Nice and roomy inside. Almost like shopping at Costco or Walmart. If only the service was a little more personal, I’d come here more often. Seems so hard to converse about what is hot or not. They seem to be trained just to move the line and get you out the door to serve the next. I got some weed though so guess if you’re just in need of whatever weed and don’t care how you get it, get in line.

I’ve been to a few recreational stores near my area and Bud Hut in Everett is the only place I’ve been to where the staff always treated you as if you were one of their own, like a friend you hadn’t seen in a while! They’re always informative and really go out of their way to make sure you get what you’re looking for, and the options they have are phenomenal.i love going to Bud Hut. At other places,I always feel lost and out of place, but the staff at this spot are quick to make you smile and crack a joke. Good weed, good service, good merchandise, great sense of humors; I found my store, they have a loyal customer for sure.

I have been there half a dozen times so far and find the people quite helpful, the prices decent, especially if you know where to look for the deals, and overall its a pretty painless process. I have had a recommendation for years and have recently found the prices here as good if not better than all of the dispensaries I have been to. The quality is quite good for what I have tried so far.
Great location, not far from where I live. Staff was very friendly and the young man helping me was funny and real cool.
The shop is set up in a classic jewelry store style (sweet) with product proudly on display.
Service was very accurate and fast but not hurried.
Prices are slightly higher than items found at KushMart, (maybe a buck or two difference) but the staff are a lot friendlier.
Two thumbs up for Bud Hut, I’ll be shopping there again. Highly recommended!

this is the worst place ever the parking lot is to small the prices are thru the roof and they keep lying to me about there about to open there medical side of the store wish we still had the medical shops at least there prices were way better.

the number of issues I have had with this place is insane, I’ve never had this many issues with any business much less a dispensary! I’ve had crasy long wait times where I have been skipped or completely ignored! supposed incorrect priced items (sketchy!)and its no hope calling ahead or checking there leafly page. several times I have done so to arrive and them either not have the product or it being Much more expensive. I’ve had employees been rude to me and straight up walk away from me mid conversation! the only reason I come back is because it’s open late. And every experience is cringe worthy and I generally do everything in my power to avoid it. don’t come here for the love of God!

Only been in a hand full of times and can say by now I love the weed I get here. Great smells and tastes, BUT I have to already know what I’m looking for when I go in. I find the employee’s though eager to help me purchase my sweet little flowers are often times unhelpful in the process of selecting them. I’ve only had one truely bad experience there where they were out of what I wanted and the young lady behind the counter gave me an extreme amount of attitude when I question similar alternatives and when they thought they might restock what I was looking for. Over all flowers and edibles are awesome for the price and the facility/ atmosphere is only mildly overwhelming (like the walmart of rec stores) but the service from the staff is what continues to make me hesitant to go back each time.

I absolutely love love love this recreational dispensary and I couldn’t be more thrilled to live directly next door meaning I’m in here every day sometimes several times a day and I am never disappointed with the customer service or the product sold at bud hut. service was fast and friendly even with them being super busy, they were very knowledgeable and patient with my millions of mind changing questions and didn’t even bat an eye when I asked to look through the bags and let me choose the one I wanted when most places just hand you a bag and you get what you get attitude especially when your not spending very much money, and that for me means a lot as I’m kind of a pot snob and some days like today don’t have a lot to spend. all in all a great place with fair prices and I would recommend it to anyone who has an appriciation for good weed and friendly people!

this place would be great. If the prices weren’t as high as the people running the show. I made numerous visits. but today was especially frustrating. the women working today had no clue what oil I was looking for. proceeded to argue with me that it never existed. then offered some twice as expensive. Half as much stuff that I could make at home. I specifically recall her saying there are other options. with this I say that she is right. The exit door is the only option. when dealing with such incompetent beings.

Staff seemed very knowledgeable and were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time in a shop and I had no idea what I should get but the lady helped me find what I needed.
I hoped I would like this store more more. I’ve been in several times and the staff seemed bothered by customers. The last time I went in their “music system” was horribly loud, as well as some staff and customers all talking loudly in the corner where they ring you up. My brother and I (as well as a guest who walked in about 20 seconds after us) had to wait to be let into the retail area for about two minutes while we could see budtenders glance at us and choose to ignore us instead of checking out IDs. They haven’t seem to have a steady ID checker at the front to allow guests in. People were not all that helpful and they don’t update their menus often enough. Which has made 20 minute drive there upsetting a time or two.
The “atmosphere” is just cheap. Like if if 711 sold furniture mixed with an angry teenager’s bedroom.

