1. Closest location for the Tri Cities. The wait to get in can be somewhat long. The system they have in place is pretty good. Get in, get a beeper when it’s your turn. Good selection but a very small room to view the product.

2. Great to have a store so near to the Tri Cities … But the flower selection was ok. Their top shelf looked good and had good %’s but the 1/8 I picked up I didn’t realize had been harvested 6 months ago so it was more on the dry side which I don’t care for. The edibles were good and I seen Magic Kitchen had been added to the menu which is a big PLUS! I hope in the near future they carry better flower like Phat Panda maybe?? And more vape cartridges.

3. Their supply of cartridges is almost non existent two choices is all they have …and I’m not sure who answers the phone but he has horrible customer services. The wait once you get there is nuts and the time we went there was some old lady going crazy cause she couldn’t bring in her dog.

6. What a poor experience. Went to Green2go for some Apple flavored clear. It mislabeled Apple but it was obviously Grape. I don’t know if Green2go is changing labels or if it came from distributor that way, but they have a policy no refunds no returns. Very disappointing since I paid for something I did not receive. They do not keep their menu up to date and the quality of flower is some of the worse I have seen. I think Green2go has gotten too big for their britches..anything for a buck, right? Definitely feels they are not in business for the right reasons. Will not be back.

18. THEY HAVE FLOWER FROM SOLSTICE!! I don’t care how long the wait is (side note: it’s not long at all between 9:45-10:45ish AM and early afternoons sometimes) as the only shop in the valley to carry both SOLSTICE any wait is worth it. Seriously, I would wait in the pouring down rain for flower from this grower, it’s just that good.

    Keep it up G2G!! You guys continue to improve the shops atmosphere while making sure you always have the dankest flower in the valley. Once you expand the shop and cut the wait times I don’t think there’d be a reason to go anywhere else in the valley.

26. The best experience I’ve had hands down in any dispensary and I’ve been in a lot of them. All around Seattle and the altitude in Prosser. But Green2Go is number 1! Every time I’ve gone in, Candie has been my budtender and I can’t go to anyone else! She’s the best! Always knows the right information. She can figure out what I want with some simple questions. Not lie, she’s the best budtender I ever talked too. So friendly and kind and very informed. I keep going back since everyone is friendly! Best experience i had at a dispensary!!! 5 stars all day every day!

27. Being my first time very professional establishment. Fantastic atomoshpere. While your waiting you can pick and choose off their menu screen. Very busy but I was in and out less than 10 mins. Great service! Large selection.

I understand the law has changed but those changes do not take place until July of 2016…I guess I don’t understand why G2G made the choice to change now and leave loyal customers out in the cold instead of taking care of those customers the way you have always done until a little closer to the enactment of the new laws? What was the hurry? When I sent my designated provider out to the walk in to get something that was on the menu (and was still on the menu more than 24 hours after my DP found out you were out of the item-contrary to your response to my last review) and she got out there and you were out what was the deal with her being unable to call me and ask what she should get instead without having to go outside to call me. Is she expected to memorize what is available (since it is proven that we can’t trust the menu) and then go back in and try to figure out what I might want instead of what I had sent her to get? I hate to see what G2G has become and it’s terribly sad that you chose to hide behind a law that isn’t going to be enforced for 9 more months.

30. I love this place. I have ordered from all of the local places around here. And this is the ONLY place consistently with top self meds. Sure you will get lucky from time to time at the other places, but this place has been the one place i can go to and KNOW it’s going to be fire.

31. green2go.. well where do I start off? well first off their walk-in location is about five mins out of town but i can tell you its definitely worth it. They treat customers professionally and respectfully, you can tell its a friendly atmosphere. This spot has some of the best flower, concentrates, and edibles around and they will not dissapoint. The only thing i would like to see changed is the closing time but thats no big deal to me. I would recommend patients to this place and also my buddys because green2go is my go to place 🙂

33. The location may be a bit out of the way… but the drive is worth it! I was glad that there was a clean, professional atmosphere. I have been to shops in Seattle that were too crowded and carnival like for me to focus on what I was buying. I love your selection options, but wish you had tinctures. Staff was very well informed about the medical uses for each variety.

