Walked into a clean, high energy atmosphere and wasn’t burdened with tons of first time patient paperwork. It’s like they GET IT, refreshing. Selection was everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Test results on absolutely everything. Largest selection of Canamo concentrates (including diamonds) I’ve seen besides at their home store, this is basically their west side headquarters. Same or better pricing. Ricky took great care of me and knows his shit, genetics and all. I really appreciate seeing more than one cbd dominant or heavy strain available, that’s how you can really tell they are for the patients. Thanks all and see you again very soon!

FTP on Sunday. Trying the cbd/thc balm, Zkittlez & Sublime caramel chew. Budtenders were helpful & seemed sincere. Pricing very straightforward with appropriate price breaks AND not limited to certain days for for the prices. I will be returning.

Saw the 420 special, 4 eighths for 90 bucks… so I went. The location is fine, but small and their just launching so I’d imagine it will evolve, but this was the only lackluster aspect of this place. The staff were friendly and competent. And the flower is great quality considering the prices they are asking. Provided they continue in this fashion, this could easily become my go to spot. Thanks!

I have a huge tolerance and one small dab of the purple urkle had me crossed eyed! Nova is definitely my go too dispensary!
I really love the new MuV Cartridges. They are very flavorful, and potent. I also like how it moves around as you turn the battery, so you can really tell when you’re getting low. Some other cartridges are hard to tell because the stuff is so thick.
2nd time visiting this dispensary and impressed both times. Budtenders are knowledgeable, good variety on stock. I’ll keep returning for sure

I still come here even after having so many problems with my orders. They do have the cheapest selection of Canamo in a 5 mile radius, they also have a good selection.
I do want to see some TLC when posting stuff on their menu. I know they don’t do it on purpose, but they’ll list a strain as 0.5-1g when it’s only in slabs. Another common listing mistake is putting regular strain as value strains.

I believe this Dispensary has great potential and its location is amazing it is rather small and I do feel like its more of an in and out location rather than a hang and relax kinda shop as some others are but that is good when in a rush to get ur products overall this place is pretty Nice and the ppl seem super welcoming

Overall, great. I love that they keep it real when it comes to their product knowledge. The bud tenders have to try and write reviews on all of the products so it’s very helpful! They can save you quite a bit of money just based off their knowledge. If you’re a student they offer 10% discount which is great.

this is one of my favorite dispensaries. it’s quaint but has everything that the corporate stores do, but better.
I love Nova I will not go anywhere else they have top of the line flowers and I have been enjoying there shatter and crumble there products are always fresh and I think they are a 5 star all the way around
Nice location, Caramel Ice was good last time we were there, went back to get more and another strain. Caramel Ice must have been from a different batch, not doing anything for me this time nor is the other strain. Waste of $$$ this time… guess quality is hit or miss

The edibles that are advertised as really good are not. I did half the korova cookie 250mg and never felt a thing. I waited 6 hours for

Size doesn’t matter. This place is small, but has quality product. Sometimes quality over quantity is better. It means the product rotates faster, which in turn means fresher flower.

Really great shop.. Alot nicer inside than than the location might suggest. Pretty conveniently located close to the 101 and dobson. These ladies have one thing down for sure.. Customer service. Made me feel welcomed and in knowledgeable hands. They took car of me as FTP and as VET. The shatter is Primo and the Carmel chew set my mood right for my leg injury to heal. Hope to see your selection broaden.. Like patches.. More topicals.. Moon rocks. And keif. But honestly your flower and concentrates appear to be better than most in the the valley. Right on Nova. Quality and selection were satisfactory but nothing that pulls me to return over other dispensaries. Plot twist, pretty much fell in love with the budtender so I will definitely be returning.
The waiting area and showroom are a little small, but the staff and products are top of the line! I like the apothecary/deli style point of sale method. 2 ATMs, one in the lobby and one in the showroom for your convenience.
What a cool place! Everyone is really nice and respectful, but Nanette made my first time visit a wonderful experience ! She has knowledge on all the product, provides outstanding customer service and is very kind! I’ve been to many dispensaries and this place has for sure left a perfect impression on me, 5 stars for sure!

