Not sure what the birdcat has a problem with, ’cause sunflower meds are far superior to the dispensary he’s trying to sell. Sunflower’s concentrates put KIND, aka, Aarch, AZ grassroots to shame! Both of Sunflower’s locations are awesome and their employees are the BEST. I’ve been to where tweetie’s talking about too. No comparison. Sunflower is hands down higher grade!

I really used to love this location back when it was Sunflower dYOE>>. I’m also a person who doesn’t usually mind forking out the extra money for some truly Grade A flower but the prices you guys are charging plus the fact you added tax will stop me from ever coming back, why get 2
8ths of canned flower for over 100 when I can go anywhere else and get the same top shelf (that won’t dry out in a can after opening) for far less. The quality is great but so are many other places

My first-ever visit to a dispensary was here, a few weeks ago, and I went back once more since then. Positive experience both times — great service, relaxed atmosphere, quality products and outstanding location. As a new custy got a free gram of top-shelf to go along with a free pre-roll — nice deal! Tried another dispensary a few miles away to compare to this one: the other had a larger selection than here, but the biggest difference was paying tax on top of the listed purchase price. As a new custy there, I got a 20 percent discount on my first purchase, which basically covered the added tax. At Sunflower, tax was included in the listed price, which is why I was surprised and am still questioning this procedural discrepancy. I also like the fact that Sunflower updates product listings on its own site in addition to Leafly, unlike the other shop which only updates its listings on Leafly. Overall, I’d favor Sunflower slightly over the competitor, but both had advantages.

I love this place!!!
I went here for the first time about a week ago and the service I got was above and beyond. Daniel (I think that was his name) helped me out with picking some edibles and was so patient while answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable and not rushed at all. The front staff were also really down to Earth – their new patient deals are awesome too! Definitely going to be a frequent visitor here!
Love that they are open early. First came in for carts (they have great deals and a large variety) but will def try out their flower selection

By far best dispensary in east valley. I have been to all of them. Flower is always fresh and amazing quality. I Actually have been in a time and 8 of 10 flowers were over 20%. Their Rare Darkness and Forum 404 are always on point. Their Concentrates are always good quality. I Wish they had more of high end concentrates and flower but You Cannot beat the price any where else. Staff is awesome very knowledgeable and good people. Wait time isn’t bad at all.

All product was displayed for inspection, many with test results, in a very professional set-up easily viewed by many patients at once. One on one service. I can’t thank David enough for his assistance and advice. It feels wonderful to be treated like a person instead of just a patient file with an ID #, or the rush-rushed-rushed feeling associated with a coffee house, if you know what I mean! while the staff is freindly and knowlageable they are consistantly out of concentrates between that and thd fact that there top shelf flower averages about 8 dollars more per 1/8 then other despenceries i think ill be shopping elswere from now on but if they fixed those to issues they would be perfect. much love sky

Personal favorite in the east valley. Friendly staff up front and in back. By far the best showroom(?) I’ve seen. An iPad at each flower with info and reviews, plus the space to easily browse. Now, the main reason for this: product quality. I can only speak to the flower as I haven’t tried any concentrates here, but it’s always amazing. Grams are pricey, but worth it and better than $20 g’s at other places. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The shop had just recently opened and the selection was less than what I had expected but they were super helpful and the prices were at least $5-10 better than the other dispensaries I shop at. I’ll be back for the great service and prices!

I was accused of blaming the bud tender of aEURoemalicious activityaEUR when all I did was call to ask why I was charged an extra $10.
Then, the bud tender told me I was able to use my $15 off credit (for spending $420 since June) but apparently I couldn’t? Wasn’t told that until Dustin told me, rudely. Then why did the bud tender say I could? He didn’t even tell me it didn’t go through, thought it was just tax making it that much.
I noticed on the receipt when I got home.

Great lady helped me yesterday going the extra mile to find an item for me in the back room. Free birthday joint was rejected and a suitable alternative was provided free of charge. I had a 30% off coupon as I did not go in for some time. Last two times I came in with a list ( ready to order) and 50% of my list on both occasions was on the menu but not in stock. This is not your fault alone many places have serious menu omissions etc., but yet other dispensaries run close to 100% accuracy. I will continue to go where there is a better chance of the menu accuracy (suspect dedicated menu staffer) hint hint.
Used to really enjoy this place until I realized how little they uphold an honor system. Next time they tell you they will leave a note on your account…(if of course this note is of any importance) make sure to check twice with the bud tender that way you don’t end up on the other side of a snobby assistant manager being told you are a liar. ITS OUR MEDICINE PEOPLE…AND LAST TIME I CHECKED NOBODY WANTS THE RECIEVING OR INGESTION OF OUR MEDICINE PLAYED WITH!

