my first two visits i enjoyed my experience overall Bud tenders were super helpful and that encouraged me to come back on this visit not so much I was helped by a lady Who Was Not only unfriendly rude and sarcastic no thank you there’s too many pot shops in town to have to deal with that kind of attitude I’ll be shopping somewhere else now I know why people talk about the customer service here being so poor perfect example! i try not to judge until it happens to me & it did… now i know better!

hey y’all. I just got a gram of lazy bee purple Trainwreck crumble (not to be confused with the indica Dom. purple Trainwreck OG)and it’s like being high for the first time again. they’re all natural outdoor grown and the THC is only coming in at 63% but it knocks you out of reality real quick…. it’s $35g at emerald leaves.
I can’t say they are the best in Tacoma because I haven’t been to every shop, but I do shop around every once in a while. I can say they are the best out of the Tacoma shops I visited, as far as price and potency. I have actually learned a lot from going to that particular store. After shopping around for a year this is the store.

Green Collar is a cozy joint, right down the road from where I live. I was looking for a strain to treat my GAD, and one of the lady’s was very kind and went through a few selections of their indica that she thought would help, and sure enough the strain she picked out was potent and effective in calming my nerves. Will definitely come back again.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a smile and joke from the doorman, i then was greeted by almost everyone of the staff behind the counters. It was such a amazing feeling, everyone was prompt and friendly. I ended up being helped by a gal there who was new. She was sweet and ended up bringing me a wide selection of oil and flower. I think her name was Kit. I asked if I can do a review and she handed me a leafy card. I will definitely be coming back soon for more great deals and to work with such a incredible staff.

Checked out the reviews of the shops closest to me and came across Green Collar. I wasn’t disappointed. I did make the mistake of visiting the medical collective behind their building first, but that was my fault, their sign was bigger. They are next to the Mexican restaurant, not behind it. I’ve been into larger shops but they seemed to have a large selection and prices were great. Very friendly staff that answered questions and offered suggestions when asked. Found my new shop for sure.
Pretty pissed. Bud tender was helpful and hot. But I was very clear that I wanted a hybrid strain. What she suggested and what I ended up buying I have since determined is a sativa. Not at all happy.

Green Collar is the place to go!!! I live in Enumclaw and there are quite a few shops closer , but for the price , quality and the people I will drive almost 30 miles to pick my stuff up. The staff knows what they are doing , aren’t snobby when you are on a budget, and I always leave the shop feeling better then I did when I went in. I would recommend you give them a try, what’s the worse that could happen? You might just find a new stop!!!!!

I just got back from a road trip where I drove 13,000 miles touring national parks and dispensaries in Colorado, California, Oregon, and Washington. These guys have the absolute best selection I found anywhere. It’s damn impressive. You will need to do you’re research online though or ask your bud tender because it’s half impossible to really see every product. All in all though very nice quality cannabis. Bunch of stuff pushing close to 30% active THC.
All way got what I need low on bucks or looking for super it’s here plus 10% off for being savage looked all over there is no better then This.
Just visited and service was great even though it was a busy time. Prices & selection both good. Tone is casual, which I prefer to the more sterile places. Only complaint is they don’t stock any accessories, even lighters? But there are multiple head shops just down the street so it’s no big deal. Anticipate this becoming my regular place.

This is by far the best dispensary I have ever been to. And, I know I am not the only one. When I first started coming here it was fairly quiet. Over the last year or so, it has become the busiest dispensary around. They blow everywhere else right out of the water. Friendly staff that KNOW their stuff, they are always willing to answer questions and take their time to help you. Even if it is packed. A huge selection of quality product, that is also very economically priced. I will not go to another dispensary. Even though we recently moved to Auburn, I am willing to drive the extra miles to get the quality service and best prices around! Thank you Green Collar.

