1. The Muv is a new dispensary that just took over High Desert healing in north Phoenix. Parking is kinda sucky small strip mall parking. Chocolate Hashberry was really a delight to taste. This strain was killer diller from the get go, this is one of those strains that truly delivers the goods. Tasty old school hashish and coffee/choc flavors deliver a most enjoyable high. My budtender, Cassie ( I think) was nice, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions and checking out the Flowers. Very nice experience overall. Pricing is competitive to pricey. The place recently reopened and has some minor kinks left. So far first impressions are good. Maybe some more variety in strains and pricing. Will be back.

2. I’m honestly so disappointed that a place with such a good location has such bad execution of what they do. Every time there is a decent deal to offset the high prices they won’t even have enough of the item to get through an hour, but they still refuse to remove the sale items from leafly so people will drive there anyway.

43. Well, I personally love MUV Extracts!! I was saddened to see that they are the same price or more as other dispensaries that carry their products. Thought I’d give their flower a try, picked Slimer and White Widow. Seriously disappointed with the quality of the flower. Looked great in the container they showed me but got home to find nothing but popcorn nugs FILLED with Stress Seeds. Had to completely trash the 1/4 and just keif it. Went from a FTP 1/4 to just over a g of keif. Really was excited and expected much more but definitely didn’t deliver quality meds to a very budget controlled patient.
    Some of us patients that aren’t just getting stuff to get it, really need/deserve you guys to provide high quality meds. This is not a recreational state and there was no mention that the strains I chose (at my Budtenders advice) were SEEDED.

49. Usually I get good product from High Desert but the Chocolate Hashberry is garbage. Supposed to be a sativa but it has no results except to knock me out like a heavy indica. Don’t waste your money on it.

50. I absolutely love this place and Sarah is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They team here is just overall very friendly. I have had a couple of bad cartridges, only a couple, and they always replace them for me and always tell me they just want me to be happy. My favorite dispensary by far!

53. So I ended up driving 31 miles (one way) just to come check these guys out, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! Quality meds with a HUGE selection of basically everything. Customer service was on point, Katie was super efficient, friendly and very knowledgable as to what products were available and anything about them. The girl at the front desk was also super awesome I just didn’t catch her name.

75. it’s a great location. although the strains are a tad bit overpriced, it is quality flower. the green queen in the premium category has been my favorite thus far.

76. High desert healing has very good flower but I would say steer clear of the snow cones and shake pre-rolls. The snow cones do not smoke well until you are more then halfway through them and for $25 dollars a piece you expect a perfect smoke. The pre-rolls are mostly leaf instead of mug shake. Aside from that they serve quality medicine as long as you avoid those two products you will have no complaints about High Desert Healing.

79. I’ve been to this dispensary a few times and for the most part excellent service and product. Only problem is not well organized when there are technical difficulties. I ordered a hefty express order only to wait in the waiting room for over 40 minutes while the receptionist hunted and pecked his way through all the patients In line without regard to express orders or first come first serve priority. I understand technical difficulties but as a business in a thriving market this will no longer be one of my go to locations.

Lance (I believe I know his name starts with an “L”) was super helpful and positive and even gave me a few suggestions regarding their product. haven’t had a chance to try anything but if its half as good as the service I have nothing to worry about.

101. One of my new favorite dispensaries. Excellent selection, excellent quality and outstanding customer service. My budtender was enthusiastic and very helpful. Some of their flower is on the pricier side, but they have options to fit every budget and discounted strains of the day. As a first time patient I walked out of there with two free pre-rolls, as well as a number of other freebies (lighter, lanyard and papers). The Cherry Wonka crumble is super nice.

102. This is good dispensary that could be a great one if their flower was priced better. Their concentrates are probably the best for the money in Phoenix. Their flower quality is high with a price to match. Unfortunately for them you can get the same quality for less money elsewhere. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff and overall are one of the better dispensaries in the Phoenix area.

Maybe a month later I saw you had Rugburn OG on sale. So I snatched it up, and it smelled wonderful, but the buds themselves were so dry it turned to dust. I’ve read alot of reviews and that seems to be a reoccurring problem, but I liked the setup and the overall experience was nice. I appreciate it, but I’ll appreciate the free preroll even more..thanks!

125. I was on a leisurely drive down the city of Phoenix when I began to get one of my infamous headaches. I pulled over and looked up locations around my area and this was the closest. I enjoyed the conversation that I had with the lovely tender who helped me out, she also gave me stickers and pens and a lanyard which is one thing I love because I am big into collecting items from the various locations I frequent. I was happy with the quality of their meds though since this is my first time I definitely look forward to coming back in and trying out more of what they have to offer here.

