1. Vape bar is a great perk of membership, so is the complimentary tea. Great selection of some very good product. Bit more expensive but Sparc is worth it.

2. Great shop. The staff are incredibly friendly from the security at the door to the budtenders behind the counter. Meds are pretty good quality, but a bit pricy. The top shelf stuff was never worth the extra cost in my experience, but the low and mid range options were decent buys.

3. Every dispensary should model itself after SPARC, which is so thoughtfully designed and operated. Visiting SPARC is a treat. All of the strains that I have tried have been more than satisfactory, although the more affordable strains haven’t been particularly memorable, and the expensive strains are expensive. I love that they offer so much information about their medicine, and that they carry CBD-rich strains, and other interesting products, like topical oil. I’m always a little surprised that the service isn’t friendlier and more comfortable, given how hard SPARC is obviously working to be pleasant and welcoming.

4. The people were very nice, very friendly. My buddy and I decided to go and vape, and we became friends with some of the people there. And the quality is really good.

9. Had a great experience recently! They are very knowledgeable about their medicine. The place is very clean and the sign up process is quick. I enjoyed the onsite vaping and the ambiance similar to a high end bar. The flower selection is great. I do wish they had more variety of edibles but this is still by far one of my favorite places.

10. The staff at SPARC is terrific. They are polite and professional. SPARC has a suggestion box that they REALLY LOOK AT. I requested a strain that was no longer available, and WOW! SPARC had my strain back on the menu.

13. I’ve tried to find ways to describe Sparc to people who have never been there and the closest analogy that I have ever heard is “The Apple store of marijuana”. The place has a very welcoming vibe, the staff and security are just splendid to work with, and their volcano vaporizers are top notch. The place really welcomes you to come in, make an educated decision, and enjoy your selection.

16. Well…. I think the location stinks. Its off the corner of Meth and Crack. The place itself is bomb. Security is friendly and alert. The intake was quick. It was an easy straightforward process, ending fabulously with a free gram of Blueberry Jack…. And a superfun time vaping.

    The selection is pretty and well presented. Happy good staff that know whats up and are saavy professionals. The interior is comfy and clean, and its well run. I really enjoyed joining and look forward to many more visits.

18. Over rated! Over rated! The service was horrible. I literally felt like I was at the DMV. I have a real medical issue and I was asking the gal about the different strains and the effects and she was completely annoyed by my questions. She kept looking over my shoulder and was focused on the line behind me. She made me feel like a complete idiot. She ended up selling me some Larry OG which was way to strong for me. Shame on you SPARC….I will never go back again. Thank you Leafly for allowing me to voice my opinion!

19. I want to like Sparc so bad. Everyone knows how nice the atmosphere is. Who doesn’t love free tea and a vape lounge. But I won’t spend $$ on their flowers after being consistently underwhelmed by the quality. It isn’t enough that there’s a large selection. The bottom shelf is too expensive for what you get and who in their right mind spends $65 on an 1/8th?

    Go to releaf. It’s literally 10 seconds away.

    This is an open letter to you regarding my most recent visit to SPARC SF.

    I have been a very loyal patient, signing up within your first week of operation. Lately I have been having more problems than help and have actually never felt as small and inferior as I did yesterday. It was a little after 11.30 or so and my Father who happens to be my caretaker came in with me to get medicine. Business as usual, Alexandria is an angel. Having a little time, we decided to sit for a bit. My dad had some tea and helped me with one of your volcanoes — I have little stability with my fine motor skills.

    Everything seemed to be fine; we sat, talked and discussed future doctor appointments. We were rudely interrupted by the in-house security warning us that our aEURoehalf our was up and we had to pack up and leave.aEUR We looked to our right and not one single volcano was being occupied nor were there patients waiting in line for medicine or a vaporizer. Knowing we were going to leave within 10 minutes anyway, we packed up and turned in our vape kit.

