This is the only dispensary that I have been to. I never feel a need to go anywhere where else. Medicine man has such a wide variety to pick from. The bud tenders are very helpful and that all know what they are talking about. If you are looking for a one stop shop this is it!

So many strains, where do I begin… I’ve tried these from Medicine Man; Scotts Blue, Grand Doggy Purps, Alien Dawg, Blue Dream, Ogre, Ice, and Bruce Banner. All of these strains were not only phenomenal, but each one had its own distinct smell and taste. Simply amazing! If you have not been here you have to check this place out. Everyone there was friendly and prices were awesome! I’m always anticipating my return there!

This place is amazing, I haven’t been back to my home state in 15 years and as soon as I walked through their doors I was instantly welcomed and felt at home. Coming from a state less advanced in the process I am a noob when I comes to strains, thc content, ect but the way they explain everything was wonderful. Sadly I can’t remember the names of the people who helped me but shorter lady with dark hair and stretched ears and extremely informative guy with glasses both were extremely friendly. I’ve learned so much just in the 20 minutes of talking to this store. Thank you guys!!!!

Intelligent people exercising perfect teamwork creating a non negative environment. Jason helped us out had lots of knowledge and the co worker was stocking the shelf and helping him grab what needed to be grabbed. There is no need to waste time finding the perfect one to go to just go here.

Okay so I don’t want to bash this place because I don’t know what I expected for 20/8th. But why sell trash? If you don’t go for that deal and are willing to spend the money I’m sure they have quality bud. But I bought 16 8ths. And maybe 3 were okay, the rest were dry as hell. I mean dust. and most tested around 10% THC… The craft wax I got was great. I love craft, but MM’s deals definitely are not the way to go.

Wow. We live in 80224 and this was our first venture to the north side of the city (were new to Denver). This is an upgrade from the typical dispensaries we’ve been to thus far. Happily satisfied customer.
I vacationed for 2 weeks from 1/20/14 to 2/4/14 in Denver CO from Portland OR. I could not wait to celebrate legal cannabis! I was a complete virgin to buying legal cannabis when I made my first visit to Medicine Man! I received a friendly greeting at the door and my ID was checked. I went to the recreational side of the store and purchased an 1/8 of Blue Dream and 1/8 of Tang. Both strains were of exceptional quality! This was a convenient location from my hotel and closer to the airport than most dispensaries. Make sure to check the store out when visiting Denver…

Love their selection…..they are rarely out of my favorite strains and the budtenders are always friendly and able to answer questions. I also love their daily specials, and usually plan which day I visit based on what I’m shopping for. Only complaint is that I wish they had more off street parking, but otherwise, I drive out of my way to come here over other places.

The place was under construction when I was there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The in-store selection was much thinner than the online menu. The quality of the bud is amazing. The growers must really know their stuff.
If I wasn’t going in to get some clones- I would have been much more upset than I was- I got a half a zip of some Bruce Banner #3 and it was mostly just seeds. Yeah, about half of my half was just seed pods. Hahahahaha- but anyway, being the grower that I am it was just a bonus for me. Looks like my next crop will be BB3. Thanks medicine man. Your setup is great and I will shop here again.

So it was my very first time in Colorado ever, great I thought I’d visit the place closest to the airport, the staff is very friendly and professional. There was a good selection of different strains to choose from. Being my first time in Colorado I went with Platinum OG, I was so exited to see how beautiful is looked and smelled, however whenever I got to my designated smoking area in the B&B I was heartbroken to find out that every bud I touched turned to dust. The buds were so dry it was the only thing I didn’t like, I enjoyed the overall experience but I will probably not be coming back dY'”

I gotta give it up to Jason and Dillon, I have been reading the reviews and been wanting to come and check them out for a while. I do live ways away and they make it worth it every time. Since my second visit I have signed up to be a member with them. Killer prices and great selection, people are always smiling and welcoming, budtenders are very educated and offer great info instead of pushing products. I was amazed by the quality in both the flower and the staff. I am very happy and Highly recommend this spot!
Nice first stop after getting off the plane, but we were somewhat disappointed with one particular strain, Jah Kush. Sorry to say, but it seemed that my entire crew were talked into purchasing more than 7 grams of this strain. With nothing on display and no way to actually smell the herb, we were shooting in the dark. Unfortunately, any other strains we purchased were forgotten because of our disappointment towards the Jah Kush.
The staff here is really great and very helpful. The rule about having to buy their bag to carry it out and the fact that there bud is put in basically zip loc bags is frustrating. The bud both times I’ve been there was bone dry because of their packaging. Every other dispensary uses containers to keep the flower fresh and a regular paper bag is all you need to leave.
Its a cool store but it kinda sucks you cant really look at the stuff first, theyll show you anything you want and they’re very friendly and helpful but i just like when theres a display to examine on your own before talking to the tender.

