this place is amazing and all the employees were wonderfully polite and helpful. dont remember any of there names but the bald cashier was very helpful with my weights and explaining everything. the budtender was a excellent at taking my order. *Follow up review* on the bud this was bad, had the budder OG and Alien OG both was a disappointment the budtender told me budder was their highest testing strain so I rolled it all up in a joint and the bud wasn’t flushed fully and I can tell why it was there highest testing… bad throat hit and gave me a head ache I will always buy quality over quantity. But cool place for sure.

Maybe the least pleasant visit I’ve had in any Valley dispensary. Very disorganized, little personality from employees. Hard to communicate, answers to product question were hard to understand. Guy who helped seemed like he was in a hurry. Won’t be back. Have not said that about any other dispensary I have visited, and that is quite a few.

First of all….you haters need stop hatin. I’m tired of reading bad reviews, because you didn’t get a free pre-roll or your wax wasn’t crispy enough. In fact, most of the reviews on Leafly are just plain garbage. They are either 5 stars because someone got some free shit to rate it that way, or 1 star because someone is crying about not getting some free shit. I’m not one who typically writes reviews, but I decided to in this case. I did so on the off chance it may be helpful to someone like me, someone who just wants to know if you can count on the quality.
I’ve been to dispensaries in Colorado, but never in Arizona. This was my first dispensary trip, so I didn’t really have any expectations. What I do know is this; I have spent a lot of time in Humboldt County, I had my medical card in Denver (back when you needed one), I’ve grown top-tier buds and I was smokin $400 ounces 20 years ago. I feel comfortable saying I know my way around the dank, and that I have smoked some of the best in the world.
I decided to try Bloom because I was in the area, they were advertising $185 ounces and they were one of the few offering some of my favorite classic strains. I have tried almost all of the new hotness, but few are on the level with the original heavyweights. One of my particular favorites, when grown properly, is Northern Lights. I was a definitely skeptical about receiving the quality I desired, especially at such a low price. Some of the reviews even mentioned bad quality, and getting what you pay for.
Here is what I found; I went in right around 10:00 and there was basically no wait, being a first time customer I was still with a budtender in under 10 minutes, the facility was clean and modern, everything was well organized, the staff was friendly and courteous, they had a wide selection and most importantly….the buds were on par with every top-tier, dispensary grade, kind buds I have ever smoked. I purchased Northern Lights, and Jack Herer. I have smoked the real thing many times, and I can say these guys did a pretty good job.
At check out, the cashier noticed I was eligible for some discounts that the budtender had missed. He saved me another $20, and got me a free 1G pre-roll of some White Buffalo. I spent $240 and walked outta there with an Oz of chronic, a disposable KIND vape pen and 1G pre-roll. Like I said, I have often spent twice that for just 1 Oz and most dispensaries are charging 40-50% more than that for the same quality.
All of that said, I think there is more than enough reason for anyone to give this place a try. It’s not very often that I am in that part of town, but….you can bet any time I am, I will stop and say hello to the folks at Bloom.

Everyone at this place is amazing and professional for the exception of that person who seems to be always annoyed. Austin took my order, and made me feel rushed, didnt help with specials, (check out employees helped later) and when I was trying to ask him questions about shake and strains, he was talking to me from a distance. Instead of following me to the shake display, he stood wearing his hoodie over his head annoyed at the 20$ eighths. That’s when I felt uncomfortable and just ordered ANYTHING just to get out of there. I’ve been helped by this guy about 3 times now, this is just one situation. I will give this place another shot because of the other employees that make the experience quick, professional and pleasant, but If i am help by Austin again, I’m walking out and finding a new spot.

This review can be stated for many dispensaries I have been to: Please upsell me and introduce me to your best products! I’ve been here twice and I felt I was pulling teeth trying to get sold quality meds. They are very nice and knowledgable but a little too unprofessional. I was in sales for years, they need to incorporate sales techniques to their obviously educated staff. I’ll be back but I hope the management there focuses on the staff as they grow. The Echo Gems concentrate is unbelieveable…an absolute must for dabs! Flower is decent

The Flowers: 3/3 packages have been extremely dry! The quality is mids on anything I have received from Bloom, I.e. Mendo Purple Kush that is brown and turns to dust as you break it up.

