1. I have been at this facility twice. The first time everyone was so warm and welcoming. I fore warned my budtender Bill that I had tons of questions and he was very helpful and helped me right up until it was time to close! This last time I had placed an online order because I didn’t want to forget anything. So I went in to pick up the order and ended up buying more product after to talking to Adam. Who was so awesome and knowledgeable with help for me and my disease. Everyone at the dispensary was nice, everyone who came in was nice and everyone left very happy! It is such a nice and open place to be. There is no uneasy feeling. Everyone is very happy to help you at this facility.

2. overall great store and highly recommend it to anyway. Definitely worth the 30 mins drive for all the variety in the high cbd strains.
   The harlequin and pain killer #3 are my favorite. high cbd and low thc perfect for pain management and anxiety(suffer from crps type 2 and phantom pain). they have sativa dominant and indica dominant cbd strains perfect for both world. staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

   Will definitely be coming more often to this dispensary. check it out you will not be disappointed

3. It’s a little hard to spot but easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I had specific questions about what problems I wanted addressed ( I have MS, so you never know which symptom you’re going to wake up to.) Bill was great at explaining and understanding what I was talking about. I love the fact that there are CBD topicals available. The fact that you can treat your pain and not be impaired is a wonderful thing!

13. I now have been going to MIDWEST Compassionate Care Center for a year, they truly care about their patients. If I ever have a question about product and how it can best fit my needs all I need to do is ask one of the patient/employees and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you.

    The Employees are very up front and will gladly help you find the best mix of product( which is always fresh) to meet your needs. If you are new to medical Cannabis you can rest assure that you will Always be well taken care of

21. I almost hesitated writing this because to be honest, I don’t want a bunch of people knowing about how awesome this dispensary is! Every single time I go in ( even if its to grab an ONLINE ORDER) I have so much fun! Every single person who works at this dispensary is beyond kind, helpful, funny and caring. Sometimes I almost feel better physically just hanging with these guys for 15 minutes or so! I am NOT marijuana knowledgeable at all, but these guys really are and have been SUCH a huge help to me! It’s like you can tell them (any single one of them)what is hurting or bothering you, and they know exactly what you need. I know God blesses me by sending me to this dispensary. I was debating between two and am so grateful I’m at Midwest! Trust me, you will be SO happy if you choose this dispensary. They have SO many choices of what to buy, too! 25. I have been a patient at MCC for just over a month, and the service and selection is outstanding. An upbeat, friendly staff has given me guidance each time I’ve been in, takes time to review what’s on sale, what products are new without being pushy towards any particular grower.

    Will be sticking with MCC for a long time!

Not only is there knowledgeable service but they do more for their patients they have a 10% off for disabled and veterans and lower income patients but they have a point system where you can add them up and use them for money off at your convenience not only that but was given opportunities to win monthly raffles. So many ways to save here I’m going to go with this one. Besides I’m not even a 20 min ride. Ty I’ll be back on payday. I’m very pleased. I hope this takes up the rest of the wording on this review and yes for making a switch writing a review you get rewarded with points which is money off. And when you switch you can get buy 3 get one free. I think I’ll use combo flower keif and oil to make my medicine for the holidays. Ty.

    I’m so happy this dispensary carries high cbd strains. pain killer # 3 low low thc under 3% thc. if you are looking for a high cbd strains definitely come here. good amount of variety with the cbd strains . if you suffer from anxiety with high thc strains try these cbds a try.
    the lower the THC the better for anxiety for me personally. aim for anything 3-5% under thc .

28. I have tried other dispensaries and I keep coming back to this one. The staff still remembers me after I tried another place for about 4 months. I love the fact they are so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I love their Cannapoints, the more you spend of course the more you can get discounted off at a later time. Their menu keeps getting better and better every time I look at it. Definitely staying at this dispensary. Thank you MCC for all your great work.

