1. Service is great but get some damn menus. People like to know the prices of everything. Not just little tabs with prices.

2. I was just helped by Chris, I just had the most memorable experience! This young man was a great employee, who really knows the business. I had several challenging questions for him he not only did he answer them quickly but I feel he went above and beyond to what an employee should know. He was a great employee as well as all of the other employees I’ve met. They’re all very friendly, and quick to answer any question u might have. they always have top shelf premium cannabis, in the atmosphere is on challenge in Vancouver. My opinion greenhead cannabis is the nicest cannabis store in Vancouver you can purchase your marijuana and marijuana supplies. Don’t waste your time going to the herbery or Main Street or Ivy in Jantzen Beach greenhead will have what you need and at a good price!

4. Previously, I asked for “the tastiest thing you have in the store” and it tasted like any other weak, old ass WA prebagged schwag. Then yesterday whoever i talked too didn’t know how many milligrams were in a gram…lovely lobby though

5. Visited Vancouver recently and loved going to this shop! THE hippest vibe ever, but it’s not overwhelming – it’s what you like 🙂 Talking with some of the staff on hand was easy and they were definitely knowledgeable in a nice way! A smaller offering, but some VERY awesome products in there!

6. First off let me say I give Evan 5-stars for his service, he was informative and very helpful. We went in looking for vape pens and settled on the nectar line. We did get wrong information about the starter kit and what it included which we realized after we left. No biggie, we went back and he was very helpful in getting it sorted out. HOWEVER, The owner or manager whoever she is that had to do the actual refund and repurchase I felt like we were an inconvenience, and felt rushed. I even apologized for the hassle even though it wasn’t our fault with no comment or no problem/no worries from her. I confirmed with my wife after the fact that it wasn’t me and she felt the same. The place is nice but on the more expensive side and sorry to say I won’t be going back. There are too many places to spend my hard earned $$ with people that actually act like they enjoy what they are doing. If she is the manger, you need a new one Greenhead. If the owner, then I’d advise staying in the back room and give your cool employees the power to handle what needs to be handled.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I could tell a lot of thought and effort was put into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, with neatly organized displays arranged around the store and comfy looking chairs to sit in. It’s a nice way for folks to browse without being crowded around front counter. The space has an upscale look without the the upscale attitude I’m accustomed to when visiting shops of similar caliber.

   They had a good selection of flower and concentrates, and pretty decent specials too. The bud tender Kimberly was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

11. Really good CO2 cartridges here. Doctor & Crook and Pearl Extracts are my favorites. A lot of the flower, although organic and ethically sourced, isn’t the most impressive. Potency isn’t really there nor appearance. Stringy, outdoorsy and ill manicured buds. Cannaman Farms and Dawg Star seem to be producing the better stuff for now. Snoop’s Dream from Earth Rising was also on point.

14. This place rocks! Hannah is amazing and extremely knowledgeable and I’ll definitely be back in. They have Acapulco Gold right now! It is definitely reasonably priced, and talk about an amazing strain to find! I’ll be back and I’m definitely bringing people again.

17. A really nice place vary clean and professional. Haven’t tried the tang he suggested yet but the bud looks great even know it’s slightly more expensive here. They have a good display of bud in the front but I had no idea they had anything else until I checked there menu. And they know what farms each strand come from (it’s helpful for me to find a favorite)

18. They do not have the same very berry haze listed on the leafly site. The one they have is called berry haze and it’s a cross between super silver and Pineapple Express and not super silver and strawberry cough. I called ahead to ask if they had it and they said they did, I also asked them about the lineage and they said it was the same listed on leafly. I got there and they didn’t have it left with nothing. But I could tell it was a training day for new staff. Honestly I was really pissed, at the time, because I was in a lot of pain. Weed really effects me in bad ways if it’s too strong or a kind that my body doesn’t like. I jokingly say I’m high maintenance, get it? But I don’t think that this was anyone’s fault and just a miscommunication. Writing this review for feedback sake and in case others have had similar experiences. Please go in and check them out.

