16. My attendant was not helpful at all. He was unaware of the hybrid mixtures and was not able to tell me what would be good for anxiety. I purchased a quad from the list of Indicas then came home and researched it and it is actually70%sativa and 40% indica. I was very disappointed with this guy because it was my first visit and he made me feel uncomfortable and had no knowledge of his product. Then he told me the only edibles he had were the ones in front of me. When going to the atm I saw many other variety’s of edibles he did not show me or mention.

75. I went here for my very first time ever going to a dispensary and it was great! I didn’t have my ID so I went and got it and came back and they gave me a free preroll just because I came back! Very awesome place!

The flower quality is amazing and staff is great … BUTTT do not do online order with this location 4 out of 5 times I have ordered 1.5 hours in advance and upon arriving informed they never started it, so I wait patiently to receive my flower and when I get home 5 times out of time the flower has been absolute garbage it’s dry full of shake and stems very disappointed.. I’ve learned my lesson endure the lobby wait and do not order online. See the flower yourself I literally just threw an eighth of Prometheus away it was total shit. Which sucks cause I went into the store to see the new stock the day previous and the Prometheus was absolute gorgeous fragrant and a great smoke( hence why I ordered online the very next day) but again threw the second eighth away and will never pre order again

78. Swell on Camelback is my new favorite dispensary. Lilly was very helpful and was very knowledgeable in answering my many questions. The strain quality is top notch and the selection is the best I’ve encountered in midtown. The atmosphere is just perfect; not overwhelming as some others can tend to be and very relaxed with the staff and patients alike. There was a short wait but less than 10 minutes. With it being so close to home this will be my new go to dispo.

139. I used to enjoy going to this location, however it has gone downhill. The place frequently has long wait times even at times when it has no reason to be. I came in at 5 on a Sunday and saw the lobby had alot of people they said the wait was no more than 15 minutes and I ended up waiting over 30. The flower isn’t that bad of quality but the problem is they leave the stems in the flower. One time I purchased an 8th and they left a big stem in the middle. Also don’t trust the positive reviews for this place as you get free pre rolls for reviews once a month.

227. I was so offended by the service that I received at swell this evening that I left without making my purchase and will not be going back. I placed an online order and rushed to swell on my break at work only to find that I had placed it at the wrong location and they refused to fill my order in the preorder line. I had a very easy to fill order and the waiting room was full. I had to get back to work. Furthermore, they hadn’t bothered to check the allocation of the person who was in the preorder line a head of me so I waited 15 minutes to talk to someone to figure all this out which is why I didn’t have time to wait in the waiting room.

     Smoked a preroll and thought to myself aEURoefunky taste, ehh the guy said it was mixed aEURoe Couple hours later wanted to smoke a bowl , Broke down just a tip of one into my glass and 7 stems fall right out ? I had to pour it back into my hands to pick them all out . You give house blend prerolls for first time patients , on your aEURoe75 dollar plus wheel spin aEURoe , you sell them and on your aEURoeloyaltyaEUR points but you can not take a little extra time taking out stems of a bucket full of grinded up flower .I am not looking forward to breaking down the rest of this one and the 3 others I have left. Even with the stems taken out still tasted bad , disappointed . Cartridge was good tho , but that’s about it. 🙁

     On my first visit my cashier was preoccupied and walked away from me twice in the middle of me asking questions. Being a new mmj patient, I had some questions I had written down to go in and ask, which I gave up on and just asked to see their Mj, they had not one sativa, which I was after, so I left saving my first time patient deal for another visit. When I went back two weeks later they did have some Sativas! I was happy, I bought a quarter of a Sativa and a Indica… They are BONE dry, turns to dust when broken up, and hard top smoke because it is so harsh. For example I ordered specific iLava carts which are 50% off. I ordered on Leafly two different strains of carts. I ended up getting 2 grams of Flodica (worst name ever!) and 2 grams of Lemon Kush all for $20. Both strains are seriously dry and neither are that strong. I don’t think there is flower in AZ worth $17/gram so I’m glad they were on sale. However, it concerns me that the posted price is more than twice the sale price for the $8 strains: cali connection, blue velvet, dancing lights and superstitious. Why doesn’t the menu have the actual price? I really hope no one pays $17/gram for any flower from here, It’s all prepackaged and how can a patient know if the flower I buy for $10 or whatever price won’t be only $8 tomorrow?

But I tried it extensively and it feels like a high thc laden hybrid. I have never tried a less than 1% thc strain before so I’m not sure if this is a bad phenotype with thc or if it’s just how it feels. Do not recommend for relaxing non psychoative effects. It feels like a regular hybrid thc strain!would like to see actual test results because I bought a half ounce for.my ftp and it’s useless medicinally to me to be honest.

I want to also commend the security guards. They too are very personable and professional.

Front desk ranges from marginally polite to down right rude, there’s a new batch of budtenders that are downright awful, they brush you off (even when you’re the only customer in the place). Ask questions about the products and they give canned answers: “everything is good” or “I don’t know”. They’re inexperienced, poorly trained, couldn’t tell you the difference between one strain to the next… Let alone cannabinoid specifics or god help them, cannabinoid / turpene nuances. Swell used to be my first choice, but after 3 really bad experiences, never again. I used spend my full 2.5 oz there every couple weeks and my last and final visit: I call the front desk to ask when my limit resets. The guy yells at me (literally) and says “ask the budtender when you come in”. I had in fact asked the budtender how much weight I had left on my previous visit and she couldn’t figure it out or just didn’t want to go to the trouble of doing basic math. The cannabis community in phoenix is not that big, & word of mouth is huge. Hope they get their issues worked out, whatever they may be.

The guy who was helping me was explaining a lot of things to me like deals they have there. I got a first time deal I bought and 8th and I got an other 8th for free! Very cool place! Very cool staff!

I’ve been to this location before – nice people – flower looked great – however I purchased 4 cartridges two weeks ago – and not at all happy with them – first of all oil was not full to the top and I’ve never had a cartridge anywhere with that much missing – I purchased 2 live resin Clear cartridges w the gold brass tip – at first no complaint – then one of the cartridges the oil was 2/3 way gone and then next time I went to use it the oil was GONE – it was empty !!! I live alone so no one indulged – very odd !!!
      I have not used the other cartridge yet – then I purchased 2 different less expensive oil cartridges and they were also CLEAR with the black tip / the tip kept falling off and both were used very quickly ? Possibly a flint based cartridge as it just went very fast – will not buy those cartridges from you ever again
      Won’t say I may not buy flower but definitely no oil cartridges