Wax is priced too high as well, I understand you don’t do it yourself, but you should figure it out cause that’s a big part of AZ MMJ. I probably won’t go back unless I see the price drop. The staff is very friendly and was a little hesitant on the answers but then again they just opened, but he did give correct and honest answers, thank you. 151. I decided to check out MUV for the first time today. The lobby was modern and clean with information available in pamphlet form providing valuable info on Sour Bros products. ( very cool!) I was greeted by a friendly budtender who didn’t seem annoyed or bothered if I asked a few questions about products. ( again very cool ! ) I decided to try the Baked Bros Cherry Sativa specific cough syrup. If you are thinking about trying a edible and your not sure what to get because you fear getting ripped off then please do yourself a favor and buy Baked Bros THC syrup! Sativa, Indica or hybrid are all available! I took my first dose 30 minutes ago and all I can say is I feel energized, relaxed and VERY uplifted!! Don’t believe me ? 158. Easy to find. The building has a nice exterior with plenty of parking. It’s very nice inside with a small waiting room that has two TVs. There are two ATMs in the building which is nice because they only accept cash. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are regular specials running and a freebie for your first visit. I’ve been using MUV concentrates for about a year and a half and half the strains of shatter used to be in the middle 90’s on the THC% but has now fallen to the 70’s and low 80’s like everyone else. That used to be what made your product so much better but not any more. Sad to see.

A few were very brief, some were rude and turned me away until I got my card. When I came to high desert Cassey printed me a lot of guides to help get some basic knowledge! She also made time to speak with me in the lobby to make sure I felt very comfortable before I left. Once I got my card I made sure to come here! Cassey was of course the one who helped me. She was very helpful and patient! I never felt rushed and she never seemed annoyed to answer any questions! They also were kind with their input as what would be best for me. I am very thankful I found this place! They did a great job at helping a new patient like myself.      Having tried about 10 different dispensaries/delivery services I have a good idea of quality. This place deals with K.I.N.D concentrates, Aunt Ellie Brownies, Yilo-all well known. They also have their own grow facilities and while prices may 1st seem high, they have 3 tiers from $35-45-55 an eight-full eights as well and specials. Services is knowledgeable, friendly and fun so check it if, like me, you live nearby, drive this area, or go out of your way.

But instead he continued on treating me like a liar. So after a few more minutes he gave me the special. I first asked for honey banana shatter, wax etc. He advised I needed to pick something else mind you I wanted a gram. So I picked another one in the same tier again I wanted a gram of the 20 dollar one so that gram would have been my bogo. I then asked for a .5g of a 14 dollar shatter wax etc. Completed that transaction then I wanted a gram of flower of which he originally charged me 15 I questioned why it was 15 when it clearly said 10 dollars after correcting he advised me I needed to make my purchases all at the same time so basically chastising me in front of others. So after this horrid experience I leave get home only to see he gave me a .5 of the 20 tier and not the.5 other gram of the 20 but he marked my 14 tier .5g purchase as the free one totally screwing my order up and the bud I got chastised for purchasing was super dry wish I had saved that ten. Basically a horrible experience did not receive the items I wanted got treated like shit. If the budtender doesn’t like dealing with people they should get another job! I will never spend money in this establishment again!

As far as their flower: Coconut Crunch is some of the most beautiful flower I’ve ever seen! The staff is helpful and friendly, The waiting room can get a little crowded but only at certain times. After going back and forth for several minutes in front of a store full of patrons, he left his post to speak with his manager. 334. I did think Horizon had the best bud, until I went here. It is a little more expensive than some places, but well worth it. They have a strain currently called “The White” and it’s the most well-balanced and medically beneficial buzz I’ve gotten from any bud ever. I rarely review strains here, since the grow varies so much and is such a large factor in the overall product. But it looks like they use some master growers here, I bet they make the most of every strain.

Always fast service has never left me waiting longer than 3-5 minutes at the most and the entire visit is usually less than 10 minutes or so. Good choice of high quality strains, concentrates, and edibles available,…lots of variety. I can’t find anything negative to say. They’re awesome! And I can’t say enough good about the staff. 345. This is a great dispensary! The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The products are some of the best I have had. I found them on leafy.com when I was looking for a dispensary. They have only been open for about 9 weeks and are still in their soft opening. CASH ONLY! Just a heads up, they do have multiple atm machines in the lobby and back room, but there is a $2.50 fee. So bring cash with you if you don’t want to use theirs. I will be a repeat patient of theirs and I will definitely be letting people know about them.