34. The wait did not used to be a big deal 20-45MIN WAIT TIMES-until I recently went into greentogo and decided to buy 1/2oz of some redmountain natural products Sakura rated at a 17.33 thc. This was the worste smoke I have had since I was 15 getting ripped off by older teens. I feel like I just got punked by a company that is supposed to test there quality. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING QUALITY.

36. The staff is helpful and the product is good! If you come when it’s busy, there can be a line out the door but they said they’re trying to get more registers up and running to get people through quickly. It’s nice to have a shop in the Tri-Cities, hopefully more to come!

38. These guys are consistently great, with quality product. Have used several of the other services in the area and as stated, G2G quality and consistency is far superior than the others. The only reason I did not rate with 5-Star service, (4 is great in my opinion) they do not offer any service retention incentives or return incentives (not much in the way of free-bees or return customer discounts, etc) but feel it evens out as you know you are going to get quality and on-time services, every time. Just don’t expect any discounts or BOGO or other repeat incentives.

    Nice selection of flowers and edibles. All are top notch in quality, as good as i have seen in seattle.

46. Good meds good prices. I have a super “high” standard for my meds and this is one of the few places in town that meet it. I demand the best flowers and usually get them here. They are not perfect though. I have gotten a few hay tasting strains here so I stick with only Fire bros now and am ALWAYS happy

Green 2 go is the best dispensery I have we’re gone through I tried to go through another AF last night and it was the biggest mistake ever they never showed up after fours hours of waiting I called green 2 go and they were here within an hour I love there customer service and there delivery people are the beat around I will never go anywhere else again for my flower. However even with the wait I would pick this place over Proccer or Walla Walla, I’ll be back, but with the winter coming I may not be into waiting in cold weather.. Again another great experience. had jillian as my vudtender and all her recomendations were great. got a gram of the gods gift shatter and the flavor of it was amazing!! grabed up some of the golden pineapple to and its also got some amazing flavor to it. will always recomend this place to friends and family. will be visiting again soon. cant wait for the app menu to be avaliable on android.

55. My first experience began with a very professionally dressed and courteous delivery man named Steve who was 4 minutes early and on point.

    He had a vast knowledge of all his product options, much of which I vetted here on Leafly. Didn’t skip a beat.

    I purchased a gram each of my four favorites from among his (plentiful!) options to sample. I will be adding them to my new Leafly journal in time, but for now I’ll just say that this is the best quality medicine/selection/service I have found in Eastern Washington.

    Oh. He also gave me a free friggin 1/8th for being a new patient. Can’t beat it.

56. Great people working there~ helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
    I tried the Happy Cat oil. it is packed conveniently in a plastic syringe for easy dispensing. Worked great. Quality of the oil is decent. Best for ingesting, too thick to vape. Try the Orange Sherbet.
    Also tried the Snoop’s Dream. As you would infer, it’s a very red-eye, hunger and cotton mouth inducer. Best be ready to sit down awhile.
    Blue fire: seemed a bit premature, not the grower’s best showing on this one. Don’t know if it was harvested early, or not cured out completely.??? Was very loose bud and not much resin. Produced short lived, mild head high. Has potential for greatness, though.
    Also, got a gram of Purple Diesel. My favorite, just the right amount of indica for the buzzy, euphoric feeling and pain relief. Tasty, dense, smelly and sticky. Just like any good purple.

    This was my first visit to this shop. She is under construction, adding a lounge area. Can’t wait for that! I sincerely hope you folks give this place a try. If I remember right she applied for the recreational sales licensing since our state (greedy pigs) is phasing out medical dispensaries. So, cross your fingers!

61. where do I begin … WORST experience in ANY shop I’ve ever visited on the entire west coast …Valentines Day… and you got ZERO 1/2 ounces… ZERO full ounces…
    only WAY overpriced boutique… little 1/8’s… this is Kennewick NOT Seattle …spend ….lot’s of $$$$ on signs telling you wher NOT to parlk…but NOT a single sign directing you where too park…enstead the door guy comes out yelling at folks… but still not directing traffic…just abusive… when asked about parking He’s response is WAY less than polite or healpful…
    additionally never heard of a shop requiring my to remove my hat so there camera’s can see me… seems stupid when EVERY employee is wearing a hat…as for the customer service…. NOT, no effort, no attempt , no apologies, no NOTHING…

63. This place has got great prices, and a huge menu. It’s kind of weird to sit in chairs in a line of strangers waiting to be called back into the other room. I can’t wait until they’re up and fully operational. Looks like they will be opening up the rest of the counters sometime soon. Madison is cheerful and very helpful. Had a great time talking with her. Hope to see her next time we are out that way…and we will be back.