Very friendly staff, the FTP deal is great if you are just into edibles and or flower, they feature concentrates on their page but when I got there, they maybe had 1g of wax in the whole place. A friend who buys his flower there said that’s common though. I did try and call before I made the trek but they only have an automated phone line. The flower and prices are decent, decent selection for the size of the shop. The weekly deals are very cool and they do have a free ATM and/or you can use debit at a small fee. I also want to mention that the side of the can says “3.5g” but when I weighed just the contents on two separate scales, it was only 3.0g of flower…Cool packaging though.

When I first tried this place a few months ago, it was pretty good. Nice place. Usually a bratwurst cart outfront, nice people everywhere. Nice and bright atmosphere inside and out. Good medicine.
Well, most of that has changed. 3/4 times I go there someone in the parking lot asks me to buy meds for them(NO!!! WHY NO SECURITY GUARD???), the meds have SERIOUSLY declined in quality without price following suit. the parking lot is dark, and it seems like people just loiter there and the staff have no problem with it??? Makes me feel unsafe carrying my meds out of the building.
Unsure if I’ll be back after my last visit. Because yet again someone asked me to buy my meds in the parking lot on my last visit, and yet again the quality was terrible. Smoking my meds shouldn’t taste like I just ate a mouth full of black pepper and campfire remains.
On the plus side, the staff does their job. Aside from dealing with the people in the parking lot trying to break the law…

Top shelf $45 eighth was loaded with seeds. It was BOGO so I’m not gonna complain that much but don’t call it top shelf when it clearly has seeds. I went in for this deal and of course their primo stuff was not on sale. wouldn’t have come if I knew this. To me top shelf means the best you got. Nice shop nice people avg wait. Orange dot and la confidential are just okay for the price. I can get a better $25 eighth all day at most other shops. I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Great place to grab greens
This was my first visit to Sunflower. When I walked in U was greeted with a warm friendly smile and introduced to the “budologist” I like to call them. I had my questions answered and introduced to new items such as the disposable pens. I purchased items I had not tried which includes the strain and an editable candy. I do not have a review yet on the over all products. Excited on the experience.

was so excited to find this place. they carried the product I was looking for, plus they applied military discounts on top of daily discounts. only going there a month and they change it so you can no longer use the military discounts at the same time. 15% doesn’t beat what other dispensaries offer at 20% off edibles. sad that I now have to reach out to all the vets I sent sky’s way for their military treatment being above everyone else to tell them it’s no longer being run that way.

Every time I go here I spend about $200 and you cant replace my 2 stale edibles that I received last visit (which I threw away because I was upset I’m sure you would be to) this place is seriously a joke don’t bother going here. Awesome deals for first time patients and amazing flower. Yes it’s a little on the expensive side with grams going for as much as 17$ BUT%#! It’s worth! Because for a price as godly as 17$ , this weed is Just that; Godly. Frost on crystals on frost on crystals .. and the presentation is excellent ..they literally have pre-canned eighths like its tuna or something dY$?*dY3/4aEURatm,i,dY~,. Like I’m jus saying now I feel like I can go on camping trips or some sh*t now, ha.

they advertised 100 dollar ounces, and they didn’t advertise that they were sold out. They made me wait until i went back and then told me they were sold out. I had to put 1 star in order to write the review but they truly deserve 0 stars. the front desk lady was also on her phone the whole time and she conversated with other employees and didn’t seem to care about customers

So decided to check out this Dispensary cause I saw that they had dog treats and I have been want to try them out for one of my pups. Its a small place but very clean and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Isabella helped me out.( the one with the gnarly dreds ) She was very knowledgeable, had great customer service and had a great personality too. Not only did she help me out with the dog treats she also help me out with a new flower as well. I am excited to try it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be a repeat customer for sure since it is on the way home from work.

I walked in with every intention to become a new customer until I took a looked at your prices. Jesus, how much money does everyone have to make? Wouldn’t it be smarter to charge less and have more happy customers. Bloom charges $165 per ounce on Thursday. Close to a $100 difference. Seriously, your prices are over the top. How much can seeds, water light, planting & harvesting cost?It’s insulting. There was no ATM on site that I saw. The employees were great though. Dispensaries are forgetting a huge market. The senior retired population on social security. The discounts for them should be substantial. We are on a limited budget. Work with AARP or something. There were no lists of the choices of strains to browse from before you went in the room.

After seeing that my reviews for this dispensary had been removed, just a heads up, that’s a red flag to avoid this place. Overcharged me 30 dollars over my past 2 visits and openly patronized me upon my last visit. I took 240mg of edibles from there store, didn’t feel any relief. zero. good luck with this location.

I went in and got some flower and shatter. After I left, I noticed that the shatter was just a pile of gooey mess that stuck to both sides of the wrapping. I called and talked to someone who explained to me that I couldn’t be refunded and that it was a tricky situation of sorts because the merchandise had THC in it. No duh.
She ultimately agreed to replace it and I was still nearby, so I turned around and went back. Without waiting, I was taken back, got a replacement of an entirely different strain of shatter, and went home.
I got home and was really surprised to find that this shatter was also a big mess. Normally when I buy shatter at other places, I get a small square shape of concentrate. This stuff consisted of a bunch of small pieces that, again, did not “shatter” in any context of the word. I had to scrape the wrapping with a kief tool to get everything off. I sent an email to them a week ago, offering photographs, but I haven’t heard back yet. Super lame.

