Only complaint I have is my oil was put into the bag upside down so by the time I got home it was on the lid but otherwise always friendly and helpful
So this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it’s amazing!!! The staff member Ben has helped me and it’s been so wonderful I’ve been going through some very intense medical issues and he has helped find the right strains for me! He asked me to start journaling so I have been ever time I use and what I use and they even love seeing my artwork! Seriously people you need to go there!
I just bought a cartridge advertised as 93% came out to be 70%, the oils so thick it won’t even smoke properly( it won’t go to the small holes just stick to the top), and there is a piece of like silicone or plastic in the actual mouthpiece that has an edge I hope I don’t inhale it trying to suck some smoke out. It’s not the first time I’ve bought a defective cartridge and right off the first hit I can notice something is wrong.
The are the best pot shop anywhere within 50 to 100 miles of Prosser, WA. If you live any where near here, you have got to stop by, plus its out in the country so a little more discrete for those closet users, “cough cough”, teachers. doctors and cops etc…
I love how you can walk around and look at their products and take your time and not be rushed. Their bud tenders are patient and kind. They have very good prices and selection, as well.

Came here because some of the reviews were so good. Those folks must have been high. The service is not great, way less knowledgeable and WAY less friendly than other shops I’ve been too. I felt hurried and judged for my choices. I’d rather take my money to another shop. First and last visit ever.

It can be tough to keep the flower from drying some in this heat & lack of humidity in July & August here on the dry side of WA. I suggest product in “glass” containers..Rest of the Year, NP!! The potency is what counts anyway, right?

Love The Bake Shop! The staff is always friendly and they’ve got great deals that you can’t get in the TriCities! It’s a long drive from Kennewick, but definitely worth it. Oh, and they have the best rewards program hands down!
I really enjoy this place. Best prices by far in this part of the Washington. I go for the edibles more than anything. Their prices don’t leave you feeling like you got scammed. If you like edibles this is the place. Other places charge as much as 20 bucks for three cookies. You get more for your money at the Bake Shop.

Overall a very pleasant time. The bud tenders will lead you to something they think you will like. After a few times there they will know you and you will feel a part of our wonderful culture. Bennie and Julio have always been on point, and even kicked down a free lighter when my ignition source had died after a dime purchase. I wish I could visit more often, but who knows what the future holds. Bravo to the crew!

Excellent service. Nice store layout. Workers are nice and don’t try to rush you or try and push you toward certain products. Try and answer any questions you have and will look up strains if they aren’t sure if you ask about certain ones.
The location itself sucks, let’s face it. But honestly that is the only negative I’ve found. Love the employees, love the product selection, comparable (oftentimes better) prices, not to mention no 20 minute lines outside in 90 degree weather. That alone makes it well worth the drive.

Went back for a second try, and I see nothing has changed. I Listened to bud tender talk to another customer and they gave them a sweet deal so when I asked for the hook up they said its only for their “loyal” customers. I won’t be back. Altitude is cheaper and better weed anyway.

While I’ve usually had no problems with this place, if you buy a defective product, you’re on your own. Bought a disposable vape pen for 40 dollars, did NOT get much use out of it and the battery died. With 90% of the extract still inside.
When I called to say something, I was offered an insincere apology, and told that the BEST they could do for this defective product is a 10 dollar discount. No offer to truly make things right. While I realize that refunds are not usually a thing in this industry, I would have hoped that a defective product would warrant a replacement, and instead of the consumer having to deal with the problem, they’d make things right first and take any issues up with their distributor.

Just want to give an update on the weed because they sold out of mr.natural a while back but all the natural sun grown pesticide free weed I have had since then has been really good. They just got this new stuff in and omg it is so good and the buds are so pretty!!! I’m not going to say the name because I might come in next time and have it all be sold out like last time, haha jk. Don’t know how long it will be on the shelf but just wanted to give another thanks for consistently hooking it up with good quality weed!! ++++

I started to shop here when it first opened up a year ago. Most of the time i havent had any problems. Except for some a couple of times i ran into someone who didnt have the full knowledge of products but i have always been treated right. At some points i have even got discounts on the products. So far its the only place i deal with cause im familiar with the staff. I have recomended the bake shop to everyone i talk to.
The one problem i have is some of the products are too dry and burn fast. But i mostly deal with the pre rolled probucts.
Whats not to love this place is great every time, and i am happy to return. Give then a try they have great hours convince location and the staff is cool this is a place you will love.

Used to be my go to shop. The newer budtenders don’t want to give you what you asked for. Not to mention they are selling product that was pulled from the shelf for poor quality by the manufacturer. Discounting recalled product and selling it anyhow? Guess I won’t be back
Popped up on leafly nearby and had to check it out since there is only one other store nearby. Blown away. Not only are the prices kinder and gentler but they made me feel very welcome and knew their product.

I like that I go in this spot I tell them this is how much I got to spend and what strand I want. They pull out the goods. I always like trying something new so I ask what they recommend is the best one. Positive attitude. The reps make you feel comfortable when you walk in with a welcoming smile not like other places that make it feel hella weird and stare at you funny. Excellent. My question is what Strain comes close to taste as the “Golden Pineapple” strain. It’s a sour lemon citrus taste an smell. Only close to strain iv had is the “Jack Herer” from the Jackpot Seedweed Farms. What is the close to the “Golden Pineapple any suggestions?? As iv been a customer of the The Bakeshop for over 6 months.

Its a nice size pot shop and the workers are very good with talking and knowing their products. They have a good selection of treats and good prices on the candy infused sweets. A very welcoming store it’s close to the Freeway so very easy to find.

Great place! But this last time i went i got my self double lemon cheesecake. Sounds delicious but it was the worst tast ever shit tasted like gas i spent almost 60 bucks for a g i mean i dont mind but dayum at least make sure your getting good products before you sell!! Overall there dutch treat concentrate is fire!

