1. Jason and Joe really know their stuff and are personable and friendly. They can help you narrow down the right products for your symptoms. The GM and Pharmacists are great too!

2. For your first visit appointments are suggested but not required. Treated with respect & products suggested actually worked. Waiting room is small , expect a 20 minute or longer wait to get your product. They do have a ATM on site if you are hesitant about carrying cash

3. The patient advocates are great and always willing to help. Prices are higher than I would like but I expect them to come down across the state and don’t fault them for that. Great all around I always enjoy popping in.

4. Very friendly and helpful staff. Front waiting room is small. The back room with products is a nice size and is very warm and inviting with a great atmosphere. Product prices are on the high side but its that way all over Pennsylvania as of now.

Reading the reviews here and agree with most.But, My perception of the problem{I work at a grow} is we are growing plenty but not producing the products the public needs or wants.Example,seems to be plenty of pills or caps available but a lack of vape products.No RSO anywhere it seems. Perhaps they are settling for what they can get or they aren’t very business savvy.
   The staff is awesome I won’t argue that. quality has been good.Its nice to be able to sample the various fancy stuff we didn’t have when I was a kid!
   Facility is way to small, perhaps they will expand when some cash starts flowing. Seriously ,no restroom? Thats ridiculous!
   Overall,a positive experiance and the rest of my complaints would focus on the DOH not the dispensaries. A regulation for everything .Bureaucratic crap as per usual.

7. The prices are HORRID. I understand that these aren’t going to be close to other states prices but in most cases it’s DOUBLE. This goes across our entire state not just this dispensary. The employees are outstanding at this location or this would be a 1 star review.

12. Never have I ever come across a dispensary quite like Justice Grown. Professional, caring, comforting and passionate would be the best description of this crew. I’ve been to many dispensaries across the US and the experiences have been what you’d expect from a store that sells marijuana. Not with JG though. They are far from the norm. They truly care about each and every patient and would do anything they can to help them. The combined knowledge of this crew by far surpasses that of any dispensary I’ve been to. Joe and Jason are truly experts in their craft. The knowledge that those two hold has the capability to help a ton of people and I’m sure many others can attest to that based on previous reviews. I found my go-to dispensary and you guys have my loyalty! Keep up the great work guys!!! Looking forward to see what you all do next!

16. Justice Grown is the best despencery in PA so far ! The staff is very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. Check in was quick and easy. If you have already met with their pharmacist, they will check your card and escort you to the sales room. It was nice to be able to look at the menu screen while waiting to purchase product. Let’s talk about the best part, the prices ! One of the main concerns that everyone has had here in PA is the high price at the start of the program. Justice Grown has the best prices so far. A gram of live budder, sugar or wax is running 15 to 20 dollars less than other despenceries in PA. I’m sure once more growers are up and running and there is more competition the prices will drop even more. I highly recommend you visit Justice Grown, you won’t be disappointed !

17. Given the reasons any of us would go here… I have to say I was left highly happy with my experience at JG.

    Service: From the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave; professionalism. The people I witnessed are knowledgeable about their products (pretty extensive menu for PA), Joe the “budtender” (Dealer, Service rep???) made great recommendations and everyone from the security guard to the back room operations folk really seemed to enjoy their work and work well together as a team.

    Quality: Because they carry several of the manufacturers their menu was full of alternatives… I was able to leave there with the pretty broad variety of product carrying the mmj product values I needed to work with my condition and situation.

    Atmosphere: The location is just too small. They’ve laid out and created a welcoming presence with the space they have but, it’s very close quarters for everyone. There is no rest room available (I believe this to be a pretty fundamental amenity in any facility service a medically challenged and often times a long traveled customer base)

    So… of the 3 values we are measuring by… 2/3 are excellent experience and the 3rd, the least important of the three, is found wanting and an opportunity for improvement in the future.