The flower is good – the budtenders (male) wasnt as nice as i would expect but whaever no biggie – small facility – but not bad quality – the prices are a bit high but they claim all there strains are tested all in all the meds arent bad.

These guys have the highest quality flower and concentrate around, no doubt. IF you ever have ANY problems here let ’em know and they will make sure you’re happy next time! I got a 1/4 slab of Strawberry Diesel and am pretty satisfied. Would love to see a patient rewards program in the future, because I will be back.

I’ve gone to the place across the street quite a few times, and although I like that place for edibles, Nova has (or did at the time I posted this) ACDC testing at 24% CBD / 8% THC! The guy at the front desk was super chill (good vibes) and the girls at the counter were super helpful, and really cute too, by the way 🙂 This will be a go to spot for me here on out.

Just got some of the wax for 12 something a half gram and it was horrible ruined my nye. I placed it in the freezer and it never really got hard. Would not come off the Cellophane paper it was on was totally a waste of money and allotment wouldn’t recommend that wax. I know it’s at a cheaper price but I at least thought I’d be able to use it. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer actually visited you guys twice yesterday

Picked up some of the worst medicine I’ve ever had yesterday the 6th. Stay away from the aEURoehead funkaEUR I shoulda known based off the name alone. I got two strains, headfunk which was over 8 months old and aEURoesugar highaEUR which is 4months old. I called in regards to the headfunk and was told even they were surprised st the age of it, then proceeded to tell me that the grower packages it in a gas process that keeps it good and that it had a very earthy taste. Both strains tasted like old shitty herb. Ohhhh that makes it better. Come on guys. That was some b.s . I feel taken advantage of and lied to by you. I personally won’t be back nor recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional

I just left this place after my first visit and I dont think Ill ever need to go to another shop again. Aside from having the lowest prices I have yet to see in the area for my 3 favorite cartridge brands, the menu is kept up to date and the budtenders were both very friendly and knowedgeable. They were down to the last cartridge of the strain I came in for, and they were nice enough to give me the display cartridge! I was even lucky enough to run into the owners and hear them talk about how committed they are to their patients. I honestly couldnt have had a better dispensary experience, and I haven’t yet. Longtime customer earned.

I went in for a special they had which offered a free edible w/any purchase, I was not given anything with my 50 mg soda purchase so I called after doublechecking leafly deal and I was told to return where I was given an apology and 2 edibles, awesome way to make things right

My only beef with this dispensary is the wait time, their budtenders are not as quick as the demand of their waiting room would like them to be. but they are extremely friendly and their service is dope. they have a pretty nice selection but nothing too extravagant, like stuff you would buy on a special or a deal. their daily deals are okay, best one’s is def “frosty Friday and “shatterday”. this was my first dispensary and if they only worked on a better pace they would be stellar.

Honestly, the whole time I was there all I wanted to do was leave and go to Whataburger. I regret losing 3 minutes of my life in that store.
Came in for the Black Friday special on flower. Was surprised that there wasn’t a huge line… arrived a little early. Although it is very small inside, the design is great! The staff is friendly, and patient with those that don’t get around real fast. The Original Sour Diesel is great, but the terpenes are way off (the aroma isn’t as potent as it should be and the flavor is also a little lacking, but the effects are there and are what I expect from Sour Diesel). Pretty happy overall and am likely to return in the future.

It was my first time and customer were arguing with the guy at front desk, not going to get into what the argument was about but I will say it wasn’t a good experience. Also I wasn’t offered anything for being a first time customer even though it says first time customers get something. Would not recommend just because of customer service

Today was my first time here, and I will make the long drive from N. Scottsdale every time I need meds. Everyone was so awesome!! Even the guy at the front desk was telling us about how they test everything, and you can ask for the results. That was so cool. Then I worked with Britney (hope that’s how she spells it) she was so amazing, and very knowledgeable. Also, one of the only places that has high CBD strains. For me dealing with neuropathic pain, this is THE place to go. Cheers to you guys…you made a customer for life.