This is by far the best dispensary in the east valley. The meds are quality with the percentage level of THC displayed for you to see. Not many other places do this. Quantity doesnt mean shit if the meds are crap, no matter how cheap they are. The budtenders & the rest of the staff are all really nice. They have fantastic specials & even when there are a lot of people there it moves fast. Online ordering makes it even more convenient if you’re in a big hurry.

The road dawg flower was amazing. However the sky brand candy was the worst candy I’ve ever had. Disgusting taste of bho And effects were very minimal.. after going back and spending another $200 on flower. We told them we didn’t like the candies and they instructed us to leave a review as that was all we could do. Very rude poor customer service.. won’t be going back ever again. Too many options to be treated like that.

For awhile this place was great and really stepped up their quality. Now everytime I go they barely have anything to choose from and they always only have 1 or 2 truly Top Shelf strains and they all sell out in a day. Of course everyone’s going to pick Grade A meds for 45 an 8th over dry meds with no smell for the same price that I’ve seen sitting there for a month. Also bought one of their “Top Shelf” strains for the “Top Shelf” price only to see it drop $10 and go to their discount rack the day after. Just annoying because I didn’t even want it to begin with but it was the only thing that they had left that looked half decent, they sold out of what I came for and I didn’t want to drive all over town. Hope things improve.

I love the knowledge base that the bud tenders have it. The only thing I have to say is sometimes the concentrates are named a little weird. Like I got what was supposed to be a shattered but it definitely behaves like wax. Aside from that good dispensary

Good location for Mesa. The wait is out of control. They are selling KIND Meds products for 10 to 15$ more than going to Arizona Grass Roots aka Kind meds. Limited flower selection, good quality just not a selection for any patient. Clearly a dispensary aimed at recreational use as opposed to medical. There is nothing wrong with that. However, there are many places with superior flower, edibles, and concentrates. Focus needs to be redirected toward repeat business not volume. The craft MJ industry will be the only way for outfits like yours to succeed. I have 20+ years with this industry, only difference was when I did it I was considered a criminal. But I would say some of the dispensaries now are still criminal with the product sold.

If I had to think of anything negative while coming here these past few months would have to be those stupid cord covers I always seem to trip over. The other would have to be the discrepancies between locations on the THC/CBD percentages for the same strain. I have asked a budtender from phoenix if maybe they are different batches or something but she said she didn’t know. The parking lot is small but I have never had a problem finding a spot.
Since I obtained my mmj card I have been hunting for a dispensary with consistent top shelf quality flower without the $50+ an eighth price tag. I have found a few but it was always hit or miss and I hate tax and being rushed. Every single strain (11 of them) that I have tried here has been absolute fire. I even tried a few of their $35/g tier and was pleasantly surprised. All of the budtenders I have worked with gave excellent recommendations based off of what I was looking for. I was recommended their Forum 404 #4 (Forum GSC x Memory Loss 28% THC 1.7% CBD) and I had to have it again. I went back in and chatted with David and brought up how much I enjoyed the strain and he hooked me up without it even being on the menu. The customer service here puts all other shops to shame. There is no rush, you can look around the tables that holds all the strains and a tablet with the strain’s leafly page open for you so you can take your time deciding between all the fire. I have yet to try their concentrate and will save that for another review but they have already made a regular out of me and I have no reason to go anywhere else.

My very first visit to a dispensary was here. the girl at the counter was so incredibly helpful explaining what would be best for headaches and the vape options to be less harsh on my lungs. she was patient and so incredibly helpful when I was so overwhelmed by my options. I ended up with the clear vape cartridge the golden goat. it’s perfect for my headaches and doesn’t make me overly tired. it was a great recommendation.

I came in here on May 31st and on June 1st I got 4 grams of the Venom extracts shatter and on June 1st I got the $99 ounce. Every one of those 8 half grams tasted very bad and made me throw up on every dab. Every strain of flower that I picked up that day was not what it said it was as far as the testing goes. They seem like stress that I used to get from my dealer before I Got legal 5 years ago. Before this day I was coming here every payday and sometimes in between paychecks. Discounted or not you sold me garbage and I put it there in the garbage where it belongs. I will not be back.

I’ve been coming to Sky for a few months now and although it has taken awhile I have come to really like this dispensary.
The bud tenders are always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. So after I make my purchase I want to leave a tip but they are not allowed to have a visible tip jar. I don’t think it’s necessary to announce that I’m leaving a gratuity.
So if the management is listening, please put a nice Sky Tips box, tin, jar, or anything out so your bud tenders can see throughout the day they are appreciated.