    The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cozy, clay and familial “Where everyone knows your name [and strain]!”

21. My partner and I went to Greenhead three different times within a week due to their great selection and knowledgable, kind staff. The aesthetic of the place is awesome plus they had Dutch treat and perma frost. Don’t miss this place.

29. The location is easily found and has ample parking. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to explain the products to novice users (like me) to avid users. The product is amazing quality and the vendor days are fantastic. I highly recommend checking out this shop.

33. I absolutely love Greenhead. Every experience I’ve had there has been enjoyable. Amy, one of the owners, is a wealth of knowledge and has helped guide me to high quality products to help my medical ailments.
    She also hires amazing staff and each time I get someone new I know I’m in good hands. My favorite gal is Camilla, she knows her stuff and has such a friendly attitude!
    The store provides a wide range of items and prices so there is something there for everyone.

34. I’m extremely new to entire cannabis concept but everyone at Greenhead has been very helpful! They are knowlegable and informative, very approachable and easy going and just all around nice. It’s a smaller, more intimate location so it’s great for first timers as you don’t get the overwhelming feeling as with some of the larger, busier locations and you get great personalized service! Every strain they’ve recommended for me to try was exactly what I was looking for and I have yet to be disappointed. Kimberly, Camila and Evan have helped me almost every time I’ve come in and they have been wonderful to work with, spot on recommendations and because of them I discovered my current go-to – Lemon Drop by Dawg Star – amazing quality flower with an even better high! I would definitely recommend to check this place out!

35. These reviews have got to be fake. the bottom line is the prices here are OUTRAGEOUS . Wax and Vape carts are 3-4 times higher than the big Downtown Vancouver store and flower is over twice as high. I don’t care how great the customer service is , it isn’t worth that! Go on Leafly and learn about weed you don’t need to pay these prices!

41. Small but well utilized space that is warm and inviting. Good selection of quality products and competitive pricing. Sam was great at answering all of my questions, and even recommended one of my favourite strains! Will be a continued customer at Greenhead as long as she is there!

42. The Leafly prices are misrepresented here. Search Sour Tangie and it returns $34/oz which is coincidentally your 3.4 gram price.

Pleasant enough little shop, nice people but frustrating menu-buffoonery, I’ve driven across town for a strain that only Greenhead had and when I got there I was told they were out of the strain, although I checked their menu off of Leafly immediately before driving there to purchase it. This has happened two or three times and the strange thing is that I was told by the budtender that the menu was in the process of being updated, blah, blah, blah-blah-de-blah-bah…so just before writing this review I checked their menu and the item (Dragon Crack) that they said they were out of and for which they said the menu would be updated to reflect, was still listed. This also happened the other two times.
    Too bad, I won’t make the mistake of going back to Greenhead again. (I also recall not being too impressed with the cannabis’ quality of the few strains I have bought from them.)

45. My wife and I visited this store a few days ago. We are both amateurs in the marijuana world. First, the shop is beautiful, great interior. The staff spent nearly 30 minutes with us explaining all the different options. Taylor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he showed us Leafly.com so we could learn more at home. We were very pleased with our purchase and will be back in the future.

46. This is for sure my favorite bud store in Vancouver! I’m not a seasoned smoker but I do have certain criteria I’m looking for and the budtenders have provided some really good advice, especially the younger guy that works there. I came in looking for a strain they were out of (Chemmy Jones) and he made a couple of recommendations that were incredibly comparable (Sour LSD & Cactus) and exactly what I liked! I also have found that their products, especially edibles and the like, are low- to no-preservatives and gluten free making Greenhead a great place if you are sensitive to chemicals & foods (or just very health conscious). I have a hard time putting my finger on the vibe – definitely not stoner types – but it feels something like biker bar, ska band & a dash of hipster. But whatever the feel, they are 100% serious in their craft! This is my go-to store.