64. WARNING** Make sure you look at what you are buying, before the bud tender puts it in the bag and staples it!!!!!! They riped me off!!!! I went in and asked for a specific “STRAIN” by a specific “COMPANY and BRAND” and I was given a cheaper brand that I do not like, with a way lower THC level… I spent $90 on crap pot!!!!! When I knew exactly what I wanted!!! When I called to try are explain the issue, and exchange the UNOPENED “flower” that I had just purchased not even 10 mins before, And I was told that they can’t exchange it… Im pissed!!!! I spend alot of money here and have been a tipping customers since this shop has opened!!!! I am also I licensed medical marijuana patient. I never want to give this place my money ever again!!!! They are sneaky and think people don’t know what they are buying or looking for, and they will give you the cheap pot, but still charge for the top shelf pot. So again, always ask to see the product 1st, so they don’t scam you too.

65. I called and introduced myself as a new patient and asked for an ounce. The woman I spoke to informed me that I needed to do some paperwork and become part of their collective to discuss anything further. I said, “Ok.” She proceeded to explain the process to me and because I couldn’t meet at my house, they agreed to meet me in public. The man who met me was EARLY! lol poor guy had to wait for me to show up while I ran to the ATM. After a friendly visit and some quick document scanning through his portable scanner and about 3 pages worth of signatures and dates, he handed over what I had mentioned I wanted when I had called. For the same price on the menu I was hoping they would match. Very quick and friendly transaction. As for the quality of the product, it’s not as condensed as I’m used to and it had some leaf to it but don’t let that determine your opinion of the product before you try it because it’s way better quality than I’ve had from two previous dispensaries. Thanks, I will be a repeat customer!

67. Wow. These guys have class. Here’s the only delivery service in the Tri-Cities with the integrity to do the right thing, no matter what. I hear people complaining that G2G “raised their prices,” when in fact, all they’re doing is charging the tax required by the State of Washington. I’ve been to a few Benton County, Richland, and West Richland counsel meetings that discussed marijuana in our community, and at every one, G2G reps were there, speaking for their patients. No other delivery services were present. It’s obvious they’re far more in touch with the community AND political process than any other service in the TC area. Bravo Green2Go. You are, and forever will be, my Go 2 place for Green. #g2g4life

70. First time there a couple Sundays ago, late night. Seems like a nice place with nice staff. The line was smooth. Our “budtender” Jason was very nice. Hooked my girl up with some smokable pot that she seems to enjoy. But I got some green tea for $40 bucks (after a veteran’s discount which is cool of them) that hasn’t had any affect on me what-so-ever. I’ve tried making it all sorts of ways with/without different creamers/fatty milks and I don’t feel a thing, though he said it would get me high. Basically a waste of 45 bucks. So I’m either impervious to THC or it was a bad batch, OR it’s a bad product. So yeah, next time I’ll ask for the strongest non-smokable stuff they have I guess and not tea. And if it doesn’t work, I guess I just won’t buy there anymore.

    Now you raise prices to $65+ for 3.5 grams – ridiculous man! How are those long lines treating you? Can’t wait for new stores – I will drive out of town before buying from your store again.

89. Great experience both times I’ve been in. Super friendly staff that was very helpful. They seem to have right idea- trying to compete with black market instead of price gouging. Prices aren’t quite there yet and selection is limited but after a couple months of built up profits, illegal tri city drug dealers might have to move to prosser or go out of business.

95. Love the new bigger store! Always treated well by all the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly and like enjoying laughs with us while we shop. We always leave a little happier than when we arrived! Frosted strawberry pre rolls were amazing!