Theres really nothing wrong with this place…err sort of. Dont know if this is. just a 4th of July weekend thing but it looks like a whole new team of budtenders….only a few hold overs and these folks seem worried.
Went there yesterday noticed the bud tender change bought four prerolls from the same bud tender i had the day before. That was a good transaction she turnef me onto the Sitka product line. The other two timed things got haywire…I tried to buy 3 SPP prerolls same bud tender put only two in the bag so paid for and got home with 2. Today I asked for Blue Dream and came home with Blueberry.????
Im happy with what I got but its a bit frustrating…something seems to go off kiltet every other time or so. Is it worth the adventure? Yeah sorta.

The Prohibition Sativa Shots seem to me to be a bit of a disappointment.
And they ran out of their SPP preroll specials in a few days. Knowing Bud Hut they probably wont get more.

This store has an amazing selection- one of the largest I’ve been in. They seem to carry a wide selection of different grows, but not necessarily a large selection of types. When asking for this or that (purple urkle, blueberry… so on, bigger strains mostly indica’s) I kept hearing the disappointing phrase “sorry we are out”.
As far as service is concerned it’s hit or miss. Some of the tenders are extremely arrogant to the point where they invalidate you for just asking a question. On the other hand some of them are extremely helpful,cheery, and make the experience all the while better.
All in all, I come to this store when I have 45mins to blow and want to imerse myself into glass cases and look at each and every product- this is a great store to window shop at, or when it’s getting late on Friday and I have an urge to partake (open til 11pm). Maybe after a bit of time they can get a bit better on out of stocks, and hopefully the rude tenders will weed themselves out… until then, this isn’t my first goto, but it certainly could be.
Last note- some of their products have older harvest dates. If you are like me and like things a bit stickier, pay extra attention to them here- not all of their product moves as fast as other growers and it’s not uncommon to find 5-6 mos harvest dates with very very dry herb.
Really big store! can accommodate lots of people. pretty big selection. Prices though….. shocked that a same brand product I usually pay $90 for was $125 !!!! other products $10, $15, $20 more than what I have paid before.

My experience with Bud Hut has seen them providing excellent selection, good prices, and outstanding customer service. They’re always busy, but their friendly staff will answer all your questions without rush. This is a great recreational shop for both first-timer and seasoned cannabis connoisseur alike.

Biggest Shop I’ve Ever Been To In The State Of Washington.
It was my first time going in and I loved it! Everyone there is super chill and very welcoming. They helped with just about everything I asked and also have a huge selection in products.

Stopped in yesterday for the first time and was surprised how different it is from the other rec shops I’ve been in. It is a large open area that is very comfortable. It’s not a tiny shop where ur bumping elbows trying to look at stuff. The quality, selection, and prices are very competitive and the staff is great. Especially Lauren, she’s the best! Check Em’ out. You won’t be disappointed.

Not large vehicle friendly. We were made to move our large truck to the back of the business after clearly had parked and litterly walking in the door. Seeing that we obviously had been there before and knowing what we want to take maybe a max of 10 min, making us move has turned me off to this place.
I recently turned 21, and the Washington state license regulations have changed. Every dispensary I went to after turning 21 would not except my paperwork and hole punched license despite its validity, as stated on the document. Budhut was up-to-date on new regulations and the staff was so awesome. Can’t wait to go back!

Each time I entered this establishment I was met with polite, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I have shopped here several times and each time I walk away with something new that was recommended. Two of the employees (Travis and Dustin) were very quick and polite as they helped me and my wife with our questions. Definitely coming back.

Do yourself a favor and do Not trust the online menu prices/inventory, even if they are updated. They also do not honor the online prices. Hmm not surprised….Seems advertised low prices is a tactic to get you ‘in’ the store. Check for yourself first before you make this your goto store. Many other options out there.

Visually this place is veru appealing. The selection is vast but the quality and prices seem all over the place. Staff seem mildly interested in helping.
Love the location, the store was the best the first few months when the first opened but has gone down hill a lot it a real shame they rarely have any new strains come in and they always seem to be low on product especially fire line, and the wait to get help is ridiculous.
My wife and I have been coming here since they opened up, and it has been nothing but the best experience. As a new smoker I have had a ton of questions, and they’ve all been answered in a friendly way. They have a consistent amount of good bud, always updating the stock of paraphernalia, and great staff that knows their stuff. I’ve been to other recreational stores, and this is the only one I can recommend.

