1. Great service. Powerful meds. Very happy to have found this service.

2. I have ordered from this service twice now. Both times I click the asap button and have waited HOURS to receive my order. When you call support it says medical marijuana how you want it when you want it which is only true if you want it several hours later. Also i waited on hold on both the sales line and support like for roughly 20 minutes each and no response. I ended up just calling the dispensary to find out if my stuff had even left. They said it has and but on supurb it says its still packaged. I ordered ay 1p it says they only deliver until 4 from the location I selected it’s now almost 5 and my order still says packaged. Do yourself a favor just go to the dispensary yourself. Walking back and forth would have been faster at this point.

3. I’m trying to understand how it states free delivery yet there’s a huge delivery fee? That’s odd. I’m better off driving down the street and picking up my stuff. Thanks.

7. First delivery ever and it was AMAZING! Not sure if something changed recently but I got my order within 45 minutes and was greeted by the nicest bud tender ever! She was very friendly and knowledgeable!

16. It’s a business transaction, not a see you when I see you transaction. Driver was late, showed up at the wrong address, rude on the phone and didn’t care to make it right with the customer upon delivery. However, the girl with the dreads was awesome unlike the male driver.

39. You should put on your website that you won’t deliver to a patient IF that patient doesn’t have their MMJ card physically in hand (lost, stolen, in process of renewal). It’s b.s. when you check the site to see if you physically need your card to make a purchase & the site only states you just have to be a patient. NO WHERE does it say, on your site, that you physically need to have your card to show when meds are delivered. Even AFTER ordering 3 days prior & having NO ISSUES whatsoever with my state ID, this evening 7/31, I was verified, waited an hour to receive my meds, handed over my ID to the delivery person to verify I am who I am, I was then rejected my meds on my door step. I WON’T EVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

40. Scheduling deliveries either hours or days in advance has been my saving grace lately thanks to this website. So much ease of mind knowing I’m not going to run out of medication before I can make it into a shop.

48. YES!!!! I love these guys. This is my second time using them (First time reviewing) and I have to say I am unreal impressed. First of all I can finally receive my meds from a dispensary from a legal, reliable source. Secondly, its all through an automated system. I was a skeptic at first I will admit but once I gave them a try and checked it out I was sold. The entire process was extremely simple. They were able to verify my patient status within minutes then I was off and ordering. The entire process was tracked with notifications and when they arrived at my home I was pleasantly greeted one of their drivers. He was very kind and had a lot of experience with my meds. And to cap it off, my meds were from my favorite dispensary, Natures AZ Meds. I will be using these guys again and I hope everyone gives them a try at least once, they will not be disappointed!!

After a bit of a struggle getting everything situated (as it turned out, all issues I had were on my end and had nothing to do with Supurb Deliveries), I can say I am absolutely in love with this place. The owner personally reached out to me to correct the situation, was nothing but courteous and pleasant throughout. Once issues we’re sorted out (once again, on my end); they had a delivery driver at my door within the same hour. I will absolutely be using this service again!

107. Hi. I just wanted to know why TruBliss isn’t sharing their deals with Superb? I recently had surgery so can’t drive or ride in a car. They & you lost out on over $300 worth of budiness. Was very bummed that it felt they (or you, dependingdY$?) weren’t putting patients 1st. And we NEED to know either the percentages or grower name. Please. It is my primary & most important medicine. 28% from HiGrade is a HUGE difference from 12% Copperstate.aEUR I will allow me to function & be part of life, but I don’t know if it’s enough for my seizures. Even Tylenol gives Reg or Extra Strength. It’s time & there’s enough competition. Thank you!

The owner as well as the driver were in constant contact with me, no shady business what so ever. I don’t have time for that. The concentrates are super fire, the driver was really nice and professional. He met me at work so I had to be quick and that was no problem at all. I’m very picky and I would not hesitate to try this service if you haven’t already. Right now I go to two dispensaries strictly but I have to add these guys to the list. Canamo products are fire
