I’ve been to many dispensaries, this one stands above the rest in every category, flower quality, friendly atmosphere, and prices and points you just cant beat, tax is also included, how can you beat $145 oz of trim that’s at least half full of nugs, an amazing deal next to 4 types of flower for 160 an oz, you cant beat that.

Nice open floor plan is a big big plus as I have been in some dispensaries that barely have room for the bud tender!

Let me start by saying I don’t smoke flower, I press it to make rosin dabs. I purchased 3 quarters yesterday from this location. I wasn’t able to look through the containers last night, but when I did look through them this morning, over 7g of OG Ghost Train Haze was pure shake. There were ZERO buds in the whole quarter. If I would have been told that there wasn’t much left of that strain, I would have chosen a different one. After I spoke with a manager on the phone, they told me all they could do was give me 1g for free. Literally, I cannot do ANYTHING with the full 7g quarter. I ordered BUDS, not SHAKE. Horrible experience, I will NEVER shop here again.

I’m going to try this again as my first review magically disappeared. This use to be my go to location. Sadly the quality of medicine and service have diminished greatly over the last few months. On my latest visit, upon checking in the person behind the desk did not even greet me. He then took my card and threw it down as if I had offended him for needing medicine near the end of his shift ( he left shortly after checking me in) Once inside I was greeted by my budtender. Not only was she distracted by talking to her co worker but she appeared to be rather new and about the medicine. I smelled over 10 strains all of which smelled like fresh cut lawn trimmings. Most of the medicines buds looked decent however with the grass smell indicated that it was under cured. I was so disappointed that I left without purchasing any meds. I will not be returning here.

Picked up some Gorilla Glue on my last stop in. Tried it in a roll, bong, and a vaporizer. Wasn’t a huge fan of the taste, but it was nice and stoney. A couple pulls gave a nice relaxed, but productive buzz. A full bowl had me feeling pretty lazy though.
Be back in soon for more goodies. Keep doing what you do, Yavapai. It keeps me coming back for more.

I tried a few of the organic lines from the top shelf and I was impressed! The critical Jack has a great flavor and stone, and the super lemon haze knocked out my migraine. I think this location needs to keep up with what they have in stock. The Leafly menu is one thing, but to have a revolving special list in the lobby and then tell you they don’t have that kind. It’s crap and you know it. Will be calling ahead instead of wasting my time from now on. This would be an awesome place to open a dispensary……….

Mystery Cush, hybrid
After a long morning & afternoon, my first taste of this Kush came as a 3 puff bowl.
I only became aware that a mid level TD (Temporal Distortion) had formed around us, & brought us 3 hours into the future.
My last recollections included the second puff when the still present bodyrush, rushed deep into the currently “then” elevated pain ushering in it’s stead, a fast and pleasant relief, or was it all the TD?
In either case I am pleased with the quality and characteristics of this unknown Kush

This place is pretty impressive. I brought my friend from Tempe here and her mouth literarily dropped due to the selection. In particular, coming here for the “first time experience” is a must. They give you a lot of time, explain things, let you look and smell-it’s a bit overwhelming but in a good way. Oh, and they give you a goody bag too!
The staff are chill, professional and helpful. I recently came in with another friend for the first time and Bo was our bud tender. What can I say? Bo knows Marijuana! This kid is polite, knowledgable, helpful, funny and full of real world knowledge too! Yes, Bo…the bottom of my dog’s paws do actually smell like popcorn.

You can never go wrong with Valley OG, and this is the only place I know that has it here. I wish they would do a once a week delivery service to Cottonwood since YHS left us, save us three hours of driving every week, but it’s SO WORTH the drive for the superior flower at Nirvana – no comparison to the sad, prepackaged dry goods available within the Verde Valley. Fresh fragrant flower every time, amazing prices, and friendly budtenders make Nirvana a no-brainer.
Please don’t ever change. Nirvana is heaven, and every visit leaves me feeling like Christmas. Thank you for making high quality medicine affordable for everyone.