Over priced for dry flower. Not a clue how the flower was like dust (after breaking it up) in this nitrogen packaging, but it was.A A I shouldn’t have to provide moisture for flower that was *just* purchased. Plus, the trichomes stick to the packaging badly. Aside from all that, it was a good experience. Super friendly associates, nice establishment. I don’t know if I will shop here again because they’re expensive for dry product.

So dissatisfied. I show up in the middle of the day after receiving a text stating their deals to find them closed. At 2 on a Tuesday. They greet me outside with a free preroll coupon for my wasted time so that’s pretty cool. Go back four days later to wait for 30 minutes to find out they are no longer honoring the preroll coupon. I ask the gal aEURoeany deals in the store today?aEUR (I’m not even phased by the coupon at this point, I’m still in a good mood) and she replies aEURoeNo, anything else I can help you with?aEUR. They sent me the deals via text just that morning. I’m done with this place. I spend a boatload of money in dispensaries and I’ll never go here again. It was a bummer because I fell in love with the girl at the front desk. Too many dispensaries to deal with time wasting and rude little tenders. Bummer

Well, at first I wasn’t sure about this place because I didn’t like my experience the first two times I went. The product is excellent but I didn’t really like the customer service I had recieved, but when I went in today David just reassured me of how great it is with his hospitality. Quality has always been consistent and priced to match normally. Its nice the amount of detailed information they can tell you about their products as opposed to other places. They also have routine and random specials.
Only con for this location would be the parking. Especially when busy parking in the little 10 space corner lot can be a nightmare and the lot just feels congested.
Prices are way too high! I found they charge around $5 more than quite a few other dispensaries. When you’re buying 4-5 different strains at once (I do) that saves me quite a bit!

Same quality as the best places in Arizona but much more expensive and comes in a “neat can”. The bud is sometimes dryer than I’d prefer but not terrible. The deals aren’t nearly as good as other places. Main issue is pricing though. Service is excellent, bud is good quality, and it’s a clean place. Just so many other places with better prices and same or better quality

I drive by here constantly and never realized it was an MMJ dispensary. A pleasant surprise for me this morning. Close to where I work and very friendly staff all around, I was helped by Rachel, she seemed knowledgable and answered all of the questions I had. Definitely made a new returning customer out of me.
Bunch of flakes tell me there is no prerolls for like 4-5 visits and that it would be put on my account mind you i bought 400+ dollars between all the visits and im told that preroll doesn’t exist and that i need to pay in order to get it lol i get why but if you havnt held up to your end of the deal and im here to collect my free preroll that was promised on another purchase why would i spend more infact im never coming here again i loved the people and was a supporter for them for a long time only suggested them as my go to but not now i dont like double standards or being taken advantage of its just a preroll not a big deal tbh its just the principle i spent alot of money here if they had computer issues thats on them not me long story short dont go here natures wonder and health for life are closer anyways

Today was my third visit tp this place of business. I received a text message about a BOGO on Blue Dream. WOW so I ran down. Yes I know their prices are WAY OUT OF LINE and their little cans always produce the very worst of product that is so dry you almost don’t need to light it. But I first tried to use the Quick new method to order and have it waiting. Well it DOESNT WORK!!! So I called to see if their was a problem. I was put on hold and then hung up on. So I called back and tried to place an order for this product. Once again I was hung up on. So I went down there. I told them about the computer problem AND about being hung up on. Well Two other folks also waiting also had the very same problems with being hung up on. SO 27 min. later They called me in. Guess what the very same product that was sent to me as a message was no longer available. The Bud tender informed me THEY RAN OUT OVER 24 HOURS BEFORE THEY SENT ME THE MESSAGE. What kind of business first over charges you, sells inferior product, treats their customers like dog dodo and then does the old bait and switch trick to get you in.
Time to go to a REAL DISTRIBUTERSHIP AND LET THESE GUYS ROTT AWAY.

Sky is truly different from other dispensaries. It’s hard to really get a good idea what to expect when you read reviews online because many dispensaries aEURoepayaEUR their customers to give them a good review with discounts or free product, but Sky isn’t one of those. Granted, I do usually go during off hours, but the service is top notch and has been every visit. Quick to get in, quick to get out and everyone is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have the products that I actually want in stock, and give great discounts. Love the online ordering and dedicated parking for that, although I really do wish they were part of a delivery program as the dispensaries that currently are do not come close in price or selection. Overall, two thumbs up!

Honestly I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to dispensaries. This place was honestly mediocre. first impression this place has NO parking. Wait time was kind of long compared to other places and there was a TINY waiting room. Check-in staff was lack-luster. The med room wasn’t attention grabbing, they should really take the time to make this space more visually appealing and display their meds in an eye-grabbing way. Also this room needs more of a flow. Flower selection was okay not super wide variety, not super small. BudTenders however were all super friendly willing to help, probably the only thing that would make me come back to this dispensary would be the staff. They rocked it. The quality of medicine was actually pretty good, sativas had a decent note, indicas had a nice smooth hit.

