8. Front Staff were cool and the guards were even cooler. Now my budtender Brian i believe his name was and his partner i think Steve if im wrong my bad. But these guys were good not pushy at all very helpful but i was short on time so i bought what i came to get and then some. This place is really cool and ill be back just to talk with my butenders more and take some time. Thanks yall and yes its 7pm and my pax era yes i do love it along with Serenity.

13. Great location and friendly. Unfortunately they didn’t have the products I was looking for (high CBD strains) but the bud tender introduced two different THCa strains to me. His name was Adrian and he was very honest about his medical conditions which made it comfortable for me to discuss mine.

14. BEYOND/HELLO has fantastic customer service. Patients are moved through efficiently, so I’ve never had too long of a wait. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the space itself is super posh. They also have some nice perks, like a discount for new patients and a free, reusable bag that gets you $1 off your order if you bring it back. The pharmacist went out of her way to check in with me and find out if I had any questions. This will be my regular dispensary as long as I’m in the city.

15. Very friendly and informative staff, great products with a large variety to choose from, they promote interesting events related to this new “budding” industry. Also the location is perfect for my particular travel logistics. Am making this dispensary my main store in the Philly area!

52. I was using the Leafly app to look up my usual dispensary’s menu and read up on different strains when I noticed this new shop right in center city.
    I got curious to see how it compares, and visited the website to look at the menu and prices. It just happens to be Friday, February 22 today which is apparently George Washington’s Birthday. What’s that mean? It meant BOGO deals today! So I raced over after work, found some easy parking, and went right on in. It was a fast and easy wait. The atmosphere was welcoming and I was helped through the whole process over here. I had some great recommendations and walked off with a nice little weekend package.

70. B/H is great! Conveniently located in CC and open later than the other dispensaries in the city. I have, unfortunately, had to return two cartridges I bought there, but both times it due to reasons out of their control (damaged/leaked and dead cart). The return process was easy – make sure you save the receipt, original packaging, and sticker/label thing they put on the medicine. They also have specials all the time so be sure to ask!

Staff member, Angela, helped me and she went above and beyond. She gave great suggestions and helpful tips. This place is beautiful, the service is wonderful, and products I purchased have been helping me feel better!

76. This is our new favorite dispensary! We were not looking for a new dispensary, but we came to Beyond/Hello because the dispensaries, which are located closer to us, were out of the product we needed. We did not have a good experience at another dispensary located in downtown Philly so we were hesitant to give it a try, but we are so glad we did! The facilities are really nice, there is ample parking (small fee of $1 for 20 min and $2 for 40 min), and there are no stairs to access, which is important for many patients. The staff is what really makes the difference here! They were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am a caregiver. I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and she reviewed the products we already had (from another dispensary) and offered suggestions about how they might best work for the patient- no pressure to buy anything from them. The focus is clearly about understanding and caring for the patients. We will go out of our way to visit this dispensary. I can’t recommend Beyond/Hello enough!

82. This dispensary opened today. It is a block form my workplace, so very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff–they don’t take tips, but there is a tip jar for Project HOME, a very effective housing program for homeless folks with several apartment complexes (many built with funds donated by Jon Bon Jovi!). So, dispensary (a) pays their employees well and (b) is a good neighbor and advocate. Their prices are very competitive with other dispensaries in the area–the cartridge I bought today was $5 less than what I normally pay. This will be my go-to spot from now on.

84. My questions were pleasantly answered by an informed staff that really cares about your well-being. This was the third dispensary I visited & it is the absolute best dispensary I’ve been to. They also have later hours that most dispensaries in Philadelphia.

87. The associate was Tom, who took time to help me pick a good strain to try out based on the criteria I set. Whatever he wasn’t certain about, he looked up for me. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff were relaxed and pleasant and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Also, the prices were reasonable compared to other dispensaries. The location is convenient, right in the heart of center city. They also stay open later than most of the other dispensaries. So convenient! I’ll definitely come here again!