Cool atomosphere, think the Fry’s electronics of Dispensaries. Fair prices, not the cheapest but fair. The main reason to go here is the interesting strains. Black weed or redish purple with green veins. No not a tint to the leaves, just completely black. Looks like cocoa weed. Same stuff just cooler looking.

Waited to go back, had someone come in after me and go back before me. Took about 2 minutes to make my selection only to be told to go to another back room. To wait some more. 3 cashiers but only one person actually ringing up someone. This patient continued to shop while at the cashier counter which just delayed the process even more. More waiting. Weak first time patient deal. Selection not as extensive as some other places in the area.

I was so excited to see bloom open in my area. The staff acted very fake. It seemed like no one was trained properly and the staff was moody and rude. I did not feel welcome. It seemed like a hassle to help me rather than caring about me as a patient. The flower is okay, but I honestly don’t wanna come back to a place with such a negative atmosphere to get my medicine. They offer a free pre roll for doing a review which is nice but It felt like a bribe. I’m not going to be honest if I have to show your staff my review on how I feel especially with my bad experience. That’s why I’m doing this review to be honest not for a cheap bribe. Very unprofessional, I would expect more from a place of medicine.

Alexis was the bud tender that helped me. He was quite personable so it made the experience easy so A+ there. The bud on the other hand isn’t that great. I picked up an 8th of zelly’s gift and east coast alien. The east coast alien is good but zelly’s on the other hand doesn’t seem like its thc level is quite as high as stated nor am I a fan of the seeds.

I really do like this place. The quality of the flower is bomb but I wasnt too impressed with the popcorn buds1/2 oz. I do understand it’s only $50 but at least give me popcorn sized buds. The size of the buds range from peas to popcorn kernels. They basically turned to dust while I was breaking it down. I did get medicated, so the quality was decent but I think the bud selection could be a little better. I probably won’t buy that again but I will come back and get the $100 oz. Hopefully the buds will be normal size.

Visited yesterday and had my first bad experience. Why employ someone in such a high demand industry that sucks at customer service? Or doesn’t care to advise or assist customers? It’s not hard to fake it for a whopping 60 second interaction. Hire some friendlier staff if you want customers to return, because I definitely will not be back.

Love this place so much I’m here pretty much every day. All of the staff is phenomenal. Big Keith the security guard always got jokes and Jesse the receptionist is the sweetest! Was helped by Adam and Michelle and they’re super knowledgeable and professional, definitely best dispensary customer service I’ve had. Also had the opportunity to speak with manager Kristen and she was super fence, definitely will be back as much as I can.

I would never come here intentionally again. Staff had no clue what they were doing, the mixed up the line several times, they sent people back out of order and then continually offered express pickups to people who had just gotten in. As a first time patient I had a terrible first experience here after spending an hour waiting they did not give me back my ID or my medical card so now after driving an hour to and from the dispensary to spend 100s of dollars this company I’ll now be spending another two hours to get there to retrieve these items, I do not feel like they are accountable to their patients big waste of time. A live resin clear daze was not worth this trouble

I have been watching this location be built and I am so excited it’s finally open. Went there earlier today, Jesse and Connor welcomed me right away. They explained to me the deals and offered me water, overall I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning!!
Flower was cheap, but not high quality. Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like they just wanted my money not to help me as a medical marijuana patient. I will not be returning to this aEURoemedical establishmentaEUR I’d rather pay a little more for my medicine then deal with a nasty money hungry staff. Trish was especially rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I’m surprised someone like that would be helping people with medical conditions.