Professional staff, who patiently walk you through some of the stores offerings. Very new look to the facility; professional atmosphere all around.
Great selection, love the magnifying glass, and great prices. Also importantly under ‘great selection’, both in quantity and quality. It’s really nice to have so many choices in not only mids or nugs, but prices as well.
My only critique is that I wish the strains had a lab testing THC % on the jars/bags. I’d be willing to bet people would spend more money on better brands if they knew of higher than normal THC percentages.
I was impressed with all the strains, the staff, and the professional atmosphere and building.

I’ve become a regular here, been using them since I first got my card. (Free Gram for NP). Ive tried just about everything within 100 mile radius from Prescott and must commend Yavapai Herbal for patience, fun specials, consistency, potent medicine and awesome people. Won’t list off names but will say I have found not only good budtenders here but wonderful people in general who care about patients and their needs. Did I mention they’re actually knowledgeable about their meds too?
Out of numerous dispensaries that I wasted hours driving to not to mention the money I have wasted on extremely overpriced bunk meds have made the whole Arizona MMJ card seem like a joke coming from Oregon. Least I have Y.H. to remind me that there is still hope to obtaining good meds legally because for the longest time I swore this whole thing was a sham. Oregon still has better meds but I think if Y.H. tried some other strains that grow well here in Az and are potent like Skunk for instance, I know I’d never miss Oregon again for meds!
They could have better incentives I suppose, 8 purchases gives you 1gram and thats about it. They do have good specials sometimes though. Strain selection could be better too. (Lots of indica’s or indica dominate hybrids. Hard to find good sativa’s) I’d love to see more old school tried and true strains like Panama Red, Alcopoco Gold, Skunk, ect. Though I am seeing better ones coming in all the time it seems, so maybe one day I will be surprised.
The buds are always fresh. Presentation is always delicious , even on the worst days. (Fresh, in Jars. No pre packed crap you blindly have to buy.) I love it, if what they have on hand doesn’t look good for my needs then I don’t lose my money. They never push strains on me as others have done to eliminate old product, they just care about what your needs are. The flushing/trim/curing on their meds is best in AZ. Never brought home nugs that looked sad, broken, stemmy, seedy or just unappealing. They look delicious each time. All their stuff is smokable. No burnt lungs or weird taste (unrelated to strain). Everything smells good, even low grade..
Lastly, strains Y.H. has on hand always match strain description on sites like Leafly . THIS IS HUGE. Too many people here in AZ think some of us are dumb and grow garbage then label it something like Pineapple Kush or G13 and price it at AAA+ pricing. Ridiculous. Can’t wait for Y.H. to get some competition so everyone else will have to adjust their meds to compete. Its not fair for patients to be lied to or have to pay outrageous prices on over priced garbage. Its time for a change and I think its starting here.
Conclusion. If you can’t grow your own meds professionally, legally, and are sick of running around looking for quality meds… Then join me and everyone else here at Y.H. Come in for some coffee and explore their selection. I think you’ll be satisfied if you were like me frustrated and losing patience.

none of the meds seem to be cured, the smell is of low quality due to no length of cure and from drying to quickly. there should be samples drawn monthly to raffle. I enjoy talking to the staff they are all friendly and seem very knowledgeable.

The only reason I made a leafly account and am leaving a review is because the ounce container uses about 2% less plastic than using 2 half ounce containers but have 20% less area. The larger containers are much thicker which is why they only use 2% less plastic.

Great location with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Right off the highway in Preskett Valley. It’s a little hard to find, but definitely worth it. Lots of different choices in flowers, edibles and infusible’ls. We will definitely make a trip back here again when we’re in town.
Carter was my budtender, and throughout the entire experience he was short with me, dismissive of my questions, and unhelpful. I have been in dispensaries in Washington state and Colorado, and expected a similar atmosphere with friendly, welcoming people. Instead I was met with a budtender who was fuming throughout the entire experience and seemed to resent answering my questions. At one point after a long silence spent staring at the computer screen without explaining where we were in the process, I began to walk to another display to look at products, and he muttered audibly under his breath aEURoeyou can’t just walk awayaEUR. If there were any rules to the process of purchasing at a medical dispensary, such as remaining with your budtender for the entire experience, they were not explained to me.
I have worked in the service industry before and understand it can be difficult to deal with clueless customers, especially if something in the employee’s personal life is weighing on their mind. I made a point of asking Carter if he was having a rough morning, but my question was blown off and completely ignored as if I had never asked. I was really disappointed that this had to be my first experience purchasing marijuana in Arizona. Instead of leaving the shop feeling cared for and excited to try out my new products, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth, feeling slighted and disrespected.
They did play good music though.

