3. I live in Renton. its nice to not have to go to the city for my concenteates anymore, now that they carry $25 grams. Eben is my favorite budtender. I am always happy with my purchase. The parking lot is the onlt downside.

4. I bought a quarter ounce of Romulan. it looks fabulous in the jar but after smoking one hit I wouldn’t give it away for free. it tasted completely like fertilizer. I have smoked marijuana for 20 years and never tasted anything like it. they would not refund or trade for a different farmer. I’m very disappointed that I wasted $70 and have no recourse. I’m even more disappointed that people who might be new to the industry have no idea they’re putting something harmful into their body. Brand T.H.Sea is garbage

8. Wow! Hands down the friendliest staff I have encountered in a recreational store so far. Right when I entered the store I was greeted by smiles and positive vibes, love it! They have a great selection of flowers, edibles and concentrates which are all priced very well. I will definitely be back soon. Also, don’t forget to grab some of the snacks!

11. I came in very disappointed after buying a cartridge that never worked on my pen. I
    came in to buy another and a gentleman named Tyler took me outside to see what the issue was and as it turned out I was just using the wrong settings on my pen. He even exchanged my non working cartridge with just the receipt! I’m so glad I have them all in my purse!! I was expecting to spend another 42$ on a cartridge and not having to anymore made me able to leave with a working cartridge AND an eighth of buds too! thanks emerald haze! excellent customer service! I even tried to tip Tyler after helping me for quite some time but he kindly refused to accept, remarkable!

21. I visited Emerald Haze while on vacation in the area. I was impressed right away by the friendliness of the staff as soon as I walked in and got my ID checked. The budtender was knowledgeable about every type of product from bud to RSO to cartridges and more. The shop and displays are beautiful and easy to look at. I was pleased with the quality and value of everything I purchased. I will recommend Emerald Haze to anyone visiting the area!

    That said, I am at odds with the rest. As soon as I walk in, there’s someone in face asking me about what I wanted, only to ignore it to show me everything top shelf. I wasn’t necessarily in there for that, I would like a patient person who answers MY questions, not the other way around.

    Further, they ‘can run Debit cards.’ Well, my bank didn’t like it, so I was forced to use the atm in there too, more money for them.

    As soon as I’m done with my transaction, they’re telling another customer who has just walked in a whole new story, and offering different things that I wasn’t offered. Golden Goat to be specific. That steamed me, I didn’t even get to know their whole selection.

    I’ll pass on going back.

25. My bud tender “dude with dreads” was knowledgeable and polite. His recommendation was on point. I actually smoked some White Lightning from THSea. By far the highest quality bud I’ve smoked since it became legal.

26. This is my second visit. I had a less than pleasant experience my first time in but I feel you should never judge a place by just one look. This time around the vibe was right on the mark. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that I gave them another chance. The budtender wasn’t pushy or bothered by my choices at all! I got some kief and concentrates, which he described and easily answered questions about. The prices were more than reasonable, quite affordable for bankrupt old hippies like myself. This is a real good place, I will return many more times.

37. I came in with $80… I left with a quarter for $44, a gram of some yummy sunset sherbert one of those rosin stick thingys and a caramel apple candy. Justin was incredible, he understands that its not always just about quantity or quality but also variety. I left very happy with my own little party pack and he knew all the prices and combos off the top of his head. Very impressed. Will be returning.

68. UPDATED REVIEW: I live right down the street from this store and it sucks that I have to drive to a shop further away because of Emerald Haze’s crazy pricing! The cheapest gram they had was $17!! 17!!! They had nothing that their online menu said they had. They don’t even have a menu when you get inside. To top it off, I ask the “budtender” about what deals they had but the person next to me got offered completely different deals with different prices! I really hope competition opens up near them in the future! Renton Highlands deserves a shop that will treat the neighbors and community right, not rip them off with shady prices! It’s worth the drive to save money and go to a different shop!

71. Service was friendly and offered a bottled water for the road. They seemed to want to push the 7g and up sizes of flower. Prices were a little high and selection was less than what I am used to at Greenside Rec and Evergreen Market. Flower was dry, more like old. Perhaps that’s why they were pushing the larger quantities so they could clear out drying inventory.

106. Emerald Haze appears to play favorites and is utterly disinterested in customer service. My buddy and I came here together, each buying about $200 of product. Staff was friendly, if somewhat less than knowledgeable. But this is close to both of us, so we came back two more times. On my buddies second visit he was given a punch card. He spent another $200. I came a few days later, but was never offered a punch card, even though I purchased the same amount. My buddy visited again about two weeks later, buying another $200 of product. When he presented the punch card, they took it and said that it was discontinued. They gave him a black loyalty card instead. I returned a few days after that, purchased the same amount, and did not receive a card. So I asked, and here is what they said, “we don’t provide punch cards or discount cards to anyone–all discounts are provided store-wide.” This was and is an outright lie. I have no idea why I was singled out. I am always both courteous and respectful, and bring a light humor. My friend, on the other hand is a grouch and not particularly nice to “the help.” We are both incensed about this obvious preferential and bias treatment and neither of us will be back.