Just got a $100 oz…Lucky Devil’s XJ-13 (hybrid)..Surprisingly effective for my need to maintain creativity and still be pretty chill and ‘buzzed’. Nice nugs, various sizes, with lots of keef too. A hundred bucks!! Get on over there for yours!
This is my go to location! The prices and specials are the best that I’ve ever seen in the area, the budtenders know their strains pretty well – the ones I’ve spoken with aren’t really up on medical benefits, but they do know their sativas from indicas by strain, and which growers are more potent – and they’ve got a frequent flyer program where you get a percentage off every 10 purchases. The only real drawback is that they have very little paraphernalia, but that can be had from any nearby smoke shop.
Best prices on dabs always have a great selection, not just one or two kinds.

I just want it to be known this is my shop. I’m not too worried about the drive I make from Olympia to come here. They have fire concentrates for affordable prices. When I go to shops I research what I want. However these budtenders are smart and don’t just ask you the dumbass question. Indica or Sativa? They help you and get you what you need even if you think your mind is made up. The only thing is it gets too packed inside and it’s hard to move around and see all the product very well… however they are more than happy to wait on you and give you top notch customer service! I love this place and it’s about that time I roll up and grab myself 7 grams! Lol cheers guys!

I really enjoyed this place. Everything was set up nicely even though the shop was kind of on the small side. The budtender I dealt with was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to show me whatever I wanted. Even though the shop was busy she took her time with me and answered all my questions. only complain I have is when I first walked in the place was a little overcrowded.

The only place that opens on holidays. They always have deals, and when I mean deals, I mean $3 Gram Pre-rolls. Staff is always nice and helpful. Only downside is they need to get more knowledge about what they recommend. I always ask them about getting weed that’s not harsh and fruity after taste and so far most of what they recommend is the complete opposite. I think they should smoke and compare and take notes so they can better suggest items.

Even after moving over thirty minutes away, I refuse to go anywhere else. This is the absolute best shop!!! Stellar customer service. Quality products at affordable prices. Usually a huge selection of concentrates starting at 25$ per gram. But, it is the staff who keep me coming back over and over. There is no discrimination, judgement, or customer biases. They are always willing to help the next person with a smile on their face. That isn’t always the case when you run into a middle aged mom who looks more like a school teacher than pot smoker:)

I just picked up two half grams of oil. (I primarily smoke concentrate.) Both by Liberty Reach. Both Nathan and Jonathan helped me pick my smoke for this hot day. I can tell you after smelling each one and taking a small. dab of the GSC…yea.. get it. I tend to find the 25 grams good enough, some of the higher grams being TOUGH to get fully out.(Im pointing at you, 50 dollar grams) this is a 30 dollar but it’s so worth the extra 5. They wouldn’t talk to up if it wasn’t. Seriously. If those boys are in there. Ask them what they are smoking on. They know what’s friggen goooood. dY~dY~dY~dY~

I recently visited i liked the store its just that when i visited after you guys messed the rec with medical i wasnt told to bring in my license i fugured since i went in like less then a month from switching they would still have my medical license on file..no when i got there i was told i had to bring it in everytime to get it which almost pissed me off enough to leave and not buy anything but i really needed weed so i bought it it also upset me i couldnt smell my flower before buying bc i pick what i want by smell alone now i got go by the thc content and that scares me…i feel i should been told to bring my receipt bck with my license and id be credited that discount or reimbursed…ur employees need to be better informed and u need signs up stating the medical licenses require u show proof each time bc befor it was a first time initially show and then a once a year show when it was only medical this can be very confusing to ur newer medical clients. ..i did love the selection and price the weight wasnt that long either u got good prices i moved frrom nc to wa for medical weed bc i got brain tumour and need it but to go thru all the headache of going to my dr getting my licenses and to see regular people only pay 10% more then me kinda makes me feel like whats the use but when i add it up over a month or year its worth anydiscount but i wish it was more then 10% though…i do like the store and would recommend it to friends. ..