36. Great staff, all of whom are very knowledgeable about their products, and marijuana in general. The staff was able to help determine what best would help my medical conditions, and it wasn’t a long process at all to discuss the different benefits I’d receive. The location features 3 big screen menu boards, where you can see the different strains available and the different products available. It’s not a crowded feeling at all inside(very inviting), the lightning is nice(helpful for those who have light sensitivity issues). I’d highly recommend this for a friend, and I honestly believe that this dispensary is worth the extra drive, if you are at all undecided about distance. Quality of service is great!

37. I just started coming to this location and it has been very easy to get in and get out with what I need. Everyone I have come into contact with in store or over phone has been incredibly kind and helpful. They are very welcoming and encourage you to ask questions along the way. Using GPS to find the location is also not an issue. The shop is very clean and well maintained. So far the wait time has been very low. Also, probably the most important- the product they have is excellent!

38. As a patient in Illinois, I’d only ever been to one dispensary. I’m a writer and review various cannabis accessories, including vaporizers, grinders, and more. So, when I needed some free-standing BHO (NOT in a pre-filled cart), I was left high and dry. After sending out a bat call on Instagram, MCC reached out and said they could order me a refillable BHO syringe. I immediately jumped on the opportunity, and accepted the offer. Since it was my first time switching, I was anxious as heck, and decided to call them up, to see if I could bring my dog. Without hesitation, the staff invited him along on my visit. When I finally showed up, there were a few people there, but I didn’t have to wait too long. While the building is on the smaller side, it didn’t feel cramped or dark. Rather, it was a very comfortable atmosphere, with multiple places to sit and relax. When it was finally my turn, both Tom and Bill were available. Bill ran back to snag my refillable syringe, and Tom showed me the menu. I’ve recently been on a concentrate kick, as they make my lungs much happier. I’d been hesitant to make the full switch, for the sake of my tolerance. But, I’ve been very happy about it since. Tom ran me through both the sale concentrates, as well as the full-priced ones. I was impressed with the number available, but what impressed me the most was the sheer amount of information with each product. Each one had a thorough description, in addition to the symptoms it alleviates. Other dispensaries certainly have this information, but not at-the-ready in the same way MCC does. My interest was piqued, by Reserva Privada–a huge help for my anxiety, and I’d never tried the live sugar. At that point, Tom had already informed me of their first time deal: Buy 2 products, Get 1 Free (of equal or lesser value). Since I already had the syringe, and I wanted the sugar, he encouraged me to use the coupon. Why take an extra trip down here? Flipping through the list a bit more, I decided on a gram of DJ Flow live sugar. With that, I headed over to the register, showed my ID once more, and was on my way. Hands-down, no questions asked, I’d absolutely visit MCC again. Their staff is exceedingly knowledgable, kind, and friendly. If you haven’t made it down there yet, you should! (Also, they have online ordering–who the heck doesn’t like that convenience?!)

39. Midwest Compassion Center is a must visit. The staff are all friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE, which is a big thing for me. There really is no waiting room with patients all staring into space. You walk in and get the feeling of being in a Colorado dispensary, only in Illinois. I am so happy to tell people about MCC because they help me out so much. Thanks MCC!