The pros and cons are stacked fairly evenly at this location which I’ll explain in a second but first my initial interaction with the store employees.
Bud hut employees were very friendly and ready to help me decide on some product only a minute or two after walking in and browsing. Despite some older reviews telling tales of long waits and bud tenderers not helping customers. I did not find this to be the case here however I did show up around 9 o clock on a Sunday. Might not have been a busy hour. None the less I was quickly helped and steered towards some product.
The gal I ended up talking to was very nice very informative and very anxious to show me their variety which I appreciate. I had very disappointing experiences at every other rec store with quality of product and explained what I was looking for and what my experiences were with other rec stores. She showed me the concentrates first because that’s where I happen to be looking first and pulled out 4 or 5 varieties that were about what I was looking for in reguards to high, strain, active, ect. Again very helpful and it’s awesome when they pull out other varieties to show you that you might not have even considered. Sometimes when you go into a store this big it can leave you with a blank head. Its overwhelming trying to choose. The staff was very helpful in this sense.
The oil I bought was called “kaitlyn J” and while I couldn’t find the strain on leafly it was a very good smoke. Not super high percentage of active but a very good smoke. Their BHO as far as I’m concerned was good to go.
Now back up a bit. I wanted to also purchase some good stoney flower and an indica variety because I love that weed that knocks you down. I already explained to the gal that the only other store I been going to was selling me garbage weed that literally wasn’t doing anything in reguards to a high. she started showing me some buds. I then asked about a variety from herban harvest called mt rainer #7 that actually looked rather good. Well they didn’t have the quantity I wanted so she pointed me towards another “popular” variety from the same producers. She went on to tell me how good it looked and how good it tastes so I took her on her word.
BIG MISTAKE! Got home and busted out a phat banger. MY GOD! This has to be the worst garbage I have ever had the misfortune of entering my lungs! this is not an exaggeration by any means this Stuff was just down right horrible! Bitter, super dry super harsh, no smell no taste. I literally can’t even smoke the rest I still have.
I feel I should be calling the bud hut for a refund on this garbage. Worth noting that it was also harvested over 6 months ago. For crying out loud!!! REALLY!!! this is completely unacceptable product quality for the 4th rated rec store in WA for 2015. I mean even having explained my bad luck with other places I got even worse bud from this place! Common guys! I can’t explain this enough but that weed i was sold here was completely unacceptable COMPLETELY!
I’m amazed that they just willingly sell this garbage without a single reserve. The gal I talked to told me it was good. I HIGHLY beg to differ. I’ll even say she lied and never smoked any of this crap but I digress.
I’ll come here again for the fairly large oil selection but the only way I’m buying bud from this place is it it’s under a gram or I’m just completely desperate. Then again if I’m desperate for flower I’ll just go to the other place I’ve been frequenting. Not very good smoke but still a dozen times better than the bud I received from the bud hut. In conclusion the staff is friendly and helpful. Just don’t expect for them to honest about the quality of flower. Their bud so far has proven to be quite horrible but the BHO they carry is actually pretty decent. Parking kinda sucks and construction doesn’t make it any easier so if you go try to go later in the evening. Overall atmosphere was fairly pleasing. Not super inviting but does have a very clean professional feeling upon entering.

Pretty good deals for the vendors they carry but their menu is terrible, It’s half organized and outdated. Is it really that hard to removed and add things to the menu as it comes in stock? I can understand something selling out that day but you guys are advertising things you haven’t had for at least a month….
I love the location, everyone is very nice and polite not to mention down to earth and real. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated with respect. Every time I go there they are always helpful. Travis was the one who helped me out yesterday when I was there.

So, I used to shop here frequently. I ended up purchasing some green crack from this location that made me very sleepy. I went back and told an employee (that I had to wait 5 minutes for) that there seem to be two types of green crack. He basically tried to make me feel dumb and told me that he’s been growing for 15 years and he knows that that’s impossible and maybe my body is just different. But, lo and behold, RIGHT ON LEAFLY it says that there are two phenotypes for green crack, one sativa and one 75% indica. I’m not a huge fan of employees trying to make clients feels stupid just to justify not knowing what they’re talking about. Not cool. I’ll visit other shops that respect thei customers enough to admit that they don’t know.

Awesome…it’s like a phenomenal warehouse, with an incredible selection of legal weed products. What more can you ask for? The parking situation is…frustrating, but will be better after construction is finished, so park in the back, in the shadows to the left of the store. But once you get inside, Mike A. and so many other familiar faces greet you and are genuinely glad to see you. Comfy chairs, flat screen tv, even computers… it’s a fun atmosphere!
The people who work here are amazing! So nice and chill and knowledgeable. They always have great recommendations. The prices can be kinda high, but you get good quality. The parking lot sucks! I’m not sure how much control they have over the construction, but it is a pain getting in and out of there.
Dont go here. Bought a piece of glass that was junk. Went back for some customer service and was treated badly by this bunched hair lady. I walked out, never going again. They should stand behind their product they sell.

I’ve been here a couple of times since I live close by. The budtenders are always on point; they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you’re looking for CBD products, they have a pretty good selection and are not shy about helping you find what you need.
The prices are also fair, and they have some really amazing specials on top of that.
Parking has always been easy, and there’s plenty of space in their own lot on Hwy 99.

