1. When I first entered there were two budtenders chatting. Neither greeted me and when I walked up one just held up his hand to say “give me your card”. At that point I’m already turned off from the location.

   The store lighting was nice and there was plenty of room. However, I felt awkward with the unhelpful/unenthusiastic budtenders there.

   I grabbed one of the Doc Croc Dabulators and it clogged after 3 puffs. I tried to unclog it and it snapped in half. Luckily I could take the BHO out and use it in my dab rig. Such a was of over $20 though. Most rec stores will now let you return a faulty or broken electrical/mechanical device. This stores’ return policy won’t allow that though, I’m assuming since they carry the low quality stuff that would break all the time.

   Definitely not coming back in.

2. This is the best spot hands down. Been to a few others and the atmosphere and pricing were horrible at best. These guys are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Have been going there for several months. They have daily specials and a frequent flyer card. Just can’t say enough great things about these guys.

3. The 3rd store in the area I have tried. Plenty of space inside, easy to view menu, and prices include tax (which I appreciate for easy cash planning). Staff was helpful, but it was also easy to get in and out if you know what you are after. Will definitely be my store of choice moving forward!

4. We love this place! It’s located conveniently 1 mile down the road from our apartment. The hours are great. The prices are competitive & coming down with the times. The specials are great. Friendly helpful staff. It’s our new 7-11! We go so often we have a punch card 😉

5. Wonderful team of bud tenders! Everyone had a smile, quick to ask what u was interested in. Very smooth crew. The selection is fantastic, over 15-20 gardens at least! All at affordable prices! Definitely going back.

8. Laid back and not intimidating, Local Roots has knowledgeable staff who can help you choose your strain based on your needs. It’s a small store, but well organized so the space does not feel cramped. Good variety. Ask for their specials!

10. Don’t trust the online menu as almost nothing matches up with what is actually in stock. other than that, just a typical pot shop.

11. Hands down, this is the best shop to visit, period. These guys don’t make you feel like you have to immediately make a purchase, buy, and then leave. They’re happy to answer questions even if you don’t end up buying anything. Bottom line is that I have been to many places around the town and I can say that I will not be revisiting any of them!!!

12. Came in today and needed something to help me sleep. These guys hooked me up! Got me some dank weed and at a good price too
    Kinda surprised by some of these negative reviews here. My experience was wonderful, very helpful. They even helped me with questions about my cartridge pen even though I didn’t need to buy any that day. Will certainly be returning

13. This is my favorite rec shop; they have the freshest buds of any shop around, and carry many brands that I have come to love. Their vape cartilage selection is excellent, and they have various CBD products that I’ve used as well. Their customer service is excellent, this is my go-to, daily store.

14. Only been here once, as I was passing through town, but enjoyed their service. The woman that helped me was very nice. The prices were good, but they were out of the original strain I wanted which was the only down side.

15. I walked in was greeted by the female budtender and I said no bullshit give me your best you have in your store. She grabbed a cherry pie and told me it was a staff favorite. “Sold” I bought it along with some white fire x pearl scout hybrid. After returning home I fired up that staff favorite (cherry pie)only to be let down. Not a whole lot there no real flavor no real effect. However the white fire pearl scout cookies(fire line)was tastey and effect was decent but the bud was incredibly dry. I will return to sample other growers flowers but I hope they lower they’re prices as they are a bit steep comparatively to other Rec stores.

16. Great shop! Budtenders know their stuff, if not, not afraid to ask fellow budtender for help. These folks are passionate about their trade and it shows. I haved filled up more than 2 punch cards at the location…don’t judge 😉

17. I have been there a few times. I felt like I have talked into buying sub standard stuff. I bought THC edibles (10 mg * 10) twice. I had more high eating a snickers bar. Flower quality is bad too, all the buds seem dead.

18. I was a first-timer with LOTS of questions and thought I wasn’t there to buy (yet). Jeff spent at least 20 minutes answering all of my questions and making suggestions, but I never felt pressure to buy or leave. I actually ended up buying a product for the first time on this visit. Great friendly help and the prices seemed reasonable (though I don’t have much experience there). I would definitely go back and now I have a punch card! 🙂

20. Been using the Mill Creak store, today was my first time at this location. I love these guys, they are always happy to answer questions and guild me around to a better deal. They listen to what I am interested in achieving and help get there. Nice location too. Much closer to my house.

23. Been in this store a few times-love these guys! Surprised by some of the reviews here. Every time I’ve come in they’ve been friendly, helpful, and know their shit. Always get me dank weed and have helped me with my vape pen too.

24. Well I won’t shop here again. I was told they had $5 joints of banana Kush. a favorite of mine. The gentleman was so turned off by me asking if they had it and was quick to say no. no but I do have this instead. no friendly let down just no. I asked wen they would get them back and he shrugged and said he didn’t know. I asked how long since they had them apparently it was a while. Overall a well lit place with horrendous help and an unreadable menu.

27. I’ve been to dozens of pot shops in the Seattle area (medical and recreational) and this place consistently has the best selection and availability. If you’re not picky, you can save a lot of money going with their specials. Most recently I bought the daily special ( a gram of Super Lemon Haze and a 10mg energy shot) for $10. That’s cheaper than every recreational shop I’ve tried and most of the medical dispensaries. Don’t let the prices fool you though; the products here are great. The staff is really friendly and knowledgable as well. My bud tender spent 15min showing me glass and and explaining how the different dab rigs work even though I told him I wasn’t gonna buy one today.
