This place is no good anymore. Its as simple as that. Good service, bad product. We dont purchase service so I wish I could give 0 stars. I once came here and passed up everyone for the lemon head og. What I purchased was not that at all. It didn’t have the same terps, or effect. It just had a lemon smell in the air when burned that’s it. waste of time and money. I might try again in a year. I’m hoping if things don’t change this place will no longer be open. Rather then hustling patients out of money.
Well, I have posted a couple of reviews on here about when something goes great and when I find seeds in my meds. I, yet again, find seeds in my so-called “top shelf” blue dream (batch #1487271255925120). This ordinarily wouldn’t be too big of a deal however, this is certainly not the first time its happened and it only seems to happen here. (May be biased since I purchase about 80% of my meds at AZCS).
Anywho, you guys used to be great but have let yourselves go. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the snow cap shatter concentrate. The texture is perfect it is easy to work with it gives me motivation. I highly recommend it. I have a few other medical problems and this really helps. This is by far the best dispensary. They are all very knowledgeable and very friendly and have great personalities.. I just got my card and was kind of nervous on my way to my first visit to a dispensary. It’s really nice inside and so is everyone there. The guy that helped me was really helpful and made the process really easy for me. I had no idea what I was doing, haha! I will definitely be going back very soon.

They’re willing to explain things in detail if you need help rather than just rushing you out to get the next guy in. I always look forward to my trip in, the bud tenders are cool as hell! I’ve been coming here for just short of 3 years now. I rarely have a not perfect experience, and if so it is always rectified. Arizona Cannabis Society truly cares for it’s patients. While it’s easy to right a nasty review because you’ve had a bad experience, it’s just as easy to provide feedback to them, and give them a chance to make it right. The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. I regret it every time I go somewhere else to obtain my meds. It’s just not the same. You can always trust their house meds to be right on point. First time here. Tim helped me out and was great. Knowledgeable, hospitable. The place was a bit small inside, but they make up for it with the variety of products. They grow their own plants there so they have an advantage over other dispensaries. They make their own Risk Simpson Oil, too. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place always has a full variety of products from edibles, cannacaps, wax, flower and more! The best part is that the prices are much more affordable than most places! One of the few places that you can get $8 grams of random strains! An added plus…half the time the drive there includes getting a free airshow from the Luke Air Force Base practicing! I went in for the first time and my budtender was very warming and cool (wish I knew her name). But long story short kottonmouth kush concentrate brought me back to my first high 🙂 highly recommend it ! Tried it for the first time and I loved it.
I’m a regular because you guys have decent meds at a decent price, but I hate that I have to settle for your customer service. I’m in all the time and it’s the same everytime. and from reading other reviews, it’s time you guys took a hint and either start being more friendly, or hire a more proffesional, educated staff. it’s sad that I know more about alot of your strains than even your own budtenders.

this location is always fast and has great prices, love to come into this location to see the grow room open for show and the staff is always nice and fast.
It really irks me to leave a one star review for quality because you guys used to be a Godsend, $200 oz’s of the best OG Kush I have ever seen, Phoenix OG and Donna OG at only $250 a oz (smoking hot deal for the best meds in AZ at the time), incredibly bawm White Fire OG # 1 and #3 some time last year, and the list goes on. Since you guys ran out of the Phx OG, your flower meds have been garbage. The Master Kush is decent, but not an OG, and I NEED OG’s for my extreme pain. The Purple Kryptonite that you recommended is cool if you have insomnia, but I have excuciating pain and need a killer OG. OG strains are by far superior to any other meds, only ppl with REAL pain would understand, please go back to bringing in the bawm OG’s.
First time here. Got kosher kush, white widow, a gram with cheese and a gram of keif. The kosher was awesome very great late night smoke with such a strong smell. The white widow was slightly disappointing in smell but the high was very nice. The gram with cheese was awesome, smelled and tasted great and worked well on my pain. I was very impressed with the bud tender and his level of knowledge. He didn’t steer my wrong. Ice been to many dispensaries and this is the best one. Best meds, best selection, best keif, decent and fair prices. I’ll be back!

Having dealt with oh so many shops co-op, farmers markets etc.. from the 2811 club that started at 75.00 a 1/8 to the new state dispensary, living in the PValley area it was a nice long drive. Saw prices on leafly,figured it was the same bait and switch that others have mentioned, Blue Dream at 225.00 per once…very worth the drive…good staff…it this the future of the stare mmj …very very cool……………..

This place is not what it used to be.
I will say Arizona Cannabis Society has their meds priced very accordingly.. Hell a Oz of Snow cap for $185.00.. Good luck finding that else where… Also they have other ounces priced at $250 like Purple Kryptonight and Kosher kush both get the job done.. All in all I have been to almost 97% of the dispensary’s here in AZ and have yet to find better prices.. As for the meds they sell it just like the rest of the dispensary’s here in Arizona MID GRADE at best… The only reason I stop in is because of the prices….They are spot on for the quality of meds they are selling and the girl who works their with the long black hair is way HOT!!!

I love the flower but the few times I have gone in the budtender was great but this woman working the front has a shitty additude and made me feel out of place like y are you here made me feel bad both time the flower was amazing but she kills the vibe both times i went in just the look on her face makes you feel bad she looks at you like if you are poor homeless never once has given me a hello i both times I have been in there I have told her hello that is not the kind of people you should not have working for first off my family is the founding family of elmirage the streets are named after my family so to think I’m poor or homeless just by appearance is not right girl your dispensary is in a place my family made with love and if you do not have love and compassion the. Get out of your job so look at your self and judge your self because for a fact I don’t mind showing you my bank account but overall the flower was amazing you guys just need to fire that one girl

Worst dispensary I’ve been to in 3 states. High prices for low quality meds. The half grams as people have previously said are all .1-.2 short. People need to always keep in mind this is a cannabis pharmacy. If Walgreens gave you 60% of the antibiotics you were supposed to get, they would be legally liable to correct it, as are these folks. Maintaining state licensure depends on following the law. You also wouldn’t find a tip jar on the counter of any other pharmacy but you do here. Do they not pay there employees a living wage? They sure charge you for YOUR MEDICATION like they do.
Great overall atmosphere. Though I’ve not been around the MMJ “scene” for long the folks there treated me like an old friend. There hard candy is the best! I took two pieces of cherry candy and I felt awesome! Plus it was the best nap I’ve had in a long time.

Took me 3 years to finally check out this dispensary and now I see why, $70 grams of concentrate is crazy!! Other dispensaries you can get two grams for that price, and same if not better quality!! I’ve never been to a dispensary where you couldn’t smell the samples, here or any other state. The girl who helped me behind the counter was a clown and insisted on me buying a $15 pre roll instead of a $17 gram. #5goodones #alltherest

Ive been coming to AZCS for a couple months now, and its prime! you can smell the goodness youre about to walk into from the parking lot, they do their best with lobby atmosphere, and can get people in and out fairly quickly with help from their pre-order service. awesome specials, cool people to small talk with, I even saw Stilly from Black Bottom Lighters in there the other day! Great spot for AZ!!

Don’t let the reviews fool you. This place is a “once was”. I have had my medical card three months from the day since AZ allowed it. I have been to countless dispensaries in AZ and beyond. They used to care about the parients… come to work with a great attitude and have very fresh quality meds. Not anymore. They can’t use construction as an excuse. Being polite and professional when you clock in is a part of your job. Having quality meds is your industy. Very much a waste of time going here, unless you can’t expand your search.

Made my first visit to ACS yesterday. They are friendly, knowledgeable & fast! Highly recommend.
The staff are always smiling and friendly no matter what is going on. I bought some cartridges the other day (early bird special), and two of them were stripped. I brought them back, and they replaced them with no worries. They even started going through the rest of the batch on the spot and pulled out the bad ones. I visit at least twice a month, and it’s always been excellent service. Every chance I get, I recommend the Cannabis Society to everyone that is interested.

