For all of the reviewers in here who were claiming that the reason this store was not open was because they did not receive the license yet and its not their fault: “In all, eleven pot retailers have been fined $12,500 each for not opening their stores by April 15.”
Again I am not sure why a previous review was removed, and I am certain the posts defending this location are the owners/owners friends with fake accounts.
It sucks being out as far as Oshawa and having to go to Toronto for a brick and mortar store, and this location was supposed to give the people of Oshawa a more convenient place to shop. However due to effort on the part of the owners, it becomes a major inconvenience to the local residents. Even if the store is not open yet this is a perfectly fair criticism of the store which should be a valid review. Nobody should drive all the way down there, to find a completely empty venue, with no outlook of opening in the near future. what a joke.
For those negatively reviewing: The AGCO has both stated there are fines for not being open but will not “rush the vetting” process. It is not on the fault of the owners that they are unable to move forward until legally allowed. Direct your frustrations to the OCS, LPs, AGCO, and Doug Ford.
How is this place still not open??
This will be interesting to see. Let’s hope the prices and quality will be good. I would expect professionalism with empathy from the staff but who knows. The store itself should be clean and accessible. All the best to the future!

Funny thing is, this place’s average receive score is better than the Hunny Pot, which is actually open and operational.
Whoever comes on here with a bad review, before it’s open for business, needs to shut the front door…. stfu. Blame the government, not the store for the delayed opening. It’s happening almost every where. Be happy it’s legal you morons.
May 2nd… still not open for business..
The sad thing is I keep going back to check if there is any progress at the location and get disappointed each time. No signage, no paper in windows, no contractors on site working, no information posted about when they anticipate opening.. NOTHING.

Yep It’s official… Retailers will HAVE to purchase weed through OCS Any good businessman knows get out now! Lottery winners should be seeking a lawyer about filing a class action suit. I would like to know when the applicants FIRST applied for their dispensary licences if they were made aware at that time that they would have to buy their supplies through OCS???????? Anyone?????????? Now I really have doubts of the rest of the retailers are even going to open. What a government manipulation and entrapment upon these lottery winners. I feel for you guys! I truly do!
