31. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The location for me is fine as I work north of town and go right by. Prices for recreational are higher than other dispensaries but fine with medical prices. Happy to know about the daily specials.

Their staff is friendly and talk to you on your own level, whatever that is, and are always knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable, not rushed. 49. I was more than pleased my first time I visited with my husband. However my second experience I chose to order online to get the 20 percent discount that was offered. I was disappointed to find that the product I ordered wasn’t accurately described on the website. It was described as having a 1:1 thc:cbd ratio, but after I got it it turned out to have no (almost non existent) amount of cbd. I was bummed cause the cbd content was the specific reason I chose that product.

    I would say if you want to go with this company, make sure you visit the location to make your purchase until they work out the kinks in their online pickup system.

50. This shop was the best in town, BEFORE, recreational. Since then, the service to medical clients has gone downhill. The medical area has been reduced to a 1/4 of its original size. The staff for medical has also been reduced to usually half of what is servicing rec customers. The wait times have grown increasingly longer, product has become more limited and the quality has declined as well. It is clear that this shop only cares about recreational clients. The medical clients that have been supporting this shop since they opened are now treated as second class customers. If you value the benefits of having a red card and also a dispensary that values medical customers, stay away from this place!!!!

This is one of the only dispensary’s I go to and I’m never disappointed. Bud tenders are educated and quick at knowing what you need. I worked with Skyler as my first ever bud tender and had no idea what I wanted or where to start. I told him what I like what I need out of a strain and my preferences on indica and sativa. he pulled some bomb flower and hooked it up with some of their $25 house wax. I’ve worked with probably almost every bud tender there and they are all so quick and happy to help. Prices are great too.

69. The meds used to be good but lately the quality sucks and I even found SEEDS!! WTF! The customer service is horrendous. I never felt like I was a cared for patient. With so many other good dispensaries out there, I’ll never support them with my money again.

They have a huge selection, wonderful bud tenders, and it’s very spacious! I’ve yet to be dissatisfied with a purchase. Their tenders are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. This dispensary is my recommendation to all.

96. I hate writing a negative review. We got a gram each of Durban Poison and Lamb’s Breath at IWCFC and I’m disappointed to say the least. Both very well known quality strains, but neither of these would pass for better than mids in most places. The Durban Poison was especially disappointing. Poorly manicured and cured and gave both my wife and I splitting headaches, of which mine is still present 6 hours and a couple ibuprofen later. The Lamb’s Breath was a bit better. Alright, but not on par with the products at some other dispensaries. Their prices were quite high as well. Far more than we pay at our usual dispensary for much higheraEUR< quality flowers. Unfortunately, this will be our one and only visit to IWCFC.

133. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now, and the medical side is slowly declining and I have been told will be closing down soon. The quality of buds I have purchased in December of 2018 was the worst ever. I came in the following week after purchasing the ounce special for $100 and the G-13 was the worst ever. I complained to the bud tender and her comment was sorry all sales are final. Wow, seriously, and I was also told the medical side wasn’t making any money. Anyone who grows weed knows that statement is not true. I believe its greed moving all of the sales over to the recreational side. So much for being a veteran who has served its country and for the medical usage that weed can provide to help us. I would not recommend this store to a friend. There is a great store on the south end of Ft. Collins and they have great smoke and seem to care about their patients.

165. I really like this location. The people on the front desk and the bud tenders are very kind. Today I was checking in at the Med counter, and the lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch names today) was very kind and helped me get my card pulled up on her computer, and even printed it out for me. I’ve been at other places where if you did not have your card, even if you have the number, a photograph, anything but the actual card, simply would not let me in; even when I could prove my med card was active, -I couldn’t print it out, and my ex has my actual card and won’t return any of my things, what am I supposed to do? Rob his house for what’s mine? Infinite Wellness was very understanding and very kind to help me get my card pulled up digitally for them and printed out so that Iw wouldn’t have this problem again. Really, very, very nice people here. The bud tender, a young blonde man, was very sweet and very helpful in helping me find some good medicine. His reviews and suggestions I found very helpful. It’s almost always very, very busy in there, but I always end up satisfied with my purchases. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The selection of flower is average, with about 8-12 strains, and they have numerous edibles, tinctures and other products, however, I’m not usually too interested in these as they are not quite as effective for me. But I did notice the vast array of products. The flower is really great. Purchased OG Kush and G-13 today, so I’ll be reviewing those very soon, but they are very green, very delicious smelling, and very crystally. It smells amazing really. I can’t wait until payday to go back. I will note that they have Bruce Banner, which is a very creative one that I love, and it’s the only place i’ve seen around the FoCo area with it routinely in stock. Infinite Wellness has One Very Pleased customer right here. =)

Prices for medical is a little high but there aren’t to many dispensaries in Ft. Collins, compared to Denver at least. I definitely recommend this dispensary if your from the Ft. Collins area or your in town for whatever.