I drove all the way from south phoenix just to check out the prices, i figured it was the same bait and switch that happened at 2 other spots with OK prices. Not this time hell nah i got a zip of blue dream and after just a few puffs from a joint it has me medicated more than most , and that was the cheap stuff. I’ll be back for that cheese homies

Went with a friend, first time for us both. Very cool place from the moment you walk in. The back room has a window into a veg room which is neat! Quite a few options for both flower and wax. After trying some Purple Kryptonite flower and Purple Erkle wax I can say both are extremely flavorful. There was only one negative thing from our trip. Both of our free prerolls were packed so incredibly tight we couldn’t smoke them. Ended up tearing open and breaking up. A bummer since we rode a little ways there and wanted to enjoy them on the way home. Very small thing though. I would come back for sure.

Never had a problem with this place, but was a little disappointed Friday. I’m on a tight, tight budget, and planned on buying 2 grams of the Cherry Vanilla Skunk for $16. It was every dime I had to my name that I could spend, and even on the TV screen in the lobby, the strain was still listed as being on sale. When I got in the back though, they were sold out and I had to settle for only one gram of a more expensive strain. This isn’t really a complaint, I don’t expect people to be fully on top of everything. I guess I’m just posting this because after 3 years of going here for meds, this is the only time I left disappointed. Keep up the good work otherwise folks, you run a fine establishment overall. (And try to keep those $25 bags of shake in stock, that’s usually what I get from you guys and I depend on them, being on a budget is no fun).

Well went in for the new patient special .I called and was told I get a free preroll orna free gram with any purchase .we got there nobody was at the window .finnaly a dude came up and took our cards and IDS.we went back and started looking at all the stuff.all the flowers smelled the same and weren’t fresh.the guy helping us was kinda rude .I asked if he had any prerolls and was told nope .even though I had called 20min prior and was told they did.I asked what gram I could get for my n.p.s. he said its not a free gram its 10% off the total .I said I just called and was told free preroll or gram .We went back and forth .he said what number did you call .I pulled out my cell to get the number I had called from my call list.he got irritated and said “no cell phones in here” wtf? How else can I check the number I called .we went to the lobby got the number .went back in he called it him self and there phone rang lol.dude got pissed went to the back .another guy came out and said you do get either a gram or a preroll .fist guy came back out with a baggy of joints .through one in a bag all huffy .lol so need less to say we both won’t be coming back.the flowers didn’t taste like blueberry and it took a lot to work .mind you I’m a week smoker .I wonldt recommend this place .not organized and rude ..

I think they used to care about their pricings being normal for patients who are mostly on fixed income. I think though they have oz specials they still charge more for a half oz then more for a quarter oz and so on. Finally there are other dispensaries who are starting to see how UNFAIR THAT TYPE OF PRICING IS!!!! And their regular priced meds nothing under $300 but ask for just a half and you pay more. You folks need to realize if you don’t stop charging more to split an ounce and also bring down your ounce prices you will lose me and many other loyal patients. Plus the low prices are EVERYDAY and the price INCLUDES TAXES AND FEES so you don’t get shocked when you check out. And some consistency in prices when checking out would be nice too 🙁

i was excited to see a certain og strain back on the menu cuz when yall had it was a great med. well this new batch is garbage and no med on the current menu works for me. is the state forcing y’all to grow strictly mid and low grade meds? its very wrong how much a year I pay for a mmj card in azure for garbage meds. the clinics had proper meds but are now all shut down thanks to snitchin dispensaries so they can maximize profits with a monopoly on the whole mmj scene. where is the white fire og #1 and #3? or the ogre kush? and why can’t u grow more og kush like on the large production level of some of your other meds? please just help us with the meds that actually work and thank u so much for the meds in the past that provided the relief I needed..

Bought some crumble and shatter. Med was good but was disapointed that you put the shatter in hard plastic storage containers. Alot of the shatter stuck hard to the container itself. kind of a waste. Not sure if will spend money on concentrate if i can’t get my money worth

I regret not researching this facility in greater detail prior to making the drive to El Mirage.
Although there was NO ONE in the pos room, I waited almost 30 minutes after signing in. The female clerk seemed bored, or perhaps just irritated at having a patient ask questions relating to what medication might be best.
I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS FACILITY.

This place has a great variety in products (edibles, waxes, as well as strains of flower) and one of the most extensive supplies of accessories i’ve seen! I think they really tried to be a good aEURoeone stop shopaEUR for their patients; giving them a selection of all the top vaporizers, good glass products, shirts, etc. Even though it’s not the most elegant environment, they do have some attractive frillsaEUR”flat screens display their menu broken down by saliva/indica/hybrid and price, and they have a grow room visible behind the register! They also have a nice big waiting area for family and friends while you pick up everything you need 🙂
The girl that told me the cannibis rex was good doesnt know what good weed is. Please keep that garbage out of dispenseries AZCS, if i wanted to buy some pretendo i wouldve went and spent 60 for a full oz on the streets, i dont even want to smoke that shit, giving it to my brother who has a medical card.

I am from Colorado and have smoked some of the best herb around (my real close friend won a cannabis cup award for highest THC content shatter) and I am somewhat picky not snobby just picky and I have been in phoenix for I a little over 2 years now and just got my card. Before I got my card here the only herb I got that I was even kind of stoked about wasn’t even from here so when I finally went to a dispensary here I had low expectations but I must say Desert Rose and I have ever been to a few others here has herb that is on par with the stuff I would get back home in Colorado and the prices are very reasonable I recommend Desert Rose highly

I was here last week, and while the budtenders were nice, the grams are in cheap 1 ply bags that leave the bud dry, my 1/8 had trim & several seeds. Quality was eh, NOTHING special and concentrates on display aren’t the same quality as what are Given patients. I’m not from this side of town so I won’t go out of my way to return.

Today I had a very awesome visit and Tim took very good care of me as usual.. I really love going to azcs the vibes are great awesome music and super fire meds at a tax included price 8$-12$ per gram.. You also get to see the plants growing which is my favorite part… So I got some jollies a pre roll and a gram of lemonhead of.. I ate a jollies and smoked the blueberry haze pre roll it tasted sooooo wonderful and took me where I wanted to be forsure.. About an hour later I tried a bowl of the lemonhead and wow it was an instant head change for me very tasty also. nice mellow high as I asked for thanks Tim for the recommendation and great service.. I bought a hybrid blend 1g oil refill and got a new patient free gram of my choice..i went with chocolate skunk. I haven’t tried the oil yet but the flower was pretty dry, in my opinion. The staff was super friendly and the place just smells like what a heaven would probably smell like. Ill update my review when I try my other purchase but I recommend and will go back.

This dispensary is alright. The meds aren’t the best in the valley but they’re not the worst. The best part of this dispensary is that they have a grow room inhouse that u can look at thru the window. I, as a long time cannabis connoisseur, can appreciate that. The first time patient deal is also one of the better ones in the valley. I’d give this place a 3.7/5 not bad but not great.
I never like to give less than great reviews, but today was a big disappointment. I’ve been planning a trip out to ACS after looking at their specials and menu items. Finally got to go and the tenders really weren’t very friendly. Maybe it was an off day? Ended up going back to my regular place where they make it a point to go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and impart their knowledge.

I really HATE to be that guy, but this is hands down one of the most pathetic dispos I’ve ever been to. The bud is dry, if you were blindfolded whether you smell the top shelf or bottom shelf, you could not tell any difference not to mention the stems! This dispensary praises themselves on shatter, shatter?! What is this, 2013? When I asked the budtender if they would get anything besides shatter (live res, terp sauce) she answered aEURoeWhat else is there?aEUR and I had to explain and tell her where to go. She even said she doesn’t like their own product!!!!!!! Obviously they’re inexperienced and hire any pothead as budtenders, if you’re on the search for quality bud or any mmj product you should avoid here at all cost. PATHETIC! SMH you have to give stars, I’d give 0 if option.

