Have a Heart Skyway is the newest member of the Have a Heart Family, and our first recreational marijuana location in Seattle. This business doesn’t stand behind their product at all. I bought from them in a hurry, got home, and the product was old, stale and moldy. I come every other week and spend around 60 bucks. Asked for a refund after showing my receipt and the product they sold me. They offered me 25% off. My next purchase… no credit, no buy one get one free. Take your business elsewhere if you have the option. DISHONEST BUSINESS

It’s a great location and I go here often, but the one time I want to return a product that I didnt even use because there was a hole in the preroll they wouldn’t exchange it, refused to offer something else,and couldn’t help me at all. I was not happy with the service or how I was treated especially since I’m a regular customer.
You can’t beat the quality. The staff here is very friendly and professional. They also have a very knowledgeable medical consultant.

ok so in a pinch this is an ok shop first their selection is lacking… prices are still high for what you expect and outrageous for what you get…. I’ve had a couple issues here…..
the main issue I had was when I bought some oil… was supposed to be .5g and came in a black box with a little black silicone tub attached to it thought it was weird that you didn’t even have to open the box to open the container. The silicone containers are nice though as the oil won’t stick to the inside…. when I got home I opened it and was shocked it didn’t look like .5 so of course I weighed it .3g is what it came out to…. was not happy at all not like I lost weight due to what’s lost to the container as nothing will stick to the container…. it was like someone had scooped a dab out and put the box back to sell…
A couple weeks later I gave them a second chance as I didn’t want to drive to seattle, des moines, or deeper into renton… this time I didn’t buy the cardboard box crap. I bought .5g of oil that came on parchment inside a sealed plastic bag and also got a preroll… threw the oil in the freezer when I got home and peeled it off the parchment and weighed it on the same scale I had before… this time it came out to .52g which is good. I was very happy with it… though the other issue I had (aside from the being shorted my previous visit and their prices) was with the preroll I got. it had thick stems in it and smelled really bad, kind of moldy …. and when I say thick stems i’m not talking like those thinner stems from inside buds i’m talking like stems that come from the base of a bud… all in all really not pleased with this shop… and whatever you do make sure you stay away from the oil that comes in the boxes as it really seems that someone taking some liberties with the product there.
all in all I would not recommend this place to anyone till they get their act together… get better product… figure out what’s happening with the shorted products… and they also need to stop having their security guards act as sales people as that’s really not professional at all…

The moment we walked in the door, Marcus met us with a smile and a quick introduction to the layout of the store. I couldn’t be more impressed with the selection and organization. Everything is clearly labeled. Really the only problem is deciding what to take home today. Luckily, it is very clear we will be back.
Also must mention, the music selection was phenomenal while browsing. A++ for service and atmosphere. Looking forward to adding product reviews to that assessment.

Place seemed ok until I needed to return a concentrate for my vape pen. Being well aware of the strict requirements, I had all of the packaging and receipt. First the lady at the counter tried to say I already got enough out of it (mind you half of it was left when it stopped working). When I challenged that, she mumbled something and walked off. She came back and chastised me for making her call hey boss and getting her in trouble. I’m not sure what trouble she was going to get in, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude nor her insinuating I was trying to get something for free after having half of the product. There are too many shops to put up with poor service like this.

Came in here for the first time this week, and I was really impressed. I wasn’t used to the display set up, having almost everything back for the budtenders to grab. Makes it difficult because I changed my mind 3 times at the register because I wasn’t a fan of how certain waxes looked, but that’s on the producer not the retailer for making it hard to see the frickin product. This is the best shop I’ve been to so far! Customer service was GREAT! The front doorman, greeter, security, ID checker or whatever you’d like to call them are totally opposite of the stereotypical intimidating security. They’re very welcoming (and handsome:) gentleman. They assisted me with questions and recommendations while the bud tenders were assisting a sworm of people and I really enjoyed their recommendations!

I LOVE how this store is set up. They have all the weed in clear cabinets with mirrors so you can look at everything & not have to have someone helping you, although if you need help they are there for you. I like that you can really shop around without having to ask to see things from inside a counter. Before I give you the review of what I think of this place, I must tell you that I have been growing for years now, and I am a vendor to 20+ shops in Tacoma and Seattle. I know my cannabis like I know my abc’s. I went to this place, because it was the only place open to get a quick sack.
First thing I walk in, I get 4 SALESMEN sharking at me from the get go.
Second, the guy giving me information on the product was incredibly incorrect on all 4 questions I ask…. He told me blue dream was a hybrid indica dominant… if your half smart, you know blue dream is a sativa. but since I told him i wanted an indica, thats what he told me.
Third, When he handed me the cannabis I chose to get….. THE WEED WAS DIFFERENT. There was 3 nugs, all 3 were different strains. At that, it was squished to a cardboard thickness..
Worst shop I have ever stepped foot in.

