3. A passable weed shop masquerading as an Apple Store.

   It’s really confusing how to get help here. The separate flower/joint counters are really weird. I walked up to a counter with 4 employees standing behind it and no one came over to help me despite being one of two people in the shop. The weed I was recommended on two occasions was just fine (both employees recommended the exact same brand). The interior of the shop is bizarre and they need to put more product out or make a menu available. It just feels like the only available product is whatever the shop wants to push that day. It’s like I’m getting a sales rep instead of a budtender.

   For shops on Capitol Hill, Ruckus is still my favorite.

4. Easily the best shop on the hill, maybe even seattle. They have the best deals, great bud, a huge variety of joints, and tasty concentrates. Reef is just da breast.

5. First time at this dispensary and first time using Leafy. Also, the last time for both.

   Placed an order on Leafy. Went to the dispensary about an hour later to pick up my order. Waited until the two clerks decided to stop chatting and decided to help me. They gabbed my order, and rang me up – for double the amount on my leafy order (same item count).

   Upon questioning them and showing my Leafy receipt, they said they were out of the item I ordered and this is what they had. They then just looked at me like I was an idiot and made the error.

   So… Leafy does not display correct inventory, dispensary did not make an effort to inform me they were out of stock, tried to sell me something at a higher price point, and made me feel like I was wasting their time.

   I said no thanks and left. Immediately placed and order at Ike’s using Jane. Smooth, happy experience. Won’t stray again.

6. This place has a relaxing atmosphere, with an awesome, friendly staff. Ordering online gives a 15% discount, so if you know what you want, you can get in and out fast and cheap. If not, the staff is very knowledgeable and has information to help out.

7. REALLY REALLYYYY appreciate the separate pickup counter for online orders! Congrats on opening in such a needed location!

8. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was great. And Leafly pickup made it so easy to get in and out of the store quick because it’s sometimes hard to find parking in the area. And I picked up some flower from Mt. Baker products that was fire.

13. Always a stellar experience at the REEF, these guys have changed the game in Capitol Hill with personalized, friendly customer service and lickety-split order fulfillment on LeaflyPickup. They always have a full line of every brand, like Mr. Moxey’s Mints or Dabstract’s PAX pods. Love their wall of pre-rolls too!

16. The Reef wasted my time again. This is the 3rd time they messed up my orders (one on their in-store system, two on-line through Leafly). This time, they DID send a text to ask if a substitution was ok because they were out of the product on their menu. I replied OK. They confirmed. I showed up. NOTHING was right with the order. Heading to Uncle Ike’s now. Never had any problems with their ordering system.

17. They donate part of their proceeds back into community charities which I love! Everyone, even security is always so helpful in finding you what you’re looking for. Great atmosphere, layout, and no ATM fee aren’t bad either! One of the only places in Seattle my partner and I shop at.

    Love the layout of this dispensary too. I found all of the displays very inviting.

20. Best shop on Cap Hill….with an ATM that DOES NOT CHARGE A FEE and products are categorized by their Terpenes/Terpenoid properties(color coded chart available for browsing in store)

    Their website could use a little improvement, but we can still use the Leafly app….so CHEERS!

22. You can tell this place is popular! Items go flying off the shelves. Makes it a burn hard to get what you aEURoewantaEUR every time but there is always something yummy to smoke or eat. I’m sure they will get their vendors flowing to the same o ace of the neighborhood! Great place!!

23. Quite a beautiful location, and reasonably convenient to get to from South Lake Union. I’m a bit disappointed in the limited selection of edibles since neither myself nor my partner smoke, but I’d definitely recommend visiting at least once regardless of your consumption preference. I’ll likely stop here again if the couple of varieties I picked up are reasonably good quality or if their selection expands.

They were very kind and got something that was available in store but not on the ore order site and they helped me get the thing I orig. wanted (was from the same brand, no rules broken, dont worry). I even called in to ask first and they were so kind and accommodating! I am coming back soon for the great deals and wonderful people 🙂

36. This beautiful new dispensary on Capitol Hill is clearly going to be the new first choice for locals. Great selection of product, friendly helpful staff and just a great space to be in. Ordered a pickup through their Leafly menu and it was waiting for me over at the far right counter area. Parking is a bit of a situation but that’s standard in the area.

37. I absolutely love this place. I’ve been a number of times since it’s opened and I usually order online through Leafly. they have a nice wide selection of flower and edibles. They also have great deals. I will definitely keep coming back to The Reef.