Something the bud in not totally cured & I waste some smoke with excess smoking until I realize to open the cap for a couple hours or wait a day or two before smoking (if Possible).
SO there is this ONE employee & I don’t care to remember his name but you will know you when you get him because you ask a specific question about a strain and he will tell you that strain is crap and magically pulls out the strain that HE LOVES as if looking & smelling can treat ones symptoms. I DO NOT CARE WHAT STRAIN THE BUDTENDER likes, I am not dating them & I doubt they are dealing with the same rare autoimmune disorder that I am. Yeah GSC is a great head change but FOR TREATING ME it does not treat any of my joint pain or nausea very well, so i do not consider it a hybrid Indica, again for me personally, it is more of a 50/50. But this dude knows everything, which is not possible, I have been in the green industry for over ten years & I know enough to know you can not know everything & those who act like it, are just not the “sharpest tool in the shed”.
I just went in to drop $100, only to be discouraged & frustrated, spent $50 instead.
Love this dispensary, all top shelf products and the bud tenders are exceptional. My only bitch is Leafly’s site. The menu function is down 90% of the time. You can see deals, updates and overview but not the menu. What’s up with that??? Also, someone has used my phone number to place orders on-line and the site isn’t secure. Maybe time to hire a web manager???

EVERYONE at Y.H. is so helpful, informative, and kind. They have helped me set aside fears, educated me about the marijuana for my specific ailments, while maintaining a very laid back environment. As always when I visit this location…I’m greeted with a friendly staff, a clean facility, and a diverse range of medicine for all my needs. This time I decided to splurge a little and try a new edible that took shape in the form of an Arnold Palmer drink. Typically I’d get the Equilibrium infused vitamin water drink but as they were out and this new drink boasted to be 3x as strong as Equilibrium…I couldn’t refuse.
Now on the back it gives you instructions on how to dose yourself as it is 200 mg. A cap full measures 15 mg of medicine and takes about 30 mins to kick in. However as I’m a high tolerance patient kinda guy…I drank the whole thing within 20 mins.
Gotta say overall once it kicked in, it was rather mellow. With each drop swallowed you can taste it’s there but as an all-over effect…I’d say it’s along the lines of a sleep aid with melatonin/valerian root. Definitely recommend as a good night time drink!

This shop was amazing. The deals are great and the variety is even better. I have no idea how many strains that they have but it has to be upwards of 50. The budtender was great and recommended a couple of strains to me. They also give you a free gram as a new patient! On top of that, every night from 7-8 you get a free half gram pre-roll. If you’re in the tri-city area you gotta check this place out.

This was one of my favorite dispensaries that’d I’d use up until one guy that works there recommends a strain which is all good but I go ask about another and he tells me it’s the same strain as the one he recommended he says there’s a lot so put it in two different jars with different names yet one is 14 a g and the other 12. You guys are so much better then that I’d expect it from Prescott dispensary but not you guys 🙁

Nasty. Somone brought me some fake Chem dog from here.. It gave me a horrible sore throat and headache for days. Actually formed pimples on my forehead.. I stopped vaping and started again days later to confirm. It also made my grinder smell like synthetic powdered baking ingredients. I never experienced this before moving to Arizona and becoming “legal”, using dispensaries instead of growing my own or buying from farmers.
Meds with fake terpenes. Most of them are harmful. The fake profiles are obvious when you smoked natural bud your entire life. These dispensaries are selling commercial knockoff weed, and using perfumes trying and failing to mimic a unique smell (taste gives it away even to novice vapers) . The real strain has the smell its named after, but the high yielding commercial hydroponic seed version the dispensaries sell do not)
Its hard enough getting used to the fact that dispensaries in Az sell flavorless commercial versions of world renowned strains, but the fact that the terps arent even real is just too much. Your prices are INSANE even if your product wasnt tainted with grow products!
But don’t take me word for it. Just end up in the hospital some day, broke, with years of burnt sugars and mold perfumes coating your lungs. Then you’ll see how well these “nonprofit medical dispensaries” are taking care of you.