Getting into and leaving the parking lot is one huge pain in the neck, but all that melts away as I open the door and am greeted very warmly by the kindest, compassionate, highly knowledgeable and just plain COOL staff who make sure everyone gets the help they need. All the ladies and guys make the great staff to the point where H.A.H Skyway is my ONLY stop shop, there is no place nor a group of people that bring joy like you guys at Have A Heart Skyway are the best thank you for everything. Honestly, LOTS of good things to say about this spot.. so lets go down the list!
QUALITY – Having shopped at most of the recreational shops in the greater Seattle area, I definitely have to give it to Have A Heart Skyway for having a great selection. The prices per gram start at $10 (INCLUDING ALL TAXES!) and eighths starting at $35. Even the cheapest strains on the shelf were pretty good. If you have shopped other recreational stores throughout Washington, you’ll probably notice a lot of the same brands. Skyway has the selection on lock, and with so many different prices, there is an option for everyone (even on a budget!). They also have a bunch of different types of concentrates and edibles, I honestly couldn’t believe it. And once again, prices on point. I saw the SAME items at Clutch, Greenside, and the Evergreen market, for a better price at Have A Heart. I also really enjoyed some great quality buds. I recommend the White Nightmare from Forbidden Farms ($12 out the door!) and Purple Arrow pre rolls from Rogue Raven.
Service – I read a few reviews before I came by, just to kind of get a feel for what I could expect. Apparently, people referred to the budtenders as “sharks” looking for a sale.. Luckily, not the case at all. Everyone was very welcoming (including the security guy up front!) and friendly, but most importantly informative. There were a few strains I wasn’t familiar with but was informed by the staff (and even checked leafly to see if they were on point, they were). I would absolutely send newcomers here, no questions asked. Check out was speedy too, they have three checkout registers so even with the line I was rang up very quickly. Did I mention, TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? THANK YOU!!!!
Atmosphere – One step into Have A Heart Skyway showed me that these guys care about presentation and the products they carry. The displays are fantastic, every single item is easy to view and look at. Unlike other shops, the displays here are hung on the wall, so you don’t even have to bend your neck to get a close look at the goods. The lighting was also nice and bright, allowing for those buds to shine nice in the light. They even have multiples displayed so that if it starts to get crowded (which it was, haha), everyone can still take their time and look at everything.
FINAL VERDICT – YEP, I’LL KEEP BUYING MY WEED HERE!

I really like their set up. You can browse the products before talking to the budtenders. Everything is clean and neat and well arranged by grower, the products ascending in price. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a little out of the way for me (I live in Redmond) but this store is very accessible off of I-5. It’s become a regular stop for me now. I look forward to the opening of the new downtown Seattle store.

Wow! The secret’s out. The worst thing about this shop is the parking because there were so many people there. I came in here about 3 months ago and it wasn’t like this at all. The selection wasn’t that great. Today, they had 6 $10 grams and one that was 25% THC. It was like going to a good restaurant where everyone is trying to get in. There was a beautiful budtender named Amber that helped me make my decision and I got a gram of Supernatural for $10 and a half gram of Refine oil for $25. There were 10 people in the line ahead of me but I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was laughing and music was playing. It was like being in a nightclub. I had a great experience there. If you’re a local, you’ve got to check this place out. It’s further away than a couple of other rec shops, but I’ll be going here whenever I can.

This is my favorite shop. They’re one of the larger ones I’ve been to. They have a large selection of products. They are large enough to spread out the inventory for display. Products are clearly labeled for cost and THC content. Prices are good and they have sales often. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This is by far the best dispensery in South Seattle! My budtenders are always super friendly, knowledgeable about products and just an awesome group of people. They have a great selection of prerolls, buds, edibles and herb related tools and toys to choose from and there is always staff to assist you and give great recommendations. The store is consistently clean and well organized, bumpin’ good music and giving me a super chill yet professional vibe.

I have been to every dispensary in the Seattle area, give or take, and this is by far my favorite. Easy access, clean location, great product, but most of all the staff is super friendly and not condescending or supercilious like some other places. These people genuinely want to help give you the best experience possible whenever you visit. I should know, I go here almost every other day! Also. all their inventory is displayed an easy to view, and if you have any questions there is almost always someone hovering around ready to answer it.