Paying $40 for a cartridge that breaks after hitting it a few times but over the 48 hr return time is fucking ridiculous. Can’t exchange or get a refund so I’m stuck with a useless piece of crap. 104. This location has multiple problems .
     first would be there parking lot. the whole area is very bumpy and full of holes. second there staff. they seem to lack the ability to keep there attention on one person. I went it and was being helped they stopped doing that and ran to hug a co worker .?? very unprofessional and lastly there prices. 60 a 8th is outrageous. and there 60 to 70 per gram oil is too much . so many problems they need to fix.

I like the bud tenders and the product but you need to figure out a better way to inform people so they don’t waste time like I did. Send a dang notification next time. 115. I was a little disappointed at my first encounter with Green2go. I didn’t recieve my new customer 1/8 although I myself also forgot to mention it. I had scheduled my “appt.” for 11:30 and ended up being 1:30. The quality of meds was great and the friendliness and helpfulness of the people was enough to call again.

125. I’ve been using Green2Go for quite a while now and I have always been impressed with their professionalism. They are by far the best dispensary I have used and the products and packaging still impress me. I am always asked to have my paperwork and ID just like at a liquor store. The staff is always friendly and more than happy to answer my questions and help with my medication selection. I was disappointed to see that the tax hike went into effect (something we all knew was coming) but even more disappointed to see all the ignorant reviews left here on their Leafly site about their “high prices.” To my understanding, all of the extra money I am now paying for the same product is not going to the dispensary, it’s going to Uncle Sam. Furthermore, I was very surprised to see that none of the other delivery dispensaries bothered to enact this tax hike. Dispensaries that have copies of my ID and MMJ card. That’s my picture, address, phone number, birth date, order history, etc. So why would I do business with a company that has decided to blatantly disregard the LAW and not pay their taxes? And when they get audited for not paying their taxes, and my name pops up as having ordered after the date the hike went into effect, and didn’t pay the tax, who’s to say I won’t be held accountable for not paying a tax I knew was due? You know who else doesn’t pay taxes for selling drugs? The guy on the corner with the dime bags. We’ve all worked really hard to legalize cannabis and we knew this wouldn’t be an easy road. I’m going to continue to support the company that has the backbone to follow all of the correct channels so that they can remain open and available long after all of the other guys have shut down. Do your research people, or by the time we finally get insurance to cover our medication, the only option left will be the big pharmaceutical corporations.

188. Green2Go is the only place to get refine Seattle concentrate in town, but the complete lack of customer service is atrocious. Calling them 2 hours before the close only to be told “we are done delivering tonight” is only the latest of poor customer service I’ve received. On more than one occasion they have brought the wrong strain (receipt says one strain, bag says different strain). Green2go usually has top shelf medicine, but the lower grade strains are all priced the same. Making it impossible to tell what quality you will receive. Telling people to “wait until tomorrow” for medication obviously shows how low of a priority patient care truly is to them. I’m accustomed to Seattle and it’s practices but none of this feels right. Enjoy making your money Green2Go cause that’s all you care about.

All in all I waited about 20-25 minutes to wait, 3-5 minutes to view the menu and order.

     IF you have had a problem and left unhappy that is your fault. these guys will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. sometimes shit happens in this industry and you cannot change it right away so be patient and honest and you get taken care of.

     I had a few unacceptable services before I decided to say something. it all snowballed and got worse until I spoke up then it turned around!
     I would love to see more pain centered flower choices and high cbd strains come in. medibles selection is amazing but some, like myself, cannot use them because digestive illness keeps us from being able to absorb the herb or oil. (I feel every time I mention pain I am only pointed to medibles and I purchase out of good faith but end up wasting

     Every time I have gone in I felt like I was rushed to make a decision. First I told the budtender what my dose for edibles was and he showed me something with have the amount of thc in it. He assured me it would do the trick. When I asked what he had that was stronger he got annoyed.

     Anytime I try to ask questions about what I’m shown there willing to answer questions about the first thing they showed me and then get annoyed after I want to see what my other choices are. This has happened with edibles and concentrates when I wanted to know what my choices are.

     Be ready to be rushed through so they can make a sale. Sure they have a screen with all the selections they offer and a menu online, but a title and price are not a description of the item. I want to know exactly what I’m buying; this isn’t important to the budtenders that have helped me though. One even had the nerve to say didn’t you decide what you want while you waited. This makes me not want to come back. Maybe I’ll try Prosser.