I usually love coming to bloom I get great service and great prices but today definitely made me question my loyalty I made an online order today for an 1oz forgetting that I only had 18grams left on my allotment. Christina (pretty sure this was her name) told me this at check out. I then asked her aEURoeI think I got an 8th that was added today… and I think I get a half oz tomorrow can you check for me what i get tomorrow?aEUR (I asked this because i was seeing if i can get the oz tomorrow) She then huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and repeated to me aEURoeI said you had 18 grams TODAYaEUR so rudely! I told her that’s not what i asked could she pls tell me what I get added tomorrow she then just stared at me with a blank face as if she was holding back telling me off, she never answered my question she ignored me. I then took my card and went to ponderosa Releaf where I got great service.
I think this Is by far one of the nicest dispensaries I’ve ever been to. The staff is so well educated and nice. Right when I walked in I felt welcomed! Definitely recommending this location to everyone I know with a card!

Well my first time here will also be my last. Atmosphere and location are fine but service leaves a lot to be desired. My bud tender was not super knowledgeable which I was fine with. However when I get home after purchasing a vape pen and cartridge only to have a cartridge I realized why I have my go to places. I was really hoping this place would be great. Unfortunately it was not. Back to the Greenhouse and White Mountain for me. Good luck Bloom and time to focus on service and attention to detail.

Time & time again I tell fellow patients to check out Bloom Peoria. The Cornbread and GSC are my favorite strains from here. The pre rolls are always nice and rolled properly which is a lost art at most dispensaries in the valley with their inconsistent burn or lack attention to detail with a improper pack of the cone. Thankfully Bloom pre rolls are handled with care so you won’t have to worry about that here. aoeOEdY’s

I really did feel a big difference in every aspect of the process here,the employees,and I say this because it wasn’t only the budtender chris but the security didn’t get his name, the front reception desk(offered me water,sample mints, as well as strain suggestions per my request,cashier jim whom showed and confirmed each item before he bagged it even letting me choose from the ones he had available(granted I was one of the first patients to arrive and the only one in office at time),as well as the, we will just call her (pharmacy technician) because I wasnt able to get her name either and one other fella just walking through were not only helpful but informative, friendly, aware of patients needs . I really liked how they had a different place to sit and wait to be called back ,picking counter and then another room where you pay and are shown your products to complete your visit. they also have a back door to exit from into same parking lot. it is only hidden a bit when the picking counter rooms door is ajar. Excellent service, quality buds , reasonably priced items for quality and lots of specials for quantity. will be a back for sure.

Came in for my first visit today and i couldn’t be happier! Not only did the receptionist (Trish) get me entered into her system swiftly but she was able to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice on different flower/concentrates/edibles/etc. While waiting to get seen by a patient consultant, Trish advised me of how i could leave with a free pre-roll all for just a review of the new facility, the atmosphere and my first time experience. My phone was dying while in the facility but here is my post and I will definitely be back again soon!Big shout out to the rest of the amazing and friendly staff for making the rest of my first visit in amazing!

This place had potential. Very friendly staff – shout out to Trish. My first issue is I was buying a B2G1 on The Clear and was going to get a S, I and H. I get home and see I have two S and one H. Unfortunately, I’m an Indica kinda gal. My second issue is I was looking at the printed stickers and it shows I was given a pre-roll – which I wasn’t! I was going to fill out this review before I checked out to receive a free pre-roll before leaving but 1. my phone was having connection issues and 2. once it would connect I couldn’t remember my damn password so, I couldn’t leave a review so- no free pre-roll for me.
I will give them another shot and see what happens since I live nearby.

First and last visit to this place. Budtender offered the exact opposite of what requested. Which could be excusable, except I feel they pulled the old bait switch on me. They showed me succulent nuggets, what I got were a bunch of tiny bits of leaf and stem. One hit gave me an instant migraine. After closer examination I discovered hundreds of premature seeds. After removing as many as I could it still gave me a headache. I’m new to this dispensary thing, but I’ve been smoking for 35 years, and this was just absolutely inexcusable.

I hate the fact that this is my first leafly review ever. Been a patient for over 8 yrs. been to many dispensary’s, if you want to deal with a staff that doesn’t know much of the industry or their selection and won’t respect you or your time then this is the place. It took me a couple times to figure it out. Unless they fix some things I won’t be back. Why drive out of your way past many dispensary’s to be treated rude to save a buck or two. All other dispensary’s run specials and manage their patients better.

