An eighth of Acapulco gold . an eighth of r2 d2 and a eighth of blueberry cough never had this strain before it smelled pretty dam good like blueberries. I enjoyed Keith for my budtender. He was awesome helped my wife and I with everything we need we would definitely be back .

31. Love this place. I’ve gotten Dan as a budtender the last few times I’ve come in and hes been the best. Super helpful and friendly. This dude needs a raise! I had never done concentrates and was wanting to start out and Dan answered ALL my questions and I had a million, he wrote down the equipment I needed to buy and I went next door and picked it up. Hes an awesome guy. Stop by today (halloween) hes dressed up as Batman and doing the christian bale voice all day!!

    Also about the flower, this is my primary dispensary and its never been bad quality!!

44. This location is the closest to me; with that being said Emerald is one of my favorite locations to visit. They are always quick to see me and get me on my way. Their flower pricing is a bit higher than the average, but they do have deals daily which help offset. There is no heads up what deal of the day that they’ll have unless it’s something a week or two away. Timeless vapes are sold here too 🙂

50. Went in for my Ftp deal, front desk check in was quick and I didnt have to fill anything out. Really liked the openess and layout of the facility. My budtender was Amanda, she’s awesome. She gave me a break down of the entire store and walked me through each strain of flower, edibles and other products,droped alittle knowledge on me. The first time paient purchase freebies were amazing wonder woman og and choco blueberrys. Will be back soon

51. I came to emerald on their opening day, January 13th and the atmosphere and shop had an amazing feel too it! The product looked good unfortunately this day the pos systems were down and I was unable to make a purchase! The staff was still very kind and helpful. They even let me register as a patient and that way when I came back they would already have me in the system! I love emerald and most certainly will be back!

57. This location is fantastic. The building is in a safe part of the valley and easy to find. Every staff member is well educated about the products. The quality of the products is great no matter weather getting flower, tinctures, edibles, etc. When you try Emerald Phoenix; you will not go anywhere else.

58. PROS: Great location, flowers are of premium quality. No wait time. Lots of choices for whatever you need.

    CONS: Having a very young adult tend to me, not knowing the first thing about mmj. She had to consult Leafly about the strains when I asked her questions. She was a bit condescending as well. AND the prices are way too high for me to become a regular here. When you charge $55 an 1/8, you’re not helping anyone but yourselves. A lot of patients can’t afford the prices.

    This is a great place to experience tho, but the prices will keep me going to another dispensary, where I can get a premium quarter for $70 or $10 a gram NOT $110 for a premium quarter or $15-17 a gram. That is a huge difference.

    I might come back for your specials, but will never pay full price.

I had no idea where to begin or what to buy and the girl that helped me made choosing my medicine easy. 162. I avoided this place like the plauge! The pricing was way outta my league. So boy was I plesently surprised on my first visit. No first time paperwork! just hand them your card and photo ID and your set to go. The place is set up with numreous stations and its kinda like going to the DMV a little, very noisey, With all those registers there should have been no wait. 15 min later I was called up for my order. I had a lot of questions and the girl didn’t seem to happy but she put up with me. And I settled on carmel ice, and Thin mint gsc. carmel ice was beautiful full of hairs and manicured perfect. Thin mint was pretty stoney , kinda dry. They gave me a gr of durban polson, a 5mg chocolate candy ( it melted). All for $38 . 8grms and of mid-high grade for $38 and a candy to boot. I’d say another visit would be in order. Strictly for research purposes!

As I entered Emerald Phoenix for my first time, I was welcomed by Dan (Which coincidently also happened to be my budtender’s name) and explained to me policies & talked to me a little about Emerald in General. He was nice. Immediately after my check-in, I was introduced to my budtender, Dan. Dan was fantastic. As I looked through premium shelf strains, Dan was quick to recommend strains perfectly, accommodating my needs. As I was able to get BOGO up to a quarter, Dan hooked it up with a 5-Gram BOGO, making for a successful, yet cheap visit. Thanks to Dan for a great experience, and will be back soon. Will recommend.

284. This is my go-to dispensary! I don’t think they even give any incentive to leave reviews like other dispensaries but after visiting many other dispensaries, Emerald is still by far the best! Open floor plan and set up, so there is never any crowding and I’ve never had to wait (you getin and out in minutes). Staff is always great and the person at check in is usually really informative telling you of any specials for the day and how many points you have available to use. My first few visits I asked many questions even some where the answer was right on the board in front of me but the bud tenders never made me feel stupid and patiently answered any questions. I just love the atmosphere and quick service.., definitely my fave/the best dispensary and I’m not even getting a free pre-roll or any incentive to say so, so you know they’re good!! Also the infusion edibles like the big delicious brownies are about $2-3 cheaper here then any other place I’ve been so far. Emerald is my birthstone so I extra love this place!