A stressful place with poor service. They should update their menus daily. Currently been a whole month sense they last updated. As you can expect they are often out of stock of things you may have wanted. Irritating for people, especially those coming a considerable distance. The online ordering is a joke, often out of stock, wont bother to fill your order or hold it for you. Theirs no waiting line once inside but you are fighting everyone in the crowed to be served.

Literally I drove about an hour out of my way to come look at their product since most of the producers are being sold pretty cheap compared to my regular retail store, and talk about WOW. The young gentleman who helped my friend and I was so patient, helpful, and unlike some other places my friend and I frequent, they actually divided their attention to both of us! The manager working was funny but you could tell she was also looking out for the employees as well. Great stock, cheapest prices I’ve seen on some of the top shelf growers, I’ll literally come again and just stock up! This place is AMAZEBALLS

It’s a very sketchy area, and the area is plain ugly to look at. The staff can be hot or cold, this just depends on the budtender you get, other then never knowing their inventory they provide good knowledge. And the prices are anazing. Just keep up to date with what your inventory and no complaints as the location is something that should not be judged.. but it needs a second floor to cramped.

I’m heavily invested in this place, been going there for over a year, and I have to write this review so hopefully the owner of the place gets certain budtender’s shit together. I have a medical authorization, which means I get 10% off. One time recently, one of the budtenders charged me full price because he was unclear on the law. Things went fine after that was fixed on the next visit, but tonight, something happened that I can’t just pass off as employee ignorance.
Tonight, I was HEAVILY overcharged for my purchase.
I picked up an eighth of Beast mode OG for 22.50 w d/c, eighth of OG Cookies at 22.50 w d/c, eighth of Lost Coast OG at 22.50, and a gram of White Nightmare for 9 dollars w d/c.
Now do the math. That equals $76.50
The budtender, A rather tall male, the tallest male working there, charged me 85 dollars, total.
I had not done the math in total before I left, but wish I had since he gypped me. I trusted him to do his job correctly. He didn’t give me a receipt when I reached for the bag. Probably on purpose, considering that when I called about it when I got home, the accused didn’t deny it, he just said that without a receipt they can’t do anything. I gave them a play by play description of who helped me and who checked me out at the register. Still told, “Can’t do anything without a receipt.” Was also told “Hey, you’re getting the ten percent discount so I dunno man. Nothing I can do.”
At this point I realized the level of intelligence I was dealing with. The person on the phone not realizing that by being overcharged, I didn’t receive any flipping discount at all!
This place is close by, but if this bullshit keeps up, I’ll start getting my cannabis elsewhere! The market is saturated with options so don’t think enough screw ups won’t go unnoticed!
Cool shop with nice people and decent selection of glass in a range of prices. Plenty of parking. This shop has one of the better websites outside of Leafly – I like the interface. Good thing as the one criticism I have is that the menu is on a reader board with pages that change every 30 seconds. Pet peeve of mine to have to stand there looking upwards for several minutes so that the indica page goes by enough times for me to decide what I want. A hard copy menu is appreciated! But I’ll be back for sure, these are minor things.

Her welcoming demeanor, product knowledge and willing to make suggestions was refreshing. She recommended some new strains that I love including the double dream prerolls!! Service like that will keep me coming back!

I was a regular customer at this location, but went in there tonight and asked for the wrong thing because it was mislabelled on YOUR menu. I bought 1/2oz of Sour Tsunami which is labelled on your menu as 24.1% THC 16.3% CBD. I got home and pulled out a little card on the package and it said 1.90% THC, so I did not open it, got back in my car, and drove back. It had been like 15 minutes since I was in the store. The chick refused to let me make an exchange, on something YOU GUYS mislabelled. That is $130 worth of weed I might as well flush down the damn toilet. You lost a loyal customer over a dumb policy. $130 is a lot of money. That was just wrong!!
I recently moved to the Tacoma area, and I am impressed with the quality and prices available here at Green Collar Cannabis.
Great store it’s longer drive than a lot of stores for me but way worth it. It’s my only supplier now.