347. I got two different strains, both apparently aEURoetop shelfaEUR. They were not good. Bud was crispy and weak with zero flavor or scent. This appears to be a trend with Arizona dispensaries. They sell low-quality flower in the normal tiers but then add a really expensive tier that’s the only decent flower they have. These tiers never go on special. Expect to pay at least $300/ounce for anything that’s not dirt weed from any Arizona dispensary.

375. Some sweetheart named Kristina greeted me. She was much more accommodating & inviting then other dispensaries. Also, it doesn’t hurt that she smiles. I went their for cartridges but I had to purchase flower. My strains were, Carmel Apple Gelato, Lemmon Head OG, Black Cherry Soda, & Ancient OG. The flower was not the problem.
     This place had almost no option for vape carts. The vape cartridges some clients use have no BHOS, are solvent free, and do not emit dangerous chemicals during or after use. George, was also great a bud tender. If Leafly would allow me to rating for greet & bud tender then I’d give them a perfect rating. I just couldn’t get serviced for what I wanted and it was frustrating being it was my first visit.

432. So I came in yesterday for the first time and got 2 gs. It was overall a horrible experience, I didn’t get what I asked for and the flower was horrible!!

     So first, I was asking the bud tender about some of the flower and in the middle of my question he just walks away to go help greet and help someone that just walked in which I found extremely rude. I understand there was only 2 bud tenders and they have to greet people but at least wait until I’m done talking and asking my question, say excuse me and then go greet the person that just walked in. Then I asked for wedding cake and blue steel, but when I got home I saw that I actually got wedding cake and dio dos which I did NOT want!! It just seemed like the bud tender could careless about me as a customer and was just trying to get me out the door. Then finally the flower was just horrible. The wedding cake looked and smelt good and was Stoney but so dry, then the dio dos was also super dry and it tasted horrible and wasn’t good at all, hence the reason I asked for blue steel.

     So overall the staff service was horrible, the flower was horrible. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Drove the 10 mins and got right in as it was not busy even though it was happy hour. The place is new, in a stripmall right down from an MMJ clinic. Clean and inviting as well. Was taken right back and the budtender was great. Got some Organalabs CO2 oil that is FINE. ( Vaped it in my 510 mod and OH MY! ) Love the little display units with the magnifier and air holes to smell the flower meds. Toats adorbs! So, got my flower which was what I wanted for pain relief. The oil so fine I went back a week later for more. Although I get better flower deals elsewhere I will continue to come here for that oil.

473. I loved this dispensary! I purchased a few different CBD products (the honey sticks, the chronic health High CBD tincture, and brownie bite) and they all were amazing! I also purchased the Chocolate Hashberry and give it a 10/10. It was an amazing high and smelled and looked top shelf (worth the price)! As for the Green Apple I wasn’t as impressed with the taste or the anxiety induced from the strain. I wish my bud tender would have been more informed on her lineage and strains as I had told her I had anxiety and didn’t want anything that could induce it for me. I do know cannabis is subjective, but she struggled with a few of the questions I had asked about flower and edibles. But she knew a lot about their concentrate product! 479. High Desert Healing has some of the best quality cannabis for an Arizona dispensary. Unless you are getting your meds directly from California or you know a talented grower it is extremely difficult to find good QUALITY cannabis in Arizona Dispensaries. Let me point out that I am saying at dispensaries. I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of cannabis at so many dispensaries in Arizona. Nothing like in California or Colorado. So when I found HDH I was extremely pleased to see high grade cannabis that is obviously cared for extremely well. I am sure there are other dispensaries in AZ that have buds of the same quality if not better, but as far as I have found there are very few of them. Just one example of how you know they care about the quality of their meds is they do not allow anyone to touch their samples. Their samples are in clear containers that have air holes for smelling and on top of them the plastic has a circular magnifying glass build in to it for a better look at the sample. This is one of many examples that shows me they take care of their product in ways most dispensaries do not. So, if you are looking for the best quality cannabis, this dispensary should satisfy your needs. If it doesn’t you might have to go to the streets or find a connection that gets directly from California (even then you are still not guaranteed the best quality). California is just flooded with an abundant amount of high quality cannabis. The best in the world in my opinion. So again, unless you are in the lucky position of getting your meds directly from CA (or many times CO), and you are looking for the best quality cannabis, High Desert Healing is what you are looking for.
