I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews very often, however I was impressed by not only the atmosphere in this location but the incredibly friendly staff.
Sean N was the bud tender that helped me, I didn’t know much about different strains and types of pot. He went into great detail about everything and which strains he personally enjoyed and seemed to enjoy helping me with all my many questions.
This will be my main dispensary from now because not only is it closest to where I live but it’s alsp the best one I’ve been to by far!

I came in simply because it was the only thing open but ended up finding my new favorite store. As a seven year long daily shopper of Green Solution I can honestly say I finally found something better. The prices are rock bottom compared to anyone else in the state practically with quality you can’t touch. The selection is phenomenal and the kindness that radiates through the environment is so comfortable and relaxed. You don’t have to rush in and hurry to make snap decisions as they leave menus in the waiting area and treat their patrons as if they worked on commission they’re so nice. I was so astounded by the service I received that I asked for the gentleman’s name to do any survey they may have. He told me to complete a review and I could receive an exceptional deal on my next visit as if they aren’t worth every penny and minuteof my time since the moment I walked in. I actually found my favorite strain grape stomper here. If your a real smoker you will know this is the best strain coast to coast not just Denver. I just don’t have words for how happy I am to have finally found a great store. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone especially when everyone’s visiting next summer as this is definitely the place you want to go if your an out of towner or newbie. We were happy to see a new dispensary open in this area. And I have to say, from the minute you walk in its impressive. Clean and stylish. Comfy lobby. We have never waited long. The quality of the product is top notch. Good specials. This place is clean and organized. The bud tenders are all friendly and helpful without being condescending. We’ve been back several times. Prices are decent, the only thing lacking is NO LOYALTY PROGRAM. Otherwise this has to be THE best rec dispensary on the north side of town. Certainly the nicest setup.

Was my first time in this store bought an 1/8 of “Borderliner”, I’m type of smoker that likes the taste of my weed and not something that was put on it. This strain tasted like it feel in a bottle of perfume so can’t say I’m a fan of this strain. The store is new and nice and people are nice also, but would have been ok to get a free lighter or a sticker or something for a first time visitor.

Rude, unknowledgeable budtenders the last few visits. Flower all smelled like hay. Every one I looked at. I’ve known that the flower here sucks for a while but I kept coming back for the concentrate deals. Now those are going downhill quality wise and that along with poor service has made this a no go from now on. Green Solution is better than this place, they suck that badly.

Lightshade on Federal is a complete night-and-day difference compared to most. The quality of furnishings & decor says premium experience, and the one-on-one attention from walking into the shop to filling your order is above and beyond the best system I’ve experienced. Some other places feel, well, cruddy – almost casting a sketchy light. This is the polar opposite – I would take business colleagues here. And their prices are great!

Been going to this dispensary for about a month and its great. Nice selection of products from different tiers to choose from. Deals on joints when it snows and on the first 1/8 you buy a day is an extra bonus.

This location is the saving grace of Lightshade. The prices are great as always, it’s open LATE (I work evenings so this is key), and every person I’ve met who works there is just plain awesome. Where other Lightshade locations lack in friendliness, Federal Heights exceeds. Definitely the new spot.

Visited last night for the first time after having a bad experience at another Lightshade location a few months back. Complete 180. KC, our budtender, was really helpful. He made us feel welcomed and didn’t act like our lack of knowledge of concentrates was a burden to him. It was nice to feel comfortable in a dispensary for a change. Definitely will come back to this location!

this is the one and only place I’ve gone since moving here. after price checking everyone else….well the choice was clear. plus they are within easy walking distance of my house. the budtenders there are the best and very knowledgeable. I did try one other place but they made me so uncomfortable that I got my I’d back and left. went directly to Lightshade and I’ll never go anywhere else again. love the environment here as well.

This place used to rock, but today it sucked. I had done a review to get a penny joint, but the lady at the counter made it incredibly difficult. Even though i had followed all the instructions and there is a posting about reviews. Really pissed me off. Will never shop here again.

This location is not very close to me but it’s worth the drive. The atmosphere and the service is always great and fast. Very good store for first timers and veterans alike. Oh you can’t forget the amazing $18 eighths and the home grown flower.!

What a completely awesome location! They really helped me with my needs. For instance, they explained the products to me, and i had a LOT of questions. Even when they had made a mistake and sold me the incorrect products, they took a return even though I know that is not their policy and they would not normally do it. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite and I really like their variety.