Nova just opened yesterday and I’ve already been twice! My new after work spot. The flower is all organic, pre-rolls that burn perfect, and the concentrates are top shelf. Let me just say, Nova is hands down better than “the good dispensary” across the street.

First time stopping at this shop and had a really great visit. The Nova staff is very knowledgable and was helpful recommending different products for my pain. They weren’t too busy when I came but that was nice because it gave me time to talk with the budtender.
i wasnt going to say anything. but here it goes. i have ben here a total of i think 4 times. every time the flower is very dry it breaks into dust and all in all isnt very good quality. the employees are awesome though and very nice. I cant complain about the 15 dollar half grams of canamo either.

Conveniently located next to Circle K, What-a-Burger and a smoke shop, Nova is literally a one stop shop place. The service is outstanding, the products are phenomenal, and the prices are worth a 1.5hr bus/bike ride. Yes, i have reviewed Nova before, but after today’s Day of the Slab (even though i didn’t win anything dY~C/) i felt these guys needed an extra boost! You guys did amazing! The Canamo and MA1/4v guys were there and the Nomandic ice cream was AMAZING! Thanks for being you!

ive been to a lot of dispos in the valley and no flower compares to the flavor and enjoyability of nova. everyone is always happy, smiling, ready to help. if you wait more than two minutes, they make sure you know how much longer or make sure not to forget about you. my only wish is that they could start a loyalty program because that would be amazing. otherwise i HIGHLY recommend this dispo if you find yourself overwhelmed at other dispos or just don’t like their product. student discount is bomb too, i save like $4 every time which adds up.

I come here for one reason Bert.He is the guy who you will see running around the store to make sure all patients are being taken care of.The main reason is he helped save my life.A few years ago i was diagnosed with cancer.I visited a dispensary that he worked at the time.I was an emotional mess at the time.He took me into his office and spoke to me in a compassionate and caring way.The store did not have the products i needed.He went out of his way to find it for me and get it at a great price i could afford.One day when he has his own store i will be first one in line!!!
I just have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised at the diversity in age of dispensary agents here. It’s refreshing to see both younger, and older faces behind the counter. So far, I’ve tried 3 strains from this dispensary, and so far I am happy with each one. The chem5 is my favorite so far. I stopped by today for the $6 early bird special. I’m pretty confident this flower will work as good as it looks… also, loving the True Berry from Canamo dY’dY1/2

FTP review – drove from the far west valley to get some Tyson OG and the great pre-420 prices. The bald receptionist guy has zero people skills. After the long drive and waiting time (sale = longer wait, no worries) they don’t have a restroom.
The blond budtender guy was friendly and informative, which made up for the front side of the store. Though the flower is a tad dry, it’s not enough to be concerned about. Its effects, taste, etc. are spot on like Tyson always is.
If I’m on that side of town and they have a strain I like, I’ll come back. I’ve been to many MMJ stores and this one ranks somewhere in the middle.

I was pretty satisfied with my first visit, but I had to return because my account had been charged for 30g rather than 3, which anyone should see that as an issue. I returned to handle the situation, and was given 10 bucks off my next visit, told I’d get a call on 2 days. 3 weeks later, no call and I’ve picked up the same product elsewhere, charged 1/10th the amount to my allotment. hopefully this is a learning curve issue and will be resolved as they gain ground with neighboring dispensaries.