This spot is a little cruise for me, i happen to be in the area and stopped in. 7-8 people a head of me, my wait time went quick for that many. The bud tender, a cool laid back dude from globe if i remember was a pleasure.
The Bud is top notch, i picked up a can, on the drier side, but very good for 50 an 1/8th.
The only thing i dislike is the parking, its on a small corner lot, its tight for me? Other than that even with the cruise, my new spot. need to get my points on……

I wanted to come there because I live close. I went to the other location last week and loved the experience especially the staff. I was headed home and hit traffic so was rushing to get there knowing they close at 7. I made it in the nick of time and walk in the door (which was not locked) at 6:59 all excited that ill be able to pick up so I could sleep tonight. Well sleep I did not because they told me oh sorry we are closed already and there is nothing we can do. I get it its last minute, but maybe lock the door and if you did not, be understanding and take care of the patient. Definitely will go back to the other location though so I am sure these guys are cool we just had a poor encounter. Wanted to share so if someone experiences a sinilar situation, you will avoid my disappointment.

its a good location and a mile away from my house, so the location is good. im a little disappointed in the reccomendations when buying flower. the last two times ive been in and got pre rolls, the strains werent that good and when i asked for a reccomendation, its very quick and i feel rushed with minimal education on the strain just that ‘yeah itll be great for what your looking for’ and sadly it hasnt been. its hard to do research ahead of time because ive found their listing for their pre rolls they offer are rarely on leafly. so this leaves me with relying on budtender reccomendation as opposed to researching before hand.

This dispensary is a very wierd and client specific place. The 1st time visit special is very weak it says bogo but not really I wanted a gram of shatter but since they package them in half grams u can only bogo a half even though it says up to a eight. Whatever greed is so petty and ugly especially in this setting . They don’t have budtenders they have cashiers. Imagine asking a waiter to recommend a bottle of wine and instead of answering your told here’s a magazine look it up and tell me what you want. Your flower so over priced, just put it in a bag and u can keep your catfood container. Remember I can polish up a Terd and make it shine but it’s still terd…..

This place is great everyone is very friendly my visits are relatively short and they have a wide variety of things to choose from as well as little microscope thingies to see the flowers up and close.
First visit here. Drove over 40 miles to this location. Parking was HORRIBLE and the wait was 20-30 min. The best part? They advertise as taking credit cards but when I tried to pay, they said they do not take CC’s. Total waste of my time.

This was my first time here and my budtender Ari was great. She was very informative, answered all my questions and made great suggestions for what i was looking for. I was also very impressed with both the flowers, and the concentrates they had available. I got some Skywalker OG rosin and some very nice Shelia flower along with a first time visit free gram and they had a big selection of those. Ari gave me her favorite of they had Forum 404. Great experience and was in and out quick. My only complaint is that the vape pen I wanted they were out of stock on.

I decided to stop by after having only visited once, 11 months ago – and I’m glad I did! The store allows for low-pressure browsing, with tablets displaying strain info on the adjacent nug samples. Issabella was my assistant, and her infectious laugh and friendly demeanor was welcome. All samples looked nice, and the GS 404 I chose has not disappointed. Taxes are inc. in price, and Isabella even gave me a free pre-roll to offset my debit card fee! Awesome attitudes and the fiery meds guarantee that I’ll be here more often!

Today I left Sky dispensary with nothing after waiting 30minutes to be called. When I got in to purchase top shelf 8ths they then told me they were out. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to waste my time for nothing. I wish sky would follow other dispensaries and notify customers when checking in that they are out of the deal instead of making people wait. I’m not sure if I’ll come back to sky.

Bought some concentrate that is over packaged. Good product, but too much packaging. I would rather have just the product in the little plastic container; no need for the extra box packaging.
First time coming in and I felt very welcomed. I was impressed by the large selection of flower they had. I liked how all the samples were out in the open so you can compare . Great quality here, I’ve been going here since it opened and things have only gotten better since then!! And I like all the people working there all seem knowledgeable of the product they are selling, I will be going back as I have since they opened I recommend at least trying them out!!

Parking is terrible. But it seems every dispensary, for some unknown reason, picks a spot with no parking.
The service was really good. Very helpful about vapes and pens as I was interested in going beyond flowers.
Not fond of prepackaging but the flowers seem to be pretty good but I’ve only used a small amount of their flowers .. just enough for one joint so far.
But, overall, I liked it and plan to go back agains as soon as they are open. I think this is the first dispensary I’ve seen that wasn’t open every day.

Had a great experience! A full waiting room cleared out quickly with a shirt wait and best of all, the flower was fantastic. Was tested at 25% thc and was obvious pretty quickly that the testing is accurate.