I’ve been to this shop a couple of times, and have always enjoyed stopping in. Their price, variety, & product are always very good. Their staff is some of the best I have had the privilege of come by. Stop today for an oz of Cherry Pie bud, but was convinced to buy the wax instead. I am so very happy that they helped with that. I picked up 3 different types of wax, 1 for am, 1 for pm, & 1 to knock me out. Tried the first 2 and am so happy with both highs. Excellent place to shop for your MMJ needs. I will be a lifetime customer.

Wow, just noticed a few negative reviews left on this place. This was the first dispensary I went to after getting my card and still do business there on a regular basis.
I have never had any issues with any of the bud tenders at any time in the last two years of doing business here. They are always willing to help and direct me as I do tend to ask a few more questions than most.
The quality and quantity of the product has always been spot on in comparison to any other place that I have visited.The potency at times has flat kicked my tail but I must say I was warned.
I would recommend this place to someone looking for a dispensary on the west side, but also would not hesitate to right a review on the negative side also if I had noticed anything that was mentioned in some of the other reviews.

Here are a few facts for your consideration:
-Inventory
This seems to be one of their biggest failures as a dispensary. Over the course of 30 days, I conducted my own experiment due to my own disbelief (because honestly, I didn’t want to not like this place, it used to be my #1 dispensary!).
What led me to conduct this was simple really, ever since it changed ownership and became part of a massive company conglomerate approximately 6 months ago, I noticed that they were always out of their aEURoevalue shelfaEUR flower. And I’m not talking about getting there at 6pm and finding out, this is minutes after opening mind you, as well as only 15 minutes after they went live with there web announcement that day. So I thought, why not actually do an honest test instead of just assuming they were trying to just get people through the door, in an effort to gain monetarily through deception. I drew at random 4 days over the span of about 30 days, of which to specifically go in as soon as they opened, and inquire about their daily discounted eighths. And to my astonishment, not once did they ever have it aEURoein-stockaEUR…
On top of that, their prices have shot way up, except for little treasures like the Jamyn edibles for $10. They are incredibly rush rush, and half of them have zero product knowledge. The turnover rate since being bought out is another annoyance. It’s nice to build some rapport with people. The product itself is great! But you can get the same stuff at half the price just about everywhere else….and without the attitude!
I went back in to ACS for the first time in a while, won’t make that mistake again. I found way too many seeds in the Lemon OG and in the Bubba Kush. Of course, letting the stuff go to seed trashed the quality and flavor of the smoke. I could live with it, at $300 per 1/4 pound but not at the prices the dispensaries charge. Places like this are making me reconsider even having an MMJ card, charging outrageous prices for common street weed and getting pissed if you question the quality or price. Funny thing is, I got some of the best smoke I’ve seen lately from here, but it was grown by someone else, someone good at it.
Love this shop, but I’m not a fan of the new acrylic boxes for wax.
I’ve been to over a dozen clubs, dispensaries, and co-ops and I gotta say the only one I keep coming back to is AZCS. Their smoke is always really damn good, and I mean from their budget strains on up. Their bud-tender Brian is super friendly and really knowledgeable (I pretty much always have questions, I gotta stay up on strains haha). They always make me feel not just relaxed and safe, but seriously welcome. Since they’re a little far from me it’s a once a week thing for me, but damn do they make that weekly trip worth it’
5 stars is only so this review will post. 2 stars across the board is reality uneducated unfriendly budtenders seeded meds and overpriced concentrates is what you can expect from this store. I was disappointed with everything I got there and I spent alot of hard earned money! I was offered free meds for a good review on leafly so I gave 5 stars but I told the truth lets see if I still get my free gram for my review if I ever go back.

Cool staff, love the view of the grow, feels like a very warm and welcoming head shop on roids once you get past the front room. They have some of the best prices in the valley, and they had a couple pretty neat and lesser known strains that really pack a punch. Love their buds they grow themselves, super fresh. Snowcap is some serious sativa! The Lady Burn shatter the budtender recommended is possibly the best shatter I’ve ever had. Not even the slightest hint of butane, super stony and with a nice taste. Definitely one of the Valley’s must-visit dispensaries!
I have only been here twice, the first time I felt rushed and like a bother and the second time I went for the special they were having, and when I got home I realized I was charged full price. I called and left a message asking for someone to call me and nothing. Good flower, bad customer service. I am torn whether or not to come back since there are closer places to me that are more customer oriented

Watch what you are being sold. Some things are very reasonable, like the mohave shatters. Bud is prepackaged like most. They have high end shatter but the prices are more recreational than medicinal for those. Try and figure out what you want before you go in, you be glad. Call ahead as the menu is not always up to date.
I have to say my first experience at this dispensary was good. I live in Wickenburg so being able to call ahead is great! The Gorilla Glue flower was very medicinal and effective. I am visiting this location again tomorrow.

Went for a wax Wednesday special and bought 3.5 grams of wax and was not happy. Looked completely different then what was on there shelves. Wax was not purged long enough, strains crazy train/ napalm Og/ Tahoe express/ and last silver haze which was the only good wax out of the bunch, it had a really smooth hit and looked like good sugar/crumble wax. The napalm/Tahoe/crazy train were all miss leading and very soupy. Half of the wax was left on the paper and had BHO stains through the parchment paper. I did go in and make a complaint but they told me the wax was made by another place and they would “get me next time”. And that I should “buy more expensive” product. This definitely wasn’t my first visit.

The ace of spades shatter is fire very surprised that the dispensaries actually supply high quality bho. All the other strains looked great. Just hope to see the price go down a little considering Washington has top quality shatter as low as 20 a gram at dispensaries such as EGPN. And I just feel that they could do lower then 50 a half gram of dewaxed and still charge double what it cost to make when you consider these guys grow it from seed to shatter so shouldn’t be too much over head like someone paying 800-1000 a qp of good flower. Overall very happy to see good shatter in a local dispensary.

Great location for the west valley and honestly, the best prices regularly. they keep some steady strains on hand and have an expanded selection every time I come in. i am a regular and was in today 8/31 around 10 am. you were out of 2 different edibles i tried to buy but yet were still on display which wouldnt have been an issue had the young woman helping not been so rude. She was irritated with me that i didnt know what i wanted as soon as i was told they couldnt sell me the brownies and was rushing me and my friend put of the back. I will continue to visit Azcs as i have never had any sort of problem with anyone else but i will refuse to be assisted by said unpleasant person in the future

Way over priced on there concentrates
It’s been 4 days since I lasted visited AZCS and I Just wanted to give a shout out to Arizona cannabis society for having the best waxmarijuana concentrate I have yet had from a dispensary. At first I thought the price was high but after price checking around it average during Specials/Deals and for the top Quality it’s totally worth the cost. Highly recommended going expecally on discount days to Save $10off 1/2 gram to $20 off a full gram they also have affordable everyday BHO wax that is very good. Well this used to be my main goto spot. Today sadly that has changed. I ordered online for the first time since they no longer offer the discount for phone orders. When I picked up my order I had some left over cash so asked for 2 pre rolls. I get home and open the pre rolls to find one of them was so small it had more paper mouth piece than it did medication. Too many things have changed and/or been taken away and now skimping on pre rolls. Time to shop closer to home.

ive been coming here for almost 2 years now. i have nothing but good things to say about the product. and the service from most of the people here at azcs is exceptional, truly FOR THE PATIENTS. im writing today because i have an issue with one girl there.. the little mexican girl is really a witch with a capital B. usually when I see her in there working now I turn around and walk away.. she is sooo mad at the world or her own life that she make the entire experience for me really unpleasant. she makes me hate going there. I was hoping the other girls were being hired to phase her out cause they are awesome, speaking of the blonde and the tattooed brunette. I’ve seen other “bad” reviews that talk about this Mexican chick and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day or week, but shit its been months now and she has the same cold bad attitude. PLEASE GET HER AWAY FROM THE PATIENTS. SHE IS SCARING PEOPLE AWAY 🙁