For first time patients they give you a free gram or 50 mg edible. I’m very pleased and will be going back. They also rotate their menu regularly for flower which I love!! My first time in I get a cartridge and no idea I had to get a battery, so I leave and when I get home I try it out with the many batteries I do have but none worked. I call and find out I need a battery from the company that made the cartridge. I drive back to get it and I have to wait 45 minutes because the internet is down and have to go to the gas station 2 buildings over to get cash. It’s been a week and it’s already extremely hard to gat a pull because it has leaked somehow into the chamber, not even half way through it. Nova is a decent place with average quality stuff. Not worth a second visit.
Hands down the best dispensary in town! It’s nice to know going to a place that cares about you! Crappy part is, this is the only dispensary without a tip jar when one is well deserved unlike some other dispensary! Like that’s it not forced in your face but would be nice to know if I could tip somehow because hands down any tender I’ve ever had at Nova deserves it! Very very dope spot!! The second and third time I was helped by a lovely lady Jenn. She is knowledgeable and accurate about the flower and concentrates she recommended to me. I’m confused? but it’s ok I’ve spent a lot of money there and because of that I can say I won’t be there any more if that’s how we get treated I have lower back pain and had to drive all the way to nature’s meds in PHX all because I was a minute or two late but it s ok I hope you have a wonderful day and night

Best dispensary that I’ve ever been to. Not only do their employees have knowledge of the product but they are willing to stand there and explain anything you have questions about. Gotta say COMPLETE turn around from my 7 bad experiences here.
They got some strains I haven’t tried so I decided to take a deep breath & not to assume they’re gonna mess with my order. Roger immediately said a cheerful hello as if it’s been forever, which it has. No other patients were there so I got sent straight back, completely new budtenders! I had the tall older guy he made me feel right at home. I never need help, but I’ll ask about strains just to see how much they really know. He’s actually pretty knowledgeable, I settled on Purple Ghost Train which is OK. Few days later came in & had a few scary moments my card wouldn’t work. It was just their system. I got myself Do-si-Dead and yes it’s Do-Si-Do with Deadhead and J1.
The people we’re nice and friendly but the ouality was poor it smelled like spice won’t be returning
FTP today, was pleasantly surprised how small and friendly this place is, no corporate feel at all, excellent service, knowledgeable budtenders, great selection. Got 2 kinds of flower and a space rock, everything was top quality. Will def be back and recommend!

I’m pretty sure I’m going to be coming here all the time. I just got some OG 18 that is so fire, a lot of places claim to have the OG or the OG 18 and it’s not it but this place really had it I promise you I’m coming back especially with 8ths being $35. aEURoeI referred himaEUR lol.
All the budtenders are awesome and I’ve always had a great experience at Nova, But today was a major exception. Budtender Ricky, who apparently is also a manager, could not have been more useless. On top of his rude demeanor, I’ve never experienced such a lack of effort or service in the 4 plus years I’ve been a cardholder. These kind of actions contribute to the unfair stereotype of mmj patients and it is frankly unacceptable. At the end of the day this is an industry that depends on on customer satisfaction, and if were not satisfied it’s very easy to just go to another dispensary…

Best dispensary in the valley for veterans period. I get treated right EVERY time I go in. The customer service is outstanding and everyone is extremely knowledgeable about all their meds. Nova has some of the best concentrates around and their prices are very comparable if not cheaper than anywhere else.

Best prices I have found on QUALITY MEDICINE in the ENTIRE VALLEY!!! And I have been to over 30 different dispensaries and counting. Dont waste your time, go pick up some fire ALL STAR CHERRY KUSH and sit back as a warmth of comfort and relaxation rolls through your very soul.
Love the canamo concentrates but not worth the visit I have tried the flower here at least 10 times always dry as a bone. Tastes like hay very disappointing asked them about it , no one seems to care skip this place

Part of the reason I love Checking out dispensaries is because of the atmosphere they create. Nova must have spent the budget on the reception area because once you cross the threshold into where they actually keep everything it feels like you are in a sketchy smoke shop that sells crack pipes. Service from a young kid named etuvido ? Was sweet and naive but I think that’s an endearing quality- he was really nice and offered what I felt were honest suggestions- which actually hold more merit with me. If I had one suggestion for the owners it would be to spend some time and money making the back room look and feel cozier and cleaner.
I had purchased a cartridge and it vaped great on the first few puffs, but then started to burn like burnt plastic and wouldnt vape correctly taste was nasty. But the Nova crew didnt hesitate to exchange it for me. I appreciate this so much. Thanks Nova!!
Dumbest new patient deal yet