The first weed shop that I walked into and felt like it was a actual business and not some opium den in china. very clean, the service was great. If you don’t know something about a product they will have at least one employee there that is very knowledgeable. The prices are up and down depending on the strain u want. my buddy bought a oil cartridge for his pen and it stopped working. He brought it in just to see what the problem was and they replaced it with a brand new one. I have recommended the budhut to many friends. Very convenient location but unfortunately they have a very small parking lot that seems to be under construction all the time making it difficult to get in or out but not impossible. Love the helpfulness of the staff and wide variety.
This store is fantastic! We moved to Everett nearly a year ago, and after shopping around at a few locations, this one became our main stop. The selection is great, the prices are comparable or lower than nearby stores, and the people working there are incredibly friendly. Specific shout out to Jacob, when we switched from smoking grass to dabbing he was incredibly knowledgeable and has been my go-to guy for suggestions. He has never steered me wrong, and I would highly suggest going to him for your needs.

This is by far the best shop in the area. For those needing bud, this is your place! Prices currently UNDER “street price.”(Just sayin’ for all ya ol’ timers) That is not to say that they also have a huge collection of high quality strains as well if you are looking to spend a bit more on the specifics of the high. It’s incredible that you can go to a store to buy LEGAL marijuana. Support your local weed store. I have never been disappointed. High quality products. Low prices. Right here.
Pretty awful. I’ve tried shopping here multiple times and been frustrated and pretty disappointed each time. Way better shops and better customer service on 99. Can’t even count how many times I’ve called and asked about a specific product and then came in 15 minutes later and was laughed at for asking for what I was just told existed. Not to mention how long it takes to finally get someone to help you, I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched the same guy I made eye contact with walk away from me twice. Aanndd to top it all off, their prices are awful.
This place is awesome! The clerk was very informative, and she gave us great recommendations. The atmosphere was nice, and the prices were very competitive as well.
It left a lot to be desired. No atmosphere or personalized service. Hit or miss bought two gram deals for 15 and on 8th for 55. The 8th was weak the indica gram GDP was rubbish. The lemon haze however is exceptional. Pity it weighed to .8 our of the silver wrapping. I would shop here again if desperate but there’s gotta be some new places opening soon.

Other than getting in and out of the parking lot-the distance between the curb and sidewalk is fairly narrow, and then dealing with getting back into the traffic flow is tricky. Inside, lots of room, lots of cases with lots of different products, I’m impressed with the variety of ways you can smoke, chew, vape, or drink your high. I had been looking for some Columbian for a while because it was one of my favorites back in the day. This bud is not the bud I remember(yes I still have my memory and all of my senses) please try not to laugh too loud. It doesn’t smell like the Columbian grown bud, it doesn’t look like the Columbian grown bud, but OMG! It’s the stoniest bud I’ve tried of the farm raised new era bud, it’s so stony it’s almost scary, and I know how to handle a serious stone.

I usually don’t go to any other rec shops, but one night, around 9 pm I realized that I would not be able to go to my usual store.
Now there’s one north of me that I have been to, and the prices there are outrageous! I had never been to bud hut before, ave I’ve heard nothing but great things so I checked the hours and was on my way.
First off, let me say that aesthetically, this place is amazing! The way they have it set up is inviting, and very well thought out.
The hours are another thing that’s noteworthy. I can’t even think of how many times in the past flexible hours like that could have came in handy.
They’ve got lots of ten dollar grams, many strains, many brands, and helpful staff that seem to Mayfair know where everything is amongst a massive inventory.
I left very satisfied to say the least. I will still be frequenting my main rec shop, but I will be hitting bud hut up again for sure!
This place is great except for getting into the parking lot with all the construction in front is a little deterring. The inside is impressive! All there bud tenders are super helpful! Awesome selection and fair prices. It gets a little busy in here so there have been a few times where I’ve had to wait to be helped so maybe they could use some extra staff during rush hours. But overall this place is way better than your average rec shop.

Reading the reviews I wonder if this is the same place I have been to. The flower is as good as any but the last time I went in I was ignored, after 10 minutes of wandering the store I stood by the check out counter for several minutes more then left. If you go back to 68 or further with the hootch and a four finger bag of columbo then the rec. stores are only good for the odd strain or emergencies. And the nubee’s of course.
First time visitor. Lots of product. CRAP service. I inquired about a product that was on display but not on the little menu next to it, the guy who was helping me said it might not ring up properly because it’s the last one. I said it’s fine, I can wait if it needs to get fixed. He says okay and puts my two DIFFERENT items in the bag and takes it over to check out. When I get to check out, in the bag was actually two of the same item. Luckily I caught it and the register worker proceeded to grab the correct item.
TLDR: if you know they have something you want this place is fine. But don’t expect the sad-excuses-for-budtenders to actually help you with anything you need or even get the correct items in your bag that you want…
had to wait a second before being let in, but it was all very organized and well kept. As a new (solo) smoker I liked that I did not feel looked down on for not knowing EVERYTHING, as I have felt in the past.

I have yet to find a better place to go. it’s about 10 miles farther away than my closest shop, but worth the drive for the extra savings and higher quality products. it’s still a bit overwhelming everytime I go in, but if I ask for a high thc content sativa, the employees always direct me to exactly what I’m looking for.

