They have a pretty wide selection so you will definitely find something to satisfy your soul. All the budtenders were very helpful but Cara really knows what shes talking about. This place is hands down my fave rec store in Seattle where we have A LOT to choose from and I’m damn lucky it’s only half a mile away from my house.dY~OE The store itself is neat, orderly and bare bones in decor but they always have great prices for any budget, a wide selection of quality products and pretty much anything you need to go with your weed. The budtenders are laid back, really cool and unpretentious and not overly-imformative if you don’t got all day to chat. I ordered my Sunset Sherbet ($60 for HALF an oz of quality NWCS/Private Reserve!dY~) via Leafly and they texted within the hour to tell me it was ready. Once there all I had to do was say I was there for my order and I was in and out in a minute, with some welcome cheeky-ness for good measure from budtender Josh. There’s your review man. Thanks for the great service!

20. Well, I purchased an online order about a week ago. I just randomly received a text a week later to rate my experience so I will. I’ve been here several times so this particular order as I stated I’d order online, got there and of course what I order wasn’t in stock my issue is just update your menu but that’s too much like right! I’ve been here several times because I believe s*** happens its not their fault but some s** just normal I guess and in this case its normal to may not have what is noted on their menu.

26. Just went here for the 1st time. And I must say. I never felt rushed. Very relaxed atmosphere. They had a HUGE, variety of flower and about any other thing u want such as edibles, wax, pre rolls ect…… I went in intrigued wanting to try the 48.71% thx flower they had there. Ran 35$ a gram flat rate. Great smoke, extremely good head high, swollen eyes, feel good after 3 hits out the pipe. They had flowers which is what I mostly want and use. And occasional dabs. But the prices ranged from 15$ a gram up to 35$ and averaged about 20-22$ a gram for most. overall experience was great. And to top it all off and an extreme BONUS, that no one mentions, is Victoria there hostess there has got to be one the most beautiful women in Seattle. Go see her.

    Usually the attendants are very knowledgeable and are able to help you if you are in doubt about what to purchase.

31. The security guy was really nice and polite. There were two shop keepers. The girl who did NOT help me actually seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who “helped” me was fairly rude and could not answer ANY of my questions. I saw him “help” two other peopel with the same results. He wouldn’t/couldn’t answer any questions, he just kept saying “Uh……….you could like…………..look it up on leafly.” He had next to no product knowledge. He basically just wandered around the store reading the backs of labels to me. In the end I asked for LA Confidential and he sold me OG Presidential Kush instead.

    So in short, the shopkeeper was rude and sold me the wrong strain.

    I will definitely try other places before I come back here.

33. Some of the best deals I can find in Seattle. Straight forward. As long as they have the deals they have now I’ll keep going. I dislike dispensaries but this one isn’t as commercialized as most others I’ve been to.

35. Finally, a public dispensary… like you can just walk in and show your ID. The place looks nice and clean, professional security that look like they’re keeping it a safe place. I went in and I had GDP in hand in minutes, it was pretty much like buying a bottle of scotch.

47. I used to come here a lot, but now they will not accept any form of identification except a WA State drivers license. They will not accept valid Passports or Passport cards and refused my business. They insist on scanning a license through a reader which tracks all personal information on the license.

    The people who work here don’t seem to be interested in giving valuable information or keeping customers happy. It’s always felt like they couldn’t be bothered and just wanted everyone to leave them alone.

    The products here are mediocre and the prices middle of the road. There are far friendlier and better stocked stores nearby.

58. For a shop that probably wants to thrive, they are going to crash and burn. This location does not accept vertical id’s, and out of state ids, or even other acceptable ids. I was given an excuse of “The owner doesn’t want it allowed.” What kind of nonsense is that? Hire your employees to read a birthdate correctly..

67. It was okay. I’m a medical patient, and this is the first 21+ store I’ve visited in WA. They had a lot of glass that you could buy, like at least 75% of this big store. They had a small selection of bud, few medibles, and a dozen or so different joints & hash/wax. I feel like they’ll improve with time, the people are super chill.

