4. Not well stocked and was out of most concentrates although the online menu showed availability. Also need to add Rosin and no CBD concentrates.

6. First impression was excellent, friendly desk personnel and free hot/cold refreshments & cookies. My Bud tender was outstanding, she was a young vibrant girl with a great welcoming personality. Now it all goes downhill, after getting home I opened my flower to find horribly over dried and brittle buds that I was even afraid to touch. Less then thrilled with the product if it was not for the service im not sure I’d drive lol the way there again but I will give them a second chance but may open canister there and check before leaving.

8. This was my first dispensary. Really love how they decorated the inside and everyone is super nice and friendly! I’ve been back a few times and Mike has helped me each time. He’s great!

11. What an incredibly well run shop they have. From their knowledgeable staff relaxing environment incredible selection and great prices these guys are heads and tails above the rest. On top of that they even have a veterans discount of one dollar per $10 bought what an incredible store thank you Terravida!!!!

14. I was in the area doing some work and had to visit this place. I have been to other dispensaries prior to this. Called and talked to them explaining that I had been to other dispensaries, and they informed me that I could waive the consultation.

    They instructed me to have a seat in their unnecessary day spa waiting area (all that money they put into the building and decorations they could have added a few more counters to accommodate the customer). I sat there waiting for this pharmacist to approve my papers and waive the consult.

    This pharmacist walked around for awhile, and then took a scheduled consult after me sitting in this waiting room for 45 MINUTES! Those Consults are at least 30+ mins…… It took me having to feel awkward and embarrassed to have to approach the person at the front desk in front of other people for her to interrupt the scheduled consult he just took to sign the paper.

    All in all: it took me an hour and a half to walk out that door. Horrible experience.

    HOWEVER, THEIR MENU is on a whole other level!!!!!!

Great for my first time, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, but I’m a bit disappointed I paid $50 cash for a Ilera Co2 cart, and it doesn’t work 🙁 I’m not sure if it’s a 510 thread, but theres a gold pin in the bottom, and adjustable vaporizing, but it doesnt work with my standard batteries:( I hope they will replace with one that works!

23. The Malvern location is conveniently located off the highway. The staff is all very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been going there for over a month and I love them all! The work with you to find the best products available to help your situational needs. The waiting room is a lovely vibe with free drinks and cookies while you wait. The bathrooms are nice an large and Wheelchair Accessible. The selection is updated daily and you can always check your email for the new products or the website which is often updated daily. I highly recommend this facility if you live in Chester County, PA. They also are very accommodating when there are any issues with your product.

24. Best in the state. They now have online ordering too; I was in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday. Great people from the door to the back…including BigBrother at the front door 😉