Wow!! Was looking for a particular strain and hadn’t been in here before, so we drove over. I’m so glad we did! Lots and lots of choices. I wandered around for a good half hour (by choice) just taking it all in before I finally asked to be helped. (I had been asked if I needed help prior to this by three people. I just wanted to look.) Got three different strains to try and left looking forward to my next visit.
Would I recommend to a friend? I did, by text, as I drove (rode…I was the passenger) out! I love the state I live in. I was not an imbiber prior to access to medical marijauana and still use mostly for pain relief, but sometimes it’s nice to just try some new strains for happy fun times! 🙂
What’s with the vape selection. I wish we had Kandy pens or something like it in Washington. the oils and bud are awesome but I don’t want to smoke i wanna vape!
One of the larger shops we have been to, they give you plenty of space to walk around so you never feel you are in someones way. We spoke to Lindsey the most but all employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Lots of different choices makes this one of the best places we have been to in WA
Location is maybe a little tricky car wise to get into especially if it’s your first time. Other than that it’s a great location and customer service is top notch. They also have some OFTHE best farmers cuz there product is top shelf in my opinion … I recommend the BUD HUT … For all your cannabis needs … Keep it up guys maybe one day I’ll have my work sold in your very nice facility …
This is my second review. In retrospect I can be a difficult customer and offered feedback for improvement the second I walked in so what can I expect by way of friendliness at that poi? . Honestly tho in comparison to other 21+ shops, this is one of the best, if not the best to shop at. You can get top shelf for 8.99 a gram if you buy from the small buds section. All in all, I think this place will remain a top shop as long there are recreational stores in business.

Higher prices than local competition (like…within 5 miles), not much help from employees who seem pretty unapproachable, I have to show ID like 3 times every time I’m here. Once up front, once when I ask to make a purchase, and finally again at the register. What exactly is the purpose of that? Only reason I went here originally is because it was the first place I saw. No interest in going back. The weed is fine, most locations in the area carry product from the same growers. Selection is nothing to write home about. Or a review about.

Decided to pop in as we were rolling down ’99, and we’re so glad we did! They have the most amazing selection (seriously, strains for daaaays). The ‘tenders are super helpful and can tell you most anything you might want to know about anything particular. Also, the prices are spot-on affordable. There’s something for every budget in there. I would’ve liked to see a greater selection of edibles, but what they had wasn’t skimpy by any means. Definitely going to be our go-to when we need a re-up.

The place is well set up… You can view all the strains in glass cases. Their presentation is well thought out from the displays, use of space, down to the details of sending you home with a cute black bag sealed with a bud hut sticker. Everyone was super friendly. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

Very nice looking shop with plenty of room for improvement. Starting with the staff. Are you kidding me? I asked the young bud tender if he had some OG KUSH. His response after about five seconds was “Ummmmmm I’m not sure”. Ok?? I said how bout any lemon haze? Again he went back to his blank stare where he turned walked away and came back to me with a strain called “Head cheese”. In amazement and not wanting to waste another minute of time I grabbed it bought it and left. When I got home I noticed the old harvest date and sighed as I tried to enjoy it but just couldn’t. I threw the rest if my 8th away. I will not return to this nice looking horrible stocked and staffed store.
Tried other dispensaries, but this one became my #1. The Budtenders are always helpful. They’re quick to assist you when it’s not packed. Good products always on hand.

This is “THE PLACE” to go for ALL of your recreational marajuana needs. The staff is VERY friendly and always willing to help. The selection and pricing is pretty much the best you’ll find around. I’ve noticed that typically this establishment charges about $3-$7 less per gram versus other establishments for similar type strains. The only issues that I have would be that although temporary, the current construction around the location can be pretty tricky! It’s not the establishments fault but it can sometimes be a nightmare trying to navigate in and out, but I have noticed recent improvements as well as additional parking in the rear, and eventually it will no longer be an issue. Lastly, I do find myself dissapointed pretty regularly due to that my 3 personal favorite strains are typically “out” almost everytime I stop by. I understand the situation … However I would recommend increasing your supply on your more popular strains. Bottom line however is this establishment remains MY favorite Seattle metro location hands down. If you haven’t stopped by then you have been missing out.. Thanks!!

