1. So great to see all the same staff as before!! Love all you guys, so helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The Flower is really good and fresh. A bit Low on products. The staff is the best! . I hope they create specials and more deals . Higher cost than before but I do feel the flower is worth it.

2. For those who have avoided Harvest of Cottonwood, I suggest you visit them again.

   Their staff is TOP SHELF (see what I did there?) and familiar faces from days gone by. Nothing but kind, helpful and smiling faces. They WANT you to leave satisfied.

   My Budtender yesterday was the best. Sorry I didn’t get his name, but he took care of me.

   I am enjoying the Durban Poison and my gift.

3. Ive been one time, and wont go back. I will be driving to prescott or flag now. Pre package. What happen to yavapai?? The employees are great besides one female i had Ashley i believe is her name we wanted to smell the buds and she said we were not aloud but yet let a groupe of males open each one and smell them i thought wtf how rude can she get and right in front of us.lost yet another loyal customer. 10. Black Friday was crazy! With deals and people! Kudos to the budtenders who did such a good job staying cool! I have never seen a dispensary so busy!! So happy I knew what specials were happening ahead of time, I left knowing I scored big deals and I’ll be set for awhile. I am proud to call this dispensary my home town shop!

I can get higher quality and lower prices on the street

    I’ve been to almost every dispensary in the state, and even the rude guys get tips. These guys at Harvest Cottonwood are the friendliest I’ve encountered in this industry, and deserve a tip (especially when I’m dying to do so.)

I want to start by thanking the staff for killing themselves to get this location open right away for their patients, they could have waited until they got everything all stocked up to open and we would have had to wait for a couple more weeks to get medicine. I think the flower is high quality, very clean. Keeping it prepackaged keeps it from drying out every time the jar gets opened and also expexites the process. It is clear that they are working hard to get more on the shelves every day. I cannot drive anywhere else to get my medicine and I am just so grateful to have somewhere to go and be able to do this at all. Thank you to all of the staff that always work so hard, none of you deserve to be treated poorly over people’s bad attitudes. Keep up your wonderful work, I appreciate you all so much!

Honestly I was really worried about the new dispensary because first off it’s prepackaged flower in eighths and grams like Bloom in Sedona which leads me to believe in some ways the flower is grown to push and make money instead of focusing on the best quality bud, but honestly it wasn’t too bad! They had very limited selection of strains compared to the last dispensary that was in cottonwood, but it’s a nicely set up shop, it just doesn’t compare to Yavapai Herbal Services unless they make some changes and offer more products! Staff is still great people though.

20. I am a regular at the dispensary. Everyone is friendly, answers any questions I may have, explains different products and how to use them. I can’t say enough about everyone who works there. It’s nice being greeted by name, they know what type of products are good for my RA and have never steered me wrong. The product array is great, good prices, good reward systems and just an overall great dispensary. Highly recommend.

I see a lot of complaining and I was complaining at first too but everyday they r getting more product… and honestly I have barely any complaints except a couple changes… tax and higher prices suck! And barely deals but today’s 4/20 oz for 99$ great deal! Now I think the jars should be in jars next to the registers so that we can pick them up and smell it. Prerolls could be better

She was very nice and helpful. Prepackaged flower threw me off but it was good bud. Thank you for being there Yavapai budtenders. It’s good to see you all at the new place.

27. Please please start bringing in PAX CCell .. the product is superb product… The patients in this northern area of Arizona could use this medicine of this quality. The temperature can be controlled by an application on your mobile phone. Technology and patient care is this company’s commitment!! I’m sold on this product and the DRIP products!!!!

Well, they are just getting started, so I will cut them some slack with respect to the very limited selection of flower (no high CBD strains i.e. Harlequin, Critical Mass, ACDC, Cannotonic, etc.). I did not go in to buy flower. I wanted to check out the Dream Steam cartridges, which were in stock. Another reviewer suggested the cartridges here are overpriced. My experience is that the price of the cartridges is consistent with other dispensaries. I will write another review in a couple months. I want to give them a chance to expand their selection of flower and to create an online menu. I am not an employee of this, or any dispensary.

