Always friendly customer service is top-notch. They always take their time with you and will answer your questions and do not rush you. Parking isn’t great but the customer service is!
First time using Trulieve and I was impressed by the facility and the staff. Reception desk was fast and friendly. I spoke with Miranda in the dispensary and she was very upbeat and knowledgeable on the different strains and gave me some good info on the usage. I have been using Knox and wanted to try Trulieve as I have heard good things about it. I will review the products once I have used them a bit.

Unbelievably great!!!! Their Trustik pure concentrate vape cartridges are unriveled in every way, also the tenders and staff are very knowledgeable and have great personalities, they will make you feel at ease no matter how unfamiliar or worried you are going to a dipensary. I have been to the other place and they are ok but Trulieve is far superior in every single way, Trulieve has better prices, more variety with more strains, and better experience/feel when going there.

My first time buying from any dispensary, I bought 2 cartridges and a Mystica Vaporizer. I didn’t like one of the vape cartridges I bought. It was plastic and after just a few uses began to smell and taste like burnt plastic. They exchanged it for me, no hassle. I will only buy the ceramic vape cartridges from now on. They have a good line of products, but call ahead or order online for pick up, as they are often out of the popular products. I give them top marks all around as they seem to be responsive to customer feedback, have polite and friendly salespeople, and they have a fair return policy.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are able to answer all your questions, very pleased!

I just moved down here from the North East. I’ve been a MMJ patient for >4 years. I know MMJ was very recently legalized here, but here’s what they need to work on.
*Get budtenders(saying this loosely as they can’t sell flower here) that actually know marijuana. If I tell you I HATE sativas, don’t suggest I get a strain like Super Silver Haze. At least learn the few strains you have on your menu
*Get more inventory-If out of 100 things on your menu, you don’t have 1 indica OR hybrid, that’s a problem. And don’t lie over the phone saying you have it in.
Overall for a newish MMJ program, they’re OK. I’ll be curious to try Curaleaf since I used them up north & they have some great product. But since this is literally the ONLY dispensary (besides a tiny one, with literally no menu & double the price) in Jacksonville, I’ll obviously be going back. Until something better comes, or they fix these problems.
I don’t wanna sound like a bitch, but get people who don’t have to look on Leafly anytime someone asks about a strain on their menu.

No inventory on ANYTHING other than CBD creams. 3 items ordered (1- Indica, 1- Sativa (or a blend), 1- CBD 1 to 1). Trulieve had ZERO stock in ANY FORM OR STRAIN.They could not even say when/if more inventory would arrive.
Unbelievable! Does anyone have ny insight as to why this continually happens at this location? Is it location or company specific? Inventory levels is my ONLY complaint. BUT- THE MOST IMPORTANT: IF YOU DON’T HAVE STOCK I HAVE NO NEED TO COME TO YOUR STORE!
Knowledgeable and helpful budtenders
This facility uses MCT oil in their vape cartridges aside from the trustik. Similar to the way a cocaine dealer cuts cocaine with baking soda. There is no medical benefit to MCT oil and is potentially carcinogenic. If you opt for the Trustik version with no MCT then be prepared to clean your bank account like a crack addict who needs they’re overpriced crack! And potentially carcinogenic artificial terpenes in some aEURoeflavoredaEUR products? How does this company not have a lawsuit yet? They also shout your patient information loudly enough for everyone else to hear it whilst still bringing customers in the back of the dispensary to hear all of your personal info and waiting at a red line. What a joke. Jacksonville needs more dispensaries instead of Trulieve being able to hold a monopoly. That’s not fair for patients who need quality medicine.

Place feels like the shop or check-out at a really expensive Spa. Very clean, calming, not too load. And they have an ATM right there. Of course, there is a $3.50 processing fee to withdraw cash – but how much are you withdrawing? $3.50 is worth the convenince.

My first visit I was helped with what I needed for my problem. I was instructed on how to use the products & very happy with their service. I just wish they were nearer to me. Hopefully they will open one soon. My second order was delivered but I dropped a the concentrate bottle & it shattered dY~!, my bad. To return & replace it , I have to drive (2 hr. round trip). Grrr!

A bit cramped, especially in the back. It was odd having a medical conversation with a line of people 18″ away. Parking is extremely limited so try to time it for the slower hours.

I was scared or timid about shopping and totally ignorant about medical marijuana. My first visit eased me into the world of finding the right doses and right type of thc and cbd combination. They give out information that should be read by the patients. This is the only place that fits my needs and make me feel comfortable about asking for more knowledge. I love this place.