    I explained my issue to the front desk attendant who was very empathetic and understanding. He told me to wait for Harley, the manager at the time. I had an issue with him in the past and nothing was done about it. Aside from this, I explained the issue at-hand. His two responses were that, aEURoepeople in the past have over-medicated and passed outaEUR and that aEURoethe 30 minute rule was there to give other patients a chance to use the volcanoes.aEUR I politely told him that I have a legitimate physical ailment and have been a returning patient at SPARC SF since the first week of operation. I explained I have a high tolerance for pain due to the nerve damage caused by having spinal surgery to remove a tumor from the inside of my spinal cord and in addition, I had my care taker with me at the time to watch over me. Harley still would not say anything helpful, apologize, or even take a note for a suggestion. He didn’t even seem to care when I said I have a legitimate physical neurological disability that is now most likely permanent. I hope I never have to see him again.

    I totally understand that if it was busy and patients were waiting in line for medicine while others were in line for vaporizers, the 30-minute rule is completely valid. Under this circumstance I usually don’t even use the volcanoes.

    Using the volcano yesterday for 31 minutes or so was perfect for me and I would have left within 5 minutes. I did not have to be warned and kicked out by security, especially when the house was empty! Talk about rudeaEUR| it almost felt like discrimination. Security could have been doing something else to help instead of throwing around power as does Harley.

    I told Harley that its a shame he is never any help and that it was sad that SPARC SF has gone down this far to lose a LOYAL patient. As I walked out the door, there was still no one at the aEURoevolcano loungeaEUR or waiting to use it.

23. I Love Sparc SF. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and a wonderful place to visit for a minute or an hour. They offer a variety of special services and events.

25. I love this place! It was the first collective I joined and they were very helpful with the whole process. Everything is well-organized and the budtenders are generally knowledgeable about the product. Plus the lounge has several volcanoes that members can use for free!

27. SPARC provides a modern, high end, dispensary with a great atmosphere and helpful staff. You won’t find thick, bullet proof, security barricades between you and the sales associate. Instead you’ll see a row of volcano vaporizers setup on tables to try out your goods before leaving the premises. They have a great collection of dried herbs, as well as some edibles, concentrates, and other goods. The pricing is a little steep, but that’s the cost of having such a nice place.

28. After my latest visit, I’m not going back. The place looks good, the selection is great, but for the third time, I’ve had an unpleasant customer service experience. With so many dispensaries with better service and equally good or better product, I won’t miss SPARC.

29. This is my go to dispensary. Visiting here is pure pleasure, the medicine is wonderful, with plenty of variety and lovely indoor and outdoor buds. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and can answer questions and make informed reccomendations. The Green Dragon is legend, and their outdoor blue dream is transcendant. The atmosphere is wonderful, with lovely interior design and several volcanos. An amazing mix of patients from all walks can be found here. Also, the door staff are friendly, and keeps dog biscuits for canine visitors. Visiting is an utter pleasure. Treat yourself to this Mecca of wellness. Go today.

30. So this was my 3rd dispensary this week and probably the best looking one. Door guard was friendly and the person signing me up was very friendly, albeit a little distracted. I got there around 6pm on a Friday and it was very busy. I guess people were stocking up for the weekend.

    The place itself is very spacious and clean and they have couches where you can chill & inhale your bud. The decor reminds me of IKEA with its Euro styling and spacious layout. So it looks like a cool place to just hang out with your friends & smoke up. When I went up to the counter, I told the lady what I was looking for and she was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I wanted a Sativa high in CBD and got a Harlequin 8th for pretty cheap. She also gave me the names of other strains good in CBD, so I look forward to trying those out too.

    The cannabis were displayed very neatly and was color coded according to strain and it also broke down the THC & CBD percentages which was very helpful. So yea….very nice place and I look forward to coming back soon.

33. The weed is okay quality but the customer service is so terrible that it’s not worth the prices unfortunately. The staff forgot part of my order and then it took me five days afterwards to get ahold of a manager to right the situation (thank you to Nick who finally helped me out. You’re awesome!).

