Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Great selection too. I like the laid back atmosphere, some shops make you feel like your on an assembly line and they just want to take your cash and push you out the door. Not here, first rate service all the way.
At first when I saw they had a shop coming into Silvana, I was super stoked to see finally a shop that has a really friendly atmosphere. I usually go to PRC Arlington and I found while they had the product; the service wasn’t quite warm and friendly. I enjoy the strain Golden Pineapple by Phat PandaaEUR” The Vault carries the joints but I wish they carried the 3.5g jar. I enjoy my time everytime I stop in to pick some greens up. They are always down to help you find something similar to your fav product and also happy to talk to you about how each strain is if you have questions. It’s nice to see a shop with a friendly inviting atomsphere. Shop local!

I love it, low key vibe and everything they have is easy to see and inspect. I never feel crowded or overwhelmed here even though they have a ton of stuff.