46. I am a IL qualified paient. I have been to 3 other dispensaries so far and switched for various reasons location, etc. I switched to MCCC on a recommendation from a qualified patient that swore by MCCC after discussing to him my disatisfsction with quality of product I was recieving from other dispensaries as well as problems with unknowlagable bud tenders and Managers. I am not going to name other dispensaries that would not accomplish anything. I am not going tell you to drive 2 hrs because this is only place that dispenses medicine in the state of IL that will work for you either because thats BS and unrealistic too. Instead I rather just be honest as possible and hopefully this will let other qualified patients out thier know from my own experience of dealing with the other dispensaries in the area that MCCC has the freshest product by far of any other witin 50 miles of Naperville I have delt with. I was approved at beginning of program so had to travel a long distance at first due to limited open dispensaries. They in my opinion have the most knowlagable bud tenders in the business. I can truthfully say this because not one of them unlike other places have ever offered me anything but truthfull knowledge of the product. By that I mean when they reccomend product they are doing it per the reviews they get back from thier patients or personal use if card holders as well. They will point you in right direction, care about your feedback to help them help other patients and Most important if they do not know they say so. Nobody expects every bud tender to know everything there is to know about this industry it is new to all of us. What I do expect is if you do not know answers to a specific question is for you too honestly tell me. I do not know. Not much to ask from any business you are giving your money too. Most patients are not rolling in dough. They are sick with limited budgets and we do not have time or funds for personal opinions. Just honesty is what is expected and you will get that at MCCC. I have been with MCCC now for 6 months. I do not do social media and think this is my 10th review I ever did in my life. My reason for this is to tell other qualified patients from my own experience if you live near MCCC drive the extra half hour or so. They have the freshest product and most caring staff that I have delt with. Not to mention best discounts for Veterans and Disabled and Monthly Giveaways. Pre-Ordering, Always sponsoring events for Patient Caregivers signups where you can get your caregiver signed up in a hour or so if needed for basically free due to MCCC product reimbursement. They just seem to actually care. I have had faulty products from distributors (disposable pens) in the past. MCCC unlike other dispensaries just makes it as right as they can every one of these dispensaries work with the distributors and know the pens for instance were breaking before empty. Not always but it happens occassionaly. The dispensary gets credited by the distributor and they make it right by giving you a new pen. So you should never be made to feel like a idiot for bringing up disatisfaction with a product if you have honest intentions. Other dispensaries lets just say did not handle it as proffessionally as MCCC has when it has nothing to do with the patient. For that matter they had me make a video worked with the distributors and reimbursed me. Dustributor is aware of problem and is working on it and it has gotten better. Disposable pens break way less often than when program first started. Again most patients understand that this is not a perfect system yet. State believe it or not atleast in my eyes is doing great as well. They work faster than any other govt agency I have delt with and I am disabled. The program is working and MCCC has made it at its peak best for me. Bottom line MCCC is in it too make money too but yhey have the best intentions of thier patients and have a very caring, knowlageable, and a hard working staff.

56. I transferred to MCC after my previous dispensary became stagnant (no new strains coming in). I was nervous to transfer because I had developed such a great relationship with the bud tenders!
    Transferring was easier than I expected. You can go right to MCC’S website and request a transfer; BOOM!
    The staff here has been so kind and knowledgeable, it made switching easy! They have a huge inventory and the convenience of ordering online can’t be beat. I order online, walk in and pick up my order. I know my total before even getting there.
    Transferring was the best thing I did!

57. Great first time patient deal. I asked them to match Joliet 3C holiday specials with same strain and same grower package without luck. They will not match prices of other dispensaries for that reason I would not go back to give them my business. Just to put it out there the special was $40 for an 8th which is not unreasonable. Basically that is street price.

61. A nice, reliable dispensary with friendly staff and frequent specials. Open every day of the week, even if it’s for limited hours. Online ordering is nice for when you just want to run in and pick up your order without waiting in line to order what you want. Would be nicer if product availability for online orders (which have a required pick-up time of 24 hours or less), though. Variety of selection is good.

72. I have so many good things about this place! It is completely accessible and the prices are competitive. The Cannapoints program and frequent sales help too. There is a great selection of excellent strains and many different methods of consumption. The real draw here though, is the staff. They are super kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. Just like the name suggests. I want to extend a particular thanks to Thomas, who always greets me by name with a smile, enthusiastically and thoroughly answers my questions, makes good suggestions, and seems an all-around good teacher and person. 76. great dispencery, always greet you by name and have the best products available. very knowledgeable about products and willing to give info whenever asked. only thing i can think of that could improve is a wider selection on glass pipes in varying price margins, the high price tag of the pipes makes them visually appealing but steers you away with the prices. the flower is always fresh and stored properly. i had 1 batch that was bad and got a refund no questions asked, but since that one i have had a+ products. all together a great dispencery

77. The bud tenders are very friendly and helpful. Everything is pre packaged so you cannot see it before you buy it. You order from the same menu as you see on their website. There were 2 other patients in before me but I had no wait and got right in. The products are great quality, i just wish they had more pictures of each thing since you cant see it in person before you buy it. They did give a very informative welcome pack with some great information on different forms of cannabis and different consumption methods and information.