Been a customer since rhe Phoenix store opened and then a solid customer at the Mesa store…….until now….. prices went back up to some of the highest around, tax is no longer included with price, no more free prerolls if using debit card. Wow, new ownership is taking it the wrong way. Parking lot and waiting area empty. Walked right in with no wait. Two months ago you struggled to find a parking spot and there was always a short wait. Too bad, nice staff, quality products but pricing is WAY out of line. Sorry, but you have lost my business until pricing becomes reasonable.

Very nice staff. Good flower selection but flower prices seemed a bit high. Nothing crazy just at the high end. Concentrates were priced very reasonably and good quality from what I tried.
I love the proximity of this location to my work! I can get in and out on my lunch break, even without using the Zoom service. Selection is usually in stock and there are often great deals sent out via text.

Layout and design are great when looking for flower. Can smell, inspect, and even read information about strains without having someone hover over you and allowing you to move freely. Almost every time I have come to this place, there are 10+ people waiting in the lobby. They have 2-3 people on staff working and wait times per person are about 20 mins. This place could do so much better if they moved quantity when necessary.

I frequent this spot since it’s so close to home. You really have to time your visit right though if you don’t want a long wait. They normally have a good selection of flower and their Tenders have always been friendly. I would recommend.

Sub par flower, not worth 45 an 8th, it’s some mid grade hands down not even close to feeling like a 13- 15%. Concentrates… yuck! they all taste weird, other than maybe appearance they taste and feel the same. I’ll sum it up quick, amature shop in an area where there is a small void for a dispensary in the middle of Mesa. Nothing really stands out here in their product or service, when i was there I even saw an argument between a patient and an employee that night. That was my first red flag, probably over quality, i just wanted to leave.

Swear I never leave Sky Mesa disappointed! As soon as I walk in the door I love the energy and the sky team is so personal, humble, and welcoming. At my best or my worst they treat me the same and it really makes my day. My loyalty to them is for life lol they make me feel like Im at Disneyland and all my dreams are going to come true (even if that sounds cliche) I have lots of love and appreciation for this place.

i only go to the mesa location because they have the critical mass CBD sap gold tier at 35$ a gram, but at the other two locations PHX and ahwatukee it is listed as platinum tier 45$ grams same sap same test results. dissapointed on the other two dispensarys part. but mesa location rocks!

I went in for a daytime vape and a nighttime vape. The budtender was super friendly and knew his stuff! I wanted blueberry but they were out. He suggested Grapevine this is such a great strain, I’m super impressed with the way my pain melts away and it eases me into the most beautiful sleep. I wanted something energetic for daytime and he suggested golden goat. Wow, I generally don’t like Sativa’s because they don’t kill my pain and I’m not too fond of the heady high they produce. My goodness golden goat is bomb! I will not be working while taking it because it definitely has a very MDMA feel to it. It’s perfection for a Netflix Saturday or organizing your house Saturday… Ummm anything in your house not driving kind of Saturday! I also bought my staple the high CBD tincture in critical mass. You all are so wonderful thank you for making my day every time I go in.

Ok so this is one of my favorite places and mostly because of the peeps that work their. I wish they would get better cart deals….buy 3 get 1 …UGH…however their flower has always been on time and with Sky in the hose now you can put that stuff in your 72 hr kit, emergency packs, and whatever you need just in case.

This place has limited parking. I had to wait for someone to leave before I could park. The front desk person was very nice, however the bud tender in the back was the most uneducated dispensary employee I have experienced. I will not return.

The text blast needs to be more specific got one bogo 50% off concentrates can’t do the discount on full grams on the sunflower concentrates just because it’s packaged in half gram which doesn’t make sense if they have a gram price showing

I usually go into pharmacies with notes after reviewing menus online so I don’t waste a bunch of their time, but this way you can more easily check out additional strains you may not even have known about. you can answer your own questions faster by looking at the tablet set up in front of each one. way more efficient. love the compensation for the debit fees also! thank you! very thoughtful!

I really wanted to love this place, but I just didn’t. I went here for my very first time ever going to a dispensary and I was so nervous and excited. The guy helping me was really pushy and kept trying to get me to buy a really expensive vaporizer that a. I couldn’t afford and b. I kept insisting I didn’t want because I was new to medical marijuana and wanted to try something that was less of a commitment. He then told me my other options after I asked multiple times, and when I settled on something they didn’t even have it. They barely had anything in stock. I settled for some bud that honestly didn’t help me in the slightest. I won’t be returning to Sunflower Meds.

I have been shopping here since they were in training and only on Weedmaps. The house concentrates that I have tried have been consistently some of the best in the East Valley. I have tried various other dispensaries House concentrates and Sunflower always has the best terpines. Right now the Chem flower is really great on the budget shelf and their top shelf flowers consistently has 20%+ thc, and really like that almost all the strains have test results and I have never once received dry flower, always a good amount of humidity to it. I also like that they only have 2 quality options, I never understood places with 4 quality levels because I always ignore the first 2 levels in those types of dispensaries anyways. Keep up the good work Sunflower.