I went here and bought a gram of Purple Kryptonite and there was a huge stem in the center equal to about 1 third of the gram, I went back and told them and all I got was an explanation that it was a denser than other strains, I bearly got 2 joints out of it. I have bought this strain at another dispensary and was able to get 3 joints, which is what I normally got from a gram. Apparently they don’t care about their reputation because they would have wanted to do everything they could to make me happy. I would have been happy if they even gave me a lesser amount to keep me coming back. Long and short of it is I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK there

They really lost their touch over the past few years, their flower is good, but concentrate users BEWARE, very high priced for mediocre wax. Other dispensaries want $35 for what they demand $50 for. Atmosphere is superb, flower? Idk don’t use it. Wax? Lower your prices, your wax isn’t that great.
The GDP was out of this world. Large selection of flowers, edibles, and other products. The kiss of cannabis chap stick works really well on my lips can’t wait to go back for the lotions!
They must give out freebies for reviews…This place grows their flower onsite which would be okay if the plants didn’t soak up the smell of the facility. You can taste it and I know I am not the ONLY one. I’ve tried many times but not going back.
I went last summer back and they recommended Blue Haze based on what I told them I was looking for. To this day it is my favorite strain but have not seen it available here in a while now. So I bought it at 2 other dispensaries and it doesn’t even compare to the one here. Can’t wait until you guys have it again. I will be stocking up.
Also, while looking for something in my drawer I found some of the Blue Haze I bought here, it was a year old already. I smoked it & I swear it was still as good as when i bought.

Let me be clear…I gave 1 star on quality, not because it’s not potent, but potency is not worth $400. I think you’re the only Dispensary that still sells $400 Z’s. There’s one that sells $320 Z’s that’s much better than yours and they’re overpriced. Won’t ever go back and definitely NOT recommend to anyone unless Top Shelf Bud drops below $250 @ Oz. Get with the program like most of the other Valley dispensaries are doing. Specials don’t make up for it either when there’s at least 15 other places under $250 every day.#rip-off

Been coming here on and off for 3 months. At first really liked it but then the last several times the service is HORRIBLE! The chick that works there has a major attitude and VERY unhelpful! Will not go back now because of her crappy customer/patient service. To me I would rather drive somewhere more inconvenient just not to have to deal with her. Also have had better meds else where. No longer impressed and very disappointed.

Still my favorite dispense in the west valley, but their change of hours is killing me. They don’t open early enough to go before work and by the time I get off work it’s 40-50 minutes before they close. Every time I come in the evening right before close they have a group of customers trying to get in before they close. They could avoid this long wait and overflow of customers by going back to their original 8pm close time. I don’t want to go to other dispensaries but sometimes I’m forced to with the new hours. Either way they have some of the best quality buds for a fair price and always have good deal on concentrates.
I think they have the best medication in Az and its nice having deals. Would recommend a friend.

This would be a follow up on my reveiw a bit earlier. After inspecting the products I got. an 8th of flower, and 2 brownies. the flower was fine. the brownies however appear to be 3 to 6 months old. I took a bite and got suspicious. So I started to read the packaging. there are 2 harvest or batch dates. one 6 months ago and one 3 months ago. it has an expiration date of Feb. but that would mean it has a 6 to 9 month self life? Idk. I’m not going to eat them though. Super disappointed. I don’t like leaving bad reviews.

Flowers do not seem top shelf and are way overpriced for quality… Concentrates are not worth the high donation. they don’t have what the leafly menu says they do… Very friendly staff and nice clean environment though.

I’ve been to a few dispensaries here on the west side, and this one is — by far — the best. The live resin extracts here have been delicious. They always have a great selection. And their deals keep their prices competitive. I recommend the Highern Chef brand chocolate bars made in-house, the RSO extract is nicely potent, but the concentrates are the reasons to keep coming back.

As dispensaries go, this one is pretty much like all the others – prepackaged medication (for who knows how long) and overpriced pre-rolls.
I prefer my medication to be measured out in front of me on a scale, out of the jar they are selling it from…i.e. fresh medication. Also the measurements are literal, no accounting for stems, which equates to ripping people off.
Not a bad place, just not a good one. I wont be coming back. Thanks for the free pre-roll though.

When I first came here I really liked their products then I came again and the lady gave me the wrong bud. one of the managers hooked it up w 2 prerolls, however I had a total of 4 prerolls of so called skywalker None of them were any good or could burn. I took them back and another guy only wanted me to get a 8 $ gram with a purchase… sad to say I didn’t wanna make a purchase to he disappointed again.
They consistently have the best flour over all from my experience they’re just a little bit more expensive but for me living way-out West I’m paying for that convenience these guys extremely knowledgeable and helpful people it’s a great environment I definitely recommend

Chill atmosphere but they managed to screw up my FTP deal. I went once and from that one trip their POS system shows me returning twice on the same day (at times I can prove I was elsewhere) and tried not to honor the deal. Whatever went wrong with their POS sytem needs to be fixed. Won’t be back.

FAKE REVIEWS!!! This place has sadly turned into a aEURoehas beenaEUR over the last year or so. I’ve been coming here since they first opened their doors, and at one time, they were hands down the best dispensary in AZ. Fast forward 5 years and now day the quality of medication is an absolute joke, as well as the service. Bud tenders will lie to your face and tell you a certain strain is good just to get product off shelves. They will also mock you in front of your face as if it will go un-noticed? Completely unprofessional & disrespectful. As goes for the medication, there is no medicating when you smoke any strain they carry. Complete waste of money. The wax is mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY
My budtender was very UN informative I could not even get any answers about the strains I picked out. On top of that I get home to find out that its DRY, and its been trimmed by someone who went blind.

I’ve been to this dispensary 3 times now. The first time was ok, the second time I was unimpressed with the underwhelming enthusiasm for explaining a strain and its effects. This last time though, was by far the worst. I asked specifically about a strain that was on sale, I was told the parent strains, and then he stood there, listening and talking to a different patient. This continued the whole time I was in, he could barely work with me, and seemed more interested in everyone else’s conversation then assisting me with my purchase. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. I’m a bud tender at a different dispensary in the state and I’d never treat my patients like they treated me here. How they won best of in the 710 chronicles is beyond me. Only upside was the one strain, but I’m sure I can find it elsewhere.

I have loved their Purple Kryptonite. last time I went in their online menu didn’t match what they had in store. Also the wax I got was crap. tastelss, murky (wasn’t purged properly) and had NO strength. Still one of the higher priced dispensaries in the valley. really dissappointing.

I live up in Prescott but I drive my Mom down to El Mirage on a fairly regular basis right near this dispensary. I figured I’d check it out since I had heard good things about their product from a couple others. I was greeted immediately even though the place was busy and the communication from start to finish was how it’s supposed to be but only stands out because of how rare that is nowadays. It really is a great facility and when you go back to the budtenders the first thing you notice is the big view window overlooking their grow area and tenders working. Now I can’t speak for others on this issue but I once had my car washed twice just so I could see it go through again if you catch my drift. Super nice well-informed employees here with great product in the perfect atmosphere. Can’t ask for more than that. I like my local folks and will certainly continue to support them but this place is absolutely going to be a regular stop for me from now on! Check it out and tell ’em I sent ya… They’ll validate your parking if you do! 🙂

I went in to AZCS for the first time today and this place is beautiful. I was helped by a man who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately but he was nice enough to hook me up with a half gram of each kind of live resin for the price of one gram. The quality of this stuff is amazing will be back again for sure!

I’ve tried over 15 strains of flower, different waxs, & concentrates from azcs. Quality control needs better oversight regarding flower. Very disappointing they call this medical. Some top tier wax @ 80 gram has been good. Not sure its really superior to other mid grade wax. Just shop elsewhere and save the hassle folks.

