My favorite part, you can use your atm/credit card with no additional fee and no suspicious name on your statement.

16. I came here to get some recreational stuff bc i haven’t renewed my license. Luckily, Urban Treez sells recreational use. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I asked if they had a first time buyer promotion and he gave me 20% off my purchase (he didn’t mention that you could buy a pre-roll for a penny) but the discount was even better. I got an Indica strain, they have a small, but impressive, menu. I got one called World Record OG. It was the least expensive strain but definitely a good product. I really enjoyed yed it. They have a wide variety of products including Vapes (which they give 25% off of on Wednesday) Wax, Kiev, Edibles, and a nice menu. I will definitely go back and i highly recommend it to everyone!

22. I had a 4/5 star review place based off my first review. Since then I have dropped it to a 1/2 star review.

    Some things to keep in mind. Parking is a pain here. They tax you AFTER the listed price. You can get the tax waived if you are a student or a veteran(proof with I.D.) The bud is already pricey, so the tax just makes it more expensive. Again, you can get the tax waived with the aforementioned documentation.

    I came here explicitly for seeds/clones. They have it listed on their menu. I decided to come from the opposite end of the valley to try to pick up.

    Processing was quick. Chill.

    The bud room is okay. Do not come here because the other reviews say its chill. It’s like everywhere elseaEUR”medium sized/ bit awkward if there’s more than one patient. I picked up two packs of seeds(70$/each). Then I inquired about the clones and they told me I had to
    pre-order them. They take a week to come and that I have to pay for half of them up price. 5 clones/$60.

    If you’re following the math, I should be at $170. I pay with $180(only 20s) . The guy ringing me up takes my whole 180. No tax because I am student. When i checked the receipt it says I paid 180 as well. Meaning I paid for more than half of my clones. More than what is required. Bad cashiering right there. I figured since I was gonna pay it anyways, that it was no big deal.

    I asked when I would be available to pick it up. They try to make it sound like if they are strongly connected to the growers. Like if they are buddy buddies. He says they should be there by 7 days, but they could even be there way sooner.

    This happened on a Thursday.

    I call on Sunday to check up on my order.

    The guy who picked up the phone had no idea what I was talking about. He just asked me when I made the order. Thursday. He says, okay they should be here by this Thursday. Pretty bad communication. Properly managed teams should have a better sense of what orders are coming in/etc.

    Thursday morning comes up. I call up. Get put on hold….FOR 30 MINUTES …. Call back and a different person answers. I ask about my order and they said they’re not in. I ask if my order can be canceled. She tries to deflect my request with some whooblah. I demand it by this time. She then says that I have to talk to a manager and that he wont be in until 4 PM. So I come across the valley again. Make it by 4 PM on the dot.

    I stand there talking to the manager saying that I just want to cancel my order and get my pre-order money back. He tries to excuse what happened earlier(he was the one that left me on hold for 30 minutes) and as he gave me back my money he says he wants to make it right with me. I say nah. He keeps on insisting. He hands me a joint. I just walk out from there.

    The joint was lame.

    Not as lame as what happened to the seeds I bought from them.

    Only one pack sprouted. ONE ENTIRE PACK DID NOT SPROUT. Ridiculous. I could understand one or two from each pack, but ONE ENTIRE PACK. Maybe it was my techniques? Doubt it. Especially when all the seeds that i did germinate from the other pack did indeed germinate. This shows mishandle from this shop. Maybe they dropped that one pack. Maybe they exposed it to some poor elements. Anyways, this just got me more heated.

    Weed is not anything special here. Too pricey for me to go out of my own way. Parking is a mess. UNRELIABLE for grow needs.

    These guys talked the talk, but they could not walk the walk.

32. I went there for ACDC,Cannatonic, pure CBD Cheeba Chews, Pure CBD oil, and The new Kushy Punch that has pure CBD. They didn’t have anything I wanted/neededdY~z. Unfortunately they update their menu here monthly it seems. I have severe severe back pain and am about to have my 5th back surgery and I have anxiety on the freeway and travelled 40mins on the freeway to get to Urban Trees find out that They had not one thing I needed that I had previously verified on their menu here. But there was a very very sweet. knowledgeable, patient & helpful young woman who helped me out with some other stuff. I think her name was Danna???
    I got some Nebula II (CBD) which she said is similar to Cannatonic, some gummy worms, Paradise hard candies and some CBD salve. I just got home. I have yet to try my stuff. Will let you guys know. They must be pretty popular because I came in 30 mins before closing and 5 people came I’m after me.

33. Bhang society is amazing, they are the farmers market of cannabis culture & the ones who will change the medical game forever. Got Rocky Road Cookies and Chernobyl and I must say I am impressed with quality of the medication as well as the knowledge & testing behind it. Can’t wait to come back.

43. Urban Treez is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dispensary so far. When you walk in, the check-in desk is in the same room as the store and selections, so it feels welcoming and easy to go to. I am someone who has a hard time talking to employees in any situation (seriously, going to a drive through is my 7th level of hell) but they seemed to recognize that and guided conversation seamlessly. I hate the doctor’s office anxiety dispensary waiting rooms can give you, so their streamlined process is a dream.

    If you’re looking for a quick, easy, judgment free experience with educated employees, you found it.

51. Visited Urban Treez last Sunday May28,17 to restock my head stash. The myriad med products and superior personal service from caring and awesome budtenders always makes my day.

    Picked up some Platinum Bubba this time around and was quite happy with this flower. A good representation of one of my favorite hybrid strains.

    Noticed some Gorilla Cookies on the menu and thinking about picking some of that up this Sunday.No doubt I’ll have many excellent flowers to choose from.

    If you haven’t tried this great and compassionate dispensary give them a whirl. You’ll be happy you did.