I like that every smoker no matter what or how they smoke has a day during the week for a discount..It’s really awesome. I have not seen that in the other dispensary where they have sales on everything one at a time. Of course I come back for the people, the younsters are so polite and accomedating like I said before I am a coroner’s assistant, and sometimes I leave work with sadness for what ever reason but everytime I walk into this place I am known by name, they say a genuine welcome “Hello” and sometimes I won’t say all the time of but most of the time I will walk in sad by the time I walk out I am back to my normal self knowing there is nothing I can do about my sadness for the people I help prepare very gently like I was taught and respectfully..So yes, thank you for that. I am waiting for you $99 ounces or your $140 ounces again..

I was really excited to try this location since it was very close to where I live. I received great customer service from start to finish. Once I paid and left I looked at my receipt and noticed that I didn’t receive the deals or discounts that I was supposed to get as a first time patient and with purchasing more than $35. I was unable to return since I went on a Saturday and they aren’t open Sunday or Monday. I’m pretty bummed out but my advice to anyone is check your receipt before you leave to make sure you get the deals your supposed to get.
The building took me off guard when I first checked it out but I was very pleased and plan on returning.

Budtender was amazing very nice and knowledgeable. However it was the WORST bud I’ve had in a long time worse than Reggie.I was super excited to try the Clementine but then I did and it had the worst taste ever, similar to dirt weed and to say the least it’s weak. I should have looked at it better because when I did this morning in the light I quickly realized why I was so disappointed.So I’m sure they have to have some good product because this was my second time in and they were much better the first time, just really look before you buy and stay away from the batch of Clementine or other SF grown products.

I had a great experience here. The flower is awesome as well the wax. I’m slightly upset my wax labels were switched indica vs my sativa. Noticed the next day because the label on the original package was correct but the one with my med info were on the wrong products. I was informed that could also backlash at me which escalated my annoyance. I’m definitely returning but keeping a keener eye towards my labeling. This was my first choice and visit right after receiving my card.

Atmosphere: I love the open floor with tablets at each strain. It makes browsing much more comfortable.

Something I’d like to highlight is that it is obvious that this dispensary understands the nuances of being a consumer. For instance, there is a $2.25 fee for debit, but if your order is over $30, they GIVE you a free pre-roll to off-set the charge! Prices are low, and the staff is exceptional.

I placed a review on leafly and took the time to drive out there. They texted me saying the order is ready and I could come get it! Then when I got there they told me what I ordered was not in stock any more. My first problem is why would you confirm an order for pick up if it’s not in stock. And two they did nothing to make it right because they confirmed the order and had me waste my time and wanted me to spend another ten dollars! The bud tender I got was rude and very impolite I will never shop at this location again.
They package the flower so well so it stays fresh. Awesome show room where you can sample the smells and read about different strains.

This is the absolute best dispensary in town. I have been to quite a few others, and their products and service are second to none. Sunflower has the most beautiful bud I’ve ever seen, as if they only hand picked the best. They then let you pick out your own gram, 1/4, 1/8, etc., but keep the portions in the small pouches rather than having it in a big jar and overexposing it to the air. Always fresh, always tasty! The staff is very informative, friendly, and helpful. This is my dispensary of choice for sure!

These guys are super great and I love that they have info on all the buds! I just wish they had the same kind of information handy for vapes. They had a lot listed on their menu that I wanted to try but didn’t have any of them in stock. As a newer patient what they did have in stock I didn’t know much about. As a longtime flower smoker, I was apprehensive about buying/trying vape cartridges instead of my usual preference, as well as a little embarassed about my inexperience with them. My budtender, Taylor, took the time to answer all of my questions on a busy Black Friday morning and reassure me that I wouldn’t regret my purchase. Wow! After 20 plus years of strictly smoking flower, without any interest whatsoever in other methods of medicating, I have been completely converted in less than 2 days. Went in Sunday grabbing some ACDC, and being a first time patient, I got some white widow free! Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Had an interesting conversation about Halloween costumes that were strain inspired with the bud tenders dY~, it was really fun. The setup is in the dispensary is really clean, set up beautifully. I wish there was a Sky a little closer to me, but I work near this one so it’s worth the trip. Thanks Sky!

I have been going to sunflower in phoenix for a while. Its close to my work, but far from my home.
when they opened the location in mesa, i started going there, because its close to my home.
Sunflower is the only dispensary i use, for , i wanna say, about a year now.
They have lots of different strains of a vast media of cannabis, from buds, to concentrates, to edibles. And goofy stuff too, like a five hour energy looking thing . Thc shot.
They seem to always have a lot of each kind almost all of the time
All of the people are very nice, and are a regular amount of friendly.
Prices fluctuate a little from slightly better than average, to good deals (40$ gram of wax, or 35$ eight of bud sometimes) but this is based on my experience at only 4 other dispensaries.
man why do you people in upper Management not see that you are not supplying this location with enough prerolls? it seems that you give them enough for 2 days then make them wait 3 more before you restock them you really need to look at the trending sales and keep those strain types coming in and in bigger numbers.. you lost a sale for the third time this week from myself

The staff here are very knowledgeable about their inventory and have grown some very tasty strains over the years. Some like the Forum 404 are rare and hard to come by anywhere else. 4.3 out of 5 stars. I hope to see more variety and a bigger selection of concentrates soon.