This was my first time in a dispensary and my budtender said that they were kind of light on some of their product. I was still so impressed with the quality and with what was to offer. I love their CBD tincture, it works wonders for my nerve pain! I got a variety of strains and Cody was very patient with me. Each strain looks and smells beautiful! I feel like I just got burned like the old days. I purchased a Z of Lake of Fire today, one of my favs. Ordered online, when I got there the budtender showed me the ounce and said it was the bottom of the barrel so there is some shake. it looked acceptable, mostly buds and he said it was 2/10ths of a gram over. When I got home and dumped it out it is more than half shake! I called to see if they still honored there buy it back policy and now there is nothing they can do because once it leaves the store its contaminated. ok I can buy that, so, for ripping me off for half of an ounce they are going to give me a free preroll and hey they did make it 2/10ths of a gram bigger. serious………

Although the parking lot is a bit too small, inside is great and the people are the BEST ever. I always find what I want when I want it there. Thank goodness for their creativity in designing and producing fantastic edibles and tinctures. The education each worker has is impressive. I like that if someone doesn’t know something they easily ask another worker for information. This makes me feel more comfortable in trusting information they give me.

Had a really bad experience with Matt as my budtender. He mislead me about the daily specials telling me I could not split the Monday deal (4 gs for $40). When I asked him about his mistake and pointed it out in the flyer taped to the counter he got short with me. I would never go back or recommend based on this experience. Luckily I know this isn’t the typical experience so perhaps some addiotional education or training may be helpful.

My favorite part about this dispensary is by far the staff and how knowledgeable and friendly they all are. You walk in and you’re immediately comfortable with an inviting waiting room stocked with refreshments. The look and layout of this dispensary is pretty decent and they offer a good variety of products and medication. The prices are a bit steep on some things…but they usually offer great deals on specific things every time you go in. I really like their points system where you rack up points for purchases and can redeem them for free stuff! AND they deliver. What more can you ask for really? I HIGHLY recommend them to other patients.

As usual best place I’ve been to yet. I love their pre rolls and there vape pen strains and variety. The yilo watermelon hard candies really help with the pain in my back and hip.

I had to leave a comment on Yavapai Herbal PV, because I have been So disappointed with the service my last two visits. On my last visit, I spent nearly $300, and I came home to find A) all of my eights weighed .5 grams low. 🙁 And B) The girl who waited on me could only seem to think and talk about closing, and gossiping with a co-worker about another worker taking a handful of pre-rolls before she left (as she’s weighing everything light) – and what is more inappropriate is that whoever she was talking to seemed to be in charge as he complained, “She’s costing me like $10 each day when she takes 6 or 7 pre-rolls!” So the customer hears the markup, the Big markup…Not Cool Guys!!! — Later I read on a coupon that if I had bought 2 more grams, I’d of gotten 3 free. I Really wish she’d of told me about That! Previous to this, I had a guy wait on me who was just out of it, didn’t know what strain was what – just talked about how he didn’t want to lose his job… And he forgot to put two grams of hash in my bag!! Sorry guys, but you were doing really well there for a while, please get back up to par, so you’re worth the time and money spent.

I have been going to this dispensary for almost 5 years and when it was Yavapai they were great. I drove 45 minutes for Valley OG, which was on the menu(online & in house)and was told that they didn’t have any, then told they had it in the back but I couldn’t get any because they just put out new flower. Very poor customer service and they obviosly don’t care about thier patients, just the bottom line.

Have had to return several times for overcharges. Only one phone line takes multiple attempts to reach anyone. They should put in a system to order online. Print the order, package it up, would really help with efficiency on the over worked staff!

It was very dull no excitement. Poor customer service. I placed an online order. When I got there I said I changed my mind and wanted something else. I wasn’t asked what I wanted to exchange it for I was just given a total. I also got a free gram for spending so much money but they didn’t give me an option to chose from. It was a gram of my choice not him. Lucky they don’t have competition.

