1. Both the staff and medicine have helped me continue healing my PTSD and agoraphobia issues that HAD kept me housebound for over four years! The entire staff is always patient, kind, pleasant and helpful. The medicine is doing its job well.

   I highly recommend this dispensary and tip my hat to this entire staff, with a shout out to Joe!! You are always calm and smiling. Thanks!!

2. Stock still limited to Cresco products – various concentrates from shatter to e-liquid- but products from Ilera, Standard Farms, and rhythm aEURoecoming soonaEUR. Location is convenient to Rtes 30 and 283 and there was only one other patient when I went yesterday. Small knowledgeable staff. Cash only with ATM ($500 limit) in the lobby.

3. Friendly, knowledgeable. They have a rewards system so if you shop here a lot you get great discount. It offsets the marginally higher price. Totally worth it. Now the growers need to step up their flower game. Most of the flower at all locations is dry and harsh.

4. Upfront and honest is the best approach when you review. I’ve seen the comments about the prices, but really no one can blame that one on the dispensaries or their staff. Sadly, it was the program that was adopted. There have been hiccups along the way, and each patient, caregiver, dispensary,and even the DOH has had to deal with those issues. That being said, I have never had a bad experience at Cure! The staff has always been polite, professional, light hearted, jovial, understanding, and even tearful. All around my experiences have been great and like others I could complain about mute points, prices and what have you, but for now, for this patient, everything is A+ OK at Cure!

7. Prices are a bit high and selection is tight for snow, but the location is relaxing, inviting and clean! Feels like an Apple Store except for weed, ha. The employees were nice and the pharmacist on duty spent 30 minutes altogether with me to explain everything! Coming back for sure, and can’t wait for more product!

8. As many of the other recent reviews say, prices are a little ‘high.’ I can’t hold this against the dispensary due to two years of inefficient PA gov planning after approving the MMP, demand/supply chain and limited grow licensures.

   The actual shop experience? Since every one is different: Be ready with your ID & MMP card in the parking lot. There’s no ‘mudroom’ security check. They simply don’t open the door to the waiting room w/o your showing ID through the window.

   The staff were friendly and chill, setting the vibe for a pleasant experience. Building clean, modern and scent-free. (Though once flower is available, it may smell, you know… like weed.)

   The website recommends setting an appointment. (Since dispensaries are far and few in PA and waits can be longer if you walk-in.) You can set the appointment from their website or call. I did this easily on their website. I clicked for SMS reminders and did not receive those, however.

   Although I’m what you would consider an ‘experienced’ medical patient, I opted to have a consultation for the full experience. Not only was it very informative, the staff member was very helpful and recommended items based on my needs (way to upsell!!) that I hadn’t initially considered.

   All in all, the great staff at Cure turned what had been a moody blue rainy Friday morning into a walking on sunshine afternoon (but still raining).

11. I love almost everything about Cure Lancaster. The staff is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
    What I don’t like is the prices. They are consistently $15 more per product than other dispensaries. Add that to not offering any veteran, disability, etc discounts like other dispensaries, makes me want to go to others. I’d still save money driving 15 min farther to other dispensaries compared to Cure.
    Hopefully they’ll get on board with the rest of the dispensaries as far as discounts and prices.
    Also, they tend to have a smaller selection of products on hand compared to other dispensaries. Haven’t figured out why that is yet 🙁

16. The location was very easy to find. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring. They actually took the time to find out what my needs, and expectations were as a cancer patient and what would work best for me. They definitely were not out to just make a quick buck, they truly care about their patients. top notch sales and service.

18. I feel lucky that we have a great place like The Cure in Lancaster. Really putting their best foot forward in PA MMJ. I always feel comfortable and everything is always very clean. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Prices and stock are always a problem but it isn’t a fault with the dispensary. It’s more endemic of a brand new program that even the state is trying to meet new learning curves. If this is what can be done on the first try it only gets better for PA MMJ.

19. The place is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. It is in a great location with ample parking, however, the prices are still a bit higher than many of the other area dispensaries.

21. I visited The Cure dispensary in Lancaster last night. I usually go to Nature’s Medicine in State College. Very nice people at the cure. But I’m use to the nice lounge at NM. The Cure’s had all the feels of the waiting room at a quick lube place. (not much). I noticed that their RSOs were running about $5 higher. But one bud price was $15-20 higher per eight. Holy crap. The explanation from a budtender is that The Cure is the only dispensary in Lancaster and transportation costs. But I figured out that NM is the only dispensary in S.C. and I’m sure their transport costs are the same. And maybe both stores inventory comes off the same truck. Your Pheonixville store has the same higher prices and there are 3 other dispensaries within 20 miles.
    I’d only shop here again if they have something I can’t get elsewhere.

22. Amazing place. Great atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff. Very relaxed setting, I never feel like I’m in a rush while there. My biggest issues are my RSD/CRPS (full body pain) and my Dystonia. They’re always willing to help with different issues as well such as insomnia etc. Very happy coming here!

25. A lil too clean like an apple store but an incredible 1st time buy at a medical dispensary in PA. It’s expensive but prices will drop as tine goes on & flowers just got approved for sale & I believe that too will help with lower prices.

26. I truly enjoy my visits to the Lancaster store. Noah and Josh are a pleasure to work with. It is my first choice. I do have one issue: I have found a couple of dispensaries within driving distance that offer a 20% discount for veterans. That is a significant amount, considering I need a good amount of medication for the month. SO…please tell me the discount is coming? I miss you guys!

27. The pharmacist and employees were incredibly welcoming and informational. Besides PA’s prices, the only aspect of my visit that I was bothered by was the amount of customers in the back area waiting for their medications. Understandably, the store was closing around that time so I assume they were trying to get as many customers through as possible. Other than that minor annoyance, I had a wonderful experience.

28. Great dispensary. Couldn’t ask for nicer, more knowledgeable people. They help make the whole atmosphere positive so it encourages interaction with other patients. That’s where you learn some of the best information!