Have a Heart at skyway location is definitely one of my all time favorite dispensaries. The first reason is because you don’t have to ask them each time to grab something to see. They have their products out and you can really choose what you want. The other is that they have lots of products and you will most likely find what you want.
The service is outstanding! I flew in late from the east coast, and they took care of me instantly. I was greeted with a smile from security, and felt at home in there. They showed me the concentrates and helped me with my decision for a vaporizer. Really amazing staff, and will be going there before I fly out when I’m near the airport. I would totally recommend this place, and get the Vuber vaporizer it’s great if you can’t smoke where you’re at.

I used Leafly looking for Orange Crush Flower, and it said it was available at this location. I was thrilled. This is my favorite strain of all time. Unfortunately, they did not have it when I got there. Sold out quickly and they hadn’t been able to update their site (so be sure to call prior if you’re looking for something specific). They did have prerolls though of OC but they were dry & pretty flavorless. I was able to snag some Orange Kush though- which has been rad! Excellent quality flour.
I also love concentrates and they had a lot of options and strain I haven’t seen around before or that are usually hard to find.
They have a beautiful store and everything on display, with prices too! Makes it easier to browse on your own & get exactly what you need. I will change this to a complete 5 star once I get my hands on that Orange Crush! dY$?~dY’<

This is a great place! Their prices are as reasonable as any other rec store, and if you look around and check it it out you will actually find they are cheaper or on par with everyone else. I love the display cases where you can actually see the product and the info on it. You can look around and take your time unpressured. Everyone I’ve dealt with have all been very nice ppl. Originally started coming to have a Heart for their platinum kush about a month ago. I’m writing on the experience I had a few days ago when I grabbed pink cookies, in general everything was good but when I asked questions I didn’t get responses I was looking for all I got was it’s good or ya it taste good. I like the store just haven’t been impressed on the “answer any questions you might have and to help you find the best product for your needs” part. I know what I’m looking for I just need better flavor profile description, describe how the onset is, describe the texture to me, get the smell to my nose without opening the package. Other than that everything has alwAys been top service and friendly ppl at all locations especially the greenwood location .

I’m in town visiting family and just scooped 2 grams of the loudest, stinkiest, choke you out, eyes watering, nose running, lung clearing full melt I have ever smoked from Have A Heart Skyway. The Primus Full Melt is hands down best full melt I’ve ever tried. I’m 30 years old and freaking out in my parents house in my old room running around with a can of Glade in one hand and Febreeze in the other trying to hide the smell of this beautiful hashish. I feel like I’m 15 again. Do yourself a favor and go pick some up.

I went to this shop today for the 1st time. Wow! I’ve been to shops all over town but this place was buzzing. They had a great selection of grams, eighths, joints, oil and edibles. The prices were cool and they had $10 grams and some real good quality stuff. The people were pretty nice too. No pressure, just info and these were the most informed staff I’ve seen in the industry yet. I used to go to their med stores and they’ve been around a long time. I left with some nice eighths and a preroll for the road. They stay open until midnight Th-Sat and 10 every other night and on holidays. I was glad to find them open today. It’s a small shop but it looks pretty cool. I’m definitely going back when I’m in Southie.
The thing I like most about Have A Heart, is the wide variety of strains offered. As well as reasonably priced product for anyone’s budget. I think they have one of the best menus on Leafly. Its updated regularly, it has multiple strains for any budget, most of all it shows a breakdown of THC to CBD for most every strain, which other Dispensaries don’t! So I would definitely recommend Have A Heart. Check out their interactive menu before you visit, its good to research and have an idea what your looking for before you show up.

Helluva time finding this place. GPS went stupid on me. You gotta use your eyes once you get to the last step. It’s actually on a corner location in a white building. GPS gives goofy instructions once you are within a block or so.
Once I found it, it was all downhill from there. I went on a Sunday morning when it wasn’t crowded. The budtender was very helpful and assisted me immediately. The inside of the building was very clean and organized making it easy to browse.
The best part was getting the daily deal because it gives me the opportunity to try new strains inexpensively.
This is my dispensary and I highly recommend you visit and see if it will become yours.

I have been here 15 to 20 times. I have referred all my friends there. But today at 10:20am I was in your store and like I always do i walk to the counter tell the person behind it what I want and how much money I have. That had always worked in the past as your employees were super helpful. This time your one girl m behind the counter was having a conversation with a coworker and a client and she did not want to help me she just pointed me in a direction and what she pointed me to was a very low grade bud. I walked back over and said that stuff is low thc and I wanted high thc. So she said there was a bag in the cabinet that was twice as much as I wanted to spend which was 400 and I only I had when I questioned her on that she said that those were my choices. She didn’t seem like she really wanted to help me. So instead of talking to the manager I put my drivers license back into my wallet and walked out. I rode right across the street to 3 kings told them what I was looking for and he brought 6 or 7 samples I could look at and ended up buying my stuff there because he was helpful. If you look at your cameras at about 10:20 am you will see a man with a red coat on and the girl I was talking to was right across from me. I will probably come back but my experience this time was very unpositive. I hope you can get this problem solved. Thank you for looking at my comments. M

