1. Prices are quite high compared to other dispensaries. One manager seems very aggravated toward employees and customers in general. I would recommend choosing a place with better atmosphere and selection.

2. The owner is a racist , homophobic period. After seeing his hate filled rant he should be ran out of business and has no right to be involved in the plant period.

3. Very informed and capable caregivers.
   I have recommended and will continue to. I learned a lot am very happy with the edibles and cbd oils.
   Haven’t tried the weeds but who knows in the future.
   Mind you I was not a fan of weed. ( thinking it was a bad thing, and was against the law.). I’m a fan now! dY~S

5. Canuvo operates out as one of multiple offices in a small Maine medical office center. Once the paperwork is filled out and checked, a dispensary staff member takes the patient into a smaller office to discuss options and products available.

   Prices were comparable with the other dispensary in Maine I have used (Wellness Connection of Maine), about $400 for 30 g/1 oz of dried bud, actual price varying by strain. Canuvo also has small quantities available to try.

   Canuvo only accepts cash in payment, so far as I could see.

   The one thing about Canuvo that worries me is that they require patients from outside Maine to provide an in-state address to sign up as patients. I think they are trying to protect themselves from problems with federal law, but may be exposing themselves and their patients to worse consequences if the federal government ever chooses to prosecute.

   Maine’s cannabis laws allow out-of-state patients to purchase cannabis if they have certificates from both their usual state of residence and from Maine. The law does not require that an out-of-state patient to be residing in Maine at the time.

6. Have been shopping here for over 2 years. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and non judgemental. Donations are reflective of the quality of cannabis.

Cannuvo has a great selection of strains always changing and plenty of edibles that work really good for sleep and long relaxing days I appreciate all the help they give as well if needed, it’s nice when u go into you’re own room it’s set up so you can see all available for that day .The strains I’ve tried have all been excellent .the staff is very nice and happy to help and I’d like to thank all the staff for all the hard work they do to help the patients that need the medicine and the good quality of bud they produce thank you very much Cannuvo staff and owner life has definitely been a lot nicer with the medicine available I’ve gotten help with sleeping eating and energy it’s absolutely fabulous having a natural medicine that works for any issue you have thank you earth ! 13. I drive past multiple caregivers and for an hour in order to get my medicine here. The staff take their time explaining products and are so welcoming. I love the private rooms for buying medicine too. I went to the Wellness Connection for a while first and coming here is like having a personal shopper versus going to Wal-mart and getting checked out with whatever random stuff they have.

15. Love this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Everybody is so nice that I’ve seriously spent 45 minutes there just talking to people. Good selection, pick-up option, online ordering, etc.

18. Canuvo is a great place. It’s located with plenty of ATMs and restaurants around. Going through the front door is very simply and systematic and it keeps things flowing. Once you sign in, you’re allowed into the dispensary where you can browse menus or just hop right into the fast lane room. 8 really like the fast lane room because if you already know what you want it a 2 minute process. What I don’t like is when you are in the fast lane or in the waiting room, waiting to make a purchase I always in a way feel somewhat rushed. Even if I’m not buying 10 strains, I want to be able to look at each strain individually. The bud tenders are always super nice and will pull each strain to show me, but with all the menu items you simply can’t investigate one thing to buy. If they had more products on open display, with pricing and a small description, they would have so much more of a commercial cash flow. So it sucks not having at least one of each product on open 24/7 display only. The product itself is pretty good. I like the new super “seedy” savers, which is packages of flower that are herms’ and produced seeds, bad for buisness but good for me, but hey it was discounted so maybe it wasn’t that bad. Other times I’ve had flower there I’m always happy, except one time I did find let’s just say “a contaminant” from a strain I had purchased HOWEVER this was a home grown strain, as well as the super seedy, so I can’t hold canuvo responsible for the bad strains sometimes, but they need to have a more strict intake buying policy from caregivers. In a dispensary you just can not, can not have any products that perform only as good as the unregulated product. All in all canuvo is fantastic, I go in about every other 2 days or so, get my 3 day supply, and I’m out. The staff is always always super friendly, and at a place like this like come on, they do a damn good job of being professional, 8 never have in inkling that someone on the job there is currently blitzed. Being a regular customer I really really NEED the price to go down

21. I am so thrilled by this place! My first time they took the time to explain everything to me so I understand and so the y could fit medicine to me. I have been in intense pain for years, taking all kinds of prescriptions, steroids, pain killers, muscle relaxers, sleep aids, etc. and I have stopped taking all of them. I am so happy, everyone is friendly and helpful, and are so knowledgeable.