The staff here is so awesome! I can’t remember her name but my budtender was so sweet and went out of her way to catch me in the parking lot before I drove away without realizing that I could have gotten a new patient discount. So, she brought me back in and re-did my order and saved me around $20. She could have easily just let me drive off and I never would have known any better, but she was honest and took the time out to help me. Only negative I have for this dispensary is that the lighting in here really hurts my head, but to be fair most lighting hurts my head because I suffer from severe migraines. Compared to the relaxed lighting/atmosphere of other dispensaries, though, the lighting in here seems particularly harsh for some reason.
Place is sure awesome. Never let me down. Always have top quality flowers, always fresh and sticky. Bought the Pura Earth Palm Stick. Love it. Trust me it’s a must. Will literally blow you’re mind..
I ended up leaving because of the wait today. Noon on a Saturday they only had one budtender when they were offering a BOGO. You should know you’re going to get hit with people when you have good deals but yet there were only two people in this whole dispensary? Ended up going across the street very displeased I had no choice but to leave

I have been coming here for about a year now. And it’s tax time. So after being told my multiple employees throughout the year I could get a print out of my purchases when it came time I was told by Alex that he would have it ready for me. When I came in to get it I was told they do not do that. So I just wasted literally thousands of dollars for this. I hate this place. Takes to long and no rewards program or express order. I would not recommend to anyone. Dry buds. Decent wax. But TERRIBLE customer service

I don’t have much to say about the atmosphere other than it was spacious and welcoming. Front desk staff was friendly, absolutely no wait but I was also the only patient in the building…went in around 2pm on a Tuesday. Budtender was nice and patient, letting me sniff and compare. Set me up with some Blackwater (his first recommendation) that has been treating me riiiiiiight. Smoked the last of it last night, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Thanks guys.

Awesome customer service and very cool tenders. They have discount’s for the young the old and the bold. Quality is top notch with a selection to match. Definitely my new spot. My only complaint is they don’t carry flavored distillate or any dabbable distillate.

Nova dispensary has a fair selection of flower and concentrates to choose from, I was recommended to try the grandpas breath, so I got an 8th if it and get home to find a long hair through 1 of my nugs, I understand it happens once in awhile, I’m not satisfied with it.
I have bronchial issues aggravated by product from many local dispensaries. Nova has a clean organic flower. Smooth, tasty, lives up to it’s description. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Nova for my last two purchases and is now my go to place. Though their selection is small, the quality is consistent with suitable options available.
I went for the first time last night to pick up some edibles. everyone was super nice ! great products all around and YUMMY AF brownies !!! HIGHLY recommend the heath bar brownie and oreo one. dY~dY~dY~WILL be back !

I’ve been here maybe 3 times since they opened. I’ve been to pretty much every dispensary in the valley and I gotta tell ya this is by far the best all around. First of all quality control is 6 stars on a 5 star 6. There are no “levels” and “private reserve” or “top shelf”. EVERYTHING is of the upmost quality and the strains are what they are. Everything is top shelf and everything is 35 bucks an 8th. That right there shows you this place is legit and is about the medicine and the people and not a fast buck. Pick any strain and it’s top shelf (mind you these words do not come easy as I am quite the “weed snob” or “connoisseur”. I don’t just settle for whatever. ) Def have paid 50+ for less quality in the past. My fave of the week is the Sour Tangerine. Words dont do it justice. Walking in doesn’t feel sketchy like some places, everyone at the intake desk is friendly and quick. No-one here is pretentious about the meds, wether you are an expert or a newbie they make you feel at home. Specials are always on point. Edibles and wax and pens all are legit too if you are on that wave. I’m a picky oil pen smoker but the brand’s they use are live resin so super legit. I went to bed last night at 730 because I didn’t realize how good they were. Everyone that works here is pretty cool even the “suits”. Ive seen ever race creed color gender and background. Its a melting pot with positive vibes all over. But yeah all in all if you are looking for a legit dispensary with caring knowledgeable staff and high quality meds with no guessing games drive to mesa. Now. Do it. Go.