They really are there for the patient. The variety of different jars, full of beutiful buds, that all smelled wonderful and different. The clone bar that is loaded with healthy little babies! The staff was great too, from the kind receptionest behind the glass widow to the budtenders. I think I met a grower coming out to stock the clones. He talked to me for a minute, informative, and a cool dude! The owner was out there saying,”hi” too!! Wow’d at every turn!!

Was really not impressed by this dispensary at all. The only thing positive I can really say about the place, is that their selection is enormous. The Nuggets were bone dry (one of the biggest problems I’ve experienced at literally 85-90% of the dispensaries I’ve been to),the staff seemed scattered and confused about the hustle and bustle (too many damn people in there at once) and I felt rushed to make a selection and wasn’t too pleased with the quality of the flowers either. There prices are definitely not what I would consider “affordable” for the quality of tree you receive. I would consider their prices way over priced for the quality. I’ve seen first time growers produce better smoke. Don’t waste your time at this place, unless you like paying a premium for mediocre nug. And if you do go, make sure you check out their website and see what they have, cause they’ll be rushing you out the door if you don’t know exactly what you want. Skip it.

I recently took a trip to colorado and medicine man in Denver was the first shop that I went to due to convenience this was a mistake staff could differ day to day but when I was there many of the staff seemed just in a bad mood thankfully the bud tender I got was in a better mood but still had a slight attitude I was not told about any specials or and recommendations even after I told them it was my first time and didn’t know how it all worked honestly they seemed to be annoyed after feeling rushed I decided on an eighth of girl scout cookies $35 before tax and exit bag…not gonna get into that… got back to my hotel kick back and get ready to medicate and what do I find? bud that turned to dust just by looking at it seriously this stuff was dry as **** and not only that but in the whole eight there was about 10 fully developed seeds (no I didn’t smoke it is broke it all up to see how many there were) I went back the next day and told the manager about it and all I got from them was “yeah that happens from time to time sorry” do not let this place ruin your first experience don’t rush it find a good place to start your journey

This was my first experience buying legal recreational cannabis and wow was it perfect. Friendly security guard checked my ID at the door, then I walked right up to the counter and asked for an 8th of Girl Scout Cookies. I also snagged some gummy edibles and peach rings, which happen to be my favorite candy. Definitely will be returning every time I’m in Denver. 10/10.
Holy Hannah!!! after just moving to town I’ve tried about 5 different shops. This one of far the best. They have try baker which is a rewards program. And there quality, selection, atmosphere, and especially the people are all incredibly welcoming and KIND. Come here before you explore others on weed maps.

This was our first visit to Medicine Man…I was in search of Canna-Tsu to help my epilepsy and chronic traumatic encephalopathy. The facility is squeaky clean and beautifully laid out. I worked with a budtender named Dillon, who took the time to speak with me AND my caregiver. He made suggestions that were specific to my needs, and bot myself and my caregiver were highly impressed. The pricing is fair, and I am very happy with them. Strongly recommend MMD to anyone in need of pinpoint care and attention. Well worth the drive from the Springs.

The setup is kind of like a cramped cafeteria or a mcd’s. Not much privacy between you and bud tender if you like that. However, It’s very nice inside with a good selection of anything your looking for. Bud, concentrates, edibles & drinks. All prices are really good to. It may be cheaper to shop around but not by a lot and they all ready have anything you would need. If there is a wait it seems to go pretty quickly. It’s also one big room versus a waiting room and separate buying room. So you can kind of see what you want while you wait your turn. Worth the trip with many very nice staff! Watch for their daily deals, good way to save money.

