1. I absolutely love this shop! the quality, atmosphere, customer service and choices are amazing! prices are the best! I love all that you are representing in the marijuana industry! now one thing I would recommend is: on wax Wednesday if you could use apply the discount to a line of products rather than just one flavor… we like choicesdY~%0dY~S

2. I love the Green Nugget. The prices are very good and they always have a great selection. My favorite thing is the customer service though. A couple weeks ago I saw an employee named Antyn carrying a handicapped shopper out of the store because he needed assistance. It was a great thing to see that the budtenders care about the customers. 10/10

3. Best deals in town! Always friendly service, and they always got a good bang for my buck. I usually walk out of there with a fire quarter of flower for 30-40$ without any problem at all. Actually it’s some fire Blackberry Kush from The Happy Crowd that they have on sale that inspired me to write this review(only $15.50 for 3.5 grams! absolutely worth a try)..

   Their staff are friendly, and most of them seem to know what they are talking about and steer me towards good strains. No matter how busy they are I always get respect, attention and I feel happy that I’m spending time there to buy my medicine.

   Definitely worth a shot!

5. There’s always a ridiculous number of staffers out on the floor, you can’t walk around for more than 30 seconds without someone asking if you’ve been helped, it’s irritating. There’s also a completely different staff every time you go in so don’t get attached to your budtender. Though they carry a lot of different brands, they carry a very limited selection of each unless it’s phat panda or Kouchlock dY$?C/dY$?C/dY$?C/. The Leafly menu is never up to date and they have a tendency to be out of stuff, it might do in a pinch, but I’m not impressed at all.

6. This is my girlfriends favourite place,but I was looking for sour tsunami and recommended pennywise . I cant handle thc and had a badhigh . I was new enough that I didn’t know much about the percentage yet.

8. Had a selection of concencentrate and flower that I haven’t seen in other places, like the fact they show pricing on product and were priced well. Lack of direction with store so people wander and there is no menu available showing other options and the budtender wasn’t helpful and just pushed the sale instead.

10. normally I love your location and prices! most of the time I am very pleased. but yesterday I bought Carmel Candy Kush It’s not what I intended to buy but I was told it was very popular and something that you would suggest and that it was pretty good for the price. I understand 20 dollars is a good price for an eighth but not if it is full of seeds!

11. drove 4 hours round trip twice monthly spending 150-300 per trip. what happened to this place? smug condescending bud tender should find a different job if she’s so unhappy. there are too many options to put up with very poor service. if I do come back it will be to speak to a manager, I am too angry to do it today. might want to get your employees in check.

12. Been here a few times. Been disappointed almost every time. Staff seems so scattered and not sure of what is going on. They carry good product. But I would rather go somewhere with better service.

13. I Like the separation for medical and recreation. As well as prices and flavors were varied nicely. Would say perfect middle ground with some high ends mixed in. Great variety recomend if your near or cannot make a decision on a shop.

18. Excellent prices on some top shelf buds and concentrates. Knowledgeable staff and plenty of products to pick from. The store itself is a little small and cramped with so many customers but that is to be expected especially with buds like these.

Good prices and atmosphere but the labels are always wrong I run into this problem every other visit this time it was the gdp listed on the jar and menu but couldn’t get it cause it rang up 5 dollars more when we got to the register ended up leaving with substantially lower quality for $5 less also when I told the tender my budget I was offered no advice at all this is one bad trip out of probly 30 I did not leave feeling good about my purchase at all if that was my first visit I’d never go back sucks cause I really like this shop

24. Prices and bud quality are pretty favorable here, especially compared to the other Spokane pot shops I’ve been to so far. I decided to try this particular location because it is open later than many other retailers in town and more importantly, they have a wide variety of really great strains. I’m a big fan of strong cheeses and sativa flower trains, I built up an exciting ounce of several different legendary strains.
    However, I did find their retail process (for viewing and comparing the buds within each package) kind of awkward and inconvenient, but the budtender was helpful enough to make up for that.
    I tend to be a bit picky about the buds I buy and ultimately, I left this place as a happy new customer.

Horrible experience, went in to buy 2 full grams of concentrate, there packaging sucks and doesn’t even allow you to see what your buying until after you open it, bought them, went home, looked small, i paid for 2 full grams, and got a .5 gram and a .6 gram. HORRIBLE SHOP. Would not recommended and they have been reported.

27. I don’t like having to take a number and when your number is called they rush you in and out. They have good prices but I’m not a fan of the atmosphere and the buying process if they would slow down and not make me feel so rushed I would have gave them 5 stars across the board.

30. Stopped in the first time about 2 weeks ago, really liked the relaxing, open atmosphere. A lot to choose from, and with daily deals the prices are pretty good.

31. This was my first visit here at Green Nugget. They were really busy but I got helped as soon as I got through the door. My bud tender was a kick, he was helpful and knew his stuff. I will definitely be back.

35. I love this place it’s local, and the people are friendly.
    I’ve notice that there are a lot more company’s in store, but the quality of your buds have fallen slightly. Use to be able to go in there and get a big cola in the package, now it’s pop corn buds or budlets. I don’t know if this is just something I have ran into or not.