This is my favorite dispensary out of the 9 I’ve visited , consistent high quality with completely reasonably prices …EXCEPT when it comes to their rosin ,they need to improve their technique because at the moment you might as well try dabbing a fresh nug ,there’s so much plant fats/misc that it burns black and almost smells burnt instead of aromatic ,it’s especially disappointing considering how low cost and easy it is to make rosin and they have it priced at $40 a half gram. That’s the only reason for 3 stars on quality ,everything else is great

I had a terrific first experience but only because I’m a cool dude ha, the place is a diamond in the rough almost literally, I traveled far and wide for a terrific special and stumbled upon gold! The place was not busy so my intake was quick, I enjoyed the posters and then I was met by 2 female bud tender’s always a plus, although one I thought was hot, initially I was not wowed by the eagerness to service, but I looked past the lady’s to the scenic view of the grow room it was amazing, again always a plus but I like to browse and ask questions, my questions were answered but I was not wowed, right so I keep browsing went from looking at flowers to browse a nice edible selection and then like a glow I saw the 420 hot sauce, at that moment i was sold and I told them what i wanted and pulled out my cash, all of a sudden there was a buzz, so i bought 1.5oz of flower($320 on sale) and the $30 hot sauce bottle, all of sudden they were sweet, lol I did get 10%off f.t.p.s but I felt like another sale by the end but I’ll be back for the specials and the scenic bud view.

Bad meds. Being sold junk labeled as meds = 1 star across the board. Gross additives leave lingering taste (in attempt to add lemon smell to commercially grown buds). I bought a cheese labeled NYCD because it didnt smell like additive, but I can taste it anyways. It is that Shiela strain for those who know. Nothing to do with diesel genetics. Vapers have it hard in this city,as do all real medical patients seeking respiratory therapy ; all this production level commercial grade, fake smelling rec weed is ruff on the lungs and provides none of the therapy i seek from Cannabis.

We all know that a sour og for example from a different batch or dispensary can swing wildly in quality. In these times you need the numbers (%). I won’t go to a dispensary that doesn’t post the %’s. This is my favorite shops in the whole valley. I do a lot of driving for work so I have been to countless shops and this by far is my favorite. Yours always in and out but never rushed. Best prices on wax Wednesdays and the best wax around. Luckily for me this is down the street from my house, but I would recommend making the extra drive for the better quality/price. Prices are always exact and reasonable and the specials are almost unbeatable to go anywhere else. I have been coming to this establishment for a long time and have mostly enjoyed the medicine I purchase. I walk in and 99% of the time there is a full lobby with calming Reggae music. The back has rock playing, or more reggae music. The most beautiful part about this place is that from the second I park my car, the earthy tones of freshly grown weed calms me from the inside out. The customer service, on the other hand, is always something I will not be sure of. I have some days where I will walk in and I am called to the back, educated about the flowers, concentrates, and edibles. I walk out happily spending more than I had originally intended. The Mexican Guy With Grey Hair and Mark are incredibly educated in all aspects of weed, how to dose, and medicate. Other days I go: I give my card to the pretty brunette, and take my seat. 5 minutes- to sometimes 30 minutes later my name is not just called back, but screamed at by a loud man with a raspy voice. When the door doesn’t open, I will be screamed at once again to “come on, PULL!!!! ON THE DOOR!” Once I get inside, the beautiful aroma of the dispensary flowers that are blooming is gone and replaced with the smell of chewing tobacco from a man in a backwards cap and nylon shorts. I have been argued with about which flowers, and which concentrates to choose from on more than one occasion. If I want a 50$ gram of concentrate because it is cheaper, I feel as though I should not be told it is a wrong decision; or a stupid one. I do not appreciate the rudeness I have encountered almost every time I have been helped by him. He should be thankful that I have been assisted by well – educated and polite people before him; otherwise, I would never return to this establishment again again. When I have previously asked this man about tinctures and balms; he responded with a lot of grumbling and “uhh you know what I mean… uhhhh you know what I mean”. I was rudely asked if I intended on buying one, and when I said no, I was questioned as to why I would even be bothering to waste his time with the questions. I love going to this establishment because I love to be educated. As of lately I am only being educated on the lucky days. I have also dealt with a similar problem similar to a hidden review about the credit card system. I don’t know if he was trying to find the lazy way out, but I was told “I don’t know how to work the swiper thing. You have to use the ATM”. Any time I am helped by Mark, I have swiped my card with no issue. If it is a conflict of not knowing how to use the debit card swiper, then he should be shown how. I just bring cash now, it seems easier for everyone. I will be making sure to call and see if Mark, or the guy with grey hair are there first before I make the haul to El Mirage.

This is my favorite dispensary I’ve ever been too. Even if you are short on cash at certain times they can provide 25$-35$ 1/8ths of Shake, and it’s quality. They know me, and are quick to suggest great Indica strains. GDP, Purple Kryptonite and Kosher Kush are exquisite and I won’t turn down an indica dominant hybrid if it manages pain, insomnia, eating disorders or over all mood enhancement. Information is always available. This facility is noteworthy.
Okay flower. Good wax — when they do have the premium top shelf dewaxed shatter. Otherwise, the $70 donations a gram for non dewaxed shatter is not worth it. They tried to mention that they have business overhead… But they’re the only dispensary out there. We all know these businesses are making tons of money. It’s insulting actually. I’ll take my business to where they’d appreciate it. Unfortunately, they will continue to overcharge and people will still pay. With a little research on Leafly you can find tons of other dispensaries with much better

Definitely the best dispensary I have been to in the valley. Their flower never disappoints and the prices are great. Try the hash caps! I’ve tried a bunch of other caps around the valley and none of them even come close. The Bud Tenders really know their stuff and treat you great. 5 stars is not enough for AZCS, more like 100:)

Started coming here when they firsted opened, they had such great prices at the time. They said they would ALWAYS beat everyone’s prices ($250 Oz of GSC) but now (2 years later) there cheap cheesy buds are $250-300. Outrageous prices, wish they would go back to the way they were!!
me and my brother in law are regulars at azcs, hell I’d say we practically live there.I’ve always had the best service from them that is until this morning. the lady who opened this morning was not only pretentious but towards the end of sale(the most important part for the buisness) we find they are out of stock on an item, we were instructed to choose another but they were out of stock on that as well. I have no issue with a thriving business running low on product it simply means they are doing good for themselves but when she looked at my brother, irritated and rushing she told him ” ok well hurry up because we are being slammed” I find this very rude disrespectful. I’ve managed many places that rely on good friendly customer service regardless of the days tempo and she caved at the beginning of the day… not good for business . I won’t let this experience stop me from going to enjoy their top quality medication but keep in mind I live just as far from your competition if you wish to keep my service I ask that this issue be address. first time in here and let me tell you….. IT WAS AWESOME!! got some KK shatter, MK shatter, kk wax and some yummy flowers, great meds at amazing donations, great friendly people with a true caring nature for their patients and their knowledge of cannabis and its uses.
First time visiting finally! 3 of us all went in on Saturday the 5th of July and got a nice sample pack and a brownie. Great flowers, I couldn’t eat the brownie, as I am diabetic. I would recommend this place, wish I could have tried the wax.

I had to do a second review once I tried the Online Ordering system from AZCS. I always have a weird time going into any dispensary- newbie thing I think- But when I was turned onto the online ordering by the budtender, I was kinda stoked. I decided to try it since I am the kind of girl who doesn’t need to shop- I know what I want. I placed my order, and after about 45 minutes I arrived at the dispensary. My meds were ready for me, and it was SO much easier to deal with when you know what you want. The 5% online discount is awesome, and I am also a Veteran, so I put that in the comment box to get my Vets discount. I am SO HAPPY with this type of service. Kudos AZCS. Thanks for making me happy again. 🙂

This place is a joke, a real garbage pail of a dispensary. The dry low potency trash flower and the soupy black oil is so disappointing.
I Drove 45 mins under the impression that it was all 8$ grams and 27$ 1/8ths,because of the new times add i saw for January addition,There was very little to pick from in the price rang i wanted and the rest of there pot was almost street prices…Wasn’t very impressed wouldn’t recommend making the trip.If they chose to put another add out in New Times you shouldn’t word it like there last one.
Literally pulled over to write this review… everytime I drive in for the ounce specials they are out of the strains I drove in for… everytime they tell me to monitor the menu and specials page as they say they update it regularly. I walked out and checked the menu again(no update removing sold strains) it would be nice if you actually updated it… customer lost.. bud quality is poor on all but 4/5 strains. very poorly manicured and not died properly or completely… plan on losing a few grams due to moisture and excess leaf

I absolutely loved my first visit here. The two women who were working when I went in were very nice and knowledgeable. I’d say the best part about this dispensary, besides its great prices and convenient location is the gorgeous view of their harvest they have. I haven’t ever been to a dispensary where I can see what they’re growing. I will definitely be returning and I suggest if you haven’t tried Arizona Cannabis out, that you should.