The prices are not fair nor are their MG sizes for cartridges. They have either 250mg or 600mg and if you buy the smaller one for Finacial reasons you lose out of 50mg because even after 3 I had 150mg left and they don’t have any products that fit that mg size. They need to stop using the street names of products and go with a better system because it’s confusing. I stopped going here and switched to a different dispensary and won’t ever go back.

Friendly staff and management, always eager to help or resolve problems with their products. I live in Melbourne and drive to Jacksonville for treatment at the Mayo Clinic and this is the second time I have stopped at this Jacksonville location and they have once again impressed me! I always think I know what I need, but then I tell them I need a consultation because once I start talking with the dispensary representative, today I worked with Kevin, I learn something new! Trulieve has always treated me like family! Even when my new $60 product broke (due to my unfamiliarity with the product) that I bought at the Jacksonville dispensary on my first visit, the Orlando Trulieve dispensary replaced my product for free which was extremely gracious and unexpected, especially for a company in this economy. Thank you Trulieve for providing such a wide variety of options to patients suffering from Chronic Pain, PTSD, Epilepsy, Cancer, and the hundreds of other medical conditions that CBD and Medical Marijuana can treat effectively.

I love the atmosphere and friendliness at the Jacksonville Trulieve dispensary. All the staff members are great. Despite the limitations that the state of Florida has put on products, Trulieve is striving to offer the best with what they are allowed to work with!
Giovanni and the gang are on point. If you’ve got any trouble you’ll never be disappointed. New products coming out and upgrades on the regular. The full metal cartridges and the sky walker concentrate can’t get any better.

The location is not in a very good area, it’s in a low income zone. I’m glad to use the Canpay so I don’t have to carry much cash. At this time I don’t have option to go elsewhere.

Wide variety of strains in both oral and vaping formulations. Knowledgeable and nice staff. Blows Knox out of the water!
Trulieve is a great dispensary. Their products are extremely high quality, especially the Truflower Entourage vaporizer cups. Their cartridges also are excellent quality, unlike some others whose cartridges leak and burn up too fast. Their Mystica vaporizer is fabulous because it alleviates the need for screwing and unscrewing the cartridge from the battery, which oftentimes causes cartridge and battery failure in my experience, but never with the Mystica. The Staff definitely knows what they are talking about. Also, the CBD carts are great for instant pain relief.

I have been going to Trulieve for almost a year as I was going to another dispensary before. The product is way better when they actually have it in stock which is almost never as of the past 4 months or so. I have had three bad experiences now all in a row. They have all included but not limited to me calling them and them saying they have something then 45 minutes later when I get there they really don’t have the product I drove there for. Then the last time I was there the clerk didn’t let me complete my order before closing it out and taking my 500 points for my 10% discount and lying to me about it. The last time I went they again told me they had product and after 45 minutes one way of driving AGAIN, they didn’t have ANY of the product they told me they had. So I message them and I get a crap load of excuses about they are growing, although they have been in business for while. Then I’m told to check inventory on truck days which I did because this is a truck day!!!!!!!! But that really doesn’t matter because their online inventory NEVER matches the in store inventory and the employees know that. So I took the day off work to get my medication that they said they had and NOTHING!!!!! This dispensary is losing a customer, this is NOT compassionate care. So now I still have to battle my PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, and another really bad condition and they don’t care! I’m extremely disappointed in them as they were my absolute favorite which is why I put up with the crappy service!

I’ve been to several locations in other states because we happen to travel a lot with my husband’s job. So I know what dispensaries are like on all sides of the country. And Trulieve is a great place, especially the Jacksonville location. They’ve got a pretty good setup.
The staff was super awesome, too, not just the budtenders, the front desk help as well. My two fav budtenders I’ve used that were SO knowledgeable, and I secretly hope I get them every time I go in, are Jeremy and Giovanni. But like I said, everyone was super awesome.

No need to visit other dispensaries with the continuous strain development here at Trulieve. Was fortunate to obtain the new Sunset Sherbet and Gorilla Glue #4 from a limited first batch. Some of the best pain management and relaxing strains I’ve had yet. Keep up the R&D

Everyone is nice, helpfull and knowledgeable oboutthe products. Parking is at a premium however I must say that each time I found a spot right away. I wish there was more information about how cannabis and THC affects cancer and cancer prevention, not just the symptoms. This is not a reflection on trulieve this is a reflection on our politics (which is thank God changing gradually) and medical system that has not developed this amazing product