I really like that this place tests their meds, which should be required for every dispensary in the state. I’ve been a few times and the customer service is good but each time I go in looking for a specific product from the online menu, only to be told that they are out.

They always have a lot of new people working, so make sure you clarify with at least 3 people before you just take one persons word for what the current special is for that day. They won’t honor it even if they told you the wrong thing.

I bought an eight of forum 404 #6 thinking I was getting the low end for $35. If that is the low end I can only imagine what their top shelf is like as this was better than most top shelf buds at other dispensaries. If you are looking for quality, sunflower is the place to go.

Budtenders are great and knowledgeable. I like how they have tablets set up with some background info on each flower. The earliest open and the last to close!
There are people that claim today’s marijuana is much more potent than the weed of the 60’s and 70’s; apparently they’ve not visited Sunflower. There are several nice tablets to distract you from the empty store while you search for something to blow your FTP special on. Service gets 5 stars because the store is so crappy and they have to stand there all day.

The first time I came here it was still called Sunflower. And even though they went through a transition, I loved the fact that the people stayed friendly throughout the whole process. The staff is amazing and every time I leave, I’m happy with the product.
They say that the atm is free but in all reality it’s actually charging you 2 bucks to take money out. They may say that it is your banking institution that is charging you, but let’s be real your bank doesn’t double charge you when you go to a different atm that isn’t free. The point being the atm doesn’t charge you 2.50 then the bank charge you 2.00. At least not my bank. It’s only the atm fee……but if there is no atm fee why did the atm fee charge me $2.00 to pull my money out for my medicine?

Garbage, fake reviews by paid employees. Bud doesn’t smell anything like weed strains. I absolutely love this place, they have excellent meds and a great set up that allows you to wander around smelling everything without having to ask a budtender to get it out for you. 8ths are $35 or $45 out the door, no tax or nonsense, THC levels proudly displayed. The parking can be scary but that’s just cause people are catching on to the great value and service.
David is just about the nicest person you could hope to talk with. Enthusiastic about what he’s selling and truly kind. Yay for Sunflower Meds!

I tried one of the Sky Candies for the first time as a replacement for a free pre-roll (for a review). It had a very strong but pleasant cherry flavor and an even more pleasant effect. I reccomend these for a subtle and enjoyable effect

I just went in there and bought (4) 8ths – I don’t like that everything is already weighed out, I prefer to see it weighed in front of me and here’s why. when I got home, I saw one of them was one big nug so I decided to weigh it because I thought it was odd that the could find a perfect 8th oz nug aaaannnnndddd it came out to 3.42….. I weighed out the rest and they came out to 3.44, 3.50 and 3.51. I know that an 8th is 3.5, but when I go somewhere that is deli style and weighed out in front of me, they always weigh at LEAST 3.6 – sometimes 3.7.
I should mention I thought my scale might be off, so I broke out the weights and recalibrated it. It was spot on…
obviously it’s not much, but it’s the fact that it was short at all… I wonder how much accumulatively they short people in a day
to top it off, the prices are some of the highest I’ve seen and (3) out of the (4) strains I got are pretty harsh for being premium.
I definitely will not be returning based on this experience and urge others to be wary.

I love the flower I got here, full of flavor and not at all dry (which was a pleasant change from the few places I had tried before, which were ok, but lacked what I found here) the staff is great, very knowledgeable and easy-going. This dispensary is expensive and the bud tenders dont know anything about their product. I went for the first time last night and asked for a high thc shatter, was in and out pretty quick, but had to remind the guy about the new patiant deal. came home to find out he had sold me the sap with the LOWEST THC levels and they wouldn’t let me bring back the unopened package and exchange it. I’m super dissatisfied with my experience here and I’m angry I spent the only money I had on this sap. I’m never coming back to this dispensary.

This was my favorite dispensary and the lone place I would come for my meds for the last year and a half. The staff will always be my favorite, their constant smiles and great attitudes are the best. Over the last few months though they have been increasing thier stock of Sky caNnabis at the expense of their own. The sky flower is not worth the extra price charged cause its in a can. They also added taxes on top of their prices, which used to be rolled into the prices. These things alone were workable, but now they have even stopped giving prerolls with debit purchases. Besides the impeccable crew, they are eroding everything I loved about this shop away. I may stop in here and there just for the smiling staff, but I will be looking for a new dispensary to call home.