     One side note: the last time I was there a customer was haggling over the price and received a better deal. That is not acceptable on any level. Plenty of other stores to go to and this one has lost about $800 of business from both my buddy and I. We called, btw, and talked about this and they denied they have anything like a “loyalty card.” Wow, strike three guys. Learn how to run a fair and equitable business!

The location is easy to get to and find and the staff… from the meet and greet at the door to the thanks for stopping by on the way out I have always been on the other side of the counter of excellent bud tenders who know the product they carry very very well. From concentrates to flower to carts and supplies I have always wanted to take my time once inside and explore the depth of knowledge the staff seems to have as well as giving them some of my preferences.

     Today Hannah helped me out with so many options to fit my tastes and budget that I was able to head home looking forward to a new strain/farm and some yummy bho and left with a smile.

     Great service as always. The bar is never lowered at EH. Hannah too has inched it upward yet again. See you next week…..or maybe tomorrow

     I don’t like how the rewards points redemption can only be up 15%. dY~! Menu is not consistently updated online. PLEASE carry more products!

     Some Budtenders come off as arrogant and some live up to stereotypes of pot users. They always seem to have new staff. Emerald Haze seriously needs to do some DEEP cleaning with the staff and system.

153. Went in to get a new cartridge. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a selection of CBD cartridges since those can be hard to find. Eben hooked me up with a Hawaiian Dream strain cartridge with the perfect amount of CBD and a light dusting of THC. It has had a great effect on reducing my stress. He and the other employees were also very patient when I kept changing my mind on what type of edibles I wanted to buy; I appreciated that. And by the way, man do they have a huge variety of edibles (and other products) I love walking in to a place and seeing something new!

The budtender I got was kind of a jerk, had an aloof attitude, gave me just one product to consider and offered no description, just put it on the counter and stared off into space basically ignoring me. I asked about it and got a typical shady used car salesman type answer about how great it was. Turns out his “recommendation” sucked, just like his service. Hopefully it’s just this guy because the other employees have been cool. I will give them another try but if it’s a repeat of my last visit then I won’t be back. If your Budtender is the guy who yells “NEXT” then be prepared for lousy service and product. And speaking of product they could stand to get some better growers too, not super impressed with any of the stuff there so far.

310. Out of all the shops I’ve been to in the area, EH is my favorite. It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, upbeat & knowledgeable (especially Terry, one of the managers), and they always have the best product. Also, who ever has Snoop Dogg show up at their spot must be doing something right.

318. Overall, a good spot for inexpensive flower and concentrate. I’ve been here many times because of that fact. However, their online menu is often out of touch with their stock *and* doesn’t tell you if the concentrate is a disposable pen, Indigo pro, etc. I had to start calling ahead to verify they have what I want (many wasted trips!) which is a real buzz kill, so I often end up going elsewhere now.

319. Yo this place was so dope. My first visit i felt so welcome, had a beautiful woman help me out and i could tell she is so enthusiastic about what she is doin. Helped get some good shit. Definitely will not be my last visit. I guve it 20 out of 10. Excellent services.

I personally want to thank an employee named Isaiah Mahoney because of his effort on customer satisfaction. He’s very patient with his customers especially since I have little knowledge of cannabis. 349. Saw the reviews and decided to check this place out after moving to the neighborhood. Quality selection and Shea def made me feel right at home. Safe to say I’ve found my new spot!

I have 4 problems with this shop: 1) Their Menu lists a Purple Trainwreck cartridge, but they actually only have Purple Wreck (a different strain). 2) Their salesperson sold me the incorrect cartridge. I left thinking I had Purple Trainwreck. 3) When I returned (just a few hours later after I discovered the problem), I was told that I could not return the unopened package and that they did not even have Purple Trainwreck. I assume that the Menu had been miss-typed. They seemed to care less that both their Menu and salesperson had made mistakes. 4) Today, 6 days later, their Menu still lists Purple Trainwreck and not the correct Purple Wreck cartridge that they really carry.

     I will never return to this shop, although it is in a convenient location. Buyers beware and double check everything they sell you before you leave.

355. I came in on Friday twice and let me tell you it’s busy busy at night, but slow in the morning so if you are in a rush go in the morning. I purchased a new indigo that is part of the new flavors and some Harmony Flower. First off the have the 2g for $20 which a steal for Harmony Farms. I am obsessed with the White Tara and Pink Lemonade. They each are sealed and once you pull the seal it’s is the most skunkiest weed with some big nugs. I am a huge fan of Harmony Farms now and I will only purchase from Emerald Haze. Thank you

Instead of fancy suits or spy gadgets, you have a wide selection of flowers, pre rolls, edibles, and etc. For a recreational store, the atmosphere is very classy. The salesman are all dressed professionally and they are extremely helpful. After your purchase, they also provide complimentary bottled waters and snacks. If you live in the Renton-Kent area, I would definitely recommend this store. Out of all the ones I have been to in the area, I will continue to shop here again.
