   The staff were helpful and they had a nice assortment of products. What really sets it apart is the nostalgic atmosphere! Whoever did the design and branding for this company is a GENIUS!

   I feel lucky – as usual – to live in Ottawa. There should be one of these in every Canadian city. You HAVE to check this place out!

5. The place is clean and organized but what really impressed me was the service. The people on the floor are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain their product with a smile. I will definitely be a regular, highly recommend the place!

7. Could hang out at this store all day! Not your basic “in and out” type of dispensary, unreal atmosphere… Can tell a lot has gone into this set up. What was more than that was the product selection and service – all of the best brands, staff clearly know the industry and what they’re talking about… Impressed! Will be back soon.

13. Nice clean and professional, yet also chill. Friendly staff too. The only downside is that the high potency sells out quickly. Not their fault, I blame the Gov’t for ruining it.

14. Coolest weed store of any sorts I had ever been to. Great selection and product but was pleasantly surprised by the athmosphere and look inside.

16. Admittedly this was my first cannabis store experience and it was incredible. There were at least 10-15 staff in store ready to help and they were knowledgeable about the products and varieties. There were explanations next to most of the products so you knew what you were looking at. The bar menu, attendees, and products in the glass near the register were the best part. People of all ages were in there and being assisted. I was hoping to buy some merch but I think they’re still working on the license for that. Store layout, bright colors, and art were also super cool.

17. The staff is full of knowledge and the store is gorgeous. The only store in Ottawa that I’d want to hang out in after purchasing my pot (Atari ping pong??)

19. The place was really well put together with an awesome environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides/complaints I would have is that they were out of bags and a few of my products were from late 2018. Though I don’t hold this against them as I feel this is more the fault of the planning from the government. Overall awesome place have and will recommend to many.

20. Easily the best. Clear effort toward cleanliness and professionalism. Well organized and up to date. They’re really setting the bar here. Competing stores in the area are not going to be happy. I’m not considering other options anymore. Honestly don’t know what they could do better.

21. Best dispensary in Ottawa. Been busy but the employees are always so ready to help. Not a huge selection of bongs, etc but everything they have is high quality and in a good price range. The atmosphere is amazing, really cool vibe. Never going to another one

22. The best one out of the 3 that opened. The layout reminds of a classic diner with the booth seating area. Nice laid back atmosphere. Unlike Fire and Flower which feels more like an apple store, which does not elicit any nostalgia. The staff at Superette are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are better than Fire and Flower. Available selection covers the range nicely. Ontario awaits legislation regarding edibles and extracts to truly allow these shops to reach their full potential. Would buy from again, great job the shop.

24. I always get a little suspect when I see all “perfect, wondeful; best place; never go aware else” reviews, so I visited the store myself. Nice clean store with helpful staff, but that is the same with all the stores in Ottawa I’ve visited. Content on menus are similar to other stores, as well as price’s. Ultimately the choice of store that you spend your money in Ottawa comes down to location. If the store is near to you, you will probably visit that store. They all are great stores and they all deserve our business! The theme in this store is not my “cup-of-tea”, but does that matter in the long-run? For me it’s all about the quality of the product; availability of the strains I like; and how quickly I can have access to the product. For all three criteria, all the stores in Ottawa rate a 4/5 from me. They are all basically the same “edition”, with different “book-covers”!! Remember they all buy their products from the same “distributor”, the Provincial Government! They are not competing amongst themselves, but against the “Black Market”. Give it a few years and the Black Market will be significantly decreased. It will never go away, just like illegal cigarettes, but will be less relevant. Go out to any of the stores; take in the experience and enjoy the Cannabis!!!

25. Beautiful boutique, was not expecting that.
    Service is ok, good system with aEURoetake a numberaEUR however it took an hour for me to get my product butI understand how busy it is as it just opened.