A bit overwhelming, lacking humor or charm, SPARC is the anal-retentive spot which cannot cope with the dirty reality of bare survival outside its perfect scientifically sterile walls which change color with the collective aura of the room. “Oh! It’s turning muave… someone must be getting a free acupuncture!” Its like going into a car dealership and a college recruitment fair. Too corporate, or should I say, the Business degree gone berzerk wears it in its sleeve. Noone to blame, but there be demons out here. Kinda pushy about selling a strain. Almost like it wasn’t selling enough (one can’t tell–all the flowers are in a wall of modern bins. The flowers get crushed in plastic bag–big no-no. I go to Barbary Coast where they ask what I want, and show me a jar full of healthy uncrushed flowers from which one may partake…

35. Love this place. my favorite is game nights. playing scrabble or battle ship while using the volcano vaporizer is perfect. great atmosphere and medicine.

36. There’s a vape lounge, but the place is a noisy echoing concrete box that’s far from cozy. The people are very friendly and informative. The availability of real in-store inventory lags behind what’s listed on the online menu, so be aware if you go out of your way to stop by for a good deal it might be gone already.

37. Beautifully designed dispensary. Knowledgeable, friendly, positive staff. You can take their recommendations seriously. They know (and love) their product. All products are tested for purity. THC levels for flowers are posted on their website and packaging. Lovely vape area with most people using the on site Volcanoes. I forgot the batteries for the Magic Flight Box I keep in my bag. They lent me a Pax for a session at the vape bar!

    Really like their website. They go into the details of each strain being offered and it helps you make intelligent choices.

41. I just really like the experience here. It’s not so overly bland and sterile looking that it feels clinical. Nor is it overtly “trying too hard” with dim lights and reclaimed wood everywhere.
    It’s just… tasteful. Modern. Clean. Friendly. Positive.

    And the products are always on point. No matter what your needs, they will have in stock something for everyone.

42. let the people at Leafly know.. they need to check the website and or come in and check the menu before putting it up on yours.. as for what sparc or any dispensary(club) has it is very annoying and disappointing to put certain stains on your menu saying we have or they have then when a patient comes and if its not there it is disappointing.. so LEAFLY please check what out menu is before putting it up on yours.. thanks bitches!!

43. This place is great! It’s professional looking, the staff is helpful, and I’m never disappointed here. The buds are decent and the prices range from affordable to not so cheap.

45. one of my favorite places to have a quick herbal vape session. the quality of the products are great here. i like that when you here at this dispensaries that they have hot tea and drinking water available. they have a great calander for monlthy events so you can plan ahead to come visit. the area to try you produts is a 30mins which i thought was a bit quick but it is a small space.

47. The staff were both kind and helpful as well as patient but some of the other patrons were disrespectful and made snide comments that I really didn’t appreciate. It ruined my first time at a club and my first time at Sparc. I liked the facility and it had a nice vibe but it felt small and the floor space wasn’t used very well.

    I just have to say, again, that the staff were really good, from the people at the front desk, to the people behind the counter, even the people out front were kind and helpful. I would make the trip into the city to go back to Sparc.

48. I simply cannot say enough about the speed with which Eaze delivers. They are consistent and are exceptional in their service. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via whichever communication method you prefer. The drivers are very good about updating you with their ETA. Only downside is that they are a cash only delivery service.

    The only reason why I would not give this location a five star review on quality is because they do not offer as many indica strains as I would like. They seem to specialize in a lot of sativas, sativa hybrids, and strains high in CBD.

    Their brick and mortar is such a beautiful and inviting space for visitors. They offer good free tea and vaping tables as well as regular demonstrations and samples.

    I love that this particular dispensary really cares about promoting community wellness with free massages, acupuncture, music and community service opportunities.

49. Beautifully designed space. They have you fill out the membership agreement on iPads, it is just like an Apple Store!! Staff was nice and knowledgeable, bud tender made an excellent recommendation! Volcano vape lounge was so cool!!! First time I smoked out of a Volcano and it was easily the best place I could have done so.