Infinite wellness brand of shatter butters in no time it’s very bad quality. The other brands of shatter they bring are superior to the infinite brand which is really sad!      Last time I went in there it took 30 min standing behind 1 medical patient while 12-16 rec people got in and out. When I was standing in line in a empty room and the rec staff (6 people) all acted like I wasn’t there . Thinking I should walk out another medical patient came in and most of the rec staff came over to medical side to help. At that point I decided I was done with infinite wellness. Other medical shops don’t make medical people wait forever like infinite wellness and the ones that do just avoid them 🙂

481. Probably the best place in town to pick up some good quality bud for a reasonable price. I’ve visitied many times before and all occasions have overall been good. All the Budtenders and “salesfloor” folks are really friendly and helpful and get what you want quickly and effortlessly. The actual “budfloor” I like to call it, has a great atmosphere with paintings of your favorite child hood characters redone by a well talented artist as well as with all the merchandise clear and visible within their glass displays. Not only that, a good plus for this place is that they actually weigh the bud in front of you instead of selling you a sealed case of a previously weighed amount. To me, this is a deal maker/breaker since I’ve been scammed by other despensaries who claim this is such a weight but when I get home to open it up it’s lacking what the label states and as you can imagine the no refund policy that every establishment has on anything they sell is very frustrating. My only complaint is the so-called “security guards” that let the recreational users in by giving them the “no bs” attitude which I find completely unnessessary. As soon as I walk in the main door into the reception area I immidiately feel unwelcomed. Even when I do happen to stroll on in, I see that one of the guards is passing the time by talking to lady receptionist for medical patients and leaving his desk completely unattended which is quite unprofessional, even for a “no bs” security guard. If security guards are a must then I recommend hiring ones that will take their jobs seriously as well as being friendly to honest customers who are just looking to shop, not horse around. All in all the place is great, even for a first timer just don’t get turned off by the brawn after the first set of doors.

One server told me he didn’t know how a product worked and never bothered to find out from another server (there are always others standing around). Plus, they are consistently out of stock. 572. Just left Infinite Wellness Ctr in Ft Collins. Great experience. My budtender Sam was super helpful. I told him I want to wean myself off of my ADHD meds. He suggested a Sativa strain called Alien Dawg. Got an eighth of that, in flower. He also recommended wax made from Moby Dick. Both strains are strong Sativas. Sam mentioned how to sprinkle some wax on top of a bowlful of flower, then heat it with a regular lighter, so the wax melts into the flower. On my way home now to try it out. Thanks Sam, I’ll be back!

722. I am a member here, and the meds are almost always consistent. Yesterday I purchased an ounce of Mob Boss and I didn’t really look at it before hand. That was my bad. This time it smelled like hay and it usually tastes like pine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still really strong and crystally, but I think they should have cured it longer. It was a little wet too, so when it dries, it weighed a little less than the amount I paid for. If I realized this problem beforehand, I would have looked at another one of the high quality strains they offer.

802. I used to recommend and rave about this place to family and friends until an unfortunate event tonight with their internal communication and customer service. Yesterday, I purchased a cartridge from Infinite Wellness for my vape pen. All was fine until I sat down tonight with it and the entire cartridge was clogged. I called and spoke to a nice woman, explained the situation, and she said it would be no problem. Having returned a faulty cartridge before, I assumed the exchange would be simple. I drove the twenty minutes it takes for me to get there only to immediately be berated about a receipt. The box has the time and date on it that the cartridge was purchased and my phone number also indicated the purchase so the front desk communicated for me to go on back and complete the exchange. The female clerk was immediately skeptical and demanded I show a receipt to exchange the item. I had not brought the receipt assuming my proof of purchase within their internal system and my labeled, dated, and timed boxed would prove that I had indeed purchased that item the day prior. Furthermore, the man who sold me the cartridge was standing right there. She got her manager and they continued to condescend me by questioning my motives for not having a receipt. She literally compared buying a forty dollar cartridge to buying a “large piece of furniture.” Very odd. Then, she brought up how I returned a faulty cartridge prior. It is true! I had done that because they sold me a cartridge that caused my pen to not work. The clerk for that exchange was awesome – he troubleshooted the problem with me, discovered the cartridge was faulty, fixed my pen, and gave me a new cartridge! Unfortunately, this clerk thought it was okay to use that as some sort of indication that I was lying about being sold a second faulty cartridge. It appeared even some of the employees were shocked by this exchange, the lack of understanding, and the downright assumption that a loyal customer was lying to them. Very horrible customer service experience. I have loved frequenting this place but cannot support a place that treats their customers with such condescending attitudes. There are many places out there that will except an exchange when the clerk who sold you the product can vouch for it, the box is dated and timed, and the customer provides all the information to indicate truth. Such an unfortunate and strange experience.

Their prices were pretty fair but their quality is just so subpar I had to come on and do a review. After spending at least 15 minutes talking over the different strains of shatter with the bud tender we picked out some tangerine lemon and it tastes like literal burnt rubber on any temperature of dab. I am so disappointed with this and if I could get a refund or exchange I would. Never going to shop here again. Medically there bud is OK and their concentrates would impress me on occasion but if they can sell this with good conscience then I will never buy from them again.

992. Let me start with saying the employees are pretty nice. However, the flower is overpriced, and the quality just isn’t there. Along with this, the menu on Leafly is never correct. It’ll say it’s been updated that morning, but every time I’ve gone in, (save one), they’ve never had what the menu displayed. Percentages are always wrong, strains aren’t correct, and availability of certain products is usually incorrect. It’s very frustrating to drive 30 minutes across town to go in for a displayed product, only to be told it hasn’t been available for weeks.

     Tl;dr: flower isn’t that good, prices aren’t that good, Leafly menu is never correct

994. This is our go to spot. It’s one of the only places that takes cards. Plus the service is always top notch. We aren’t super knowledgeable about different strains, and the bartenders here always take the time to explain things so we can make the right choice. Always very friendly and funny as well.

     We usually get cartridges for our vape pen. A couple of times, the cartridges have been defective. One of them we had smoked twice before it went out. They gave us replacements no questions asked; even thought we had gotten something out of it. We are continually impressed with how kind this place is.

     Protips: It can get really busy during weekends/after work, so try and come in when not many people are out.

     Even though they take cards, bring some cash for the bartenders. They really are the most helpful people, and there are no tip lines on the receipts.

1225. I absolutely love infinite, the employees are amazing and go above and beyond. Infinite is quite a drive for me but I definetly think the extra miles are more than worth it, I will not go to any other despensary.