The physical setting of the dispensary is quaint, comfortable, and refined, although a little tricky to find, as it’s tucked well away in an industrial complex. They also integrate technology into their information and ordering system, allowing customers to see large, high-resolution photos and product descriptions before making their choice in store. If you’re not a technology person, have no fear! This is the area where MCC really shines…customer service. Not only are the staff genuinely engaging and mindful of their patients, they are outstanding when it comes to their knowledge of the medical science of cannabis. Truly, I was pleased with the overall quality of my previous dispensary, but MCC offered hours that better matched my schedule and online ordering. Since making the switch, I now understand how professional a dispensary really can be. Simply put, I LOVE MCC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-shelf products and top-shelf service.

82. This is my 2nd dispensary I’ve been to. It was a nice environment with an awesome staff. They were very helpful and chill. First time patients get a special, which you should take advantage of. This is now my new go to dispensary.

84. Midwest compassionate care dispensary is a very clean effciant safe place to go. I recently found a product that I must review. I have spinal injury caused by fusion surgery Arachnoiditis ,Degenerative disc disease ,labrel tears in both hips ,Symtomatic Tarlov cysts disease,scoliosis,.I only mention this because I want you to understand how much debilitating pain I’m in.It’s called SPECTRA COMPLETE 12-1. It has 882 cabbinoids. I made raspberry surgar free gummies.My recipe was two small boxes surger free jello, two packages plain Knox gelatin ,half cup water ,three teaspoons glycerin (food grade).Bring water to boil turn off dissolve all gelatins in hot liquid,constantly stiring. Ad the Spectum 12-1 mix well.Pour in small glass beakers.Place in bowl very hot water ,to keep thin..I use large syringe to fill my molds.This made 55 little bears.
    Let them sit , then put them in a jar with a rubber sealed top it keep fresh.we figured they were 10 plus CBD each.
    Now my results. It took 2 hours and started to feel my mood lifting,which I can’t remember feeling a sense of happiness .I did need to lay down and YES my pain was relieved , I thank God .I still would not trust my self to drive . Time seems to go very slow.progressed to deeper relaxed feeling ,but not stoned. I talked a lot , be carefull your filters of your thoughts for me were turned off So try and convey this to whoever your with especially if they don’t use mm.’This lasted about 10 hours.

91. Fantastic dispensary. All the employees I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to order online is a huge plus. The website is very easy to navigate and offers more information on the strains then several other dispensary websites I have visited. They have a rewards program that allows you to get some cash back on your purchases which is great. When it comes to products they have a good selection. The menu is always changing and within the few months I have been going I have been able to try a wide array of strains from several cultivators. It’s located within an industrial area and doesn’t draw any attention. I feel comfortable going there and don’t see myself switching dispensaries anytime soon.

95. Exceptional customer service with employees who aren’t pushing for increased sales. This company is about the patients and their personal wellness and not about their sales, which isn’t the case for all Illinois dispensary’s. The menus is great, yet not the most extensive I’ve seen but the selection is enough. MCC is a very welcoming place where they treat you like a patient and all the employees are friendly and want to get to know you. Did I mention the amazing online ordering feature?

96. MCC makes it so convenient to get your meds, their online ordering is where it’s at! I’ve been there 5 or 6 times so far, and every time I am in and out very quickly. Along with convenience, their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and if there is something that they don’t carry from a cultivator, they will order it for you if possible. Both huge wins in my book! Side note..I stopped in there on my way home once day while I was still registered at another dispo, they offered to do my transfer paperwork for me, gave me a tour, and just made me feel welcome! I love my new dispensary!!

106. I came to MCC for the high-CBD products, as I am looking for a non-psychoactive treatment for my condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of CBD products they had.