Sometimes the line is pretty long and I wish there was a feature to pre-pay for easy pickup. I wouldn’t recommend picking up Phat Panda pre-rolls, they normally pack it so fine that it will clog the tips. Other than that their products alongside Virginia Co is the best that they have to offer. They care a nice balance of Sativa/Indica’s and Hybrid. Best strain I had so far from there was the Golden Pineapple and Skunk 47. The Cavi-Cones are a bit pricey but definitely worth the $25 asking price. During summer season, they provide refreshments and sometimes companies like Binx Buds will bring in munchies i.e. doughnuts. I would recommend this place for the 420 connoisseurs

Recently went in and they had $2.50 1/2 gram joints. They were terrible, caused headache, because they were made from the shake from different kinds of weed. Then went in today and was told the $3 one grams has been raised to $5. Sorry not worth it. I would rather go out of town were I can still get quality joints at a reasonable price. Hope they realize that they need to find a competitive price and maintain quality, because what they are trying to do is sale low quality and high prices. All you are doing is driving your customers else where.

306. This is an honest review from a medical patient. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about strains and the products they offer. Prices are high for a legal state, but this particular business has no local legal competition. It is common for medical patients to wait in line, often outdoors for 20+ minutes. They recently opened an additional location and updated their original location, yet did not pave the parking, so I hope they are at least paying their staff a decent wage. I am a veteran as well as a patient, and while they do give discounts for vets, on more than one occasion the staff made me show 3 separate pieces
     of ID 3 times for one transaction. Probably because they don’t get too many, because they are clearly focused more on the rec side than the medical side and it shows.

The edibles are extremely overpriced at about 30 dollars for 100mg of thc on average. I’ve been to many and this is the worst. Not only did they recently raise their prices due to higher tax laws (I checked with other weed shops around Washington and their prices were not raised on the exact same products, Columbia Concentrates to be specific) but this shop will also give out their personally made coupons on their personally made app and when you go in to redeem it, you’re told they don’t accept them. So in short, they’re overpriced, run an absolute monopoly, and don’t even acknowledge their own coupons. Unfortunately this is the only choice for a lot of people in this area and I think that’s taken full advantage of.

Drove all the way out there after a long day of work, got to the door at 9:57. I don’t usually come this late but there was a counter full of people still waiting and purchasing, the open sign was on. I walked up to the door and it was locked, and I made eye contact with an employee that gave a very annoyed look through the glass and motioned the number aEURoe10aEUR at me and proceeded to ignore me while helping the other customers.      they are one of the cheaper options around, bud options can be very limited, and their leafly menu doesnt usually match their in store menu. i have gone in after looking on leafly only to find they are out of what i was planning to get.

     prepare for musical chairs, and lines so long at time they are out the door and into the parking lot, they only allow as many ppl as there are available chairs in the waiting room. my last visit during what i suppose was peak/near peak time was more than a 50min wait, i am diabled and couldnt park in diabled parking because people were standing in line in the diabled parking spots. i have never seen an employee outside supervising the line when it forms, which i would highly support, as it would keep customers from standing in and blocking parking spaces (i have a huge issue with disabled people not being able to park in the spots their doctor has deemed they need to use).

     overall, i enjoy the bud I’ve had and the staff seems nice and helpful for the most part. i will keep going here because i wont drive 45 min or more to another place for bud that is about the same cost/quality as green2go.

I come here multiple times a week. sometimes I wait in a big like like a lot of people are complaining about, but almost every time I’ve stood in that line I’ve had a great conversation with a random person. Once inside you may wait anywhere from 5-10 mins to meet with a bud tender, but it’s not that bad. you have all that time to read the menu ask anyone around you what they like or if they have a recommendation. I always recommend something if I can tell a person isn’t too familiar with their products. All in all more people need to stop being so introverted and start talking to each other. it makes the experience so much better. Also I would say maybe smoke before coming down there that always makes it more enjoyable haha.