Great prices. I love how the wait is never to long. I was kinda iffy about that Captain Kirk but lemmie tell you. It’s a nice smooth strain. Smells sweet but the taste isn’t to sweet. It’s a great body high. Helped my muscle spasms.

tried this place after avoiding for a few months. it was easy to rember why I stopped coming here. quality of the flower is suspect, and the packaging sucks leaving everything crispy dry.
my main issue comes with the guy behind the counter. not freindly in the slightest, and acts like your waisting his time unless you buy an oz+. really reminds me of a guy you used to obtain meds from before it was legal. so ill continue taking my business elsewhere

Long waits and dried out old meds, Ive bought quite a few times from them and in a day its dried out after being out of their jars. The staff knows very little about the strain attributes and at times can be quite rude. Not sure about how they have so many full blown 5 star reviews, I think their staff writes their own reviews in their spare time.
the meds look nice… however the atmosphere and service was not impressive at all… there are 5 other dispensaries I would go to first for flower even if these guys were closer I would rather drive out to Youngstown and get better prices and friendly service… I came here for a good selection of wax and was sorely disappointed because they didn’t have ANY of the advertised wax, shatters, or crumbles and I was stuck getting one I didn’t have a chance to research and was not thrilled with…. also nothing really special done for new patients… I called ahead to ask their new patient special and was told 20% off and when I got to check out he said it was only 10% and was rather rude about it… Not impressed. Honestly the worst flower I have gotten in a long time was from this place. Looked good in the bag but had little to no effects and the taste was also a huge letdown. The concentrate was the thing I enjoyed here but is way overpriced compared to elsewhere.

I have been going to this dispensary on a weekly basis since 2014. They would have the best flower for the best prices in the valley. Every time I visited another dispensary I would say to myself, I wish I went to AZ Cannabis Society instead. Unfortunately, At some point over the last year they changed ownership and the quality of the flower has dipped below acceptable levels. They get their better flower by outsourcing, sold midgrade bud for Private Reserve pricing and they no longer “know” the quality or strength of the bud. I typically look for THC at 20% or higher and the Budtenders cannot tell me which flower is “smoking good” or at the minimum standard of THC that I expect. Most often I feel like I’ve wasted my money for low grade stuff. The look of the store is great, the concentrates are ok and pricing has got better over the last few weeks but they need to get a grip on the flower game. I would stay clear from any home grown flower they harvest and the Ounces are no where near the quality they used to be. With the harvests this season being reported as a strong crop I expect this to change naturally for as long as the good crop is here but I do not have hope for their own grow operations. Please find ways to improve this part of your business

This place is pretty awesome and does not deserve to be lumped in the same category as that side of prop. 203. I’ve been here a few times. And I hate to say it, but every visit has been disappointing. The people are wonderful, but the quality of meds is lacking. The preview buds are always GREAT! They are fresh, smell great, fluffy etc. But the meds you take home are dry, and leave you disappointed. Not to mention the pricing here is a little ridiculous for the less than great quality of meds. I would like to come back, but not at this rate.
Bud tender was completely unprofessional after buying some concentrates from this garbage dispensary tasted like gas butane…don’t waste your time or money here..told the place and just with a plain smile as of we just ripped you off!!!!

This place never has weed or the special they advertise. I tried to give them a chance but Im done, I went in on sunday 100 ounce day said they where not honoring it again wow. Then the girl has the nerve to tell me In can pay 200 for the same shit wow. No weed no edibles here and when they do it is garbage weed that taste like pesticides buyer beware lots of way better places with inventory dont waste your time here.

Came here twice and hated both times I came in. On my first visit there was only one guy there and you could tell he had a major attitude, he told me about my first time patient deal and then just said ask if I need to know about something and then just sat back and watched me look over the shelves with a very awkward silence in the room. Next time I came in 3 people were working and damn does it seem like they just have it miserable. More attitude as soon as I asked how much an 1/8th was and told me they only sell by the gram and the guy looked at me as if I were an idiot, then tried doing the math in his head. If you guys are gunna stay open until 10 o’clock at night, make sure your staff isn’t making it seem like we are an inconvenience for them. Never coming back to even get my last $50 for being a FTP

They changed their New Patient special to being 3 different instances of “Spend $50 get $50” but they will not honor it for returning patients who received their previous New Patient special before they revamped their store. (which was one instance of spend $50 get $50, a returning patient should benefit twice more)
I went to this dispensary 100s of times over the past couple years, guess I won’t be going any more since someone who has never been would get three times the free stuff that I did. It might seem petty but there is a dispensary every couple of miles now-a-days so it’s a buyer’s market. Good luck AZCS!

Ditto! Clean, spacious, quality meds, great prices, professional and friendly. Well worth the drive especially for me, I drove an hour from Fountain Hills! There is a dispensary here now (opened this week) with some of the same meds but they are are double the price before tax! Im on a budget and ACS has quality meds for prices we patients can afford especially for a state licensed dispensary!! I will definitely be making the trip again!

Once again for the 5th time now my SIMPLE order was messed up. I asked for 2 grams of distillate and the bogo was going to be the same strains. I got these strains because I know it helps me medically. Well when I got home I got one of each strain. i got 2 grams of distillate I didn’t order and that I didn’t want. Plus on top of that I called to get my order fixed and no one answered the phone. IT WASN’T EVEN PACKED AND IT’S ONLY 655!!! YOU CLOSE AT 8. I want this fixed. It’s not right that this isn’t the first time. You guys keep screwing my order wrong.

I am not sure about this place. I let them know that I am a marijuana connoisseur and I take my flowers very very seriously. I briefly explain that I was balling on a budget but at the same time I wanted to taste around the dispensary and one of the flowers was so disgustingly nasty didn’t even taste good and I just quit smoking it halfway through the second literally I’m going to let those buds turn into shake and my grinder and hopefully Keith but dude I am so disappointed that your guys suggestion was so much garbage. Good call on the purple crip but honestly when I called to report the issue to you guys nobody on the phone with me seriously and that will honestly probably be why I don’t come back. the people answering your phones should be doing patient saves when a patient calls with a problem, they shouldn’t let the patient just go with the wind because you guys are going to lose a lot of business like that.

Just came back from a few months work in Cali and had to stop off to see my favorite BT’s. Placed an online order (messed it up the first time, all me, sorry guys) and went in. Everything is all updated and new. Still all the same wonderful people I have come to know through the years, and the meds are top notch, as always. Had some of the Fruit Spirit and Dr Who, both were incredible and the prices cannot be beat! I love you guys! Thank you for everything you do!

nice little place and friendly staff. the Tangerine Dream here is absolutely AMAZING! It’s a little bit of a drive but worth it! Stopped in for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Tried a few of their concentrates. The Secret Sour was nice and stable, had decent flavor, but for $55+ tax I felt it was not worth the money. The “everyday special” wax that I tried was horrible, tasted like old trim and was just garbage. Dark brown and sappy. The staff was friendly, people were in and out quickly, but the quality of the concentrates was just not what I was expecting for the prices. Hopefully we get closer to CA’s prices eventually.
I like that you can see the plants behind the bud tenders. I don’t like when I go to get an advertised ounce(s) and it’s popcorn buds not advertised as such.