36. This was my favorite go-to shop up until recently. The staff were what kept me going because they knew me by name and knew what I liked to get but all my favorite bud tenders are gone now and the last few times I went the newbies sold me garbage and told me it was some fire. They either don’t know what good weed is or they just don’t care. Done gambling on this store, id rather go spend a few bucks more elsewhere In order to bring home some actual good quality herb

38. Tried it for the first time Saturday and no question this is my new favorite shop. This is a cannabis store run by true cannabis lovers. The menu is fantastic and the prices are the best I’ve found. Thanks to Jared for holding an OZ for me until I could get by there. Just another reason why I will be going back.

39. This place seems great, but they will sell you product that does NOT weight as much as it should, and being a medical patient I cannot afford that. They sold me an ounce for 48$ on special chistmas eve of all times and it only weighed 20 grams not 28. I told the girl before I bought it that it looked lite. She assured me it was an ouce. When I called after I got home and spoke to BOTH managers on duty a male and a female. they took 0 responsibility even though it is written ON THE package on the front 20.89. they tried to tell me that was the THC when the THC content is 20.83. I will never shop there again, and I am making it my mission to close them down for taking advantage of the sick and poor and those medically in need. I am starting a petition in my neighborhood and I am having flyers printed tomorrow to spread the word around town. I am the customer and patient and their ONLY reply was to contact the grower. The dispensary NEEDS to be held accountable for what they sell.

40. I have been a loyal patron for almost a year now. I first started going here from getting burnt at other shops in town and because I lived close by. I have since moved and make the drive across town every week because of the quality, the service and the deals. Most of the budtenders know me by now so the shopping experience is always top notch, no matter what I’m trying to spend. Much love to this crew!!!

41. I go to this place all the time and it is always clean, the staff is always polite and friendly and always helps me find the product I’m looking for. A particular employee, Ben, helped me a lot by helping me find the right strain for my needs and told me about the deals they have everyday. He was a big help and I greatly enjoyed my time here.

42. I’m a fairly regular customer and between a few friends and I are in the store a lot. Usually the service is great but today I went in for some flower and stood in font of the display case for at least 10 minutes without any employee saying anything to me. I watched several people who came in after me get helped and on their way. I ended up leaving before anyone could help me as I had to be somewhere. I will be back, but I’m not very happy with the way I wasn’t treated.

43. Probably one of the best shops I’ve been to. I was an avid C&G (right down the road) customer until service declined there and i found this place. I feel like the bud tenders patiently help me and let me tell you, I look at probably 20 different strains. I have never come home unhappy with my purchase or felt like I was ripped off. The packages are always true to their weight (I always weigh to confirm), and are full of full buds without stems and leaves.
    Thank you for being such a top quality store!!

44. This used to be my one and only goto spot. But, the last month things have really changed & its not the same anymore. But glad they opened my eyes to venture to some new stores in town. But I will say they have a great few budtenders in the mornings. Rob, Scotty, & Jordan are awesome!

45. I’ve called in a couple of times asking about prices and it seems to me the budtenders always tell me what they think I want to hear. When I go in to get what I asked about on the phone they seem clueless or its not what they made it out to be over the phone.

46. The wide variety of products and decent prices are what bring me back. The only downside is the horrible take a ticket line crap. Several times I’ve had to wait more than 10 minutes to talk with a bud tender. They definitely need more employees and a more organized system. Im happy with the farms they carry lots of good weed! People don’t go by what the THC % numbers are, go by how pretty the flowers look and you will be happy with your choice.

47. The store itself is beautiful, and the prices are displayed well in the cases of products. But, a menu would be really nice. They have some really great deals sometimes.

    BUT. You can receive very different service here depending on which budtender you get! Some are incredibly friendly, and a few others… are the reason I rate their service a one, and don’t tend to shop here anymore. One guy acts so curt and rude, you can tell he’d be better off at home smoking one than selling it.

49. This is not my favorite shop but they have some good things going for them. They have a large selection of products which i like they also have good prices and some lower priced products for people on a budget. I dont like the fact that you have to take a number and wait to use the register it feels like you are kind of rushed that way and that is not the feeling i want to have while im shopping. The budtenders are friendly but some of them don’t really seem to know much about the product. Overall i would come here again for the large selection and prices but they could work on there customer service and atmosphere a bit.

50. I love da Nugg! They have the best deals I’ve found with an incredible selection. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. One particular Shatterday really inspired to write this review. I was 75 cents short on this amazing Bubba Kush from Bodhi High and also some Fire Og from ArtiZen when I got up register.So the just ended loaned me the change. This is the kind of generosity that I love from not only my budtenders and dispensary, but also human beings. Made my day! Now I am going to dab said product!

51. I rather like the number system. One way or another you have to wait for your turn at the register. Take a number and look around til it’s your turn with a budtender rather than stand in line. Staff is friendly and there’s an interesting array of merchandise. When I went in I did not take a number but when the place cleared out a little a friendly lady helped me anyway. (Took my resumA(c), nudge to the management 😉 )
    Good prices, less than many on some stuff at least. I’ll be back.

53. What I liked mostly, was the girl who listened to my explanation for the type of high I was after. She took the time to ask me questions with attention given to details. Turned me onto a substitute strain, until the one I was interested in, arrived. She hit the nail on the head….so to speak. Best-Budtender-Ever. Her name, ‘Maria’. Knowledgeable & attentive. My new go-to.