It’s kinda hidden on the highway, but to me it’s a great place to set up shop. it’s at an easy location to find. the staff is great but they get more involved with certain clients then with the clients that are waiting to get served, especially if they know what they want on the spot. The people at the bake shop are kind and really passionate about the herbs. The atmosphere of the shop is fun and kinda arousing. I would personally keep on going to this shop cuz they have great deals and really good marijuana. I noticed they change some buds on there menu on a weekly basis, they do keep certain buds around cuz they are the best sellers. Over all the store gets 4 out of 5 stars from me.

Products not bad if you’re willing to pay for top shelf. I don’t like driving up to this shop though. The location feel pretty sketchy. I would never come here at night because it doesn’t feel safe at all. Service is only good if they like you. All in all I’d rather go down the road to the other one.

Small shop down the road about 5 minutes from Altitude (Prosser’s other rec shop). Neat little store; looks like it was put in an old mechanic’s garage. That being said it’s renovated pretty nicely on the inside with hard wood floors and glass cases. The prices and selection are fantastic though! Average price for flower is ~$8-$15 a gram for flower and around ~$30-$60 for wax. I really love their Orgrow pre-rolls for $8 a pop! The Phat Panda pre-rolls are awesome too. Other than pre-rolls they have an awesome wax and concentrates selection, and awesome pre-rolls selection, and a decent flower selection. If I remember correctly Altitude has more normal bud in varying quantities, but lack in the other areas. The staff are friendly, and make pretty awesome recommendations. Everything they’ve recommended I really enjoyed. All in all, pretty dope little (and I mean little. It’s pretty small) shop with cool staff and prices on par with larger Seattle area rec shops.

Take a relaxing drive out to Prosser and check them out for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Much prefered over the stuffy clinical feel of ‘taking a number’ at other places, the folks at the Bake Shop have alwats treated me so well. I highly recommend them!

I have save money the drive is not bad about 35 minute ! the big thing for me that I like is the on line leafly list of product in store . They update there`s ever day ! Green 2 grow the last I look ten minute before this was 2 months last up dated I not cool . I want to see if they have what I want before driver there ! If you ask the will try to get what you are looking for the bake shop rock !
Location is in an odd spot, but being from out of town the place was great. They let me choose my specific buds I wanted and helped me with everything I already wanted and needed to know! Got the Girl Scout Cookies, Holy Grail Kush, and the Tahoe OG. All are good, but the GSC is next level for a good price.

I’ll start off by giving a shout out to mario who has time and time again notably gone out of his way to assist me in my various inquiries several times,but has done so with a smile and eagerness that was very pleasant to someone who from out of state and very inquisitive. I have been here time and time again and the consistancy of customer satisfaction i recieve and general well being i feel upon entering will have me bragging to all my friends back home and new friends i make along the way here in Washington! Kudos to the workforce here for being able to give me valuable information upon my spontaneous visits! Keep it up please!
Was not happy with the selection they had, and when it came to buying the people at the register seemed like if they did not know what they were doing. They gave me a different strain than what I asked for, and that is not good service.

I have been to all of the dispensaries around the Tri-Cities and this is by far the best! The bud tenders are very personable and friendly! They all know their stuff! I don’t care if it’s a 30 min drive its definitely worth the trip!
This is the best overall shop in the Tri-City area. You avoid the long lines of Green 2 Go and it has more flower at better prices. G2G only beats it with concentrate selection/price. I also thought the service was better here and more my speed. I like that there’s no waiting room and you can walk around the store freely while being helped by the budtenders without feeling rushed.
It tops Altitude for a number of reasons including flower selection, price, but primarily in atmosphere as you don’t need to stand in a waiting room and scan your ID.
I haven’t driven to Walla Walla or Yakima’s shops, but I think that’s too far for me in terms of a local shop. Out of the 3 shops I listed I’d recommend the Bake Shop for any Tri-Cities resident.

I went in to check out the shop today, pretty awesome store and employees are very helpful. They have a great variety of strains to choose from and even edibles. I love that you are able to actually see what you are purchasing and each employee has their own personal favorite flower to recommend. The prices are very good and much better compared to the shop down the road! I will definitely be back every week and I will let everyone I know about this place!

The review by user “thehappylife” is such a lie. I got carded 3 times in less than twenty minutes last time I was there so I highly doubt there were kids. Their bud is always top quality and super fresh. Sounds to me like someone was just trying to bring down the rating and give a bad rep for perhaps being asked to leave the store. This place rocks, I drive an hour out of my way just to go here instead of the local shop.

They had everything that I went in for. The distance (kennewick) is a bug but it was worth it my 1st time. Budtenders were nice, friendly, and knowledge about the inventory. High quality bud with very reasonable prices. I have found my Shangri-La.
Best shop in area and its not even close. Consistently has much larger concentrate selection than G2G or Altitude MJ. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, there is no line!

The employees know the product, they were very friendly, and took the time to personalized my experience.
The store has a cozy atmosphere; it is very clean, well organized, plenty of space to move about and best of all, its located in a discrete spot.
Its been my experience to find stores with an extensive list of products and then some, and it can be exhausting sorting through it all. The Bake Shop has a complete, but simple inventory ; it has everything a serious connoisseur would expect to find when looking for quality shopping experience — high quality fresh flowers, pre-rolls, oils, concentrates and marijuana infused edibles.
Best of all, the prices are in alignment with the inner city locations; Vancouver, Seattle, etc…Over all, a wonderful experience!

The folks that work here are helpful, plesant, and generally amazing! My only gripe is their products come and go and they don’t always have my favorite stuff, but it is usually all pretty good!