23. I’ve visted Canuvo three times and all of my experiences have been very good. The staff all seem to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the medicine and they have a decent selection of strains. As an experienced user most of their edibles weren’t strong enough for my tolerance but their strongest three dose chocolate was more than enough for me to feel sufficiently medicated so I would definitely recommend trying one of those if you are looking for a stronger edible. I have spinal injury and chronic back pain so I’ve also tried their topical cream and found that it was effective in helping manage my back pain without the psychoactive effects and when combined with other forms of cannabis has been very helpful in treating my back pain. My only complaint would be that the prices were too high although they don’t seem to be much different from other dispensaries in the area. Grams cost between 14-16$ and eighths seemed to be between 40-50$ with 40$ being the strain of their weekly sale.

24. Excellent service. Everyone there pretty much knows you by name. Product quality is outstanding with many different strains. Each visit there’s usually a new menu that gives excellent information about each strain available. Waiting room can get a little cramped due to size, but if you pick your times appropriately (not so close to open or close), and you’ll be fine to get in and out quickly. If needed the staff will take as much time as you need to ensure you are getting the medicine you need!

25. Very helpful, I am new to dispensary buying because I always had a care giver. I like the calm atmosphere and the knowledge of the whole business. My care giver had recently become unreliable with recreational becoming legal. These guys are open 6 days a week and great hours. Very discreet, they have menus you can look at before you meet with a bud tender. Eatables are great and I love the tinctures. I feel so much better with their help. I just had the best night sleep ever.

26. The staff here are really nice and polite which accentuates the professional yet comfortable setting. They know their medication and welcome feedback regarding your experiences with them.

    I tend to favor tinctures over edibles and flowers. I experiment with new strains at times and have never been let down. The selection is vast and the quality is always there.

    You will not feel judged, rushed, or pressured at Canuvo. You will not feel taken or ripped off. You will not be misinformed or mislead. You will get the medication that you are seeking and some beautiful support to go along with it

30. these people are really knowledgeable – I came in at the age of 28 and had never smoked before, knew nothing about it, but my chronic pain had become unmanageable. MM had become my last option. they were patient with me, answered each and every stupid question i had and even answered it when I a second time!! I’ve been going to Canuvo for three years now and I’m a very happy customer – Sage and Karen and the rest of the staff are so incredibly caring and compassionate. your not just a number to them – they know you by first name after going once!! they have a big line of products, always something new! my favorites are the Cannacaps – liquid cannabis and coconut oil taken in a gel capsule, they work really great and no one else has them, that I’ve found anyway…

31. This was my first experience with a dispensary. From the beginning at Cannacare docs ( across the street) getting my card to getting my meds.
    The min. i walked in it was euphoric. I was in awe ( could very well be the fact of buying cannabis legally was also doing a number to my brain).
    I was here about two months and decided i would check out the other dispensary up the road a bit….what a mistake. I could not wait until my 30 days were up and i could run back home to Canuvo. I sent them a message and asked about coming back, and they were warm, inviting, and welcomed me back with open arms. I love this place.
    Now my review on the product side:
    1.) Like i said, this place is warm, inviting, and just a good family vibe.
    2.) The flower tends to be dry…( very dry)..this can be a turn off to some. And it does tend to burn up quick.
    3.) Strains can be good. But also a bit mundane. But don’t get it twisted. I’ve had some of the best strains in my life from here.
    4.) not much selection on products. Basic Flower, O’pen vape cartridges, a few edibles. But a decent selection of paraphernalia.
    Once again, all and all i love this place. This is my Flower home, and am blessed to have the customer service and family vibe they put out.

37. The budtender is so helpful with choosing the right strains for my ailments. She is an excellent source for information. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Although it is the only dispensary that I have been to, I found it to be excellent. I would definitely recommend it.