398. I have NEVER had any issues…..until today. I encourage EVERYONE to check your bags BEFORE the driver leaves…and BEFORE you pay. I just got accustomed to my order being correct…and stopped checking. Today I was short and the driver gone. Green2Go has made it right….we are only human and mistakes happen. But, Drivers….ask the customer to check his/her bag in your presence. And people….check the contents BEFORE you pay. Other than that….Green2Go ALWAYS has the best medicine for the best prices.

Every strain I have medicated with so far has been the best cannabis I’ve smoked for years. Fast, friendly, and (my personal preference) they have all female delivery people. It really takes all the awkwardness out of acquiring the highest-quality medical grade cannabis available. This is truly the best service around! If you just need your meds, you can order them up like ordering a pizza, and if you are feeling more social and adventurous, you can check out the walk-in dispensary and get the full story. Seriously can’t wait until the walk-in dispensary is open. This area needs a place like this; it’s time for us to catch up to the big cities and make discrimination against the medical and recreational use of cannabis a thing of the past. I personally know the owners of this dispensary and they are great people, trustworthy and dependable. It’s a no-brainer. Best ganja, best customer service, no shady people at all.

416. Quality, Atmosphere and Prices are comparable. Staff in cite are pleasant and affable. The telephone service is sub par at best. I called seeking help with a certificate earned at an event sponsored proudly by this shop and was told they had nothing to do with the event although they were present and featured as a “sponsor”. I was told that I would get a return call which never came. I called again today asking if this shop could refer me to someone who could vet me for a medical marijuana recommendation and was told “Just talk to a doctor.” This was after they advertised that they could provide that service. Don’t expect any level of expertise or follow up. Level of professionalism on par with the fast food industry.

417. super satisfied! walked in and got my 420 special goodie bag and man was I pleased! I got 5 capsules of 35mg THCA solvent free’s, also got a half gram of pure gold squeeze. That stuff is great for back pain if you get past the taste, ( has a minty taste and I have never liked mint flavors) I’m not complaining at all though man oh man I’m still dabbing some. Before I even saw medicine at all I was prompted at the front desk and had my ID and medical paperwork verified and confirmed in the system. Shop here quite regularly and the service is usually okay, but tonight I successfully reserved an order online of a gram of concentrate from Dank Czar and received text confirmation that it was ready for pickup, 40 miles later I get to Green2Go and am told they don’t have any of that left and nothing comparable. They showed me an $68 gram of rosin. Hard pass. I ended up walking out quite unhappy with a gram of GG4 silver label from Columbia Concentrates because I figured I had to get something. I think they need to be more diligent it ensuring their online menu is correct when ordering. And just maybe be kind and offer a small discount or something when you fuck up.. my 2 cents

428. Green2Go has NO INTEGRITY and no desire to do right by their customers! I purchased a vape cartridge and was very excited to use it. I was only able to take about ten puffs off of it and it stopped working on me. I thought it was the battery, but when I took it to the retailer, they used it successfully and told me it was the cartridge. My husband called Green2Go and after speaking with a manager, was told that they wouldn’t replace it or examine it in an attempt to fix it. The manager made excuses and dismissed my husband and didn’t care that we had just spent $40 on the cartridge less than 24 hours prior to the call.
     I am very disappointed that they didn’t offer to right their wrong by replacing it or giving us some sort of store credit.
     We will no longer be using this dispensary even though it is only 15 minutes away. Instead, I drove 45 minutes out to Altitudes in Prosser and bought a cartridge that I know they will replace if I purchase a faulty one.
     I recommend not buying the Honey Tree Extract cartridges even though they are more affordable. So far, I am very pleased with my new Avitas cartridge and it tastes delicious and has a higher cannabinoid content than the other as well. Hooray for extracts!

To Tossed out ad treated like a criminal when I specifically drove there just to look is beyond me. Customer service is awful I could have easily paid for a delivery to my home, or buy from my own company. That woman is only looking out for herself. Not the patients and she proved it to me forsure. Maybe not other patients with their exact photo ID but I lost weight an put on glasses an grew a mustache. Green2go should realize people aren’t always going to look the same HELLO!
     I’m sure they’re a legitimate business. But i am a legal medical patient trying to look for cbd rich strains. Not a identity thief trying to recreationally purchase medical cannabis. Shame on that woman. Of course i would get upset. Never would I recommend or ever want to go back.