24. Product is fine employees are fine, but don’t ever expect them to be open the hours they say. They fix that, I will come back. On top of my medical problems, and the fact that you pay so much for a medical marijuana license, they should be open the actual Times they advertise. But they weren’t for me on a Friday at 5:50 PM in the door says 6 PM for close time. They are only 10 minutes from my house but if they’re going to continue to do that I will go to another shop 40 mins out of my way and they will make my money.

25. first timer here and was satisfied. friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable staff.

    i wish they had a bathroom, but maybe the state won’t let them? afraid patients will administer in the toilet probably.

    i had slight wait the first time, but absolutely no wait the second time. furthermore, i could’ve been in and out but had a million questions.

    they were very patient with me since they didn’t have what i wanted initially and apologized profusely. i became overwhelmed with all the other options and had a panic attack and had to bailout. which is ironic. no?

    what impressed me most is they’re not aEUR~know-it-alls’. snobs, or worse… hipster-millennials that say aEUR~like’ every 3 words, know more than you, and if they don’t, then it’s about something that’s not worth knowing…

    i’m digressing, but it’s nice to talk to someone behind a counter who will be taking my money, but is passionate about what they do, is an expert in their fields, yet is willing to admit that things are changing so fast that they are still learning new things…

    sadly, how rare is that these days?

    as you can tell their products work lovely (medicated here) since i’ve suddenly become an effin’ expert reviewer (having never left an online review in my life).

26. I want to make a clarification on my review. I said no one was returning my call. I was wrong. They were using another number I gave to them which I do not use much. I checked this morning and someone did call. My apologies Justice Grown. I asked to call me at a certain number when I left message but they called on the number they had on file. Thank you. 28. I just drove 2 hours to get here, to pull in to find a note on the door that they closed at 2. I call the number and a lady picks up and tells me they had to close because of staffing. wtf I burst into tears because not only did i just drive 2 hours on a suspended license, I’ve been out of product since Friday. thanks for nothing JG!

29. I have to say Joe and Jason by far surpassed what my expectations would be.. I tried to post this the other day but It wasn’t successful. I go in there with the most energy and high spirit and every time my energy is matched. They help me with any false or uneducated information I may have. They are bother truly well versed in the differences with products as well as what pairs best with your needs. Also they give an honest review of every product so that you know your best most affordable options. I have been going here a few months now and everytime I leave happy and with exactly what I wanted. Thank you both so much for your understanding and patience to every person who comes through those doors

31. This location is easy to access with plenty of parking in front of the building. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I would like them to add their menu to Lealfly as the option through their website is a challenge to view and doesn’t list THC or CBD percentages. Other dispensary use Leafly to add pictures and connect patients with the history and effects of each strain, which might help to select the preferred medicine for your ailment(s). I also like their quick check out option as some days I know exactly what I’d like and can be in and out and on with my day.

32. I am so glad that I went to Justice Grown. I live a distance from all dispensaries and tried another first. That didn’t turn out so great, I feel the person who helped me at the first dispensary didn’t know the products well enough. My 2nd and 3rd dispensary visits were at JG, they know the products better, and made excellent recommendations when I asked for help. I just had my first good night of sleep without pain, anxiety, waking up, and constantly moving to get comfortable. And it is all thanks to their spot on recommendations yesterday!! Thank you Justice Grown!

33. Please bring the Leafly menu back!!!!! I’m sorry, but your website is from 1999. horrible and slow. Leafly is a great and easy service and you’re taking a very useful source away from your patients.

35. Jason was my second budtender experience at JG. Funny, most states I read that the budtenders can be so uncaring and know nothing….not these guys. They’re the best. JG has my loyalty for many reasons- budtenders, pharmacist, commitment to patient needs…I could go on. Just use JG. Brass tacks.

37. It makes me happy that Justice Grown chose the Gateway Shopping Center as a flagship location. My visits to JGaz* have been pleasant, informative, and quick! Product quality is definitely on the rise and it doesn’t seem like it will be slowing down anytime soon (wonderful!). Staff keeps patients informed about products on the website and leafly app. This is especially helpful when JGaz* has to unexpectedly close when all the product is sold! Not to worry though,…they restock in no time.