30. Worst dispensary I ever been to. Management has no idea how to train their workers. Very appalled at the lack of training and understanding of the product. The product wasnt very good. Kids goofing off in the back like parent is home. The management and product need a huge upgrade. I will not be coming back!

    for pickup at Harvest Cottonwood. What an incredibly easy way to order from the Harvest, and to arrive with your pick up order ready and waiting for pickup.
    Extremely professional and accurate. Highly recommend Harvest of Cottonwood for huge selection of flower, edibles, and concentrates, and fast friendly service.

The majority of Budtenders are mediocre at best, aEUR~Stoner Snobs’ lacking the most basic customer service skills….that being said Harvest in Cottonwood has rolled a 7 with James (Jim) he is knowledge about the products as well as the specials, friendly & has no problem answering my most basic questions without judgement! #budtendersnob

38. Horrible, absolutely horrible! Flower is more expensive, and then get hit with tax after its already more. To add insult to injury the flower is dry and non potent. I go through a gram a week normally; I got 3 grams the other day and its already just about gone and it hasn’t even been a week. Customer service has taken a nose dive – at least before some of the staff would fake being nice – now the few who used to fake it are just straight up rude and condescending. Also I was getting a CBD product at YHC and no one will help me find out where I can find this product – since Harvest doesn’t carry anything worth it. I just can’t get over that no one will help me find a product. Ive never wished this on any business – but I truly HOPE this place goes OUT of business and we get a better dispensary back here. The only hope to get a good dispensary here is for Harvest to go out of business. I will NEVER EVER come back to Harvest in CW nor any of their other locations. Such a huge disappointment.

39. Word to the wise…. before buying flower ask where it was grown. If they say it’s harvest run for the hills even if it’s 2 dollar grams. Trust me! The great flower they do carry is from royal choice farms so make sure you ask them for it specifically. Thank me later

46. Zeb was my budtender today. The Wana sour gummies he recommended are GREAT. The POM Durban poison oil is excellent too. I was disappointed that they don’t allow tips anymore. I hope the employees got a raise when tips were discontinued.

YHS was a place i waned to go to and get my medicine at. they had everything and more i wanted. this new place was a humongous disappointment. the prices have gone up, there is no real selections in flower or vape pens. i love that the employees are the same but the atmosphere is not the same. im never going back and I HOPE AT SOME POINT YHS COMES BACK!!!! it seems like NOONE on here other than employees want this place in cottonwood.

48. Each budtender I have encountered at Harvest of Cottonwood is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
    I am always provided with all information regarding specials upon walking in and the budtenders have recommended products that I have ended up trying and loving for my pain relief. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get prompt service from cool folks.

    Shout out to Zeb and honestly each budtender I’ve interacted with there, for excellent customer service and for making the process of getting my medicine a pleasant one.

49. BRING BACK DAILY DEALS & BOGO!!! Or at least make the weekly deals decent. Example: this week the sale is for bath salts…. All week long you can get 25% off a product no one wants. The quality of the weed is pretty low so they really need to have more deals. Cartridges are over-priced as well.

50. My first time visiting was 4/10/18. Service and location is wonderful. Cartridge quality is amazing, prepackaged flower will take gettiby used too. My issue is when I first walked to the door, the security guard walked out and felt the need to create a dominant parameter walked right into me. I am handicapped and can’t move quickly. This is a place for patients with medical conditions, not a place of criminals who need an alpha male to establish dominance over. He was apologetic after realizing my condition but the situation should not have happened

53. This is my local shop. I was quite upset about this, but that was MY error. Once Harvest got up and running, it was filled to the brim with all sorts of meds. The deals cannot be beat. They constantly are running some sort of deal. The best place in northern Arizona by far!!!

70. The new location is a major dissapoinment compared to the dispensary it replaced!! Dry Prepackaged flower, limited selection, overpriced!! My 2nd time in went in to grab some flower got what the bud tender was recommending (allstar cherry kush)indica dom hybrid, Said ill take an 8th get up to the register, all he says is he has grams and there all prepackaged baby nugs. so i went with the strain called (future) which is a sativa dom hybrid, dissapointed just dry and crispy to the touch, flower seems old for a new dispensary??? i wont return!! glad i only got an 8th if u plan on spending a chunk of money go elasewhere phoenix, prescott, flagstaff etc!! its worth it!!! If ur in a hurry this will work i guess! Sucks though if its ur primary dispensary…