Been here many many times. Best despinsary in the Prescott area. However, last time I went in, I found that they have what seems to be an armed guard now, who open carry’s a handgun on his hip. Found this weird considering the sign on the door that says “Weapon Free Zone”. And as a CCW holder I don’t understand why my weapon is not allowed but his is? Also found he was VERY rude. Referred to me as “Bro” multiple times, then one more time after I explained to him I’m not his “Bro” I am “Sir” and a paying customer. And tried to tell me they were closed even though I came in the unlocked door, at 9:01, and the open sign was on and flashing “OPEN”. Not only that but my card was already in the hands of a budtender who said “Its no problem let him in!”. Then while making my selections I noticed the same armed man Mean muggin me from across the room, dirty look on his face. Then when I returned to my vehicle, I noticed the same man AGAIN giving me dirty looks and staring at me and my truck from the front door as I pulled away. Completely unprofessional.

so for my very first visit to the pv dispensary i was shorted about 5 grams on an ounce… it was shake and was being poured into several containers over a lengthy period of time. i dont think it was intentional but 5 grams is a big deal, ecspeically when several grams were “junk stems” hidden in the shake. i discovered the weight was off as i was switching containers to store in my fridge, placing them all in 3.5 amounts i found myslef looking at less than 6 containers with 3.5(some of that was do to stems, but there was a little over 5 missing.i am not sure if a bottle was left out entirely, as i had several and the missing amount was significant enough maybe it got forgotten? i know my server had alot of other things going on that day and it was my first time and he was trying to get the new patient things together while the phone was going in a busy time as is. please have a manager contact me?

We made this 65 mile drive from Sedona to redeem our 6,000+ points earned at their sister store in Cottonwood ($6000 spent). We were each only allowed to receive a free quarter, not the full oz & told we’d have to wait 1 week, drive another 130 miles round trip & receive 1 quarter, do this 3 more times to get the balance due..WHAAAAT?? We were greeted by a man of whom had a Language Barrier, so I had to ask for the manager, Kristen, who quickly checked me in & then budtended. She apologized for the limited selection of Bud saying most on hand was dry & shakey, not their best strains. Bummer. And she was correct!..terrible dried selection of commercial-type Az HERB, indeed! Bought my Fav Az CannaHoney for $110dY~ & some Lemon Skunk which is ok. Yavapai Herbal in Prescott Valley has a very helpful and friendly team of budtenders. I LOVE their in-house products!!! I highly recommend their assorted flavors of Pucks (they are all delious, esp. chocolate) and their Clean vape cartridges. These cartridges are my favorite out of all the brands, due to consistent operation and great strain selections. I also REALLY enjoyed the Pucks that featured the Life Hero strain. I’d love to experience that again, sometime!

These guys have a monopoly on the community and are charging Santa Monica Pier prices in a rural Arizona town. They are so expensive it’s crazy. Call Cannabis Collective out of Prescott Valley. They are fair prices and amazing quality. Literally $140 difference on ounces and sometime better than these yavapai herbal places.

I got a cartridge in here and the glass was faulty it broke in my vaporizer I called the dispensary and they took great care of me afterwards they replaced it with no charge thank you Angel and Charles for taking care of me in there
I ordered a grab and go delivery 8th of tranquil elephantizer and they brought me a bag of shake. When I called in they said they could give me a free preroll at a $5 valueaftee they had just ripped me off for $10 and a $2 delivery fee. Sucks that this place has the best bud in town, but when you order delivery they just take advantage of you and sell you dirt instead. Wont be making my way out to PV again anytime soon or especially preferring delivery.

Budtenders are ALWAYS patient and helpful. Lake of Fire was helpful but weak (increasing the price per dose), and apparently did not have enough THC in it, for me, to be effective on nerve pain and damage. Agent Orange was helpful overall and also effective for nerve pain and nerve damage.aEUR

Tried to think of anything bad and all I was able to come up with is that the parking lot is a little to small lol. Besides that, 5 stars all the way. Only place that weighs out the flower in front of you. You can split an 8th between 2 strains for a little variety as long as they’re in same price group. Huge selection of MMJ products. Plus much more, to much for me to type with my 3 words a minute typing lol.