I’m generally in and out in about 5 minutes, and before they did online ordering it could take me 45 minutes in the outside line and then in the inside line. 506. This place is pretty amazing overall. The wait time is pretty negotiable and the prices are very competitive. And obviously, the quality of the buds and all the other stuff they sell there is top notch. The only thing I have to complain about is their pen vape cartridge return policy. Everybody who has spent a fair amount of $ on these new inventions knows that some inexplicablely just do not work. 3 years ago, when I first started trying these things out, many of them just were plain defective. Over the few years, I think they have gotten better as any industry does, but sometimes still come defective. And when that happens, you’re shit out of luck unless the store you bought it from will let you exchange it. They should, since these things run anywhere from 35-50$. I guess the only way to ensure you won’t lose your money is to not buy them anymore. But that’s tough because they are so damn convienent. I don’t know, I guess I think you should back the stuff you sell, I know they did not make them, but at least hold the company that does make them responsible. I coulda lit 45$ on fire and had the same result. Brutal policy. But the flower is bomb and the employees are nice. If you stick to those things you will be A Ok. You are taking a chance of losing 45$ if you get a cart. Peace. Happy times.

514. I drove half an hour all the way to Green2Go to get a few grams of Clear that according to their menu was in Stock and they are out. Their flower looked dark and untrimmed. They need to up their game and stay on top of their menu.

People are crammed into a waiting area and/or lined up outside the door where, after about 20 minutes or more, you’re called into a tiny back room filled with boxes and shelves of product you can’t see. Menu is rarely updated, so new merch has to be inquired about once you’re in the back. This system certainly explains the wait time…you basically aren’t even sure what you’re dealing with until you get through the ‘line’. It’s great that they’re out here but it needs a serious overhaul

I usually have lots of questions about what strains are high in CBD because I use pot to medicate for pain. EVERY bud tender tells me aEURoeyou should look at the menu before you comeaEUR and I do but unlike other places, G2Gs menu doesn’t post the CBD/THC content of their strains. It’s like $$ has become more important than getting people what they need. Not everyone just wants to get stoned.

537. Green2Go carries the concentrate producers “Made Right”. Really good stuff and a great price per g at 30 bones. About a year ago, I visited the store in Prosser ‘The Bake Shop’. I went because Altitude’s brand selection is terrible, only ever carrying 2 and sometimes 3 concentrate producers. Bake Shop sold me that made right for 60 a G, which as good as it is, is not premium enough for that price (has a tendency to be a little harsh on the throat). Bake Shop knew they were selling this stuff at that price only because we as new consumers of a new range of products will most likely be unaware that it wasn’t good enough to charge that price or that it was being marked up by that much. Being aware of these practices, I will never ever go to Prosser for weed again.

     Green2Go is bringing to Eastern WA what all of our fellow Ents in Seattle and Olympia fought for; great selection at HONEST prices in a safe environment. Sharking people like that just makes you as the merchant seem like you’re still black market, so how does it make your store any different? Granted, this is America, and this is a business. However, G2G are NOT attempting to shark people on prices because they arrogantly believe people can’t or won’t go anywhere else. If something seems expensive there, you can believe completely that it is worth that price. Not only that but they are very vocal in the desire to eradicate the need for a black market, which is absolutely necessary to continue to convince more staunch states that legal weed can work.

     Even though they’ve only been recreational for about 2 or 3 weeks, they’ve seemingly quadrupled their stock from the first few days, and every time I go in they’re happily sharing news of new deals that will bringing better savings and more selection. Because of the amount of taxes on these products, they’re barely even profiting on some of the lower priced items. They have an outdoor producer whose products sell for 15 for 2 G. That comes out to about 6 or 7 bucks for 2 grams of decent weed. All because they CARE about their customers.

     We in the Tri-Cities will be proud to have this store here. With their help, our city will finally start to gain control over the black market, pushing the correlation between small crimes and marijuana use out of our statistics. With their help, our city will start to earn more money in taxes that we can use to build new and more schools, fix old parts of the cities, create better psychological healthcare infrastructure, and maybe even housing and work communities for homeless or indigent folks. All things we need, and all things Colorado has shown us we can more than afford to do with legal weed tax revenue.