     That being said, this place is incredible. I got an 8th of R2D2, and Bubba Kush. The R2D2 was simply amazing, for a $35 8th. I’ve had Bubba before, as it’s one of my go-to strains, and this batch was fire.

     The bud tender (Amber…?) was super friendly, didn’t rush me at all, was very knowledgeable, and did her job well.

     The atmosphere is great. It’s all one big room, so while a non-patient cannot approach the “bar” area, they can see it. This is great for visitors, who winner what these places are like behind the security door.

     Also. there a cert. dr. and a parerphenelia shop in the plaza. Bonus!

That is terrible service. I was in hospital for my birthday and had no problem getting my birthday deals a week later from other dispensaries. Plenty of other places that I’ll give my money to.

638. I wanted to write a really long review but I’ll try to make it shorter. This was my first dispensary I’ve been to. I was so scared of cannabis from bad past experiences. I’m also a patient of sever pain insomnia and really extreme anxiety. After my doctors recommended I try cannabis and I was desperate to get some relief I set my fear aside for a moment was super brave, and got my card then came to emerald. I was not only welcomed but a man of the name of taco helped me out and he spent no joke almost 40 minutes educating me on the most helpful products, ways to consume them, and pros and cons. I was so less scared after I left. I medicated for the first time about 4 days later and I wanted to cry. Not because it was bad but because in the fist time in over a year I felt, relaxed, happy, sleepy, and overall I felt normal again. And that normality is something I’ve desperately wanted. This was an amazing place and I will definitely return. Oh and mr. taco gives out free high fives he told me personally. So I’m just saying if you want to go to a professional, friendly, knowledgeable dispensary who will also give you free high fives this is the place to go. Thank you so much for everything mr. Taco and the rest of the staff.

698. it was an average place with average displays. it was covenant at the time but nothing to drive for. my coworker that was coming by to help me move into my new place stopped cause of medical issues. I never got close to his car maybe 10ft, to tell him to fallow me when I leave. the owner who was outside getting signs, started accusing me of selling my medicine. I showed him my bag was still stapled shut with my receipt. he than tried to save face by continuing to accuse me. he then asked for my receipt so he could see my patient id. I told him he has cameras out side, if I did something wrong let’s call the police. at that point he told me to leave I wasn’t welcome back. don’t shop here!!! they don’t respect patients.

699. Visited here on a Saturday at 5 p.m. No wait at all, which was nice. The open floor plan is interesting. Picked up the Alien OG, priced at $15/gram but it was $3 off for being a new patient. Nice flower, crystals all over and not dry. Worth $15? No, not really. Unfortunately, they seem to have some of the higher priced flower in the area. There are too many other dispensaries within 5-6 miles that have meds for way less and the same quality or better. Enjoyed the free gram of pure power and the edible espresso beans were yummy.

768. Wow, I’m amazed at the negative reviews. I live very close by, so I’ve been shopping at Emerald since they opened and I have always been very happy with the prices on the specials, happy with the incentives, very happy with tenders Brandy & Jackie, and exceptionally happy with the quality of the strains – high THC, no timber, not dried our & stale, etc.

     Everyone there is friendly & helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. I drive past at least 8 other dispensaries going to & from work, and 3 or 4 more when going to my doctor’s office, so I virtually, like everyone else, have a large selection of providers to choose from, but I will almost always drive back home and go to Emerald, bypassing the others, (except for exceptional irresistable limited time sale prices.)

     I really only came on to post a strain review but I felt compelled to offset some other possibly misleading comments.

     About that strain review though…. Thanks Jackie!! for telling me about the Black Lime. I do like it very much, tastes great, smooth and very effective!!

771. I have never given a dispensary a negative review but unfortunately this one is going to be a little negative. I’ve been to this spot and have always been completely happy. However when I went in yesterday I asked for 3 different products that had been on the dispensary’s menu and they didn’t have the item in stock. I was pretty disappointed but I actually walk out of Emerald happy. First I got 20 percent off my order because I just renewed my card. I also was able to try something different. I really like the Huxton brand flower, especially their Master Kush. I decided to get a Huxton Tin Zen, which has a blend of Master Kush, Wonder Woman, and Blue Dream. I was a little hesitant about the blend but actually I’ve really enjoyed smoking it. I also love to get some type of bowl topper to give the bowl a little extra pop when I need it. They where out of the Keif I wanted so I ended up getting a gram of caviar. I would definitely pick up more of the caviar it is super potent and just a little bit makes the bowl last forever. So my experience started off bad but ended up turning out alright. Would still go to Emerald.