68. I visited after combing through leafly for the best prices on concentrates led me to GRASS for a $40/Gram of Tangerine Wax. I think it’s awesome they will promote a new company like the one pushing the wax I aquired, padding the wallets of ganja farmers across the great PNW and frugally keeping my dab tool busy for days . win win.. specials are the shit.solid bud run.

69. Open and simplistic. Glass counters display product nicely with easy to read prices and lab results displayed openly. A convenient TV is mounted to display daily deals for customers while they wait on a budtender.

    Mixed experiences between the budtenders at this location over the last month. Most recent visit was outstanding. I feel like I learned something and got a great product.

    Nice shop, glass selection is limited. Would not suggest if looking for unique pieces.

    There’s the tax issues but the grower pays 25%, the distributer pays 25% and the retailer pays 25%. But by the time the retail customer pays $33/g,

    that equals about $15,000/lb versus the $2000/lb played by the retailer. Unfortunately, I can get the same great product for $15-$20 a gram at other shops. This might not be the best time to try to the “Starbucks” of recreational weed. Also, since when is it appropriate to remove all critical reviews?

72. Great location for selection and quality for great prices. Today I went in to buy a new bong and I was helped by Matt because of conversations we had in the past, I wanted to deal with him directly. He is very knowledgeable about the products and and also very friendly. If you need a new bong or other smoking devises, I recommend going to him if you can. (Everyone there is great though so you won’t have issues either way). Once I found this spot I haven’t gone to any other shop since.

Speaking of great employees, I want to give a big shout out to Josh who’s always super chill I come through, and really went above and beyond earlier tonight to make sure I was satisfied with my visit when the product I initially wanted wasn’t available.

79. I walked into this shop last week and between the knowledgeable friendly staff ,fantastic growers they distribute, and the comprable deals I’ll be coming back as long as I’m in Seattle. 96. I cannot even describe how disappointing my visit to Grass & Glass was. I travelled to Seattle to visit my husband for Christmas (he’s American and I’m British), and we were desperately searching for some Pink Cookies (flower). We called four stores to check stock, and Grass & Glass were the closest, at 4 miles out, to us.

    We travelled 35 minutes, two days before Christmas, at 11pm to buy a large amount of Pink Cookies. Upon entering the store, we headed to the nearest sales assistant to show ID, and my husband presented his US veteran card. While he was doing so, I noticed a print out that was taped to the wall which had a clip art of a passport with a big crossed out circle over it. So I’m standing there thinking, “What the…”. The assistant then said that they can’t accept his veteran card as a form of ID – bearing in mind this is the first of AT LEAST 20 stores to have an issue with it – and they needed an in date driver’s license. My husband’s Texas state license had just expired a few days prior, so he was out.

    I then went to show my passport, and the guy says they don’t accept passports as a form of ID.

    Was this a joke??! *Spoiler alert* it was not. They do not accept ANY passports, and they’ve been caught selling to underage customers using fraudulent passports. So, instead of giving their staff training to recognise valid passports, or even investing in a biometric scanning machine, they now don’t accept the WORLDWIDE MAIN FORM OF IDENTIFICATION.

    And with that, I’m out.

97. Too expensive! The same edible that commonly sells for $3 around town was sold for $6 here. That’s the bottom line. Other than that:

    It feels like walking into a GNC; it’s pretentious for a pot shop, and totally out of place given the part of town it’s in. The staff, while very friendly, did not seem particularly knowledgeable about their products.

98. The people working are very knowledgeable and the store itself looks great. I went in to buy a Juju Joint vaporizer for $70 and I was told it last for 150 puffs (1 puff is 2-3 second inhale). However mine died after maybe 50 puffs, and it barely gets you a buzz. I’m sure the flowers are good quality but I will never buy a gimmicky product from here again.

120. I remember my 1st time coming into Grass Seattle. The bud tenders were (& still are) knowledgeable, Professional yet down to earth, VERY Customer Service driven. Non-pressure sales bud tenders.