     In the end, Green2Go is everything we’ve ever wanted here. There’s no more reason to go anywhere else. I mean, these are the guys that fought to bring medical collectives here which brought safe, legal remedies to lots of people that needed it. I will happily be shopping here for life.

568. Everything about the location is GREAT! BUT YOU MUST WEIGH WHEN YOU GET HOME! BINX BUDS, their supplier, has shorted me .5 on 2 “eighths” in a row. I’ve only been there 3-times but the weight was off every time by atleast .5. G2G offered to make it right but their solution didn’t work for me so I contacted BINX and they immediately offered compensation and a free T but then over the course of the next few days made it pretty obvious that they had no real interest in making good on that promise. I didn’t even ask for compensation. I was only asking what they do about shortages. Found out, nada. 3-out-of-3 weighed incorrectly. Is there even a tiny chance I’m the only one? Or just one of the only ones weighing? WEIGH IT! Originally I was really excited about the shop, good prices, good bud, good people. Now it’s only going to be a last-resort back-up. I will definitely recommend the shop to friends but again, WEIGH IT!

Almost every time I have gone in to this store (minus when they were a smaller operation) if I have had a question they treat me and my friend like we are complete idiots. 627. Service was absolutely awesome! Cassidy was very knowledgable and friendly. This place has great product and staff BUT the layout is just odd and confusing. It just feels a little awkward when you walk in, you have to wait in one room before you go to where the product is which is totally fine but maybe better signs or a person who lets you know the set up when you come in. I believe this shop is fairly new, I will definitely be back. I think with time this will be the most popular place in the area. Also I absolutely love that when you walk in there is a large sign with a list of avaliable products and price, that is extremely helpful.

The pricing is ridiculous, there been times where the buds smells wet but is super dry & when smoke burns your throat far beyond normal, just way to harsh. I’m not a first time customer I’ve been a customer for 2 years now & when I first joined I would have recommended this place but no I wouldn’t recommend buying flowers here. It’s not just about buds tasting & smelling, when you get flowers that smell wet it makes you wonder who’s growing the product are they competent? Do they know how to do the curing process? Does Green2Go care about the Cannabis community? Or just care about making that quick $$ The last thing you would want is people’s health effected because of negligence.

646. I’ve used this service four times now since I got my green card a month ago. Four times is a lot, but they have revolving flavors and I’m still experimenting with what strains work best for me. The delivery times are fairly accurate, though they called when they were going to be early, ymmv.

     My only real complaint would be it seems weird to invite them in. I understand not wanting to do the initial meeting in broad daylight, but exchanging small, innocent looking paper bags doesn’t seem like that big of deal.

     Overall though, they’re a great service, very friendly, very professional. Even if a dispensary were to open around here, I would probably still use this service for its ease and price, both of which are great.

648. After seeing all the strains this provider has to offer I was terribly disappointed. Most is all outdoor grown leafy product that is obviously from last years crop. They do not have the quality that I am accustomed to. If I am going to pay top dollar I expect it to be top dollar product and green2go does not have it. Outdoor grown is usually picked too early and the effects do not last. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

649. The Big Bad Green 2 Go! First time visit for me, I liked it. Been to plenty of shops, sure there was a little wait, like 5 – 10 minutes… but that’s fine lots of people want weed. I couldn’t believe how expensive some of the brands were! Not Interested in any $60+ concentrate or 8ths! HAHAHA $60+ for an 8th is a joke. But they had all prices so no worries. Lots of Joints! They had 10 people working cash registers today.I told him I will never be back! The Bake shop in prosser has far better prices and selections never more than 5 mins in and out I will always make the drive from now on Green2Go has rude staff and very slow servers. 3 strikes your out guys don’t know how you have any good reviews I personally haven’t talked to anyone who actually likes your business just that you are in town. If you’ve been waiting 20 minutes before your number is called then you’ve had 20 mins to first review the menu, so quit saying you felt rushed. You should know what you want when your number is called instead of then taking 20 minutes to even order. “Feeling rushed” means buyers remorse so don’t blame G2Go. The staff is great. The product is great. We’re lucky to have it located close by!