The Bud Hut is the premier recreational facility in the Northwest. Ive been to alot of different shops and there is just somethin about this place. Nice open Chill layout with really cool people to help you choose through the hundreds of different products that are displayed really dope separated by company. All of which are very very top knotch. Every budtender has been really cool with great product knowledge. Specially the Shorter Blonde Girl with tattoo’s and pretty smile. All of this together keeps me coming back everytime. Thank you for making places like these available your a life saver for sure

They just opened up a few weeks ago and I decided to go in and check it out. Inside it’s pretty relaxing and had more of a retail environment than I had expected. The staff was extremely courteous and helped my friend and I with any and all questions and were quick to recommend their favorites depending on our needs. I’ll be shopping there again.
Bud Hut is my go to store. They atmosphere is great, the bud tenders are very helpful and not pushy, they give you time to make your decision on what ya want. I love that all there product is in display cases for you to check out. The bud tenders will pull out multiple bags for you to choose from also. This is the best place i go there 4-5 times a week I like the employees and the strains good deals to can’t beat 8.99 grams.
The location and staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. However, the pre-rolls left a little to be desired. They ran so much that I barely got to actually smoke the fantastic flower. One had a couple stems that poked through the paper making it unsmokable. Otherwise, one of the better places I have been too. When I go back I won’t be getting any pre-rolls and instead stick with the concentrates and flower.

wow. first place I’ve visited that taxes were not included an online pricing. Having to pay twice as much for a specific product is bothersome. VMM transdermal patches are around $25 everywhere else. At this location you expect to pay 60$ plus tax on a patch that is 20 mg thc and you can get it anywhere else for between 20-26$ for the same product. while this location has some great deals, I suggest comparing pricing before making your purchase. Also, while there is speedy service for flower, don’t expect to be greeted for topicals, or ediables. you will have to go grab their attention. location is huge, wonderful products, disappointed by my visit.
I used to go to Kush Mart, but this location is closer, has a wider selection (including glass pieces), and is much larger. I love what the building got turned into! The employees are always helpful and friendly. To name names, Lindsey and Derek are usually there when I am and they’re great. They even remembered me the second time I came in.
Bud Hut has quickly become my go-to spot to pick up my bud. Staff are friendly, eager, and extremely knowledgeable. Derek is on point, and has yet to steer me wrong with a single recommendation, and even the names I can’t remember have a wealth of knowledge and experience with the products they sell.
Bud Hut has a vast selection; many strains from a variety of farms, and have quantities at prices in everyone’s budget – just last night I saw half ounces for as low as $100. I’ve picked up nothing but primo bud from these guys, and recommend them to everyone. The one time I had an issue, the store manager and assistant manager resolved it swiftly and were genuinely apologetic that it happened, and didn’t make me feel like they were just trying to placate me or make me go away.
I’ve held off on reviewing this store because I wanted to make sure that my experiences weren’t just a fluke, and I’m sure glad they weren’t. The experience that I’ve had with Bud Hut has been consistently top notch every single time I have gone in.
What’s even better is that the staff is usually the same on any given visit. I can get to know the Budtenders and establish a long term sales relationship with them, and that’s important to me. As someone who isn’t a pro in the industry, I really rely on a quality staff to point me to a great time.

Bud Hut was definitely a breath of fresh air. I’ve been to Dockside, where I was greeted at the door by a sour faced lady who ushered me in to a depressing store with a total of MAYBE 14 flower options. I’ve been to Kush Mart, which had a better selection….but was so overpriced that it was hardly worth dealing with the girl at the counter who couldn’t be bothered to get off her fucking phone to ring up my $400 sale. Not to mention product harvested back in October! yikes.
None of these things will happen to you at Bud Hut! They are professional, and have created a bright, welcoming and SAFE place to shop for some of the nicest buds I’ve seen. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They really work hard to give every customer a personalized experience!

Was driving along and saw a 21 and over sign then Recreational! Wait a minute I dont remember seeing any recreational marijuana stores in this area? Turned around and went in. The door woman checking id’s, clean establishment and the bud tender knew just about everything in the place. we went through all the strains they carried, their edibles, and even the pipes and vaoorizers. They should be getting concentrates soon. Prices about average of most if the recreational stores. I picked up some Romulan, its awesome! ill be coming again!

Amazing store! They have always always been helpful and kind with every inquiry. I’ve asked some pretty in depth questions and they are definitely experts at what they do. Please keep up the great work and atmosphere and I will remain a loyal customer to this store.
i used to drive along ways to come to this store but then they stopped updating their leafly page and would never have what i drove 45 mins to get that they said they had on the website. i very recently moved to within walking distance of this store and have been going in about everyday just to see whats in stock n stuff… and all i gotta say is shop around.. there is better selection and prices at several other locations in town. i doubt ill be coming back to this store anytime soon its like the 5th time i gave up on them.. and like i said its right next door to where i live now so bout nuff said

in my opinion, this is the best local store. not just because of the great selection and great deals. what made it the best was the customer service i received at this store. JACOB whom I first encountered. this guy’s knowledge of the products was unbelievable. it was like he was able to read my mind! he was prompt and knew his way around the store. it was the most comfortable and knowledgeable fastest transaction ever. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at a great deal in a short amount of time. thank you JACOB for making a return customer out of me. a LOT of other bud tenders could learn a thing or so from this guy.
Bud hut is great!!! I go there often. Their service is great, and their products are even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. So far my favorite strain is the BlackBerry Chem OG from Fire line.
I always enjoy visiting Bud Hut. The budtenders are really helpful recommending strains if you’re looking to try something new, and are also able to help you get the most bang for your buck if you’re on a budget. I love that all the product is out in display cases so you can browse at your pace with no pressure to decide right away.

