History:
Trulieve was founded by a team of medical and agricultural professionals who combined many decades of entrepreneurial leadership to form their organization. The founders proudly won a license to cultivate low-THC medical cannabis for Florida patients facing terminal diagnoses in 2014. When Amendment 2 passed by popular vote in November 2016, Trulieve applied for and successfully attained one of Florida’s few licenses to cultivate and dispense full-THC marijuana for qualifying Florida individuals. Once licensed, Trulieve opened dispensaries across the state to provide patients everywhere a chance for health and happiness thanks to medical marijuana.

Top shelf, professional and exceptional experience each and every time I visit. I went when it was fairly new and it was my first florida dispensary. There were a few notable things in my experience. This location has an awkward parking lot for starters and many of the patients were literally stealing spots. Not much that can be done there. The products are always good and I love the added plants and products including the Sunshine Kush Trupod and the Delta 8 1:1 as well as some of the new flower. The other notable item was that I was sold a vaporizer pen for the mini flower pods which weren’t being sold. Other than that, product knowledge was limited but there was staff that would chime in and assist, so I was good with that. I will go back as necessary.

The quality of their products seems good. But the staff is so completely uninformed and incompetent, it’s scary. In defense of the staff, it’s obvious that they receive little or no training. They seem almost annoyed to answer any questions and usually have to start opening all the cabinets and/or ask someone else where to find something. I’ve been there 3 TIMES and it’s been the same. The last time they even had the a container with the wrong product inside of it. I don’t know if the other locations are as bad, but it certainly isn’t a location I’d care to go to again. Unfortunately, it’s the closest to me. I probably will try Deerfield next.
I had the pleasure of visiting this location while in town from Key West. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk…very welcoming with very positive vibes! Yesterday was my first time there are it was amazing. From the girls and gentleman at the front desk to my Budtender Michelle, everyone was great. She was very helpful and knew just what I needed. I will def be visiting them again regularly.

I pick Trulieve for the great vape cartridges and topical applications they make. The waiting area is very comfortable and accommodates persons without a medical cannibis authorization, such as family members, caregivers, and support animals. The site is ADA compliant and has easy access for wheelchairs. The professional staff screens each patient then a customer service rep calls a name and escorts the patient into the sales room, to the showcase and register where the patient selects, receives, and pays for the products. Michelle was very friendly and informative as she and Diego answered all my questions and explained all my options. I highly recommend all Florida Medical Cannabis patients check out the products and prices before you go in, to make your purchase in a timely fashion, as the choices with regard to quantity, strength, usage, and price are vast and varied. My buying experience at this dispensary was easy and very pleasant. Go early, since it gets busy at closing time. Many thanks again to Michelle and Diego!!!
Had no idea what to expect and had a fantastic experience. The dispensary is well appointed (clean & bright), and VERY professionally run. The staff is (also) very professional and knowledgeable. Julian was our dispenser and we would ask for him again. He knew the product inside and out, was courteous and made us feel very comfortable. You can tell he loves his job and where he works. The products I am using are very aEURoecleanaEUR (I am very sensitive to artificial additives) and working without question.