Have a Heart has been my go to for a long time. For a long time it was easy to walk in see what you want and how much it was and then walk out. This new set up is a little confusing at first compared to the easy and well-organized system that was in place.
This place is my go-to smoke shop. Everyone is super-friendly, informative and they always have great recommendations for their customers. Pricing ranges from super cheap to $85 joints! Every once in a while, they have great sales up to %50 off and they stay open til 11:45. This place is highly recommended and they’ve earned a loyal customer out of me

It was 10pm Friday night and my local favorite retail marijuana store was closed. I looked on leafly to see if there were any other spots open.
I saw have a heart was open. It was a bit of a drive but I was on a mission! I didn’t have any expectations considering the time. I just wanted herbs. I first get there and the security is very kind. Then I look around. Finally!!!! A dispensary where I don’t feel rushed or feel as if I’m a thief. Usually other shops follow me around or pressure me into picking a strain. But this spot was totally different.
I finally pick one “Beastmode OG” (great choice).
I walk up to the counter and I tell the associate my choice of high was Beastmode OG. He kindly helps me and asks me to pick which bag looked best.
The bags didn’t look so good (must’ve been the last of it). But I knew the one in the case looked good. I told the associate that either one was fine but he saw my discomfort and quickly asked if I wanted the one in the case! I said yes!!
The dudes name was Andrew. A real cool dude. He was a huge help

The outside of the location might fool you, but step inside and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I’ve found the deals here to be cheaper than other shops in the nearby area, and depending on how you’re traveling, this might catch you first before you head further down the hill for more expensive prices on the same quality product.

The staff at Have a Heart are knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for the first time a week ago and walked out with 2 eighths and a joint for $100. Out of all the shops I go to, this one was by far the best! I would recommend it to anyone within 50 miles because of the way tey do business.

Layout actually makes sense. Strains are organized by type- and then by price. There isn’t a budtender awkwardly staring at you while you browse. In fact, you basically just walk in and take a look around and THEN go place an order. Very casual and highly recommended.

So I’m an “oldy”, smoking since 1976. I’ve been shopping the Have a Heart Skyway for 3 months now since moving to WA from PA. I would come in the shop and look for the highest THC in straight Indica. Reading up on Cannabis and CBD and CGB, tonight I wanted to talk to someone. I recommend talking to KC who was so educated that he made me more confused!! J/K!! I was amazed at how much he knew and he showed me 5 different strains and explained each of them until I decided what I would try. He also gave me a 20% discount making it even more affordable. I will look for him again when I shop and have him help me maybe try something new. Thank you KC!! You were amazing!!!

Out of all the dispensaries have a heart is one of the few true to their name sake all due to the budtenders. Parking was tricky because of it being on a busy corner. When the place gets busy the parking lot gets jammed up. Security here should get a new job because they seem like they hate what they do. Product is displayed clearly through out the floor for easy browsing among the neon lights. The product is vast and ranges in quality. The service I’ve received here was the best. Fataun is the best budtender I’ve ever been helped by. The deals here are some of the best around. Have a heart is the only dispensary I know of that honors their leafly menu. No bait and switch here, they’re unlike the other heartless dispensaries.

We were blown away by this place! We’ve always liked the other Have a Heart location but their selection was often a bit sparse- not a problem here! This place has everything you could possibly want (and I wanted some random stuff!). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable- you’re definitely in good hands with these folks. Also, the in-shop music plays outside the shop so when we rolled up “Pour Some Sugar On Me” was blasting in the parking lot which was just extra awesome. 🙂

I’ve tried several shops in the area, but Have a Heart Skyway is the one that keeps bringing me back. The prices are consistently low, the staff is friendly and helpful without seeming pushy (a huge plus for me), and even when they’re busy the shop doesn’t feel super crowded or slow. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Stopped by earlier this week. They had great selection of products. The “budtender” was helpful, a little clueless on what I was looking for. There is some mixup on products listed and what they offer as certain items were marked GF, read the ingredients and the conatin gluten. Took an extra 30 minutes having to void out the order completely and rerun the items. Love the location as it is where I grew up. Could have been a much better visit. Will give them another shot to see if next time it goes better. Also I told the budtender that I wanted a 10mg drink and ended up with 100mg drink and did not get a receipt until I checked what I had purchased. Seemed that the girl was having an off day.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been to many weed stores in this was on of the few where I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The store layout allows plenty of window shopping and the staff aren’t on the floor constantly nagging you to make a sale. Overall a great business and experience.