Me & My Husband have been coming here since you open your doors every day & up until recently it has been a very good store would have recommended it to everyone I know I actually have up until recently. But lately your customer service has been very horrible down right disgusting, lately for the last couple of months now we have gone into your establishment only to be ignored or to come 2 or 3rd to a person that have just walked in the store. Your employees act as if your business is a club or or a social gatherings for just the employees. We have waited up to 15min for help because of them talking and playing around amongst them self’s and would have probably been longer if we wouldn’t of asked for help by the only two people that we’re actually there for the customers and not just to kick it amongst the other employees. Please Fix This or I feel like your going to lose a lot of business.

Huge store. Decent selection and prices. Friendly staff. Dropperz is not spelled correctly in their online menu, but that was easy to figure out. It would be nice if they’d carry the FairWinds products. I’ll likely be back.

A bit over-whelming. After the usual WA ID check they just let you loose in their large store. Great selection, just difficult to establish what’s good as well as a lot of the flower that was, in my opinion “top-shelf” is always bought up unless you want an ounce. But with some time I have found that Errls, DABATRACT, & many other great concentrates with a great prices. All-around a 4, because of the difficulty with the bud-tenders only know where to find it on the shelf (most of the time) but very lil about the meds.

Last time I checked Jeff here is actually good business. Pretty sure he couldn’t out smoke you. If you just referrably just hate Jeff then personal reviews shouldn’t be on here.. Obviously Jeff is good people. Anonymous loves Bud hut and I like going to Bud hut but it’s been a while since I’ve gone there! When I go back to Washington sometime I’ll stop by with some friends.
The atmosphere of the shop was great. Very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me. They were out of the eighth of the strain I wanted, but the budtender had suggestions of what else I could purchase. I will definitely return to make future purchases.
Just open a week when I went in but was very nice facility. Staff was helpful, and quality products.!!

Only place i shop as of now , lots and lots to choose from love budhut just hate location can be hard to get in and out of parking lot .
Definitely different buying your pot in a retail store after doing random meet ups for the last 10 years of smoking, but all in all wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Jacob was really helpful, im a first time user and he walked me through the entire process. very professional and willing to answer all of my questions. everything was very clean and well maintained. the only thing i would suggest is a little more comfortable atmosphere, it felt a little bland.
Always friendly and helpful, but sometimes have to wait for assistance to make a purchase due to high volume of customers and not quite enough staff. There were 10 customers there last time, and only 2 staff avail. to help. Maybe I just happened to be there at a busy time? Always very helpful and friendly and certainly informed on product. Finally got Pearl Scout Cookies in grams back in. Prev. only had j’s.

The prices are no longer competitive with other local dispensaries. Bud tenders don’t know the difference between indica and sativa hybrids. Go elsewhere.
Today was my first time in. I was very impressed with everything.
Access sucks right now due to contruction, so be careful. Great spot, great attitude from the tenders. Always willing to spend the time making sure you get what you want. Comparable prices unless you generally go black market. Tons of strains. Grams go quick so if you see something you like buy it.
I like the quality of the flower and the people are friendly , they help you out if u need it the atmosphere is great. I would recommend more people and friends to your facility.

In my opinion this is the best rec shop around, they have a lot of variety both expensive and cheap, the expensive ones are def a big bang no joke! Very good strains. Really good deals up to 25% off on a 44 dollar 1/8 roughly 3.5 grams. It’s may 12th right now so I’d hurry up on that before it’s done but I’m sure they will always have some good deals. Awesome customer service! I’ll tell everyone I know about this place.
BudHut offers a good selection of farmers and products. I asked for the Sativa Expert and was helped by Elizabeth. She patiently helped navigate the large number of choices.
Prices: I left happy, as they have popcorn products and competitive prices on 1/8ths & 1/4s.

Today I called twice to make sure they’d have what I wanted in stock before I came in (because it’s not a short drive and I’m not willing to go all the way there for no reason), they assured me it’d be ready within an hour. I came in two hours later and was told it’s not ready yet, I have to wait 10-20 minutes for it to get in the system. Why is it that they KNEW a customer was coming in for a product and they couldn’t get it ready by the time they said?! I’m sitting in here now waiting and j see 2 budtenders at any given time not helping anyone. I feel like this could’ve been handled better.
Moral of the story is, call before you come in and make SURE it’s on the shelf and ready to be sold. Oh and if you want to put something on hold you have to be adamant about it, because I had asked for a gram to be put on hold for me and then came in and watched them go grab it from the drawer (aka not on hold at all). I’d rather have better service than that, personally. Unfortunately I have to come back because they have the most reasonable prices for concentrates by the gram, but I won’t be fooled again.