72. Brand new dispensary & they are doing GREAT!!! I’m loving all of the products too!!! They have a great selection, & a wide variety of products. Not everyone can legit smoke so the other means they offer for relief is fantastic & yes their selection is growing!! Their prices are pretty good for this area as well! Especially since there’s not much for competition unlike Flagstaff, Prescott, & Phx areas…..The more they grow the more their selections will continue to grow!! I see this place doing great & especially once they work out the bugs of being new, & gain more love, & respect!!!
    Not all dispensaries run the same deals so stop in, sign up for alerts, or whatever the particular dispensary has for communications & then you won’t miss a deal, & be so angry…… Yes missing a deal sucks (I’ve done it), but at the same time most dispensaries have their normal 7 day a week special that they don’t change much or they may add in extra specials for specials times.
    On a side note….. instead of getting mean & nasty because you may miss a deal, or something is not perfect try actually talking to them so they have a legit chance to fix any issues & improve your experience.

Selection is improving too, kiddos! Chill out and grieve that our time of extreme qualities (Valley) & dealios ($10 gram day!) is now a story to tell at the circle. Loving the 420 Box! 85. This is the most dismal dispensary I’ve ever been in. Same staff as YHS, which was good to see. This is strictly a for profit concern. The products are overpriced and pathetic selection. This is a real let down for the Verde Valley.

86. If I am to feel entitled to anything, it is medicine that works for my crippling chronic pain. Sadly, I cannot find such a thing at Harvest, after weeks of trying, and have been forced to travel over an hour to visit a decent dispensary.

    Their parking lot at any given time on any given day tells you all you should need to know about Harvest. As empty as the heart of whatever brainchild dreamed up this sad proposition, as dusty as the flower they are trying to sling, it screams to newcomers: hurry in and claim your bogo eighth, count your blessings and never, ever return.

The staff is so kind and genuine, I have always been assisted immediately no wait times. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in a dispensary. The prices are perfect! Quality quality quality!!

Sam was my budtender and he was very helpful explaining not only the new patient special, but patiently responded to my medical questions. He was informative, made suggestions and in general, seemed to enjoy working here. He was an excellent ambassador and represented this dispensary well. I don’t live close but should I be in this area again, I’ll shop here again….and hope to Sam.

I’m assuming most of us are coming from YHS by the reviews on here, so why don’t you all start respecting your budtenders. They are doing the best they can I for one am very appreciative because without them, we’d have no medicine in Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, Cornville, Camp Verde, Rimrock and more. We’ve been patients to these people for a long time regardless of the location. They will continue to treat us to the best of their abilities but don’t forget that if you don’t like it you should just go somewhere else and take your attitudes with you. Harvest, YHS, I love you guys. I will support you through this change because you all deserve the support. You’ve helped me so much and I’m sure I’m not the only one. 91. I live in the area of here, within a mile, and I will never return again. My first experience was calling on the phone to simply ask the price of shatter/wax… they first answered with and I quote aEURoehello…?aEURI was so in shock I didn’t even get an answer saying harvest dispensary or anything. I was placed on hold for a little over 5 minutes after asking the price on shatter/wax… I only stayed on the line to ask why in the hell it would take so long to check that price… I could have checked it quicker myself going in! So inconvenient… then a DIFFERENT lady picked up the phone saying hey I noticed the red like has been blinking for like quite a while, is someone there? I was like uhhhhh…. yea I simply wanted to know the price of shatter… somehow she knew what it was right off the top of her head. The quality of service I received was bewildering and I will be traveling to Prescott, chino, or even down to the valley before coming here ever again.

96. Just tried a gram of the Mr. Clean and looked at their menu and was very pleased to see they have lowered it to $7 a gram and got two new $10 strains. It’s nice to have change, having the same strain can get a bit stale and old but paying the same price doesn’t haha! It’s really nice of y’all to switch it up occasionally. They had a couple mistakes and downfalls when they very first opened, but they did very well at taking care of it all and resolving any issues. I have no doubt in my mind that with time, they will continue to develop and enhance and will become the best dispensary in the whole Verde Valley area, even better than Sedona though they’re also amazing.

97. Man is everyone around here is so impatient my god!!! Yes the selection is limited for the time being but they JUST opened give it some time as good things like this do not happen over night. Same awesome crew which made me very happy to see because those guys and gals freakin ROCK and very spacious building. Lots of potential for this place just hope everyone can understand good things take time to build up and learn to be a little patient because these bud tenders are there for you. Very happy with my purchase today.
