I have never had a bad experience, from the time walking into the door in the waiting room, to the service from the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to find a product that will work for your condition. Amazing atmosphere, service, staff, and products available.

49. This dispensary opened today. It is a block form my workplace, so very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff–they don’t take tips, but there is a tip jar for Project HOME, a very effective housing program for homeless folks with several apartment complexes (many built with funds donated by Jon Bon Jovi!). So, dispensary (a) pays their employees well and (b) is a good neighbor and advocate. Their prices are very competitive with other dispensaries in the area–the cartridge I bought today was $5 less than what I normally pay. This will be my go-to spot from now on.
    Went again today, and the service was terrific, and I was able to purchase distillate.

For top dollar I expect prime freshness and Beyond Hello delivered.

    This is my go to place regarding selection of items. They always have what I want compared to other places which hasn’t had my strain in their inventory for 7 days now.

    The Service:
    The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were able to recommend something which I have been using since. I told them I was in a rush and they actually accommodated me to expedite the process by taking my order while in line so that when it’s my turn I can just pay for it right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    The Atmosphere:
    This place is extremely chill. From the waiting room, you enter into a spacious area the reminded me of being inside a cabin in the Poconos.

    Overall I just love this place because they always have my strain in stock, their customer service is truly as advertised as they go beyond to help their customers and the atmosphere is relaxing to me.

69. I liked that I didn’t have to travel far to get here. I didn’t know what to expect it was my first time at a dispensary. The first time you need an appointment that didn’t take long. The pharmacist was helpful explaining everything and was patient with all the questions I had. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I’ll be returning soon to try some more of their products.

I did not experience a wait and noticed one of my usual purchases was less expensive here than at a competitor’s location. I would recommend Beyond Hello to people in need in the Philadelphia area.

The store is very bright and looks clean and modern. There is a comfortable waiting area and a efficient sign-in. Everyone was very nice and happy to be there.      Clean, unobstructed front entryway. I’ve been there many times and I’ve always been greeted by an officer there to ensure my safety as well as other clients. Always very professional, but they do smile.

121. Beyond / Hello is a solid dispensary overall. They have decent stock, and carry a decent variety of products. My only gripe, so to speak, would be that they do not carry Terrapin flower. Hypothetically speaking, if they were to add Terrapin Flower to their stock, they would be perfect.

     Their online menu could use a aEURoelast updatedaEUR date and or time, so the customer knows the menu is current.

     Everyone who works here is really hospitable and welcoming. They have a pretty strong knowledge of cannabis, and even of concentrates as well. They also try to have a conversation with you as you purchase, so the experience is less aEURoetransactionalaEUR and more personal. I’d highly recommend checking out Beyond / Hello if you are in the lower bucks county or center city area (center city location opens 1/24/19). It is a great experience.

     Now stocking FLOWER and quality concentrates, pill, caps, tinctures,topical.
     The people who work at ALL these dispensaries have earned there place they are equal to a pharmacist that you can talk to openly.
     They have some great choices and different brands and are quite knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, flower is just absolutely ridiculously overpriced, for example 3.5g of a terrapin strain here is either $48 or $58 depending if you want premium or top shelf, my go to dispensary I am getting literally the exact same products for $37 and $45. That’s $11 more and $13 more per 3.5g. The grams of terrapin here are also overpriced at at least $5 more. That’s the only complaint I had about this place considering I was shocked when I seen the menu.

142. Out of the dispensaries I’ve visited in PA, Beyond/Hello is my current favorite. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is solid, there’s always good deals, and the overall experience is pleasant. The model for the store works well, too, because unlike some other places, it’s one customer per consultant at a time. This cuts down on both stress and pressure during the buying process, as it’s quieter, less hectic, and you can get all your questions answered before you make your purchase(s). Once you’re inside, the whole experience feels like going to a high-end boutique.

     5/5 will always recommend.

My main issue is the selection of the 3.5g. It is not good at all. It’s very limited and not a lot of brands are there. However in the 1g there is more than ample selection. Where’s all that Cresco in 3.5g? I hope the reason for this is that the hope is most will just buy a bunch of 1g which end up being $15 more than if you bought 3.5 g. To me a gram is a tester not a supply. With Liberty coming soon it’s time to make your mark now. Send emails about New flower brands or the menu for the next day just something to let people know you’re there! I would love nothing more for this dispensary to be my spot but at this rate most of what you have earned so far will go elsewhere where the selection is worth the drive. So please improve that selection of brands and 3.5. I really want you guys to make it and be successful. There is a reason the other dispensary has 3 locations already. My fingers are crossed!!dY~f