Beautiful setup and the most important truly genuine staff. Yavapai Herbal Services Rock!! Oh and before I forget they actually use gloves when handling the meds. I didn’t like at other dispensaries used their bare hands to touch my meds and then handle $ with the same hands.

I love this dispensary. I moved here from California and I have to say I love how cheap the prices for medical marijuana are here compared to California. You can get some really great strains from top shelf all the way to a bargain shelf. The people working in the dispensary are very friendly and helpful in helping me pick the best strain. I had Steve I believe he said he goes by Scuba Steve but I could be wrong on the nickname. He was awesome guy very helpful and friendly. He picked out an awesome strain for me because I have a high tolerance from smoking and the strain he picked for me was Koffee Cake. Very tasty and it really did relax me where I was just zoned out feeling utopia. I recommend if you go in and you get Steve make sure you ask him what’s his personal favorite because he will not steer you in a wrong direction if you have a high tolerance.

I have visited this Shop about 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Overall good variety, good quality, and decent prices. That would add up to a solid 4 star dispensary, but there are a couple issues. The second to the last time I was there I waited in the lobby, picked out my buds and was ready to check out when the bud tender suddenly noticed I was going over my state limit. I left with nothing and wasted 45 minutes plus $10 in gas because they didn’t check the limit first. Tonight (7/9/17) I visited again and waited 30 minutes in the lobby to get called back. I made sure everything was good with my limit first. I went to the back to pick out buds. Everything was good till check out (again). I had decided to use their ATM machine to pay for my order. The ATM machine would not dispense funds so I thought I would just use the card to pay. The bud tender told me that my card was not active and the transaction did not go through. I asked him to try one more time because my card has never had a problem and again it failed. I asked bud-tender if he would let me run to get some cash at the local bank and be back in 20 minutes to pay for my order. However, I was told that since it is near closing that if I leave they would not let me back in. I asked if I could save the order as a pick up order for the next day and the Manager didn’t really want to do it and made sure I knew that I would not be getting Sunday (double) points if I picked it up the next day. I agreed and left to call my bank. It turns out that the ATM machine the dispensary has automatically raises a red flag with Chase. I was told as soon as I put my card in that ATM Chase deactivated my card for security reasons. Therefore, I couldn’t even check out and pay with my card because of their suspicious ATM. Sometimes these things happen and I can understand that but I was getting no help or leeway from the dispensary to try and solve this problem and pay for my order. Again I lost 45 minutes of my time and $10 in gas and walked away with nothing. Its too bad because it is a decent dispensary with a lot of potential.

I went to this location on Easter. First of all I was surprised that it was open on a Holiday, so that was a nice surprise. Second, every patient that purchased that day received a free gram, and being a first time patient a few more free gifts, a lighter and a nice small glass hand painted pipe. The staff who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable which I appreciated, for one I grow and too I take this form of my pain management very seriously, there is no goofing around, thats for later after the application of the meds. Lol! Thanks to all for a great experince, I have gone back already and have recommended it to friends (O those patients in the waiting room were cool to hang with/extreemely knowledgable in his/her recommendations-thx!)……Baldwins

Wonder why your indica don’t act like indica? I scoped 3 buds from 3 strains and found no amber trichomes, and on thin mints under developed trichomes with half clear half milkey. This is bad news for indica fans. I fight insomnia and do not want to medicate and feel racey at bedtime. the only reason for harvesting at this stage is for profit not quality! I suggest that all mmj patients purchase some kind of magnifying tool to check your meds and keep these providers in check. On ebay there are several options that are very affordable I purchased 2 pocket microscope 30x to 60x for less than $14 that work great. Remember red hairs don’t mean ripe! Come on man!