GREAT DISPO!! From very first visit I really liked everything about it! The have a great wide selection and a HUGE grow for all there own! Quality, donations, selection, tenders, managers are all GREAT and always refer people there! After first visit they instantly became my care giver!

It was easy to find and they were fairly easy to break down how the legal marijuana system works. The employees were nice, but the store could be more colorful and welcoming.

Have been shopping with MMD on the med side for 3+ months but my card expired so I stopped in on the rec side. Everything was great, until I got home and put the ounce on the scale, it was 1.2 g short. Thats kind of a lot and over 7 dollars and when I called to ask what to do, I was told that the best they could do was a discount on a gram. This was absolutely unacceptable, I won’t be shopping with them until I get my med card since all their rec stuff is pre weighed. Really disappointing guys. Just watch out if you shop there.

This was my first time to this dispensary. Was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Insanely knowledgable staff on various strains and effects. Really great atmosphere, felt very comfortable and welcome in the store unlike some other places I’ve been to. Quality strains with low donation prices as well. Will definitely be going here again!

I;m new to the MMJ experience. The staff at Medicine Man was very helpful, The more I learn, the more they expand my horizons. The prices are great, and the selection phenominal. I live in Morrison, but the knowledge gained with every visit makes the drive worth while. Anyone who doesn’t visit Medicine Man is simply foolish.

first time in denver location easily found but flower was all dried out there was a big pan (like a turkey pan) sitting on the floor full of flower just drying out flower should be kept in jars with lids to ensure freshness atmosphere was friendly but not helpful at all definitely wont be back

Medicine Man on Nome is a nice dispensary serving both recreational and medical consumers in Denver, Colorado. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Peak hours can mean long wait times, but that is expected and it’s never out of control.
The prices here are average and they often have specials and deals. They have a wide selection of cannabis products and flowers to choose from. They also have a decent accessories/glass section.
The quality of product varies but the general flower quality is good to great.
Love this place!!! Gabriel helped me out with everything I need to know. He described each bran to me and what they would do! That really helped with my first visit. I will be returning!!

I’ve always found great bud here and the staff is really knowledgable and cool… But…. The “security” here makes me want to shop elsewhere. In fact… Austin is his name… Real tool…. I handed him my passport for ID. I’m out of state resident but I work in Denver. I lost my wallet had to use my passport .Austin proceeded to look through my passport at where I have traveled. I asked him “aren’t you just supposed to check my age, why are you looking where I have traveled?”. I should clarify that tough guy Austin is simply a SECURITY RENT A COP. Hes not a LEO or TSA…. Tough guy Austin told me that if I didnt like it then I could shop somewhere else. Thanks Austin… I will be doing that from now on. If it weren’t for the security, this would be my favorite place. The management would be wise to have a chat with their security staff. They are losing business because of their attitude.

We have gone to several different dispensaries but we have only been one time. The first time we went to MedicineMan we knew it would be the only one we will return to. Best bud, best system for running a successful business and best people. If you are wondering which to try for the first time- you won’t be disappointed.
By far the best place I’ve visited in Colorado. The bud was incredible – tried the G6 and the Headband and both were amazing. I also got a great deal on two quarters that exceeded my expectations. Love the vibe, the selection and the bud tenders. Feels like walking into someplace that really wants you to be there, you know?

This place is my designated caregiver for many good reasons. I’ve tried dozens of dispensaries but very few places are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, well-stocked, and reasonably priced. One warning: this place has quite a bit of traffic, especially after 5 pm. Even with 3 staff on duty you might have to wait a few minutes, but (and this is a total guess) it feels like the products are more “fresh” than some dispensaries. Definitely try the Grand Doggy Purps, Industrial Plant, and Jack Herer 3.

Honestly I was a little dissapointed in this place. The flower was dry and didnt smell all that great. They did have a wide selection though. Its not like it was bad, just not exceptional. The doorman must have been having a bad day when i was there, and the help behind the counter was obviously tired of my kind(out of state).
The best service I’ve had so far. Great selection and the prices were competitive. The wonderful women behind the counter was very patient and helped guide me through my first time buying legal cannabis. For that reason this place will be special to me.

Both the Aurora store on Havana and the Denver store on Nome were really good. I was in and out fairly quickly from either store. The bud tenders were really cool and professional at both locations. I do like the extra convenience of having the new location on Havana though. It’s a bit closer to me.