     Their recommendations are “On Point”. I remember I walked in & I was greeted by Victoria or “Rainbow Haired Girl”, you’ll know what I’m talking about when you see her in person.

     She recommended me a really good pre-roll for my 1st time smoking since 2 years ago, It’s was the Cascade Crops “Skookum Skunk”, a 90% Sativa Dominant yielding 22% THC, She gave me the Native American translation of the word & she sold me on it! (Ask her to tell you the translation). The best part was that she was right! The translation was spot on!

140. I am a complete newb to all of this. My entire pot smoking experience amounts to not more than a couple Juju joints. I went to Grass not really knowing what to look for, but I knew what to ask for. The sales clerk, a lovely young woman with an Eastern European accent (?) gave me a few recommendations (and the one I ended up getting was very good, Time Wreck) – I made it clear that I didn’t know anything, nor did I have any accoutrements for this activity. I bought a cool glass pipe, she said I could break the buds apart with my fingers or use an old coffee bean grinder. Will definitely be back!

141. This is my go to. This and the sister shop Mary’s on Aurora. They have the best 25$ 8ths I’ve found and I’ve been to well over 20 DIFFERENT dispensaries. Their fireline prices are unbeatable. Grass has a wide selection of products that seems to grow by the day. All of the products are of high quality and have all properties of the product explained plainly on the packaging. I feel their prices on any product they have are fair, and most qualify as a great deal. I regularly shop at Grass, and recommend it quite often. I always leave the store happy, and any business of any kind would be lucky to have the atmosphere, dedicated staff members and quality product that Grass has.

We love Oceans in North Seattle as well but nothing compares to the service and level of respect that we experience EVERY TIME we come. Audria, especially, deserves a Thank You for her service. I shared my story of anxiety and depression, and how marijuana helps more than the medications they give you. She also shared her story. Its nice being able to relate to another person. 222. Bought a single pre-rolled joint of Forest Fog in a tube for $12. Brought it home and removed the joint from the tube – it had absolutely no smell to it whatsoever. Lit like a cigarette and smelled like a cigarette burned like a cigarette and gave the same buzz as a cigarette. When I called the store to comment they said that “oh, that strain has been in storage for about six months so it’s lost it’s scent and potency.” What? “What would you like us to do about it,” said the girl on the phone – “oh, and before you answer that – no refunds.” I commented that it was good I didn’t purchase anything more than a single joint. Ha ha. Never buy cannabis there again.

Didn’t know the bud & seemed like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me & help someone else. This was weird because every single other person I’ve dealt with there has been amazing. 241. Good variety and decent prices. No complaints about product quality or pricing. Employees are a little pushy and less knowledgable compared to other shops i’ve been to. When I went today, they used a metal detactor and also patted me down. It was unplrasant enough to make me not want to go back. I’ll drive a little further in the future to be treated like a customer and not a threat.

However, a recent stop at 10:15 PM to locked doors and no lights has really put a damper on that. Now it’s just another average store. There’s a closer shop to my house and I used to come here at whatever time for the principle. I will no longer be going here or telling my friends about the amazing shop that is open til 12AM. It’s a decent shop but it no longer has anything special about it. Don’t go out of your way.

248. So, I’ve been coming here for a while now, and it seems like every time I go in, there’s a completely different staff, and the entire store is shuffled around.

     This particular time, I went in and wanted to grab some edibles. They did not have the particular blend I was looking for, and everything on the shelves that I was familiar with had gone up by nearly twenty dollars. I got some advice from the woman behind the counter, and ended up with a tincture that was close enough to what I was looking for. I figured it was going to be 40, given that the sticky notes that they were utilizing for prices in the case it was in stated it as such. It turned out to be 25.00.

     Here I realized that the woman was brand new, and she took my ID for the 2nd time, and proceeded to misgender me. The experienced guy there (who looked like the stoner kid at Princeton from Harold and Kumar) helped her out, and also suggested another sort of edible, a pixie stick like dust. Considering I expected my purchase to be far more expensive, I picked up that stuff too.

     If I had another option nearby, I’d try frequenting them.