Wow! What a great place to buy my meds. The atmosphere is great, and you can make yourself a good cup of coffee or have a snack while you wait in the reception area.
Yavapai Herbal has a wonderful selection and even has organic strains; the helpful staff guides you through finding just what you want and need.
Jay is my favorite and I ask for him, as he is the one who suggested I try the Yi Lo Chocolate Medible. OMG! It is my very favorite and I’ve never been into Medibles as they are so weak in medicine and high in calories (I moved here from another MMJ state). The Yi Lo bar is perfect for me on a day-to-day basis and you get so much for your money; the bar seems pricey but I get from 12-16 doses!
I have to travel a bit to get to Yavapai Herbal but it is well worth my trip. Thank you for being there; you make my life more pain free!

been coming here since they first opened, they WERE great, now I am looking for someplace else to go, their customer service has gone… well it’s just bad, complaints I have had have been meet with BS excuses, the new phone system hangs up on you constantly, it’s like they think they are selling beer and cigs… not medicine… as soon as I can find some place that can help me out (I cannot drive due to seizures) I will not ever go back here….. 🙁
I have been going to this dispensary for a year of more. It has always been a pleasant experience until today. I went in today and they had a lot of new people working. One of them had a real attitude. He spoke to me like I we were on the block, like I was his underling. I couldn’t tell what he was saying because he did not speak English but any human can tell when they are being treated aggressively. I don’t understand why someone that works in a retail environment would treat their customers aggressively. I am the most peaceful guy but I am a former U.S. Marine and I don’t take shit from anyone. So, I serve 6 years in the Marine Corps to be spoken to with aggression and attitude. NO, that will not work for me. Some gal (never ID’d herself) starts trying to smooth things over and while I am talking to her another non-English speaker jumps into the conversation. I was telling her what a jackass the other guy had been when this other person jumps in the conversation. He say’s you can’t disrespect my homie; WTF? Point of fact: jackass is not a dirty word it means a burro. Or someone who’s acting like an ass. He was and I was just point that out. While I am trying to sort the folly of getting upset over the word jackass, the OG-gangsta wanna be-walks by and stares at me like he wants to fight. Again, any human knows when they are being threatened. So, I go to the dispensary that I have been patronizing for well over a year, never had any issues. And I would even say most folks who work there like me! I’m a regular, I’m easy, I spend a lot of money. But instead, I get jumped by hood rats. Nice job YHS! It’s really quite incredible the level of disrespect that I had to endure. This place sucks!

Not only do they carry great flower, there are tons of great edibles, concentrates, and a variety of health/body products without the psychoactive components of THC. Great way to find the perfect med for each individual health need!
This is the 5th Dispensary I have been to in the past year and they have the cleanest and friendliest environment I have visited. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome. The flowers are not prepackaged so you know they are fresh flowers and they even trim off any stem they can see to make sure you are getting your moneys worth. I will be back!

First time there and Marie was so helpful! By far one of the best looking high CBD strains I’ve seen; as a patient, I appreciate beautiful medicine. Although the clean concentrates are a bit pricey to what I pay in Phoenix, they had beautiful clarity and stability. I was told the PPM was under 10.

Yavapai Herbal is great! I go there because I have spent many years smoking herb and I appreciate the quality inherent in this dispensary. The buds are weighed in front of you and you have the opportunity to marvel at all of the wonderful variety. The waiting room has coffee and munchies and the staff really knows their bud. I love that joint! The place is so nice and the staff is great, I just wish I worked there.

A great local dispensary with fantastic flower, concentrates and edibles. The budtenders are excellent and knowledgeable. Try Canna-Go, a powdered, medicated vitamin powder. Great with sparkling water.

This is a great place, the bud tenders are knowledgeable and helpful with tips and personal experiences with great inventory to back them.
The only thing I would critique about this place is the waiting room needs little more ambience. It is very busy and stuffy so do you plan before you go. Pickups are quick and easy you can even schedule for delivery same services provided if not more. Just my two cents..

Generally when I come here the people are very helpful and friendly. They take care of me, answer questions as well as they can, and understand the frustrations as they come up. My biggest problem is with the online menu, and that they don’t always keep it up. Sometimes it isn’t changed in over 24 hours, and I’m not going to go to the shop every day just to know what they have. Otherwise they usually have a fairly good selection of flower and edibles.
Everyone is friendly and has always been able to answer my questions.
