The staff are all super nice and attentative, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. The Budtenders know their stuff and always help me find exactly what I need. I look forward to my next visit!

Charm City was the 1st dispensary I’d ever been inside of, I was very impressed with their layout of the building right off the jump. The atmosphere was very chill & the aesthetic is VERY on point!!

This dispensary is by far the best one I have found in the area…I have been here from the beginning and this weekend they are celebrating one year of operation…the owners and staff are terrific and the menu is vast and up to date with new product launches and innovation…I recommend everyone try CCM at least once so you can see what you’ve been missing from those other spots…
Looking for heaven on earth? I found it. This is the old LA Looks nail salon building across from the Eastpoint mall. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. What more could you ask for?
I really wanted to give Charm City Medicus a 5 star review, mainly because they are providing a much needed service and do have some good deals. The building is clean and nice.
The budtenders (at least the one that helped me), however, were not as helpful as my past experiences at other dispensaries. The products that I purchased were not as fresh as at other dispensaries (some of the flower was a bit dry, making it burn faster and not last as long).
I may check them out again, just to see if it was a one-time thing or not.

This was my first dispensary so it’s my first love. Everyone is so nice and helpful and that makes you more comfortable. Very knowledgeable bud tenders. All around CCM is the best place to go.
1st time visit and the lady (Christian) went far byond what I expected in recommendations. I got the Tuesday special ( 4 grams mix or match, 2 gram Blue Dream and 2 gram Afterburner. They were exactly whay I needed for my symptoms. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this dispensary as a 1st choice of dispensaries 100 fold.
Fantastic place, great staff, warm reception (beyond the usual double-buzzed doors). Place has lots of parking, so if especially if you’re in the downtown/Fells area of Baltimore, it’s a really quick drive down 40 (Orleans) or E. Baltimore. For the convenience, moved my 4 star atmosphere rating (it’s not gonna blow your mind, but it’s nice) to 5 – no ambience beats me being able to get there, get meds and come home inside 30 minutes.
A very laid back but professional atmosphere. It was my 1st time and i was very nervous. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be going back.
Best dispensary in Md, west coast vibe, they really think about the customers here,prices are the best,ypu can see and smell, every day specials, coffee, bottle water, news papers, mags.i never get to enjoy the stuff because the service is so fast, lol The employees are great, I’ve been to other dispensaries that dont even have a bathroom in md, dont waste your gas or toll money going elsewhere, You will NOT find another place like this and most dont know, you can follow on weedmaps and leafly to compare….This place is above all..great job..

Man I can’t express the love I have for this place and the staff. I mean, I just can’t get enough of the good vibe form the staff and the love from the head staff guys. These guys really care about you and will see that you’re taking care of in a great timely matter. The deals are hands down one of the best and did I say the staff and head of staff is the best. i like CC and i believe they have some of the best deals but i was highly disappointed thinking that i finally found a dispensary with a 14cbd to 1thc product because it said on their website (which i thought was updated properly) that the product was there. Turns out that it wasnt so then i ask for the 2 to 1 and they were out of that also which was on the freaking website to as in stock. So i really dont have an issue with the store as much as i have an issue with the Menu they have on weedmaps and leafly. it would nice if it was updated properly. besides that i dispensary is awesome.

My first visit was yesterday and to be honest I was truly impressed. I’m a strong supporter of medical cannabis and recreational (once our state has all the wrinkles worked out for the medical process). I was concerned about having a dispensary in our area, not because of the dispensary but more from the quality of the area itself. They have done an amazing job at bringing a truly upscale and efficient business to this neck of the woods. I was even more impressed that they take time to work with you and have great recommendations prior to purchase. Also I felt appreciated for the first time in awhile by a business for my military service with their military discount offering. I will be a returning customer for their services in the future and hope they continue to grow in the product, services offerings and community outreach. The community needs more of their positive education and interaction on the topic of medical cannabis.
love this freaking place, they popped my concentrate cherry and this has been the best way to medicate. the reward points are cool af too. the budtenders take their time w you and helps you find what works the best fit to you.

I feel at home here, people are friendly. My go to dispensary. Lowest prices around although at the time of this review prices are nuts so it feels weird saying that.
The best spot in town! They always put the customer first and make you feel like a part of the family. Giveaways, Shake and Bake deals, refreshments when you walk in, just top rate service. The bud-tenders are personable and provide good recommendations, they are patient and happy to explain anything to you. Management is strong and always out front greeting and managing the flow.
The best example was today for Shake and Bake Sunday. They have a great deal, $40 small bud quarters, which is worth going alone. When I got there, I got a free coupon for donuts and coffee. I got my items inside and was handed a free box of girl scout cookies (actual cookies) on the way out from the always awesome security team. Awesome from start to finish.

I have been going to CCM for about a year now.The place is very safe and professional.The staff is knowledgeable.The last few times I’ve been in I’ve had the pleasure of Matt Halll to assist me.I’m a lil older then most,so Matt took the time to explain things to me about the Chemistry in different strains and products.He is very knowledgeable in the treatment of different ailments and problems that different strains can help.Ask for Matt Hall when you go to CCM and let him help you with all your needs!
