northern lights and White widow. will definitely come back!!!

While this is deep South Prince George’s county, my visit was worth the time of my travel from Greenbelt. I really liked the atmosphere…clean, sleek and modern. As this was my first visit to any dispensary, I didn’t know what to expect. After my experience, Haven will serve as a barometer for me if I visit other dispensaries. The service was top-notch and professional. The employees were very knowledgeable. The professionals didn’t try to up-sale and even suggested less expensive alternative medicines. What drew me to Haven was the overall selection, far more than I had seen when evaluating other dispensaries in the state of Maryland. I have yet to try the medicine I purchased, but based on Haven’s customer service, I know I will be impressed. I shall return!

The atmosphere is bright and modern, they were helpful in fulfilling my needs for pain and sleep management,I enjoyed the experience and I will keep coming back ! Where do I begin? This place is awesome and in a great location. The customer service is great and they are very knowledgeable about products. My first visit was welcoming. They have a real family vibe. Will be back as often as I can.

Came in last week for the soft opening. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful and in such high spirits. They asked me how I felt about the location after my appointment and even gave me a call to follow up to make sure I had a good experience and see if there is anything I would suggest. There was one question the staff didn’t have a definitive answer for, they were eager to find out and get back to me. I’m not a fan of the dry herb, I’m sure the quality is great but you are unable to view or smell dry herb to get a feel for it. Although I am not a fan of prepackaged dry herb that can’t even be viewed, I cannot hold this against the dispensary as it is packaged by the growers. I can’t wait to head back in, great location and such a fantastic store filled with amazing employees.
I really like the this location. They have the most product I have seen at any dispensary. The wait time was not long at all. I got some Northern Lights (18% THC) and Girl Scout Cookies (31% THC). Now the Blue Dream (90.5% THC) vape cartridge from Liberty is the best quality concentrate I have seen so far in Maryland. The color is a light clear yellow and taste is very pure compared to the Blue Dream flower. My budtender, Melissa, was cool. She was able to answer all my questions and help me pick my meds. I would recommend this spot and will be making the 45 min drive again and again.

This feedback is for my first time visit, however this feedback is about 6 months late. I will explain…
When I first visited Haven it was only the 2nd dispensary that I’ve been to. When I witnessed the experience, it felt like aEURoehavenaEUR, (no pun intended,honestly). The atmosphere of feeling secure in the parking lot with the visibility of the security cameras along with secluded patient parking across from Checkers. I only plugged them because upon request you can receive coupons for Checkers for being a Patient a Haven. Once you enter Haven, its a very, clean professional, secure feeling. The wait time seems very quick, and after being there a few times, it doesn’t matter how many people are in the lobby. The time fly in the lobby, quicker then you can read the plethora of available deals and products they have on the Big Screen, or have a complementary coffee, water, or refreshment. By the way I know each person has his or her own preference, like it or not, the clean, classy, secure atmosphere does not smell like cannabis. When you enter the sanctuary the class continue with bright lights highlighting a brilliant layup of flowers amongst other products. To top it off the most educated, polite and empathetic caregivers are being consulted. You may know of dispensaries that have some of these characteristics but none that I know of offer , First time New Patient relief discount. I don’t want to reveal it, because I’m not sure how they want to promote it right now. I compared it to 14 making 15 different site visits as new patients, To it’s neighboring, dispensaries , spanning Southern Maryland, Columbia, and the way Baltimore

I had my second visit to haven today, excellent as always! My bud tender joe was great!! I am a person that has fairly extensive knowledge and experience with genetics and cultivation and i make my strain selections based on that. Joe is the first bud tender I have met in any maryland dispensary that has the knowledge of strain lineage beyond the basic sativa, indica, hybrid classifications. I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door but I would definitely take suggestions from this bud tender and feel very confidant in the choices.
Omg these prices! I’m so glad I live in Oregon! I pay 10 buckers a gram. If I lived in MD I’d blow my own.
It was really clean and they had a nice variety of flowers and other products to choose from. Prices were reasonable and I’m happy with what I got, I’ll be back!

I used the order pick up function through Leafly. It worked great! When I got to Haven, they had my order packed and waiting. They even texted me when they started filling the order and when it was done. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable. This is definitely one of my favorite dispensaries.

I’ve been pretty happy with all the dispensaries in the area but choose this one the most. Always seem to have the best deals and also have great bud tenders, (especially Kimber) she is always especially helpful!
I have an amazing experience every time i have to visit. All of the staff is very helpful and are really there to help heal your needs. I always see either Stephanie or Kyera and both of them are very sweet. Never have any issues answering the questions i have. Oh and they’re quick as hell!!