The staff here are great and love coming into this establishment. When there is a online order and the customer shows up there should be a staff member that checks him in and takes them back and check them out. The reason you do this is to expedite that order so lets expedite it.

Definitely created an experience for my first time at this location and even the patient to patient I reaction left me speechless. This staff made the process fun and I did not feel rushed when it came to my budtender assisting me in the decision process. The summer breeze pre roll has to be my all time favorite pre roll I have smoked at any dispensary.

I been to multiple dispensaries in Arizona but Bloom is the only place I go to now because they have great flower for never before seen prices. The staff are always polite, helpful and lively and there is always little to no wait time.

Staff was phenomenal. Definitely would not come here again for any tree though. Picked up their aEURoetop shelfaEUR echo brand blackberry fire and shit was dryer than hell. Also was recommended the chocolate hashberry by my bud tender and the trimming job on that weed was horrible. I got popcorn nugs on a gram and could only smoke .6 of it because the rest were just stems. Don’t forget dry either. Fix the freshness on the bud and maybe I’ll reconsider, but as of right now, stay away from that $40 eighth bs. Prepacked and none of it was fresh. And not the best first time patient deal either, half off an eighth or 12.50 off a $40 gram of wax. Tax not inclusive either

I’ve been here a few time but they’ve all been great and the prices are amazing, shout out to all the amazing staff there, sam the guard and everyone else, I’m gonna go back to ask for their names and shout it out I love this place and their prices!
I was so excited for the $7.50 grams but… you get what you pay for honestly. I would not come back, the service was probably the worst. There was multiple people working & the person who helped me didn’t take time to help me or show me the products they have. This place has potential but there’s so many better places.
This particular visit I used the online pick up service, and the price that was shown on my order was not the same as I was given when I actually went in to pick up my meds. Not about the money, it’s the principle behind it. I’m not new to the dispensary, and I believe they should’ve honored the amount I was given, because it did show the amount I was given included tax. He price even broke down showing the amount for tax.
The people there are really nice, and I’ve never had an issue before, other than fights in the parking lot from other patients made me a bit nervous being there, but again I really think they should’ve honored the amount I was given. That would’ve been good customer service. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this dispensary, although close and convenient for me, customer service matters a lot to me having worked in the industry for over 20 years.
I’ve been there a few times now and I love this place the people are so helpful and attend to you right away. Customer service is this place and the product is the best for my pain.

my first time going I was very pleased with the quality and pricing and all around process and flow of the store. but when I got home and scaled out a gram and saw how short my 8th was after I scaled all 3 of my 8th and they all weighed 2.8. and instead if just offering me something on my next visit to make up for it they tell you to bring back all the opened prepacked sacks just to exchanged them for more….. I’m a pissed of stoner that had to catch a ride they’re imagine how im feeling right now. scale all your shit some shops skimp you more than street dealers smh.

I was really looking forward to this dispensary opening as they are located less than 4 miles from me. but I will not be back.
I purchased an 1/8th harvest date says January…. it’s July… you’re telling me you’re selling old dried out product on opening day… wow way to make a statement.
I also purchased a muv inhaler hoping to give something new a try. been looking for the inhalers for a long time. didn’t work for me. that’s fine but now I’m out almost $80 and they won’t even give partial in store credit. (called muv… and they’re more than happy to make things right. didn’t even purchase it from their location and they’re willing to give me in store credit)
next about the experience as a whole…. ummmmmm lacking biiiiiig time!!!! it’s impersonal and feels very cagey. you walk in talk to a bud tender who then takes your order to someone behind a big glass window who rings you up while someone behind yet another wall/window fills your order from bin’s you cannot see. what happened to the personal touch? yes I prefer deli style. but I’m fine with prepack I’d just prefer to be rung up by my budtender and the big glass windows make you feel like your in a really bad neighborhood which it isn’t.
just all around a terrible experience and despite being located less than 4 miles from me I will not be back.