38. Very Knowledgeable and polite Staff (Andrew is the man!). The decor is awesome. Very rustic NEPA feel/vibe. Patient base is amazing, very friendly atmosphere!

    My only negative is Flower prices… $20 gs is crazy when the other dispensary across town has the same flower for $16 no matter what.

    Other then that, I’d go chill there an have my coffee an talk to other patients if you could!

39. Their products are very low in THC, high in THCA. The staff tries to convince you that THCA is the same thing when its broken down. THCA has no psychoactive affect. Not to mention their prices are extremely high , 65 to 90 dollars per gram of dabs with less than 11% THC. Some were not even 1% THC. I thought they were here to help sick patients but I felt instead that I was taken advantage of, as someone with a chronic condition with very little access to options for any kind of symptom relief. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the help I recieved from the pharmacist, who was genuinely understanding .

40. I’ve been going to Justice Grown for a few months now but the prices for cartridges and concentrates were killing me! Now that they have flower to vape it has become more affordable to me since I’m 65 and on a fixed income.
    The flower prices are close to or equivalent to black market prices with 1/8ths as low as $25 which are usually small popcorn buds but quality was good.
    The atmosphere is not very good especially since my first dispensary visit was on 4/20 at Tera Verde which was had tons of seating as well as refreshments in a very subdued plush atmosphere
    High ly recommend both!

41. Everyone was great on my first visit. All of my questions were answered, and I was provided with ample information to assist with initial decisions. My budtender, Joe, helped me navigate the lengthy menu to find out what may work best for my needs. Very grateful for an enjoyable first visit!

The employees, from the gentleman in the front who checks you in to the budtenders in the back, always make you feel welcome and will go above and beyond to assist you. I only wish they would start a delivery service as I am a senior and don’t drive so I have to depend on others for a ride. I have found no need to visit any other dispensary. 56. The people here are great, always friendly, and they make you feel comfortable. The products are a bit pricey but it will get better once the flower shows up. This is the best dispensary in our area. I have visited another one and the staff there were miserable, no atm, and they seemed like they were forced into selling a product rather than taking pride in what they were doing…. just weird vibes. 58. didn’t have that professional feel specially with the man behind the bullet proof glass felt more like I was entering a porn shop.. staff was knowledgeable and helpful but weren’t really into being there.. product selection was ok but its a chance on what your getting.. their online menu isn’t updated and they don’t have a menu tied into leafly which we all know is one of the best marijuana site on the net to keep us informed.. would shop there again but would be my 3rd choice.. sorry guys constructive criticism

66. I drive over an hour to get to this location. Driving more than half an hour is taxing on me. Visited JG twice now in two weeks. Passing Scranton, I don’t mind the extra miles to this location. Prices here are good compared to the current Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana sales. Here’s to seeing another JG closer to home. Stay positive.

I was secretly hoping Joe would be working (After reading the good reviews) and he was. I have been to 2 other PA MMJ dispensaries and rec in Colorado and BY FAR JOE AT JUSTICE GROWN WAS THE MOST EDUCATED AND HELPFUL. Its Not often someone knows more than me! GREAT SELECTION AND OVERAll SYSTEM with updated menus daily and on leafy. Small suggestion and fyi: for us traveling a distance to get there, a restroom would be appreciated. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB! 73. I would like to say how great everyone at this dispensary is! From front desk, security, pharmacist, managers and budtenders especially joe and jason. Being very inexperienced they took the time to listen and get me the products to help with my pain and other medical problems.i would highly recommend this dispensary and its definitely worth the 45 min drive for me.

74. The gate keeper was kind of a jerk to me but once I got past him I had a very good experience.
    I drove an hour out of my way…was very happy with a product. bought a 1/8 lemon sugar skunk for $25.00 (small bud) VERY NICE and a few $10.00 grams including sour alien og .. great taste and pain relief
    I’ll probably go back, and the gate keeper will get to know me and chill out a little