So I made my first ever MMJ purchase here last night, I’m glad they are open later so I would come here again if I needed meds between 7-8. The atmosphere is very relaxed and aesthetically pleasing, and you can preview the grow room. The woman who served me wasn’t exactly as helpful as I was hoping for a first time visit, I tried asking questions and got short, quick answers, not even a smile. I purchased an eighth of LA confidential and was extremely satisfied by the quality of the meds. I definitely want to try other dispensaries before I return here.

AZCS does not care about there long time patients and/or keeping them!!! It’s quality/loyalty not quantity! I have given AZCS many chances and spoke with different MOD (managers on duty) within the last 3-4 yrs about various, sometimes same problems/issues, and they still cannot get business ethic/consistency rite!!! There are many other dispensaries that will accommodate and service patients like they should be treated and have just as good/same quality products for cheaper too. I’m in the medical field and would not recommend this dispensary to any of my clients anymore due to inconsistency and lake of compassion for patients! Bud tender, Chris, is the only manger @AZCS that actually cares about fixing discrepancies and/or accommodating unsatisfied patients. Thanku Chris for ur understanding and compassion. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere until mayb AZCS starts getting/making it rite!

I honestly don’t know where to begin! I’ve been following AZCS online on various websites for a few months and drooling over the pictures of their medicine, but living over an hour away with a busy schedule and a little one made it hard to find time to make the trip. Well this past weekend I finally had a day off and headed out there, and my mind has been blown ever since. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman (sorry I forgot all your names, I’ll be better next time!) and checked into the waiting area. I had great conversation with him as well as the other waiting patients, and it made for an enjoyable wait. Upon being let into the dispensing room, I fell in love. Not only could I see the medicine I was about to purchase, there was another gentleman right next to the display case trimming, as well as a window to view their current grow! Hands down one of the greatest ideas in my opinion. The bud tender who helped me was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. After checking out several strains I went with the Purple Kryptonite, obviously, and the Pineapple. The Purple Kryptonite is reason enough to drive from anywhere in the state, it’s such a phenomenal and well-rounded strain! The Pineapple is also top-notch, literally smells like fresh cut pineapple when you break it open and it’s very tasty. The bud tender even tossed in a free pre-roll and offered one for every trip since I live so far. So not only is this place about quality, the compassion is second to none! I can’t rave enough about AZCS, they are simply “doing it right”. Regardless of the 2+ hour round trip to make it here, this will no doubt be a bi-weekly stop for me. The quality, compassion, and atmosphere make it all worth it!

FTP deal is 10% off order, and you can combine with daily specials. I snagged the 2/$24 and was very pleased with the Sour Kush as well as their Jack Herer. Nice sweet fresh nugs, citrusy and actually some of the better quality medicine I’ve seen in some time.

My first visit to Az Cannabis Society was disappointing but I thought it might be a fluke so I gave them another chance. My second visit was worse than the first. The girl behind the counter seemed to have no knowledge of their product and absolutely no concern at all for their patients. When I asked her about the strains they had on sale that day she told me “well, some people prefer price over quality”. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Overall I made the trip based on what a friend said. I have to say the place is pretty awesome all the buds look great! I like the view of the crops. My one and only complaint is that all the strains grown there smell the exact same. They don’t have there own distinct smell. I found this to be a bit of a turn off. I ended up picking a strain that smelled unlike the rest and I come to find out it was from another dispensary. Idk why this is, but it sucks. Purps should have a scent of purps and anything og should well you know…

Their Skywalker OG wax is the best tasting smoke I have had so far! It is sweet with hints of starburst and fruit roll ups.
The meds looked and smelled great. My only qualm is that they were a bit dry and the harvest date was 3 months prior. But they still had good effect.
I frequent AZCS for their amazing Kosha Kush. I love my Kosha. There is an adorable tattooed girl that works there, Dana, and she is incredibly helpful with all my Kosha needs. As my 4th visit today I can say I’m kinda disappointed with the herbs I received. I got an 8th of Lake of Fire and an 8th of Charlies Dream. The dream really had no measurable high..but smells great. The Lake of Fire had a grassy smell but tasted sweet and somewhat nice. I usually receive some quality herbs… i.e. animal cookies,hells tahoe, blackberry x, do-si-dos, and even the space cake was descent. I hope the next visit is better and i could hope the customer service gets some polishing.

This place is my go to shop! Only specials that are actually worth anything. Went in for a couple g’s then walked out then got called back again cuz i put my card back in the slot cuz i forgot to buy butane, but when i got called back again i left the first bag with my girl in the lobby they kinda freaked. Some guy Had to walk out and speak to her, that guy crossed a major line, then had to tell me it looked bad lmao. Pay attention to what happens in your parking lot 1st guys #clueless (cant wait for recreational to occur) besides that this place has always been the best when it comes to specials. Menu is kinda never current but at least they are stocked most times. Check them out, most people i send there love it!!

I’ve been coming here for almost three years and I’ll tell you right now if you ever have any problems all you have to do is let them know, or ask questions ahead of time to prevent any problems. For example I only vaporize so they recommend denser moist meds for quality vape. Ask and you shall receive.

WOW! This dispensary is definitely a jaw dropper. Very professional appearance and everything I checked out looked top of the line. I only tried a half g of some blue dream shatter due to my budget but if I had a bigger budget, I would have spent it all at this place. The blue dream shatter I bought was as amazing as it looked. I love that you can see the grow-op thru the window when u get into the sales floor. Very impressive and my girlfriend is getting sick of me talking about it lol. Can’t wait to scratch up some more scrilla so I can go spend it all at this place and try all the beautiful flowers and concentrates. I felt like a little boy on xmas when i walked in. They have their own Chocolate Bar …a lot stronger than a Bang Bar. They still carry the Bang Bar as well, love the Cherry Chocolate by the way. Well I hope to see you there!

This was my first time using my medical card, I wish I could remember the girls name who helped me! She was super nice and wasn’t judgmental or annoyed by all my questions!
Their customer service over the phone was terrible. I called to ask about discounts (sorry I’m broke) and the operator was snide and didn’t seem to want to help me- no, I wasn’t asking for free stuff or trying to get a hook up. I don’t plan on walking in this dispensary because their customer service was subpar before I even get there.
Been here quite a few times, basically feeling out the place to see if I could come here permanently. Unfortunately, I cant part ways with some of my other favorite collectives around the valley. My biggest gripe here, is that literally everytime I buy, I get stemmy popcorn size nugs with a half ass trim in the baggie. But if I go elsewhere, I get gram size fat nugs that weigh 1.0-1.4 grams for the same price. Not so sure about the cure either, a little fresh I would say. Yes, the suggested donations are low, but the meds are commensurate for what you are paying for. I don’t like the wait sometimes people just will not stop talking when purchasing. My last purchase pretty much made me decide to never come back, good prices or not, I want med grade quality nugs, not popcorn for a donation of $3 less a gram, cmon guys, please work on the quality of what you are providing to patients, most of us used to grow and know what to expect

my first time going into the dispensary was pretty nice it was. there was a nice atmosphere all around music was playing and the receptionist was extremely kind and explain how everything work my first visit I got a few Edibles and they were amazing my second visit I came in and I bought their $89 an ounce of shake it wasn’t really shaky was more like popcorn nugs and the spice I thought it was quite amazing. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a dispensary to try out!