the shatter is WAY overpriced (as is everything there). and quality is awful, couldn’t even pull it off the paper.
If you guys want to make it, be more affordable as neighboring dispensaries.

FTP today. The staff were all very friendly and charismatic, as well as knowledgeable about their products. I was also VERY appreciative that the male staff members weren’t flirty or creepy – something that’s unfortunately common in a lot of dispensaries. Such a small thing but I really appreciated it. The dispensary is small and somewhat lackluster (as someone else described) but honestly, I don’t go for the aesthetic! And they opened up less than a week ago. The shop is clean and organized. The prices are great, and the product is killer. I bought 4 different strains and am floored by the quality! Their flower definitely outranks even some of the “high end” dispensaries I’ve been to here. I will definitely be purchasing from this dispensary again.

I loved the budtender, he was very helpful and patient with me. Just pretty disappointed with how your guys points system works because I could have made 10 separate half gram transactions instead of spending 200$ and only getting 20points. Just seems pointless someone could spend 5$ and get as many as I did for spending 200$ so definitely would have rather spent it elsewhere and earn a whole lot more points

One of the smaller locations we’ve visited… greated by a friendly receptionist, with a simple FTP form was nice. Entering the room of medication, we found ourselves to be slightly dissapointed with only 2 terminals. The medical staff is friendly, seemingly resting in a lack of knowledge of cannabis medical practice. With a sense of urgency after making our purchases we felt the want to leave; it seemed almost as if we were an inconvenience AS PATIENTS. The flower scaling was slightly off, with the packaging notating a gram at 1.00 scaled personally to be 00.98 of accurate weight. The edible selection is nicer than many dispensaries, whereas the flower lacking potency & availability. The Good medication is close, not at this location unless you are looking for edibles! We would like to see more CBD and ANY R.S.O. product would benefit this location greatly. Also, holding rosin on shelf regularly will set this dispensary apart from many. Our full advice to this dispensary is to increase availability and medical cannabis use education within the staff. Not a bad stop, not great either. Thank you for the medication, and opportunity to test things out with the underscaled FTP deal. We would like to see improvement in quality (knowledge & product), and less law enforcement in the parking lot would be greatly appreciated. Nova has great potential.
My first visit was on 4/20. Everyone was so nice. There was no line because they were new, but they had great deals!!!! Definitely a new one on my shopping route.

I was a first time patient and will not go back, except to pick up my refund for the overcharge I discovered after asking several times if the price was correct. The staff isn’t knowledgeable, they don’t keep their online menu current, and being overcharged was the icing on the cake. When I called to let them know about the overcharge, they didn’t even apologize.

I like the products at Nova, the service is always quick. I had someone be rude to me on my first visit and it sort of threw me off. I’ve been back since though and it hasn’t happened again. I don’t prefer their space over other dispensaries in the area.

If you guys havent checked out NOVA you’re sleeping on them. Seriously. All their buds are tasty amd smell very good. The Grandmaster Chem, Lemon OG, Loctite and Caramel Ice are all fire. They carry my favourite cartridges (TIMELESS) and are never busy which makes it awesome!! You are in and out with your goodies. Last time I went they ran out of the 50 MG Lemon Cake that was free with $50 purchase so they gave me a Newtons Soda. These guys are doing everything right. If i could give more stars I would.
Absolutely beautiful waiting room, front desk was very nice. The back room is small but definitely not lacking in product! It makes it nice and personable with your budtender, and your not shouting over other customers and can really enjoy your experience. I will definitely be going back!