62. I’ve been to many a dispensary, but this one has yet to let me down. The daily deals make it easy to get what you want without getting a second mortgage. My only gripe is their ever spreading Private reserve category which makes it hard to try out top shelves on a budget. So far all the budtenders have been a pleasure to deal with and while security is strict its not over bearing like some places.

109. So just to start I made a account just to give this place a review. Where do I begin, the shop was located right off Vanowen St and had a lot for parking which was convenient and easy to find. I was referred to this place thru a friend which was funny enough because he was from the east coast this shops farms are from northern California which was very welcoming because I’m also from the bay area. Immediately I was welcomed by Ari who gave me a really cool tour of the shop and put me on to some dope products. As I was browsing for a bit because I couldn’t decide on what to get amazing or amazing Maura another one of the budtender’s approached me and welcomed me well asking me where I was from. once I told her she knew exactly what to show me. The cookies. Seriously some of the best bud I’ve seen since I moved to southern California. Ultimately I went with the bhang Og because of its new and the stony cross of the strain instantly drew me in. white fire x fire og and I was sold. But it gets even better one because I purchased a pre roll from them which was so good I felt like I smoked the 8th prior to the joint. Two because since I was referred and got an 8th my homie also got a free 8th on the house for bringing me . Talk about showing love. Maura and Ari thank you very much for the great conversation and the stickers which you know I went home and bhang’d bhang’d bhang’d .Will be back in a week or so looking forward to picking up some new fire and bringing in my roommate as well.

The budtender helping us was very nice- although I totally forgot her name 🙁 My main suggestion would be that they get more CBD products. This is the whole reason we came, and they had nothing. Overall, nice shop, and I’ll be back.

128. I’ve only visited four total dispensaries, but these were the most knowledgeable and the most forthcoming with their knowledge. From the “receptionist” to the budtenders, I was impressed and happy. Great products, great selections, great deals — I will be going again.

133. I can’t even believe how dope this place is, y’all.
     I was a First time patient in here yesterday and they HOOKED ME UP!
     From the moment you walk into Bhang (which from the outside looks like a sketchy hole in a wall) you realize that you can’t judge a book by its cover. The inside is all white, pristine, and the coolest security guard you’ve ever met is chillin there waiting for you.
     They only let one person in at a time per bud tender on duty and only 2 are usually there but some how this makes you feel so much safer and more comfortable. The experience becomes more like a personalized session than an awkward “get your bud and get out” atmosphere that most Valley places have.

     I had ARI. She is literally the dopest chick you’ll ever meet in your life and she is super super knowledgable about the products ESPECIALLY the sativas. Which btw… Are seriously ON POINT.

     Though there are a few high end priced buds they also have a completely insane selection of lower shelf.
     Their low shelf is most store’s high shelf. True story.

     Also they have a nug of every strain out for you to see right when you walk in so it makes it really easy to scope the buds before asking to see the jar.

     ALSO the daily deals here are out of this world. Crazy happy hours. 4.2 weighed a…>s for most hours of the day. Absolutely insane.

     The Allan Wrench and Jack Herer are on point and they even give you little jars with all of the leafly info of the strain right on the jar. So cool.

     ANYWAY… Check this place out. I will definitely be coming back.

I was served by a nice woman named Mara who gave me a tour explanation of the dispensary. we talked about the politics of the weed industry in a very friendly conversation. she made it quite clear how important it was for bhang society to make their patients feel comfortable when they come through the door. I can only smoke cbd dominant strains so I was delighted to find that bhang society had a good selection for me. I got a quarter of Charlotte’s Web and 1 free gram of sour tsunami. and originally I was gonna get the quarter for $75 but I found out when I got there that it was actually $85. but since $75 was was the price I read on leafly, the knocked off $10. now that’s what I call good business. and when I left, they gave me some charts of the different benefits of different chemicals found in weed. I would love to come back to this dispensary, but they are moving to another location. so if you’re interested in this establishment, I would suggest calling them to find out where their place of business is for sure.

139. This is literally the most professional dispensary out there. Flowers are SUPERB, and they’re all capped at $45 or under donations. Also, one can never go wrong with a $20 gram of the smoothest house crumble around. Reward programs are legit.

147. I’ve been a patient here for over a year ( 1st time when they were still Bhang), and I continue to find myself coming back. Each of the bud tenders have extensive knowledge on their products and are always friendly and upbeat.

148. I came here to get some recreational stuff bc i haven’t renewed my license. Luckily, Urban Treez sells recreational use. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I asked if they had a first time buyer promotion and he gave me 20% off my purchase (he didn’t mention that you could buy a pre-roll for a penny) but the discount was even better. I got an Indica strain, they have a small, but impressive, menu. I got one called World Record OG. It was the least expensive strain but definitely a good product. I really enjoyed yed it. They have a wide variety of products including Vapes (which they give 25% off of on Wednesday) Wax, Kiev, Edibles, and a nice menu. I will definitely go back and i highly recommend it to everyone!

155. Wow… Even the security guard was awesome and knowledgeable lol. From the moment I walked into the waiting lounge, I was treated with with respect. I had questions about the paperwork I was filling out and the guard was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the law, paperwork and services offered. When I walked into the service area, I was greeted with open arms, like a friend. There weren’t pushy, and each rep gives their full and undivided attention. They never once made me feel like I was not worth the explanation on their products, or strains. It was an awesome and amazing experience. Small place, but clean and professional the way a pharmacy should look like. I called about a specific strain before I went in and they remembered exactly who I was when I mentioned the strain. 176. I would imagine if Rivendell was a real place, then Urban Treez would be the closest resemblance of what it’s atmosphere would be like. If you’re coming from a day of stress and just found out that your out of weed then look no further! I have no doubt that their jars of bud could make even Winnie the Pooh blush… I love this place.