I bought a $40 co2 cartridge that didn’t work. Kept the packaging and receipt but the manager wouldn’t simply exchange it for a working product. Really bad business practice, buddy. Some of the staff are often snobby or rude. The parking lot is a death trap. Overall, the worst store I’ve visited so far out of dozens. Will NEVER return and at the least I URGE you, do not buy cartridges from here, they will scam you.
WOW……I am so impressed. There are about 5 shops I go to in the area depending on who has the best prices. So I came across The Bud Hut on here last friday so we gave them a try. I love the store set up its in a building by itself not a hole in the wall behind something else ( not that i mind the hole in the wall places at all but some people do) and it is very clean and comfortable inside. The budtender was very nice and helpful! But the one thing that stands out above the rest is their customer service! I will definately be comming back often! On friday when i was in there i purchased a cartridge and when i got home it didnt work in my battery. So saturday i tried to call the store but i could not get through after several tries so i called another brach they have and spoke to the manager there and he explained to me that by law they can not exchange any thing but he told me to speak with the manager of this store and see what she might do. When my husband got home it was toolate to go in and i was going to just forget it and take the loss but then we went in there tonight to get some GSC and i though i might as well mention it after all it was expensive. To my surprise the manager was very understanding and she compensated me for the lost cartridge. I wasnt expecting that as they have a perfect excuse…its the law….and that is certainly understandable but even though they cant do exchanges if they care about return customers they can always do something to make it right, this stuff isnt cheap after all! And this store showed me they cared about my business…as long as they do that they will have it! Oh and BTW the Girl Scout Cookie is only $8.99 a gram……WHAT?…..yep! I almost fell over! Go Get SOME!!! 🙂
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Every time I go they do their best to fit me with a close match to the strain I was looking for but they sold out of…There is such a selection, it makes it possible to do that. I was in a little shop in Kenmore that probably only had 20 different bud products, Bud Hut seems to have a hundred or more.
What a dump. My budtender could provide me no other information about the flower he was showing me except to tell me how to decode the colors on the product sinage so I would know if i was looking at a Sativa, Indica, or a Hybrid.
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here. A great atmosphere, computers available for hitting up Leafly, knowledgeable friendly bud tenders. I give it 5 stars because I did a lot of shopping here.
Like most thing though, things seem to sour. I used to get good deals, like see an eighth for $75 on Leafly, then check out at the store for $70. I used to love that aspect, good stuff, very friendly staff, parking in the rear (just in case).
And then they ran out of Jet Fuel. Oh Christ, my jaw nearly hit the floor. I’m like, what, can’t they grow more?
He explained that its not the way it worked. And he was right, stuff comes and goes, or is available here as herb and there as concentrate. The variation is maddening and delightful all at the same time.
I moved to Ewoks, but even that wasn’t reliable in flower form. And it seemed the prices had gone up, or as the staff explained, discounts couldn’t be given since the gubment had said stop dat.
At any rate, great selection, great people, just not my go to place any more.
Bud Hut popped my recreational shop purchase cherry. I was quickly greeted and carded to enter. The shop has a lot of inventory to chose from. It didn’t take long for an employee to assist. He was knowledgeable of a lot the products, friendly and didn’t try to just get me out the door. Product placement was decent and pricing was easily seen.
Really great service and support from Jason, and others in store. The product is really amazing also. Real good stuff all the time. I dont think I’ve ever been disappointed by these guys.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect going into this store, after all it was only my second time in a rec pot shop. However, I was surprised by the amount of product and variety these guys offer! If you want to be able to pick from at least 20 different strands of flower (not to mention all the oil or edibles) you should definitely check out this place. I walked out with two pre-rolled js of the strain “green crack” for 20$ and found that they gave me a nice giggly high.
It’s like the Tiffany’s of bud!!! Love it, smoke it, and see you again.

I love the choices, although theres too many but I like that. Our bud tender was Drew, he was awesome and really attentive. He answered all my questions, and even expounded when I looked confused. Awesome place, i love the energy!

Love this place! It is huge, so the displays are set up where each grower has a section with their goods. They carry a ton of growers, so something for everyone. From $10.00g’s to top shelf, all at about $5.00 less than anyone. The prices are clear and easily seen. Harvest dates are recent, so that is good. Lots of employees to assist you. They also let you alone to browse, which I like. If I am in the area, I always stop by and pick something up. Anyone around Hwy 99 should visit, you won’t be disappointed.
I wish they would stop listing their product on Leafly by the grower. Everyone I know wants to find a strain first, and it makes it very difficult to find the strain alphabetically while sorted by the grower. Please change this like nearly every other store.
This was the second Cannabis shop I had ever entered and I keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I think it’s inevitable to be this happy at work when you’re helping so many people. This ranks as a dream job to me.
