The mandate of The Dispensary Fulton is to provide high quality cannabis medicine and healing services to people suffering from chronic ailments. We are a compassionate organization. We provide an essential service to the community and offer a safe space for our patients to discuss medical conditions, cannabis specific topics, community related events, as well as engaging in advocacy work. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is waiting to assist you with all your needs. At The Dispensary, our patients come first. Please let us know what we can do to better serve you.
Our organization, established in late 2014 and opened in July of 2016, was originally awarded the first and only permit for ISP District 1 to dispense medical cannabis in the State of Illinois. District 1 includes Whiteside, Carroll, Ogle, and Lee counties, with nearby metro areas inside and directly adjacent including: Dixon, Galena, Freeport, Rockford, Dekalb, Moline, and Quad Cities.
Specializing in finding the best quality, for the most affordable prices. We work closely with cultivators who share our vision of compassion and are constantly on the hunt for additional products and producers that share this vision, in order to best serve the patients of Illinois. Great deals and nice atmosphere with a good selection, but the staff are kind of hit or miss. The manager is just great on every level, and the staff who are good are REALLY good, and a few who cost a star rating.
I’d absolutely recommend The Dispensary, but would probably caution a novice to bring along a more knowledgeable friend just in case.

I have been with The Dispensary from the beginning – over 1 year. I drive almost an hour away, why you ask?….Their prices are the best, the “Dispensaires” (workers who dispense)are very knowledgeable of ALL the products and they also inform me of specials, discounts, contests, and free items when I make large purchases.
MY FAVORITE reason I stay and LOVE The Dispensary IS: I “phone IN” my order on my drive there, gives them time to process and have it prepared so I am IN and OUT with ONE STOP shopping. If something is amiss, defective, etc. The Dispensary takes care of the problem right away with NO ANGST about it. NO embarrassment either, with a buyer’s respect to defective products…The Dispensary – effectively “rights the wrong” and makes me SMILE. Great People, Great Products, Great PRICES and a PROFESSIONALLY run establishment.

I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the employees are always laid back, kind, and very informative. They always take their time with patients and never seem to mind answering all your questions. I absolutely love the online ordering system, it makes the transaction quick and easy.

This has been my dispensary since they opened last year. I have stayed with them because they have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they consistently search for the best prices on quality products from our state’s numerous cultivators. This results in the lowest prices in the state. They are the ONLY dispensary in the state that charges the same per gram price for any quantity – this is unheard of at any other Illinois dispensary and is another example of their commitment to their patients over profit margin.

Well this was the 3rd Dispensary I used. And but far the most knowledgeable. Did not need to find the answer by myself after. I asked. Many times the would find out before I left. Or they would message me later. I am quit pleased with the choices they have. And quality control to these guys if Top Priority. They have let the Suppliers Know if there is ANY Problem with a product. They may not have a giant selection like the other places. But after numerous conversations with MANAGEMENT about the Business and Helping me with Paperwork to get to Veterans, they told me that is how they can keep the Price reasonable for the patient’s without having to cover a large inventory and overhead. For me a Dis. Veteran on limited income that was my Driving Force in my Decision to Remain with them. Hope this is Personal enough Leafly ??

I live in fulton, they are maybe a mile away, I can walk there, easily accessible, if I have to drive. I love this place, and everyone that works there is so kind, and helpful, it’s kinda like going to a friends house to get my meds. Now I can trust who I’m buying from and the paranoia is not there. It’s legal, lets face it, I dY’~ it.

Good folks, herb is a bit old due to what I believe to be a lack of patients. Blue dream and BD hybrids are great. Shatter is great as well as live resins.

I gladly drive 2 hours to be treated with such respect and kindness by such great souls ! This was my 5th dispensary I visited and no one can hold a candle to this place ! Convenient and easy to find. We chose them because they are the closest dispensary to us that carries oils and they have good prices. They have specials on flower that run less than 200/oz.

The Dispensary in Fulton, is were you will find the best deals on Medical Cannabis in Illinois! $198 ounces of pop corn bud, CO2 oil for $42 per gram. As someone who makes my own edibles, the cost savings have made it worth the 2 hour drive once a month from the suburbs of Chicago.

The guys here really know their stuff and make every effort to provide affordable meds for patients. They refuse to carry the high priced cultivators in order to make it cheaper for us. True compassion.

I live almost an hour away from 3 different dispensaries including this one, and Im here to tell you The Dispensary in Fulton is a 5 stars establishment on every level. The staff are very helpful in explaing any questions that I have had, as I do not understand all the different terminoligy used for the products. They are very knowledgible and very polite. You can always tell who is working just for a paycheck, and who cares. Their attitudes never change and that is just one reason I know these folks care. Their products are always as discribed, and the quality is impecable ever time. It is very clean and organized. I would’nt change my Pharmacy/Dispensary if I had one available closer. That is how impressed I am with everything at The Dispensay in Fulton. The whole package is perfect where Im at, and that is very hard to find.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is very clean and is in a neat location. (Right on the river) The only thing I didn’t like was how bright the back room was. The wait room had a clean and hip design and I wish the “medicine room” reflected more of that. This will not prevent me from coming back as I think you guys have the best prices.and nicest staff around! Another cool thing TDF had was glass containers that displayed the different buds they sold. Something other IL dispensaries are lacking…

Welcoming and friendly staff. I live in East Moline and make the drive to Fulton twice a month now because of the lower prices. Selection is a bit smaller than the other dispensary located in Milan. However, I’ve been able to find a lower price strain that works for me. Just mentioning for those looking for a wider range of products. I’ll be continuing to make the hour drive as long as it makes sense financially. (As we all know, this medication can get a bit expensive!)

as far as dispensaries go this one should be the model. quality product knowledgeable staff and a clean comfortable environment. Kurt at the front desk always has a welcoming smile and is quick to check you into the dispensary. never have to wait and if I did they have a wonderful doctor’s office like waiting room with many magazines about the industry. the budtenders in the back are always helpful and knowledgeable about the medicine and the new products of the industry. and with the best prices in the state I highly recommend this dispensary “The Dispensary”in Fulton.
