First visit to this location/a dispensary in general and Candice couldn’t have made it easier or more welcoming. She is a total sweetheart and she knows her stuff. Definitely recommend WCC Posen!

Gus and his team are so very knowledgeable about the products and are very professional. They have helped me understand the difference between the different strands. I can’t say enough about them. I enjoy going over to the Posen location to take care of my medical needs.
Had to write another review as i met 3 new employees today! Candace was my bud tender and another great experience!! She was such a sweetheart and so patient! This time i had more specific questions as i will be starting chemo and radiation quite soon and i found her to be very knowledgeable about which strains work for nausea,pain,etc! Awesome!! Another employee,Joe is great too! He had a lot of awesome suggestions about the product i purchased. And i can’t forget Gus who welcomed me in and was a great comic relief! I will be back!
I have have had such a great experience with this location Gus and Star are so informative and caring this has become my extended family right when I thought it could not get any better I met David then Emily and her kind heart with extra giving and caring makes this place the best for me… I don’t know what I would do without them right now they always know exactly what I need when I need it….. Gus and his team are great… Yeah, if all the players could stay on the team. With this place, it’s like one day they are there, & the next they’re gone. I don’t know what type of revolving door they have over there??? Let’s just hope it doesn’t affect us, the patients too much… It’s not everyday that you find nice, warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable people… And when you do, you should want to keep them around. Just a thought…

Just received my card and have been 3 times this week. A+ customer service and quality from all staff and product I’ve received. Small issue with a product and they handled amazing. Very glad this is my home store.
If you’re giving them five stars, you’re part of the problem. Do some research. Try other dispensaries. I promise you there are at least a few other dispensaries out there with much better prices and service. I’ve been to nine dispensaries and this is the only one to give me a hard time about returning a malfunctioning cartridge. They don’t keep their menu updated online or in store. And anyone who sells you a $5 battery for $45 is not there to help you.

There’s nothing better than going to a business and being treated like you are the only person that matters. That’s what it feels like when you are at the Posen location.
Gus has always been extremely helpful, never rushing me, allowing me to time decide which products I’d like to try. His recommendations have always right. I always thought it would be great if they could clone him. Well, I think they have, Emily is the female version of Gus. She is wonderful, I hate to leave the dispensary. It’s just so pleasant. I hope she is at this location permanently.
I’ve been going to Windy City Cannabis for about 8 months now. Everyone is very helpful. Gus has been my pain specialist since I’ve been going (great guy). He’s helped me with all of my needs and doesn’t know that he’s givin’ me back a social life, I can’t thank him enough.
Another mainstay has been Dave, he’s seem to specialize in Indica’s, He’s opened my eyes to strains that I now like very much. These guys have been life-savers! And on top of that, everyone who works there makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Windy City has certainly changed my life for the better.

I’ve been going to Windy City Posen since I’ve received my card and Big Daddy Gus and his crew Starr,Dave,and Emily they work together seemlessly they are great and really help with anything you don’t understand. The whole crew strives to be the best they can be. I haven’t seen Emily and do hope to see her when i come back in. I wouldn’t change the location. they are the best i get alil leary when i come and new people are there, i prefer to deal with the staff that I’ve known. Looking forward to seeing the crew when i go back in. Thank You for making it easy to understand all the help that can be achieved with their help and knowledge its a godsend.

As a pot smoker on and off for fifty years, a lot has changed. The staff is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. I come here for pain relief that opioids cannot provide. Just for fun the hybrids throw in a little kick. Professional Clean Knowledgeable and they have Sales. I’m In!

While I’ve only been coming here for a month now, and it is not the closest dispensary to me, I am beyond pleased with my choice. With a chill modern vibe and outstanding customer service, you will not go wrong with choosing WCC Posen as your dispensary. Great selection and usually always something on special!
I have now been a patient here for approximately 2 months. I can say that if you are willing to talk and share the bud tenders Gus and Star do listen and have a good knack for recalling your preferences and making suggestions. I personally like to vary strains nearly every purchase and this allows me to get great products often at a great sale value. You really do get the feeling of being treated as a friend instead of a client

Windy City in Posen has helped with my pain and anxiety tremendously and has helped significantly better than any of the opiates, anti-depressants and benzodiazepines that I was overprescribed and forced to use as a crutch. RIGHT until the day I walked into Windy City in Posen I had suffered and now I am forever grateful for medical cannabis and for the staff at the Posen location. They have become an extended family and I absolutely love Gus, Star and David and now that Emily is added to the mix, it’s truly become complete. They are all genuinely caring and truly want what is best for their patients. Every time I go to this location I am greeted and helped right away with a helpful, smiling face and am very satisfied with the products that have been recommended to me, mainly the Sativa dominant strains of concentrates. I will definitely recommend this location, due to the wonderful family that I have made at Windy City In Posen.

Gus is one of a kind
Windy City Posen has the best prices, selection, staff, and atmosphere in the Chicago area. I recently changed my dispensary and Im very pleased with my decision. Gus and his staff are very informed and welcoming. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a new dispensary contact the Illinois department of Public health and request this location. The turn around time is 24-48 hrs and its well worth it.

This location is by far the most peaceful and informative to the community of Posen. I suggest that when going in if you have any questions about any of the products than speaking to Gus is a must.

I’m a first time cannabis user and last week was my first visit to a dispensary. I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere and the knowledge and accommodating nature of the staff. I have fibromyalgia along with a myriad of other things. The day that I went was a bad day for me and I wasn’t getting around well. I was offered a wheel chair or anything else I needed. Overall I’m very glad I picked them because they are all about the patient and removing the stigma of receiving this life changing medicine. I left feeling a lot more comfortable about my decision to try medical cannabis. I’m also a big fan of Gus that everyone mentions. He made me feel that we were starting a journey that would lead to the relief I’ve been seeking everywhere for years.
I have many gr8 times @Posen. Yesterday was especially wonderful. Being a Reiki Master, my surroundings, needs to be pure and free of negativity. The energy there is Ahmazing!! One of the duo’s, Peyton was there. This man never stops trying,to get better prices for his patients. A good person, who actually cares. Gus and Star were extremely kind and helpful. My first visit I got there right at close but Gus let me in anyways and took his time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. Star recommended some great strands and I would recommend this dispensary to my good friends and family, no doubt. Keep up the great work guys!
First I must say I came to this facility for 2 reasons. 1st Reason was the location. It is right off of the expressway. 2nd reason is because I asked alot of fellow patient reviewers about this facility anf heard nothing but good things. my first visit i was warmly greeted by the staff and they were beyond cool. Very informative and very honest. Their menu was very very impressive. I love shelby county community services products and from the previous dispensary (the herbal care center 13th westerndY’ZdY-“) they had alll their products which made my day!!!so if your reading this get down to the posen location and register there asap for the best service in Illinois