If you see purple kryptonite pick it up immediately. This is the only dispensary in the state of AZ that grows that strain and it is out of this world! Also, I just recently tried Charlie’s Dream and it has an amazing fruity aroma and taste, I would highly recommend that one as well. I bought an 80 dollar gram of wax from yall. Your were nice enough to make it 65 on “wax day”. I was expectin it to be tup city, your very careless staff recommended it saying it was the best. Got home and it was dark, not gold, huge dissapointment. And your staff continues to show me they don’t give a shit about anyone but them selves. 65 for a gram is WEAK WHEN WAX COST 1000 AN OZ AND that is getting ripped off

I appreciate the spacious accommodations The main entrance and the waiting area . On to the good stuff… My initial assessment walking into the salesroom floor was; this is beautiful! Plentiful variety of flower lots of special one off strains period my favorite out of any store are there display jars which have a much larger flip top tracks for terpene evaluation. Adittionally you can unscrew the cap quite easily to take a closer look. Finally, lighting is very important to me and this facility uses high contrast well lit lights that correctly and accurately display the flower examples. I looked at many different strains but for the most part I can say everything was definitely top notch grown. Sing the farm in action through the large display windows throughout this store is definitely a plus. I walked away purchasing Jack Herer, White Lightning and Double Tangy Banana as well as a gram of the moon ticks Which were at $25 a gram best price I’ve seen. I really appreciate the 1st time 10% off! I’ll definitely be making the drive back to your store.

This wasn’t the first time I was at this dispensary. Got an 8th of some concentrates and it was pretty hard getting it all off the wax paper, looked like sugar wax but that’s definitely not what it looked like when we were showed the example! Supposed to be about “Patients first” but when we bring up the issue were supposed to “buy more expensive stuff.” It’s not about the money….the worker must’ve been having a bad day from the start, who knows. Hope nobody else goes through this, enjoy your meds!

This place has some of the most sad customer service. I always usually like to pre-order if i generally know what i want. I hate having to wait and have had my card for a few years now so i know what im buying most of the time. Now they have a policy that if you ask a question that they feel is bud tending they tell you to come in and they can help you. I understand you don’t want to be on the phone all day helping clueless people make orders but they have some problems with making that a reality. First of all the menu hasn’t been updated in 2 days as of 9/3/17 at 10:00 am. So how can i make an order if i don’t even know what they have or don’t have. Second they strain information is just plain sad.. I just want to know if its a hybrid or sativa or indica is that too much to ask for?? so yah if you want to go in for bud tending this place has good quality and they tend to help but if ur a veteran and just want to make a quick pre-order drop in then it tends to be more hassle than its worth.. i mean you would think that updating your menu would be a priority i guess not over the weekend…..

This dispensary is pretty new. Less than a month old. So the inside is really plain and basic atm but I would assume this will be built up better once they have more people going through the door.
They had a good selection of meds. Some of the selections seem bettter than others but that is the same with any place. The ATF, Chocolope and kotton kandy krack looked fantastic.
I tried a gram of their hashplant haze and Jack Herer. They gave me 5 bucks off for my first visit so I walked out the door 15 bucks for both grams. Not bad at all. I think I will be back

Been coming here almost a yr. This store is the only dispensary anywhere near my house unfortunately. I have apparently done something wrong or something to offend because the last time I was in I did not get a warm reception. I don’t need warm, but dirty looks I could do without. I came in to purchase a particular strain. I was accidentally given the wrong strain and didn’t realize until after I had purchased it. I sent an email later that day asking if they had any stock left of what I had originally requested. No response. Combine that with the dirty looks and I suppose I should never come back here because I’m not welcome. That is very sad you were my closest dispensary. I am not impressed at the lack of professionalism and the lack of response to my email. Very disappointing
This is the first dispensary I have been to since getting my card and Anthony was great helping me understand all of the different products available to me there. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable people here! Thank you!
The place smells great when you walk. And i understand they grow their plants in soil. The product I have received was top notch. they have very clean shatters. worth the drive. Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff too!

Interesting how AZCS and Bryan started this out with relatively good intentions, only for it to devolve into taking advantage of patients. The prices here are so much higher than anywhere else in the valley. Lots of the meds I noticed are very old, dried, and lack punch. Their staff is usually rude and could care less, everytime I go in I get that vibe. The only thing you are doing by obtaining medication from here is making Bryans car payment on his luxury vehicle. I am sure that their sales are suffering from these business moves, and I will applaud the day us patients will be able to grow our own medication once again and free ourselves from the state dispensary monopoly this has become. AZCS, return to your roots and get with the program, or forever be forgotten. Que fake reviews to knock mine off in 3, 2, 1….

I’ve visited this establishment a couple of times, because their location is pretty convenient when I’m on the west side. On my first time it seemed like I waited just a little too long after completing my registration papers. Then on my second visit I felt a bit pressured to buy their most expensive product. Not a big deal in either case, especially compared to some other places around the metro area.

He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions. I really like that he mentioned the specials and good deals you offer since it was my first time there. Their Jack Herer was superb. Best strain for energy and daytime use. I’ve tried many and was very impressed. Let’s not forget the beautiful view of plants growing. I will definitely be back.

This is my second review. The quality of the meds and the pricing is still on point, nothing wrong about that. I am re-writing because of the customer service seems to just gone down hill. I cant ask questions without feeling like im “bothering” you. I have one specific person in mind that is the worst there, she acts like she hates answering my questions and when Im struggling to make a decision she is literally no help and she is the one to ring me up almost every time. When I walk in and get her, I just want to walk back out. This doesn’t go for every employee, some of you are seriously fantastic. Everything else, keep up the good work.

I would like to compliment the estanlishment in Elmirage AZ. We like the selection available and the many medical attributes necesaary to meet a true business evaluation. The vapor pen is a plus, no needles present. The strains are well developed. The erathen attributes to inspire those unable to eat and need to gain wt., might refelect upon our Living Karen Carpenter and the many unable to find any relief. Heres hoping on all sides.

Great flower and amazing shatter but I always contemplate going there because I feel everywhere else the workers are so much more friendly. I never enjoy the experience I have there. And to top it off for my birthday i went there to get me my birthday preroll which they didn’t even put in my bag. so I left with only the purchase they make you make to get the free birthday preroll. over all I’m just disappointed in the service.

I love the location, been here twice. Not usually in the area but stopped by to give them a chance- inside is amazing- particularly the window to the flowers. First time, I had an amazing woman take care of me. Second time, a new woman was there- she was rather rude and you could tell she was just barely trying to be nice because she had to. It made my visit very awkward and I felt rushed. After finally getting home I checked the gram I bought of one of the higher concentrates/wax- didn’t label or write it down so the name is lost to me but it was $80 (-$20 discount via today’s text). It weighed out to .97 completely removed from the wax paper. My scale is top notch with a very recent calibration for this very reason. As someone who has dealt with being shorted multiple times- mainly by street dealers before dispensaries were available but unfortunately this isn’t my first time by a dispensary. Trust me when I tell you to get a scale… the lamest excuse of “we must not have realized” was what the man on the other end had said. (Okay….) I don’t deal with this at a dispensary while purchasing MEDICATION… I feel like I was robbed. Can’t imagine how many people are shorted every day- nobody realizes that adds up as well in the end.. Negative for the patients and only positive for the “non-profits.” I paid for a full gram- I should get that and barely over if anything.
He requested I drive it back to exchange it… No… (For another shorted gram? Haha that’s a waste of more of my time and gas…) You lost my business and gained someone pretty influential to other current and future card holders. Will not return or recommend.

The meds I bought was short by .7 gram I know this wasn’t done on purpose but this is the downfall of pre package bud as it drys out you loose weight. You might want to add an extra .1 to each gram .3 to every 1/8th and an extra gram to every oz

This entire experience is a bit new to me although I am a long time friend of cannabis. This is my third dispensary in what I hope will be a visit to them all at least twice and from what I have seen so far ACS has the best prices in town. One thing they offer is cheese. If you don’t know what it is I’m not going to tell. Go find out for yourself. They also offer strains like snowcap that are very good for general consumption at reasonable price as well as high octane strains.
I love this place. My go to dispensary. the only thing i can say is the prices. I was talking with a few patients as we all waited. we all agreed that the prices are all way to high. I wish there was a dispensary in Arizona that could match those in other sates. With quality and value. If anyone could its AZCS, your guys are the best. KEEP IT UP !
